技术领域
本发明涉及消费者泡罩包装,更加具体地,本发明涉及利用成双激光刻痕的可破裂的多层薄片来进行密封的消费者泡罩包装。
背景技术
适用于消费者使用的泡罩包装是众所周知的。传统上,在利用聚合物、箔片或者箔片层压聚合材料的薄片覆盖的成形塑料泡形泡罩中包含消费者产品。消费者可以通常通过从泡罩剥离盖片或者通过向泡罩施加作用力而推动产品通过盖片,从而从泡罩包装移除产品。为了使得消费者推动产品通过盖片,盖片应该或者本质上是可破裂的(例如薄的金属箔片)或者盖片(通常是塑料或塑料层压板薄片)的一部分应该是弱化的,从而当施加正常的手部作用力时,产品将足够地破碎或者破裂盖片,以允许产品行进通过盖片。
一种生产可破裂的塑料薄片的方法,包括以机械方式刻痕塑料薄片,从而刻痕线或者凹槽被标记到薄片上而不完全地穿过薄片。另一种方法是使用激光刻痕塑料薄片,以产生作用于在塑料薄片上形成可破裂的部位的刻痕线或者凹槽。通常,这种塑料薄片是多层层压板,其中可激光刻痕层被层压到可无激光刻痕的材料例如金属箔片或者可无激光刻痕的聚合物。相信当层压到或者结合到底部可无激光刻痕层的、经激光刻痕的顶层破裂时,由于该两个层的不同的特性,所产生的破裂翼片将趋向于卷曲。
对于这样的包装存在消费者需要,该包装能够在泡罩包装中保持各个产品,该包装是透明的以示出产品,该包装是可打开的而不产生过度噪音,并且该包装并不使用可以撕碎并且形成不规则开口翼片的金属箔片。在包装中合并箔片降低或者消除了包装的再循环性。
市场商人要求这样的泡罩包装,在该泡罩包装上,印刷信息和图形可以被置于透明的包装上并且即使在移除了一些产品之后也是能够容易地观察的。
发明内容
一种可破裂的多层薄片,该可破裂的多层薄片包括至少一个无激光刻痕的中间层以及具有两两对准的激光刻痕的顶层和底层。该泡罩包装还包括:具有一个敞开表面的泡罩;合并在泡罩中的产品;和密封到泡罩敞开表面上的可破裂的薄片,其中该可破裂的薄片包括层压板,该层压板包括至少一个无激光刻痕的中间层以及具有两两对准的激光刻痕的顶层和底层。一种形成泡罩包装的方法包括:对多层聚合物层压材料进行激光刻痕,该层压板包括至少一个可无激光刻痕的中间层以及可激光刻痕的顶层和底层,以形成可破裂的盖片,所述可破裂的盖片在顶层和底层上包含对准的激光刻痕;并且,利用经激光刻痕的盖片密封泡罩包装,该泡罩包装在一个或多个泡罩中包含产品,其中两两对准的激光刻痕位于每个泡罩上方。

具体实施方式
本发明的泡罩包装为消费者提供一种紧凑的包装,以分配各种产品,其中在密封的泡罩或者凹座中包含各个产品,可以通过推动产品通过可破裂的盖片而各自地并且卫生地分配产品。该包装优选由透明的聚合材料形成,该聚合材料为市场商人提供以吸引消费者的方式呈现印刷信息和图形的能力。该盖片由聚合材料形成,该聚合材料提供具有透明的材料的能力并且同时在打开时不产生过度噪音。本发明的盖片优选由多层层压板形成,其中外部(顶部和底部)结构层被激光刻痕,从而所产生的成双激光刻痕竖直地对准,而中间层(可以由一个以上的单独的层形成)未被激光刻痕并且提供密封或者屏障层。
在本发明的泡罩包装盖片中,主要顶层和底层形成本发明的可破裂的盖片的结构构件的一个部分。本发明的顶部和底部结构层是可激光刻痕的聚合物材料。可激光刻痕指的是在材料中引起刻痕线或者凹口的、将适当的激光束引导到聚合物材料上的效果。相信激光能量被聚合物材料吸收,这导致刻痕的形成。可以将印刷薄层、保护性涂层(例如清漆)和粘结剂材料附着到主要结构顶层和底层。这些可以是或者可以不是本质上可激光刻痕的,但是当顶部和底部结构层被激光刻痕时将被刻痕。
