Abstract

本发明涉及一种水果、蔬菜捣碎及搅拌、碎冰装置，尤其是该装置内的搅拌刀传动结构。它包括以马达、至少三个搅拌刀组和至少三个搅拌刀组驱动轴，所述每个搅拌刀组连接一根驱动轴，所述搅拌刀组为四叶刀组，所述马达连接一主动轮，所述每个驱动轴上安装一从动轮，所述马达驱动主动轮传动从动轮带动每个搅拌刀旋转。本发明的搅拌机搅拌刀组传动结构通过设置三个或三个以上的搅拌刀组，使得在搅拌水果、蔬菜时在存汁容器内搅拌时搅拌刀作用点多，作用面积分散，从而实现对水果均匀的搅拌，水果、蔬菜碎片不论在存汁容器内的任何位置均能被搅拌，从而使得制作的水果、蔬菜汁精细、并使用较短的搅拌时间即可实现良好的搅拌效果。

一种多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种果蔬及豆类捣碎及榨取装置，尤其是该装置内的搅拌刀传动结构。
背景技术
搅拌机用于将水果捣碎并榨取果汁，现有的搅拌机为单轴单刀结构，其通过电机驱动一根搅拌刀在存汁容器内将水果捣碎，但是单轴单刀的结构在高旋速下因力的作用使搅拌物顺刀旋向旋转，造成搅拌物与刀旋速同步运动，从而大大降低打碎、搅拌、榨汁效果、效率。在国外市场出现了一种两个搅拌刀的搅拌机，但是由于容器的形状多为圆形或规则形状，两个搅拌刀形成的搅拌面不符合容器内的空间形状，在搅拌时死角更多，其搅拌效果往往还不如单个搅拌刀的效果好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制作水果、蔬菜汁精细、搅拌时间短的搅拌机搅拌刀传动结构。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
它包括以马达、至少三个搅拌刀组和至少三个搅拌刀组驱动轴，所述每个搅拌刀连接一根驱动轴，所述马达连接一主动轮，所述每个驱动轴上安装一从动轮，所述马达驱动主动轮传动从动轮带动每个搅拌刀组旋转。
优选地，所述搅拌刀包括钢圈套接部从动轮套接部，所述钢圈套接部设于一钢圈中并于下端露出从动轮套接部，所述钢圈中安装上密封圈和下密封圈，所述从动轮套接部穿过从动轮，所述从动轮上下分别安装上轴承和下轴承，所述刀座上设有对应搅拌刀的固定轴，所述固定轴中心设有孔，所述刀座的从动轮套接部底部设于该固定轴中并在从动轮带动下在孔中转动。
优选地，所述从动轮与上轴承、下轴承之间分别安装上电木介子及下电木介子。
优选地，所述上电木介子与上轴承之间安装有塑胶介子。
优选地，所述马达与主动轮之间设有一离合结构。
优选地，所述离合结构包括设于马达上方的连接器以及设于连接器上的离合器，所述连接器包括一底盘，在底盘上设有一圆形容纳空间，所述圆形容纳空间平分为六等分，所述底盘及六等分容纳空间中部设有轴孔；所述离合器包括一圆形顶盘，所述圆形顶盘的圆周上均匀分布有沿垂直向下延伸出的六个三角形，所述六个三角形与六等分容纳空间相配合。
优选地，所述马达通过一主轴连接主动轮，所述主轴分为上部主动轮连接部及下步的离合连接部。
优选地，所述搅拌刀组包括在一圆周上均匀分布的三个搅拌刀。
优选地，所述搅拌刀组为四叶搅拌刀组。
本发明的搅拌机搅拌刀传动结构通过设置两个或两个以上的搅拌刀，使得在搅拌水果时在存汁容器内搅拌时搅拌刀作用点多，作用面积分散，从而实现对水果、蔬菜均匀的搅拌，水果、蔬菜碎片不论在存汁容器内的任何位置均能被搅拌，多轴多刀交叉混流旋翻的设计，使搅拌打碎、搅拌、榨汁效果效率在传统的基础上，提升3-5倍以上。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，本实施例的搅拌机搅拌刀组传动结构包括马达1、至少三个搅拌刀组2，所述每个搅拌刀组2连接一根驱动轴3，所述马达1连接一主动轮4(由于角度关系，图中未示出，请参见图)，所述每个驱动轴3上安装一从动轮5，所述马达1驱动主动轮4传动从动轮4带动每个搅拌刀2旋转。
本实施例所述搅拌刀组2包括钢圈套接部21及从动轮套接部22，所述驱动轴3包括一钢圈31，所述钢圈套接部21设于钢圈31中并于下端露出从动轮套接部22，所述钢圈31中安装上密封圈311和下密封圈312所述上密封圈311和下密封圈312对搅拌机的搅拌杯内液物密封，防止向漏水，所述从动轮套接部22穿过从动轮5，所述从动轮5上下分别安装上轴承51和下轴承52。
本实施例所述从动轮5与上轴承51、下轴承52之间分别安装上电木介子53及下电木介子54。
所述上电木介子53与上轴承51之间安装有塑胶介子55。所述电木53介子用于耐磨损；塑胶介子作用主要起垫高作用)
如图1、图3和图4所示，所述马达1与主动轮4之间设有一离合结构6。所述马达连接一主轴7，主轴7分为上部主动轮连接部71及下步的离合连接部72。
所述离合结构6包括设于马达1上方的连接器61以及设于连接器61上的离合器62，所述连接器61包括一底盘611，在底盘611上设有一圆形容纳空间612，所述圆形容纳空间612平分为六等分，所述底盘及六等分容纳空间中部设有轴孔613；所述离合器62包括一圆形预盘621，所述圆形顶盘621的圆周上均匀分布有沿垂直向下延伸出的六个三角形622，所述六个三角形622与六等分容纳空间612相配合。该离合器主要是将搅拌刀组与马达组连接为一体，当马达转动，通过离合器将力传递给太阳轮，太阳轮因与行星轮啮合，从而带动搅拌刀组，进行搅拌。
本实施例包括三个所述搅拌刀组2在一圆周上均匀分布，所述搅拌刀组为四叶搅拌刀组。

