本申请要求于2008年7月9日提交的美国临时专利申请61/079,301的权益,并将其整体合并在此以作参考。
本发明涉及无线电源系统,并且更具体来说涉及一种用于为电子设备无线充电的系统。
随着对于电池操作的便携式电子设备的使用日益增多,越来越多地关心与传统的电池充电器相关联的问题。电池操作的便携式电子设备通常提供有用于为电池再充电的电池充电器。许多传统的电池充电器包括插入到电子设备上的功率输入端口中的电源线。电池充电器的设计(包括功率规范和插头配置)通常在不同设备之间会有所不同,以使得一台设备的电池充电器不太可能在为另一台设备的电池充电时还操作正常。这相应地就需要拥有多台电子设备的用户保留并存放各种不同的电池充电器。传统的带线(corded)电池充电器的电线很不美观,并且往往会单独缠结或者与其他充电器的电线缠结在一起。带线充电器的相对不便之处还在于,用户每次在为设备充电时都需要插拔电线。
为了克服与带线电池充电器相关联的上述和其他问题,存在使用无线充电系统来为便携式电子设备中的电池充电的增长趋势。无线充电系统可以提供若干优点。举例来说,无线充电系统消除由于各种充电器电线而造成的不美观的杂乱,并且消除用户从充电器插拔设备的需要。
虽然无线充电系统可以是优于有线充电器的显著改进,但是其仍然存在一些不便之处。举例来说,由于其电池性质的固有限制,传统的电池充电器以相对较低的速率充电。其结果是,其电池耗尽的设备必须在充电器上停留相对较长的时段才能进一步使用。在设备停留于充电器上的延长时段内无法使用该设备可能非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明为电池操作的远程控制器(control)提供无线充电系统,所述无线充电系统具有感应电源和次级功率电路,所述次级功率电路具有电荷存储电容器以及用存储在该电荷存储电容器中的功率来为电池充电的充电子电路。在操作中,次级功率电路从感应电源无线接收功率并且为电容器快速充电。充电子电路以适于电池充电的速率用来自电荷存储电容器的功率为电池充电。由于功率被存储在电容器中,因此即使在从感应电源移除远程控制器之后,仍然可以继续电池充电。
在一个实施例中,电荷存储电容器电连接到远程控制器的电子装置(electronic),从而该远程控制器可以利用存储在电荷存储电容器中的功率进行操作。电荷存储电容器可以是单个超级电容器,或者它可以是一组多个电容器,比如超级电容器的串联或并联布置。
在一个实施例中,所述充电系统包括用于从次级向感应电源传送充电信息的通信系统。除了别的之外,所述充电信息可以包括操作参数或者准许感应电源确定操作参数的数据。举例来说,所述次级可以表明被提供给次级功率电路的功率何时处于为电容器充电的适当范围内、何时电容器完全充满电或者何时电容器需要附加充电。
在一个实施例中,所述次级包括连接电容器与电池的充电电路。所述充电电路可以仅仅是连接电池与电容器的电连接器。或者,所述充电电路可以是更加复杂的充电电路,比如用以防止电池向电容器中泄漏功率的适当二极管或者被合并到集成电路中的充电(charge)控制电路。
在一个替换实施例中,本发明被合并到简单的模拟充电系统中。在该实施例中,所述次级为电容器供应功率,直到该电容器达到预定电压为止。一旦电容器达到该电压,就断开(open)充电开关以便断开从次级到电容器的电流路径。所述电路保持断开,直到电容器的电压回落到属于所述预定值为止,这例如是在为电池充电的过程中已耗尽了电容器中的足量功率之后。

本发明提供一种适用于远程控制系统和其他电池操作的电子设备的简单有效的无线再充电系统。由于电荷存储电容器的充电比传统的可再充电电池要快很多,因此可以比电池快很多地为电荷存储电容器充电。其结果是,本发明允许次级功率电路快速存储足以在至少短时段内操作电子设备的功率。此外,所述通信系统允许感应电源适配其操作参数(比如操作频率和/或占空比),以便提供高效的操作。此外,所述通信系统通过准许兼容的远程设备向感应电源标识其自身并启动感应充电而促进了互操作性。

具体实施方式
I. 概述