优选地,顶层和底层具有充分的结构强度,以形成用于消费者产品的、适当的包装。此外,在激光刻痕之后,这些层应该是可破裂的。盖片中的可破裂的区域能够利用施加到产品的手部压力而容易地打开或者穿透,以推动产品通过盖片。优选地,结构底部层与通常是可加热成形聚合物的泡罩包装材料相兼容。在具有附着到一起并且形成适当的密封件的能力的意义上,这些材料是兼容的。此外,如果包装的一些部分由相同或者类似的材料制成,则再循环性增加。
在本发明的可破裂的泡罩包装中,通常在通过破裂盖片而从闭合的泡罩移除或者推出产品之后,在破裂之后产生的、盖片材料的翼片趋向于恢复它们在薄片中的位置。虽然薄片将在破裂之后具有开口,但是通常破裂的盖片材料将位于盖片的平面中并且将不显著地在该平面上方或者下面凸出。这个性质与破裂箔片并不自然地恢复在盖片的平面中的位置的金属箔片可破裂的盖片相反。消费者欣赏的是,一些产品已经被移除的、包含多个泡罩包装产品的泡罩包装继续具有秩序井然的和整洁的外观。在本发明中包含的成双结构层阻止了破裂的盖片翼片的卷曲并且维持了基本平坦的薄片材料。市场商人欣赏的是,在从本发明的泡罩包装阵列移除了一些产品之后,印刷的例如标识和产品标识符是保持可读的。
消费者还欣赏的是,本发明的泡罩包装具有破裂包装以获得产品并不产生讨厌的噪音的性质。如果在讨厌多余的噪音的位置中或者情况中例如在音乐会或者剧场处,消费者尝试移除产品,则这个性质是特别重要的。
优选地,泡罩包装和泡罩包装盖片材料是透明的。消费者欣赏在购买之前或者在从泡罩包装释放之前观察产品的能力。例如产品识别、标识和规章要求信息的印刷信息可以置于泡罩或者泡罩包装盖片上。通常,这种印刷可以形成置于主要结构层上方或者下面的单独的层。如果印刷层置于泡罩包装盖片的外表面上,则通常优选在印刷层之上施加薄的保护层(例如清漆)。
如在本技术领域中已知地,通常通过将外部结构层共挤出到共挤出的中间层上而形成本发明的多层盖片。如在本技术领域中已知地,可以添加其他的印刷、保护性和粘结层。
在本发明中有用的、适于用作主要结构层的可激光刻痕聚合物包括聚酯和聚氯乙烯。因为它们的结构强度和透明性,这些材料是特别优选的。其中,聚酯是最优选的。在聚酯中,优选的材料是通常形成为芳香二羧酸(例如对苯二酸)和烷撑二醇(例如乙二醇)的缩合聚合物的聚芳香羧酸烷撑二醇酯。最典型的聚芳香羧酸烷撑二醇酯是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。其他有用的聚酯包括聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)和聚萘二甲酸乙二酯(PEN)(从乙二醇和2,6-萘二羧酸形成)。还可以使用这些聚酯的混合物。
顶部和底部主要结构层通常(但是并不是必要地)由相同聚合材料制成。在本发明的一个实施例中,底层(在附接到泡罩包装的层的意义上)是能够直接结合到PET泡罩包装底部,而不使用单独的粘结层的等级的PET。在该实施例中,顶层可以是另一等级的PET或者其他适当的可激光刻痕的材料。
在本发明中有用的中间的可无激光刻痕的层被选择为在对外部结构层激光刻痕之后保持包装密封。如在本发明中使用的可无激光刻痕意味着刻痕外部结构层的、处于在本发明的方法中使用的水平的激光能量行进通过这种可无刻痕的层而对于这种层的结构无显著的效果(即中间层未被刻痕)。中间层提供即使外部结构层包含刻痕或者凹槽也能针对多余的异物侵入得以密封的包装。此外,这些中间层可以提供抑制水蒸气、氧气、二氧化碳或者其他气体通过包装盖片传输的屏障层。而且,屏障层抑制了挥发性香味成分的损失并且增加了产品的有效保存期限。中间层的优选示例是乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物(EVOH)。