Abstract
本发明名称为通过纳米混悬剂的沉积来自动接纱的方法。本文公开了一种纱线的自动湿式接合,使用氧化锌和/或氧化铝和/或氧化硅的纳米混悬剂,能够提高纤维之间的摩擦系数从而加速接合过程。
Description
技术领域
本发明大致涉及通过喷射压缩空气或液体的手段来自动接纱(splicing ofyam)的方法。
背景技术
用于织物纱线的无结连接的已知装置一般称为“接合器”,参见例如专利公开DE3437026A1和DE3222260A1(分别对应意大利专利IT193033和IT1136726)。这些专利涉及自动气动装置,其通过扭曲纤维来连接两根纱线端部而不打结,这是为了一旦发生接合就能恢复纱线的连续性,并且考虑到了在随后的工序中例如在纺织领域中的质量和生产性的优势。
所述这些方法在所述专利IT193033和IT1136726中已知,包括但不限于以下步骤:
■用两把刀来切断多余纱线,该多余纱线具有需要克服的缺陷;
■在两个准备腔(以后称为准备室)中通过压缩空气漩涡的方式分别“拆开”纱线的两端(准备工序);
■以合适的和可调整的可控方式移动如此准备的纱线的端部,以确保两个各自准备好的末端的重叠;
■将纱线的端部插入接合腔,在此处通过喷射干(仅用压缩空气)或湿(与液体例如水一起)的压缩空气的方式,通过扭转准备好的部分连接纱线的端部(混合工序);
■自动打开接合腔,可以继续纱线的(纺织)工序。
纱线端部接合的工序具有1-2秒的持续时间不包括与保持缺陷部分和将纱线端部插入接合器相关的上述步骤。
通常,连接所述纱线两端的装置只能使用压缩空气,或者水,或者压缩和热能。这种区别取决于将要接合的纱线的种类。
本发明仅基于自动湿式接合技术,目的是改进用这种湿式技术获得的纱线两端接合的某些特性,例如接合强度和/或接合的感官质量(必须与原始纱线尽可能的相近),和/或降低接合自身的长度和/或厚度。这种提高的粘接特性允许获得更好质量的纱线,其更均匀和/或更牢固。
因此,本发明通过提供一种新方法来解决上述的问题,特别适用于但不限于纺织领域的工业应用。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式以非限定实施例来说明本发明。如上所述,本发明代表了湿式接合工艺的一种发展。本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的保护范围的前提下能够自由改进所提出的实施方式。因此,这一部分的记载并不意图限定本发明的范围,而是仅使得本领域技术人员能够执行本发明。
具体地说,本发明提出在准备步骤之中或紧接准备步骤后,通过“喷射”工艺(纳米混悬剂喷射流)的方式,将纳米混悬剂沉积在将要接合的纱线端部,从而能够提高接合的强度,和/或提高感官质量,和/或降低接合自身的长度和/或厚度。所述的喷射工序包括在油墨喷射型装置的辅助下喷洒纳米混悬剂水溶液,该油墨喷射型装置可产生并由此沉积前述纳米混悬剂的细微液滴。
本文中所使用的术语“纳米混悬剂(nanosuspension )”是指纳米粒子在水中的悬浮液或者胶体水溶液,包括例如包含金属或金属氧化物(特别是氧化铝、氧化锌以及氧化硅)的纳米混悬剂,其粒子直径为4-100nm。
要施加纳米混悬剂的织物基质具有纤维素基底(包括天然纤维如棉和亚麻等,以及人造纤维如粘胶(viscose)、天丝(Tencel)等)、蛋白质基底(羊毛)或合成基底。根据本发明,根据不同的上述基质,每次选择最合适的纳米分散剂的化学成分、浓度和功能。
这种选择可以由学习了本申请的本领域技术人员随时进行,因此在本说明书中省略各自的参考文献。
可以在氧化物水悬浮液中加入添加剂,甚至可以加入市售添加剂,以抑制该溶液中的凝集、析出、沉降。以下介绍可用于氧化物水悬浮液的一些添加剂:
●添加剂1号:特征为粘度稳定特性、流体化特性和分散特性,特别适合于高度填充的含水配方,包括聚醛羧酸钠水溶液(商品名:DEUTERON ND953);
