技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的踏板装置,其包括踏板臂,该踏板臂通过第一枢轴接合连接部与机动车车身连接,并且通过第二枢轴接合连接部与力传递部件连接,其中,所述踏板装置还包括烟火式驱动释放部件,其中,所述释放部件适于进行释放运动,以当该释放部件针对相对应的激活信号而被驱动时,释放所述第二枢轴接合连接部。
背景技术
由于力传递部件和踏板臂之间的连接的释放,可以使踏板自由地远离司机,因此降低在事故中司机于脚部区域内受伤的危险。
文献DE 195 15 852 C2公开了一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的踏板装置,其包括转动部件,该转动部件枢转地与第一枢轴接合部连接,并且该转动部件还包括用于力传递部件的端部的容纳部。在激活过程中迫使该转动部件围绕第一枢转点转动,由此脱离容纳部,并且释放力传递部件和踏板臂之间的连接。
文献EP 0 877 685 B1公开了另一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的踏板装置,其包括烟火式驱动可转动板,所述板设置在力传递杆和踏板臂之间。粉末装载部的点燃促使所述板转动,由此,所述板的弹簧片轴向推动力传递杆,并且由此将力传递杆从踏板臂释放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种踏板装置,使其具有简单、稳定且可靠的释放部件。
本发明通过独立权利要求的技术特征实现上述目的。释放部件主要沿着踏板臂的直移运动基本垂直于机动车运动方向,从而能够使由在机动车运动方向产生的巨大作用力造成的干扰减小,并且能够显著提高工作可靠性。此外,使烟火式触发器通常的线性运动特别简单地转化成释放部件的直移运动。
基于直移运动的释放运动主要指的是,在释放部件中直接作用在第二枢轴接合部上的构件进行直移运动。优选地,位于烟火式触发器和第二枢轴接合部之间的释放部件的所有运动构件都基于直移运动,因此形成一个特别简单的释放部件。
在一个优选的实施例中,释放部件在所述力传递部件的端部上进行直移运动。这样能够实现非常耐用的释放部件的设计方案。此外,还能够减少构件的数量。
优选地,踏板臂包括开孔,以允许力传递部件在释放过程中穿过该开孔。在这种情况下,在力传递部件和踏板臂之间并没有允许踏板臂自由运动的侧向运动。然而,用于力传递部件的踏板臂中的开孔不是必不可少的。可替换地,设置这样的装置,其能够相对于踏板臂侧向引导力传递部件。
在另一个实施方案中,释放部件可包括可直移滑动件,特别是罩体的一部分,该罩体设置在所述的踏板臂中,用以容纳所述力传递部件的端部,其中,优选地,该滑动件可从闭锁位置运动到释放位置,在闭锁位置上,所述滑动件设置以闭塞踏板臂上的开孔,在释放位置上,所述滑动件设置以打开踏板臂上的开孔。
优选地,踏板部件包括力限制部件,该力限制部件设置为,在所述踏板臂和所述力传递部件之间作用,从而避免踏板在释放后具有较高的加速度和不希望的回撞。

具体实施方式
踏板装置10,特别是指机动车中的脚踏板,诸如刹车踏板或离合器踏板,包括踏板臂11,该踏板臂通过第一枢轴接合部12与机动车车身枢转地连接。由司机作用在踏板臂11上的力通过推杆15传递到制动助力器13和主制动缸14上,该推杆通过第二枢轴接合部16与踏板臂11枢转地连接。第二枢轴接合部16例如由旋转头17形成,该旋转头设置在推杆15的一端,容置在呈球状的罩体18中,该罩体设置在所述的踏板臂11中。旋转头17形成推杆15的近端。在替代实施例中,当第一和第二旋转接合部12和16的位置互换时,可以采用拉杆15。
踏板装置10包括释放部件19,该释放部件具有烟火式触发器20,该触发器能够由相应的激活信号激活,该激活信号例如来自机动车碰撞传感器。在图1A至1C所示的优选的实施例中,烟火式触发器20与踏板臂11相连,并且该触发器经由一传动构件21作用在推杆15的近端17上。对于主要沿踏板臂11的直移运动,推杆15的近端17在踏板臂11中被可运动地导向。
图1A示出处于正常操作状态下的踏板装置10。
在激活过程中,特别是对机动车碰撞信号做出响应的情况下,烟火式触发器20驱动传动构件21沿着踏板臂11向下运动。传动构件21迫使推杆15的近端向下直到使推杆15抵达至开孔23的位置,该开孔设置在踏板臂11中并位于踏板臂的前侧。开孔23的直径大于旋转头17的直径,从而使推杆15能够穿过开孔23到达踏板臂11的前侧,参见图1C。换句话说,踏板臂11从推杆15释放,并且使该踏板臂能够自由地从司机处摆动离开,由此降低司机在脚部区域内受伤的危险。释放部件19和开孔23优选地设置在盖部24的上方或后面,从而使司机不会由于释放的推杆15而受到伤害。
在图2A至2C所示的实施例中,烟火式触发器20并不作用在推杆15上,而是作用在滑动件25上,该滑动件在踏板臂11中可运动地导向,用于主要沿着踏板臂11的直移运动。在正常操作状态下,如图2A中所示,滑动件25闭塞开孔23。一旦激活,烟火式触发器20促使滑动件25主要沿踏板臂11移动,以打开开孔23,参见图2B;然后再如图2C所示,允许推杆15穿过开孔23。