图1中示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的具有感应充电系统的远程控制系统10。所述系统通常包括感应电源12和电池操作的远程控制器14。感应电源12生成能够向远程控制器14无线传送功率的电磁场。远程控制器14包括能够在处于适当电磁场中时接收功率并且按照可用形式递送功率的次级电源电路60。在次级电路60中感应出的功率被快速存储在电荷存储电容器72中。存储在电荷存储电容器72中的功率被用来在适合于电池充电的延长时间段(timeframe)上为电池100充电。相应地就可以把功率快速存储在电荷存储电容器72中,并且即使在从感应电源12移除远程控制器14之后也可以使用所述功率来继续为电池100充电。在某些应用中,存储在电荷存储电容器72中的功率可以被用来为远程控制器14提供短期电源。举例来说,在某些应用中,远程控制器14能够直接从电荷存储电容器72汲取功率。在这样的实施例中,与所述系统仅仅依赖于电池充电的情况所需的时间相比,可以快很多地把远程控制器14充电到足以运转。
II. 结构
如前所述,远程控制系统10包括感应电源12,其产生能够在诸如远程控制器14之类的适当的远程设备中感应出电功率的电磁场。虽然结合特定的感应电源12进行了描述,但是本发明可以被配置成与能够输送必要功率的基本上任何感应电源一起使用。现在参照图1,所示实施例的感应电源12通常包括控制器32和储能电路(tank circuit)34。该实施例的控制器32能够以不同的操作频率为储能电路34供应功率,从而允许控制器32改变提供给远程控制器14的功率。在替换实施例中,控制器32能够改变占空比以作为对于改变操作频率的替换或补充。该实施例的储能电路34是串联谐振储能电路,其具有初级线圈16和电容器38。储能电路34可以替换地是其他形式的谐振和非谐振储能电路,比如并联谐振储能电路。该实施例的感应电源12从外部DC电源22接收功率。外部DC电源22可以是能够接收110V AC输入并且提供19V DC输出功率的传统DC电源。

在所示实施例中,初级线圈16是诸如绞合导线(Litz wire)之类的导线的线圈。初级线圈16的特性(例如导线尺寸、导线类型、匝数、线圈形状)对于不同应用将有所不同,以便实现所期望的功能。初级线圈16可以是能够生成磁场的基本上任何组件。举例来说,初级线圈16可以由印刷电路板线圈或冲压(stamped)线圈取代。
所示实施例的储能电容器38被选择成具有一定的电容,当与初级线圈16耦合时,其为储能电路提供处于或接近预期操作频率范围的谐振频率。储能电容器38的特性可以按照期望对于不同应用而有所不同。
电流感测变压器子电路54耦合到储能电路34,以便向控制器32提供指示储能电路34内的电流的信号。在所示实施例中,电流感测变压器子电路54包括电流感测变压器55,其输出在到达控制器32之前经过各种调节和滤波组件,正如图2A-E中所示出的那样。电流感测变压器子电路54的输出可以由控制器32使用来解调在电磁场上所载送的数据信号(下面将更加详细地描述),以及识别出诸如过量电流汲取之类的故障状况。如果发生故障状况,则控制器32可以例如通过关断系统或改变其操作频率而采取补救行动,以致力于解决所述故障状况。

III. 操作

感应电源12在指定时段内继续以起始频率进行感应功率输送。该时段可以被存储在感应电源12内的存储器中,或者由远程控制器14传送到感应电源12。举例来说,所述时段的长度可以被嵌入在由远程控制器14响应于嗅探而生成的反馈信号内。在所述指定时段过去之后,如果感应电源12还没有接收到来自远程控制器14的反馈信号,则感应电源12将调整其操作频率以便提高被供应给远程控制器14的功率。在所示实施例中,感应电源12以储能电路34的谐振频率以上的频率操作(参见图6)。相应地,频率的降低将令感应电源12更接近谐振并且将提高被提供给远程控制器14的功率,这可以通过在图6中比较越来越高的频率A、B、C和D处的功率电平而看出。其结果是,如果到所述延迟时段的末尾还没有接收到反馈信号,则感应电源12将降低其操作频率210。在图6所示的功率/频率曲线中,频率随着你在正x方向上移动而沿着x轴提高,并且功率随着你在正y方向上移动而沿着y轴提高。
另一方面,如果接收到来自远程控制器14的反馈信号,则感应电源12分析所述反馈信号以便确定该信号的内容。如果所述反馈信号指示感应电源12停止充电212,则感应电源12停止感应功率输送214并且返回嗅探状态202。
