技术领域
本发明涉及在轧板机中轧制金属板或扁坯。当在轧机机座中第一道次之前转动扁坯或在早期道次中转动板时,工件的纵横比可能较大,即宽度远大于长度。因为工件仅被支撑在少量辊上,所以当其进入轧机机座工作辊咬口时其经常偏斜。这导致了要被轧制的工件的一个前导角领先于另一个前导角,从而导致了非正方形的板。
背景技术
在现有技术中已经有大量的方法来解决这个问题。在一些情况下,工件使用辊道行进到工作辊的面内来试图在轧制前对齐工件。之后在反向并进入工作辊咬口以便轧制之前使得工件后撤一小段距离。通过轧机机座自动系统来控制上述操作。
这种方法导致了不一致的结果,因为工件并不总是完全对齐的。这种方法还需要减小或闭合工作辊间隙,这必须需要附加设定时间来将工作辊间隙打开至轧制道次的校正设定,从而导致了减小的生产率。这种方法还可能损坏工作辊。
需要一种在进入轧机机座工作咬口之前对齐扁坯或板(具体地具有大纵横比的扁坯或板)的可靠手段。
发明内容
根据本发明,轧机包括所附权利要求1所限定的特征。机械挡块可以方便地实现为位于辊道上方的梁。该梁可以通过液压缸在各位置之间运动。
在优选实施例中,辊道包括第一区域和第二区域,其中第一区域具有多个具有恒定直径的运输辊且在下文被称作线性区域,所述第二区域在下文被称作转台区域且具有多个从第一端到第二端具有不同直径的锥形或阶梯状运输辊,交替的锥形或阶梯状运输辊被设置成其第一端分别处于辊道的第一侧和辊道的第二侧,且进一步其特征在于所述线性区域沿运输方向从机械挡块前方至少两个辊距延伸到轧机。

具体实施方式
参考图1a和图1b,在根据现有技术的轧机中,工件1首先沿辊道7(包括运输辊8a)朝向工作辊2前进且辊隙3被减小或闭合(粗箭头指示了工件的运动方向)。这导致工件的前导面4自身平行于工作辊的表面对齐。
之后,工件1从工作辊2缩回(图1c)并且辊隙3打开,之后工件1再次前进(图1d)从而进入辊隙3以便轧制。
参考图2,本发明包括安装在轧机机座壳体5的前方上的机械挡块。例如,该挡块方便地实现为梁6,该梁6被安装在辊道7的上方且横跨辊道7并且具有平行于工作辊2的轴线且用作工件1对齐的基准的面或边9。可以经由液压缸来降低该梁以就位或提升该梁以让道。如果工件在进入轧机工作辊咬口之前需要被对齐,则梁被降低就位并且工件被运输到抵靠面9以便使其对齐(图2a-2c)。一旦工件对齐则梁被提升让道。之后,工件被运输到工作辊2进入下一轧制道次(图2d)。
参考图3,常规轧机通过辊道7的转台区域7b来实现工件1的转动。该转台区域包括以交替方式设置的一组锥形或阶梯状运输辊8b,以便第一、第三、第五等辊被设置成它们的最大直径处于辊道一侧,且第二、第四、第六等辊被设置成它们的最大直径处于辊道的另一侧。
沿相同方向旋转所有锥形或阶梯状辊8b导致工件沿辊道线性运动,而沿相反方向旋转交替的锥形或阶梯状辊会导致位于其上的工件旋转。
辊道通常包括线性区域7a,其包括几个恒定直径的辊8a,工件在这些辊8a上经过之后紧接着进入工作辊咬口。
工件1在位于转台区域7b上时特别易受未对齐的影响。因此,在本发明的优选实施例中,线性区域7a被延长(图4),从而使得更容易使工件抵靠梁6而对齐并且更容易保持从机械挡块开始直到辊隙3的对齐。本发明具体涉及具有大纵横比的工件,即其宽度大于其长度,并且可以处理的最短工件通常在长度上大约是两个辊距。因此,当线性区域7a的长度(沿与工作辊2的轴线正交的方向,见粗箭头)使得其从梁6前方至少两个辊距开始延伸到工作辊2时最大化了这个特征的益处。

Claims (5)

1.一种轧机,包括:
具有多个运输辊的辊道,其可操作以将工件运输到一对协作的工作辊,
其特征在于具有与所述工作辊的旋转轴线平行的面或边的机械挡块,所述挡块能够在工件被运输到所述工作辊的路径内的第一位置与让开所述路径的第二位置之间运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机,其中所述机械挡块被实现为位于所述辊道上方的梁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轧机,其中通过液压缸的操作,所述梁能够在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间运动。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的轧机,其中所述辊道包括第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域具有多个具有恒定直径的运输辊,所述第二区域具有多个从第一端到第二端具有不同直径的锥形或阶梯状运输辊,交替的锥形或阶梯状运输辊被设置成其第一端分别处于所述辊道的第一侧和所述辊道的第二侧,且进一步特征在于所述第一区域沿运输方向从所述机械挡块前方至少两个辊距延伸到所述工作辊。
5.一种在轧机上轧制工件的方法,包括:
向所述工件沿辊道到工作辊的路径引入机械挡块,该机械挡块具有提供对齐基准的面或边;
经由所述辊道运输所述工件,并且驱动所述工件抵靠所述面以便实现与其对齐;
抬起所述机械挡块从而让开所述工件的路径并且将所述工件运输到所述工作辊。