图3A至3C以及4A至4C示出了又一个实施例,其中,用于旋转头17的罩体18由两个罩体形成部件26、27构成,其中,每个罩体形成部件例如形成罩体18的一半。在该实施例中,一个罩体形成部件27固定地设置在踏板臂11上,而另一个罩体形成部件26在踏板臂11中被可运动地导向,用于主要沿着踏板臂11的直移运动。参见图3B,一旦激活,烟火式触发器20促使滑动件27主要沿着踏板臂11移动,由此使罩体18有效地分开,从而通过滑动件27和踏板臂11打开开孔23。再如图3C所示,进而允许推杆15穿过开孔23。
在一个图中未示出的实施例中,可以使两个罩体形成部件26、27沿着踏板臂11分别以相反的方向可运动地导向,并且使烟火式触发器20能够设置用以通过促使这两个罩体形成部件沿踏板臂11以相反的方向移动,从而打开开孔23,分开罩体18。
图5A至5C示出了一个可弯曲的优选地由金属制成的带状部件28,该带状部件设置在踏板臂11的前部29和罩体形成部件30之间,该罩体形成部件形成罩体18。释放部件的功能参见已经参照图1A至图1C的说明内容。当到达对应于图1B的图5B中的位置上时,带状部件28开始发生变形,然后参见图5C,该带状部件随着推杆15一起由于受压而穿过开孔23。由于力限制部件28,所以能够避免释放的踏板臂11的较高的加速度以及踏板臂11的不希望的回撞。
图6A和6B示出可变形的力限制部件31的另一个实施例,该力限制部件为弹簧,如图6B所示,在释放的状态下,该力限制部件在踏板臂11的局部29和推杆15的轴圈32之间作用。可变形部件31主要显示为塑性特征,由此能够减小踏板臂11在释放后回撞的危险。另一方面,显示弹性特征的可变形部件31确保即使在踏板臂11释放之后的制动。因此,优势在于,若要使可变形部件31显示塑弹性特征,这方面可以通过材料的结合来实现。
图7A和7B示出了本发明的用于释放部件19的烟火式触发器20的优选的实施例。触发器20包括容器33,该容器包括烟火装载部34,该烟火装载部具有连接器35,该连接器安装在第一端上,并且该容器还包括活塞36,该活塞连接杆式传动构件21,该杆式传动构件通过设置在容器33的相对一端的开孔而被导向。容器33还包括凹进部件37,该凹进部件形成凹进区域38,活塞36在初始状态下容纳在该凹进区域中。一旦点燃烟火装载部34,凹进部件37朝向容器33的相对一端轴向扩展,从而移动活塞36和传动构件21。释放部件19的容器33在展开后封装住烟火残留物。这种通过凹进部件37实现的封闭式设计在展开之前和之后相对于外界环境提供了屏障。容器33优选地部分地由衬套进行封装,该衬套引导凹进部件37的展开、限制活塞36冲程,并且防止活塞36形成松动构件。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于机动车的踏板装置,包括踏板臂(11),该踏板臂通过第一枢轴接合连接部(12)与机动车车身连接,并且通过第二枢轴接合连接部(16)与力传递部件(15)连接,所述踏板装置还包括烟火式驱动释放部件(19),其中,所述释放部件(19)适于进行释放运动,以当该释放部件对相应的激活信号做出响应而被驱动时释放所述第二枢轴接合连接部(16),并且其中,所述释放部件(19)的释放运动基于主要沿所述踏板臂(11)的直移运动,其特征在于,所述踏板装置包括力限制部件(28;31),所述力限制部件设置为在所述踏板臂(11)和所述力传递部件(15)之间作用,以避免踏板释放后具有高的加速度和不希望的回撞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的踏板装置,其特征在于,所述释放部件(19)适于实现所述力传递部件(15)的端部(17)的直移运动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的踏板装置,其特征在于,所述踏板臂(11)包括开孔(23),以允许所述力传递部件(15)释放后穿过所述开孔(23)。
4.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的踏板装置,其特征在于,所述释放部件(19)包括滑动件(25;26),所述滑动件主要沿所述踏板臂(11)直移运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的踏板装置,其特征在于,所述滑动件(25;26)从闭锁位置运动到释放位置,在所述闭锁位置,所述滑动件(25;26)设置为闭塞所述踏板臂(11)上的开孔(23),在所述释放位置,所述滑动件(25;26)设置为打开所述开孔(23)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的踏板装置,其特征在于,所述滑动件为罩体形成部件(26),该罩体形成部件形成罩体(18)的部分,所述罩体(18)设置在所述踏板臂(11)中,以容纳所述力传递部件(15)的端部(17)。