如果不是这样,则感应电源12分析反馈信号并且根据所述通信来调整感应电源12。在所示实施例中,系统10尝试向电荷存储电容器72供应固定量的功率。正如下面将要更加详细地描述的那样,次级电路60监控被施加到电荷存储电容器72的功率并且提供反馈信号,从而准许感应电源12改变其操作以提供所期望的功率。在该实施例中,感应电源12提高功率,直到次级电路60表明功率处于所期望的电平为止。次级电路60随后提供反馈信号,其指示感应电源停止提高其功率电平。由于该实施例调整操作频率以控制功率电平,因此所述反馈信号实质上指示感应电源停止降低其操作频率。感应电源12提高216其操作频率,并且在指定的延迟时段217之后返回到步骤208。感应电源12将继续提高其操作频率,直到次级电路60停止提供表明功率处于或高于所期望的充电电平或者表明电荷存储电容器72完全充满电的反馈信号为止。各调整之间的延迟长度以及调整的大小可以按照期望对于不同应用而有所不同。这些值可以被存储在感应电源12的内部存储器中,或者由远程控制器14传送到感应电源12。举例来说,所述延迟可以被嵌入在由远程控制器14响应于嗅探而生成的反馈信号内。
可以看出,在该实施例中,反馈信号驱动感应电源12的操作。如果没有接收到反馈信号,则感应电源12周期性地反复降低操作频率(例如步骤208和210)。如果反馈信号表明充电功率处于所期望的值,则感应电源12周期性地反复提高操作频率(例如步骤208和216)。如果反馈信号表明电荷存储电容器72完全充满电,则感应电源12停止感应功率输送214,并且返回到嗅探状态202(例如步骤208、212和214)。这样,感应电源12保持在低功率嗅探状态下,直到有兼容远程控制器14(或其他远程设备)存在为止。感应电源12随后通过感应方式为远程控制器14供应功率,从而基于来自远程控制器14的反馈来调整其操作参数以保持相对恒定的功率电平,直到电容器完全充满电为止。
主要参照图5来描述次级功率电路60的操作方法250。总体来说,次级功率电路60接收来自感应电源12的功率并且利用该功率来为电荷存储电容器72充电。次级功率电路60利用电荷存储电容器72中的功率来为电池100充电,并且可以使得电容器中的功率可用于操作远程控制器14。次级功率电路60监控所述充电过程,并且向感应电源12传送反馈信号以便控制感应电源12的操作参数。
在由感应电源12传送的嗅探存在时,次级功率电路60“唤醒”。在唤醒之后,次级功率电路60把标识信号发送252回到感应电源12。如前所述,次级功率电路12通过选择性地向次级线圈62施加通信负载98而产生反馈信号。控制器80选择性地断开及闭合FET 96,以便根据将在下面更加详细地描述的通信协议在电磁场上产生数据流。在所示实施例中,按照数据分组的形式把数据传送到感应电源12。在生成数据分组之前,控制器80把电荷存储电容器72从次级线圈62断开(disconnect)。次级功率电路60通过开关驱动器子电路78断开电荷存储电容器72。控制器80输出闭合晶体管90的信号,从而把升压子电路76的输出降低到地,进而又断开充电开关66。一旦断开所述开关,电荷存储电容器72就有效地与次级线圈62和通信负载98隔离。充电开关66保持断开达足以发送所述数据分组的时段。在发送了所述数据分组之后,充电开关66再次闭合,从而允许功率流到电荷存储电容器72。如前所述,感应电源12通过开始感应供电而对所述标识信号作出响应。
在感应供电正在进行的同时,次级功率电路60周期性地或连续地监控254电荷存储电容器72的电压并且周期性地或连续地监控256被施加到电容器72的电流。更具体来说,电压感测子电路70向控制器80提供指示电荷存储电容器72的电压的信号。如果所感测到的电压处于或高于最大容量258,则次级功率电路60向感应电源12发送表明电荷存储电容器72完全充满电的数据分组260,其如前所述使得感应电源停止感应功率输送并且返回到嗅探状态。在发送“完全充满电”数据分组的同时断开充电开关66。如果所感测到的电压没有处于或高于最大容量,则控制器80基于来自电流感测放大器子电路68和电压感测子电路70的信号来计算电容器充电功率262。如果所述功率处于或高于所期望的充电功率264,则次级功率电路60向感应电源12发送表明功率处于或高于期望值的数据分组266。同样地,在发送所述数据分组的同时断开充电开关。根据下面讨论的通信方法来发送所述“处于充电功率”数据分组。如前所述,感应电源12通过提高该感应电源12的操作频率来对该数据分组作出响应,其应当令操作频率远离谐振并且降低被供应给次级线圈62的功率。只要所计算的功率保持处于或高于预定的充电功率,次级功率电路60就将继续周期性地发送“处于充电功率”信号。