●添加剂2号:在全部水基系统中作为耦合剂、粘合促进剂、催化剂、分散剂、抗凝絮剂、保湿剂、表面活性剂、减粘剂、柔顺剂、疏水剂、抗蚀剂、滞燃添加剂来起作用(商品名:KEN REACT KR 138STER50);
●添加剂3号:高效润湿分散剂(商品名:Orotan 731A)。
为了证明本发明的有效性,在用于该目的的测试台上对本发明的方法进行了测试,其中测试了上述纳米粒子对于不同纱线之间接合的效率。
另外,本发明的方法例如可以通过自动湿式接合装置来进行,其中纳米混悬剂“喷射”系统的喷头集合于预备或准备腔中。
工业应用
本发明的方法以及对相关纳米混悬剂的使用,具有增加纤维之间的摩擦系数的效果,从而提高接合的强度,提高感官质量,并降低接合自身的强度和厚度。
另外,根据本发明,对于各种类型的上述纳米混悬剂,可使特定纳米混悬剂适应特定纱线(织物基质),并合适地改变基础纳米粒子浓度、溶剂(水)量以及可用添加剂的量。
根据本发明的方法获得高强度接合,允许提高络纱下游的纺织操作的速度、降低因纱线断线而导致的停机数量。这样,可以提高纺织领域的以及其它需要这种纱线操作的领域的整体效率和生产能力。
Claims (10)
1.一种使用湿式和压缩空气自动接合织物纱线的端部的方法,包括以下步骤:
插入将要接合的纱线的两端;
使用例如两个刀刃来剪切多余的纱线,该多余的纱线具有缺陷并需要消除;
准备将要接合的纱线的端部,使得在纱线被切断后构成端部,纱线的端部的纤维被两个准备室中的压缩空气漩涡拆开;
将准备好的纱线的两端移动,以确保两端重叠,这种重叠可由执行本方法的装置以受控方式改变;
将纱线的端部插入接合腔中,在其中通过喷射压缩空气的方式,通过扭转准备好的部分接合纱线的端部,即所谓混合;
打开接合腔,任选使用接合好的纱线继续进行制造工序;
其特征在于:
在所述的准备步骤中,或其之后,将纳米混悬剂水溶液喷洒并沉积到纱线的两端,所述纳米混悬剂包含例如一种或多种金属或金属氧化物的颗粒,特别是氧化硅,颗粒的尺寸的范围为4nm-100nm。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,构成所述纳米颗粒的金属氧化物为一种或多种氧化铝和/或氧化锌的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,为了抑制纳米混悬剂的纳米颗粒的凝集、析出和沉降,向其中加入添加剂,甚至是市售添加剂,包括例如Deuteron ND953、Ken React KR 138S TER50、Orotan 731A。
4.如上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对于各纱线的织物基质,预先对纳米混悬剂和/或其组分的不同浓度进行初步选择。
5.如上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,其特别应用于天然或人造织物纤维素基质,天然纤维例如亚麻和棉,人造纤维例如粘胶和天丝,或用于蛋白基质例如羊毛,或用于通常的合成织物基质。
6.如上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,接合过程通常持续1-2秒。
7.一种或多种金属或金属氧化物和/或氧化硅的纳米混悬剂水溶液在纱线自动湿式接合中的应用,以在接合之前增加纤维的摩擦系数。
8.如权利要求7所述的纳米混悬剂水溶液的应用,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物是一种或多种氧化铝和/或氧化锌。
9.如权利要求8所述的纳米混悬剂水溶液的应用,其特征在于,混悬剂水溶液中的纳米粒子的尺寸范围为约4nm-约100nm。
10.如权利要求7或8所述的纳米混悬剂水溶液的应用,其特征在于,所述纳米混悬剂还含有添加剂,以抑制纳米混悬剂的凝集、析出和沉降。