Claims (9)

1.一种多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：它包括以马达、至少三个搅拌刀组和至少三个搅拌刀组驱动轴，所述每个搅拌刀组连接一根驱动轴，所述马达连接一主动轮，所述每个驱动轴上安装一从动轮，所述马达驱动主动轮传动从动轮带动每个搅拌刀旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌刀包括钢圈套接部从动轮套接部，所述钢圈套接部设于一钢圈中并于下端露出从动轮套接部，所述钢圈中安装上密封圈和下密封圈，所述从动轮套接部穿过从动轮，所述从动轮上下分别安装上轴承和下轴承，所述刀座上设有对应搅拌刀的固定轴，所述固定轴中心设有孔，所述刀座的从动轮套接部底部设于该固定轴中并在从动轮带动下在孔中转动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述从动轮与上轴承、下轴承之间分别安装上电木介子及下电木介子。
4.如权利要求3所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述上电木介子与上轴承之间安装有塑胶介子。
5.如权利要求1所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述马达与主动轮之间设有一离合结构。
6.如权利要求5所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述离合结构包括设于马达上方的连接器以及设于连接器上的离合器，所述连接器包括一底盘，在底盘上设有一圆形容纳空间，所述圆形容纳空间平分为六等分，所述底盘及六等分容纳空间中部设有轴孔；所述离合器包括一圆形顶盘，所述圆形顶盘的圆周上均匀分布有沿垂直向下延伸出的六个三角形，所述六个三角形与六等分容纳空间相配合。
7.如权利要求6所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述马达通过一主轴连接主动轮，所述主轴分为上部主动轮连接部及下步的离合连接部。
8.如权利要求7所述的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌刀组包括在一圆周上均匀分布的三个搅拌刀组。
9.如权利要求8所送的多刀多轴果蔬搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌刀组为四叶搅拌刀组。