一旦充电功率降低到所期望的阈值以下,次级功率电路60就停止传送“处于充电功率”信号。该信号的缺失使得感应电源12开始周期性地反复降低操作频率,从而连续提高电容器充电功率直到其再次达到所期望的阈值为止。可以看出,所示实施例的次级功率电路60产生反馈信号,所述反馈信号指示感应电源12调整操作参数以保持所期望的电容器充电功率,并且一旦电荷存储电容器72完全充满电就停止感应功率输送。
在所示实施例中,通过调整被供应给储能电路34的功率的操作频率来改变被供应给次级线圈的功率。如果期望的话,可以用其他改变功率的机制来取代或补充操作频率调整。举例来说,感应电源可以被配置成通过改变施加给储能电路34的信号的占空比来控制功率(以作为对于改变操作频率的替换或附加)。在保持频率恒定的同时,可以改变输入DC电压轨。
如前所述,所示实施例的次级功率电路60向感应电源12发送可用于控制感应电源12的操作的某些操作方面的通信。本发明可以使用能够提供从次级功率电路60到感应电源12的通信的基本上任何通信系统。在所示实施例中,以在电磁场上载送的反馈信号的形式来传送通信。这样就允许通信从次级线圈62传递到初级线圈16,从而去除对附加的通信组件的需要。虽然用于把通信嵌入到电磁场中的方法可以对于不同应用而有所不同,但是所示实施例的通信系统使用数字双相编码和后向散射(backscatter)调制技术。在该应用中,由次级功率电路60通过后向散射调制把数据调制到RF场上。这一点可以通过由通信子电路82“接通(turn on)”及“关断(turn off)”到次级线圈62的相对较重的负载(电阻器98)来实现。“接通”及“关断”该负载会导致次级功率电路60的阻抗发生改变,所述改变通过反射阻抗被传达到初级线圈16。反射阻抗的这一改变在感应电源侧被检测为储能电路34中的电流改变。信号幅度的增大在图7中由区域120和122示出。通过监控储能电路34中的电流,感应电源12可以解调在电磁场上载送的数据信号。相应地,通信子电路82产生可以被用来从次级功率电路60向感应电源12发送数据的调幅信号。
本发明可以利用用于编码数据比特的基本上任何方法。在所示实施例中,次级功率电路60使用差分双相编码技术来产生数据比特。所述技术是基于跃变的(transition),并且在每一时钟沿处出现边沿(edge)。通过在时钟周期(period)当中是否存在跃变来区分数据比特。如果在时钟周期当中出现跃变,则数据比特为“1”;如果没有出现,则数据比特为“0”。由于所述编码技术是基于跃变的,因此其极性与数据调制所使用的“0”和“1”无关。可以利用标准异步串行格式来对数据字节进行格式化:1起始比特,8数据比特(首先是LSB),1奇数(odd)奇偶校验比特,以及1停止比特。在该实施例中,起始比特是“0”,并且停止比特是“1”。图8是利用差分双相编码进行编码的数据的代表性图示。在所示实施例中,按照分组格式把数据从次级功率电路60发送到感应电源12。分组可以包括前同步码(preamble)、报头字节、有效载荷字节(可选)以及检验字节(参见图9)。如图9中所示,每字节可以包括11比特。在该实施例中,整个分组(包括前同步码)的长度长达31字节。前同步码允许感应电源同步输入数据,并且准许精确地确定数据的第一字节的起始比特。该实施例的前同步码可以包括至少3比特(在这种情况下都是“1”),但是在该实施例中可以长达11比特,以便允许标准UART驱动通信以及发送所述前同步码。报头是限定分组类型的单一字节。分组类型字段可以被用来确定分组的长度。有效载荷包括利用分组传送的主要数据。分组类型可以规定(dictate)有效载荷的内容和大小。所述分组可以包括检验字节以作为验证所接收到的数据分组的一种方式。检验字节可以被附加到每一分组的末尾以允许错误(error)检测。可以通过对从报头直到(并且包括)最后一个有效载荷字节的所有字节进行“异或”来生成检验字节。在所示实施例中,前同步码没有被包括在检验字节计算中。虽然关于特定通信系统详细描述了本发明,但是本发明可以利用适合于从次级功率电路60向感应电源12传送数据的基本上任何通信系统。
在某些应用中,可以完全去除所述通信系统。举例来说,本发明可以被实施在简单的模拟电路中,其中仅仅在次级功率电路内实施充电控制。现在参照图12,次级功率电路60’的模拟实施方式通常可以包括次级线圈62’、二极管64’(其用于整流的目的)、充电开关66’、电压感测子电路70’、电荷存储电容器72’、电池100’以及充电电路102’。在操作中,次级线圈62’通过感应方式从感应电源(未示出)接收功率。通过二极管64’对所感应的功率进行整流。根据充电开关66’的状态,经过整流的功率可以被施加到电荷存储电容器72’。通过电压感测子电路70’的操作来断开及闭合充电开关66’。当电荷存储电容器72’完全充满电时,电压感测子电路70’打开充电开关66’,从而基本上把电荷存储电容器72’从次级线圈62’断开。当电荷存储电容器72’没有完全充满电时,电压感测子电路70’闭合充电开关66’,从而准许进一步充电。经由充电电路102’把电荷存储电容器72’中的功率施加到电池100’。在所示实施例中,充电电路102’简单地是从电荷存储电容器72’到电池100’的电连接。
在图14A-B的电路图中示出了次级功率电路的另一个示例性实施例。所述电路类似于包括在图3A-B所示的次级功率电路中的电路。在整个电路中所使用的组件有一些差别。举例来说,使用微处理器的不同的VCC调节器子电路74’取代了图3A-B的实施例中所使用的VCC调节器子电路。此外,在整个电路中使用了不同的开关元件,比如在充电开关66’和开关驱动子电路78’中。某些组件位于次级功率电路内的不同位置处,比如电流感测放大器68’位于图14A-B的实施例中的超大容量电容器的对端(opposite terminal)。在图14A-B的实施例中,从次级功率电路去除了温度传感器。这些差别在很大程度上是针对特定应用的设计选择和优化的结果。在其他实施例中,不同的组件和电路布置可能是适当的。
虽然结合远程控制器14进行了描述,但是本发明完全适于结合各种各样的电池供电的电子设备使用。举例来说,本发明可以被合并到智能电话、蜂窝电话、媒体播放器、个人数字助理以及其他便携式电子设备中。本发明还可以被合并到感应充电的可植入式医疗设备中。举例来说,图13A-D示出了合并到电池供电的可植入式医疗设备中的本发明的实施例。本发明在可植入式医疗设备应用中可能特别有益,这是因为其可以大大减少个人为了电池充电的目的而必须保持静止的时间量。该实施例的医疗设备系统300通常包括可植入式医疗设备302(在这种情况下是起搏器)、手持式感应电源304以及次级功率电路306。如前面描述的实施例那样,次级功率电路306可以包括次级线圈308、电荷存储电容器310、充电电路(未示出)以及电池314。次级线圈308可以位于刚刚在皮肤下方,在该处其可以很容易接收来自外部感应电源的感应功率。在操作中,手持式设备304可以由用户放置在次级线圈308上方,以便为嵌入式电荷存储电容器310快速充电。充电的电荷存储电容器310中的功率可以被用来为电池314充电,或者直接为医疗设备302供电。如果期望的话,医疗设备系统300可以包括通信系统。
前面的描述是对于本发明的当前实施例的描述。在不偏离本发明的精神和更广泛方面的情况下可以做出许多更改和改变。

Claims (24)

1.一种无线充电系统,包括:
用于供应无线功率的感应电源;以及
能够与所述感应电源分离的远程设备,其中所述远程设备包括次级功率电路、电荷存储电容器、充电子电路以及电池,所述次级功率电路电连接到所述电荷存储电容器,并且所述次级功率电路被配置成接收来自所述感应电源的无线功率并且为所述电荷存储电容器快速充电,所述充电子电路电连接到所述电荷存储电容器和所述电池,其中所述充电子电路被配置成利用存储在所述电荷存储电容器中的功率来为所述电池充电;
其中,所述次级功率电路包括充电开关,其响应于所述电荷存储电容器达到预定电压而断开从所述次级功率电路到所述电荷存储电容器的电流路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无线充电系统,其中,当从所述感应电源移除所述次级功率电路时,所述充电子电路能够利用存储在所述电荷存储电容器中的功率来为所述电池充电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无线充电系统,其中,所述远程设备能够使用存储在所述电荷存储电容器中的功率进行操作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无线充电系统,其中,所述充电子电路防止所述电池向所述电荷存储电容器中泄漏功率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无线充电系统,其中,所述电荷存储电容器是超级电容器、超大容量电容器或电化学双层电容器。
6.一种用于接收来自感应电源的无线功率的远程设备,所述远程设备包括:
被配置成接收无线功率的次级功率电路;
电连接到所述次级功率电路的电荷存储电容器,其中所述次级功率电路被配置成为所述电荷存储电容器快速充电;
电池;以及
电连接到所述电荷存储电容器和所述电池的充电子电路,其中所述充电子电路被配置成利用存储在所述电荷存储电容器中的功率来为所述电池充电;
其中,所述次级功率电路包括充电开关,其响应于所述电荷存储电容器达到预定电压而断开从所述次级功率电路到所述电荷存储电容器的电流路径。
7.根据权利要求6所述的远程设备,其中,所述远程设备能够使用存储在所述电荷存储电容器中的功率进行操作。
8.根据权利要求6所述的远程设备,其中,所述充电子电路防止所述电池向所述电荷存储电容器中泄漏功率。
9.根据权利要求6所述的远程设备,其中,所述电荷存储电容器是超级电容器、超大容量电容器或电化学双层电容器。
10.一种用于为远程设备的电池快速充电的方法,所述方法包括:
利用感应电源生成电磁场;
把具有次级功率电路的远程设备放置在电磁场中,以便在次级功率电路内感应出电功率;
利用所感应出的功率为次级功率电路中的电荷存储电容器快速充电;
利用存储在电荷存储电容器中的功率为远程设备的电池充电;以及
响应于在电荷存储电容器中达到预定电压而断开充电开关,从而断开从次级功率电路到电荷存储电容器的电流路径。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,包括:
从次级功率电路向感应电源发送充电信息;以及
基于接收自次级功率电路的充电信息调整感应电源的操作。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述调整感应电源的操作包括调整感应电源的操作频率、占空比以及输入轨电压当中的至少一项。
13.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,即使在从感应电源移除远程设备之后,也能够继续为远程设备中的电池充电。
14.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述电荷存储电容器是超级电容器、超大容量电容器或电化学双层电容器。
15.一种用于为远程设备中的电池快速充电的方法,所述方法包括:
无线接收来自感应电源的功率;
使用接收自感应电源的无线功率利用功率为电荷存储电容器快速充电;
以适合于电池的速率利用存储在电容器中的功率为远程设备中的电池充电;以及
响应于在电荷存储电容器中达到预定电压而断开充电开关,从而断开从次级功率电路到电荷存储电容器的电流路径。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,包括:
从远程设备向感应电源发送充电信息;以及
基于接收自远程设备的充电信息调整感应电源的操作。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述调整感应电源的操作包括调整感应电源的操作频率、占空比以及输入轨电压当中的至少一项。
18.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述电荷存储电容器是超级电容器、超大容量电容器或电化学双层电容器。
19.根据权利要求5所述的远程设备,包括用于传送反馈以便控制无线电源传送所述无线功率的通信系统。
20.根据权利要求5所述的远程设备,其中,所述远程设备包括整流器,其用于调节所述无线功率以及用于保护所述超级电容器,并且其中所述感应电源调节所述无线功率。
21.根据权利要求5所述的远程设备,其中,所述次级功率电路被配置成通过把所述无线电源控制到预定极限来为所述超级电容器快速充电。
22.根据权利要求5所述的远程设备,包括电压感测电路,其中所述电压感测电路被配置成响应于所述超级电容器达到预定电压而断开从所述次级功率电路到所述超级电容器的电流路径。
23.根据权利要求5所述的远程设备,其中,所述远程设备是远程控制器。
24.根据权利要求5所述的远程设备,其中,所述远程设备是可植入式医疗设备。