如果它们拥有适当的屏障强度和可无激光刻痕性的性质,则其他中间层材料是可能的。由于它的优良的气体屏障性质、透明性和传输在本发明中使用的激光能量的性质,EVOH是优选的。除了一个或者多个屏障层(例如EVOH),可以在适当的中间层中包括另外的可无激光刻痕的材料的层。一个示例是利用聚烯烃例如聚乙烯(例如低密度聚乙烯)的层覆盖EVOH层,以在中间层和外部结构层之间提供更好的粘附性质。在优选的示例中,在PET的外层内合并了利用聚乙烯涂覆的EVOH的中间层。
在本发明中有用的激光器选择为在泡罩包装盖片中形成刻痕线。一种典型的、有用的激光器是二氧化碳激光器,该激光器以中红外电磁光谱发射激光束,例如在大约8.8μm到10.9μm之间并且通常大约10.6μm。适当的激光器的能量输出优选地得到控制,以在本发明的盖片材料的外部主要结构层中形成激光刻痕,但是行进通过可无激光刻痕中间层。可以通过常规测试确定有用的和最佳的能量输出水平的范围。有用范围通常可以在10瓦特到1000瓦特之间并且更加通常地在100瓦特到800瓦特之间。
本发明的包装通常被形成为利用可破裂的盖片密封的包含产品的泡罩。适当的泡罩是具有被边沿表面围绕的敞开表面的凹座(通常由热成形聚合物制成),盖片可以被附着到边沿表面上。可以在泡罩盘中包含多个泡罩,从而在消费者可接受的包装中布置泡罩(凹座)的阵列。为泡罩凹座或者泡罩盘使用的典型聚合物是可热成形的并且优选地是透明的,例如聚酯和聚氯乙烯。聚酯例如PET是优选的。优选地,泡罩盘和本发明的盖片的底部结构层由相同或者兼容的聚合物制成。本发明的最优选的泡罩包装由用于盘和盖片的外部结构层这两者的聚酯制成。在本发明的一个实施例中,例如由纸板或者卡纸板制成的辅助部件可以被围绕泡罩或者泡罩阵列装配或者被装配到其上。可以在例如由卡纸板制成的辅助包装中包含本发明的典型的泡罩包装。
在本发明中,泡罩包装盖片被激光刻痕,以形成可破裂的密封层。通常,盖片沿着位于或者将位于泡罩敞开表面内的一条线或多条线而被激光刻痕。在该实施例中,利用经激光刻痕的盖片覆盖泡罩开口(通常热成形凹座的敞开表面),以在这种开口上方形成可破裂的区域。
在一个实施例中,对于每个泡罩沿着多条线将泡罩包装盖片激光刻痕。通常,单一的、直的、经激光刻痕的线并不向盖片提供充分的可破裂的能力,以允许通过向封装的产品施加压力而容易地破裂。优选地,多条经激光刻痕的线是交叉的,从而在破裂时产生了盖片材料的多个翼片,这允许从覆盖的泡罩容易地移除产品。例如,可以以十字形、多个十字形、X或者T形构造该多条线。在一个优选实施例中,激光刻痕具有W或者M或者U图案,当破裂时这将形成翼片。
在本发明的一个实施例中,经激光刻痕的线在一条或者多条线构造有至少一个间断部。该间断部形成小的区域,该小的区域被附接到盖片外表面,且与盖片外表面连续,并且为可破裂的盖片提供用于产品保护的结构完整性。在无这种区域时,在泡罩包装的正常处理期间,盖片可能过早或者意外地破裂。该区域应该足够小,以允许当通过挤压产品通过可破裂的盖片而有意地破裂盖片时容易地撕裂。带有这种区域的这种经激光刻痕的线构形的一个示例看起来象一对V形刻痕,该V形刻痕在邻接的V的顶点处带有不连续的区域或者部位。直径大约0.5mm到2mm。优选地大约1mm的区域通常足以维持盖片的结构完整性,同时当期望时允许容易地破裂。其他形状是可能的,根据本发明的描述,所述形状包含具有不连续的区域的多条经激光刻痕的线。
本发明的可破裂的泡罩盖片允许通常通过推动产品通过盖片中的可破裂的区域而从泡罩包装移除产品。通过在薄片上形成激光刻痕而产生可破裂的区域。推动产品通过这些可破裂的区域有必要的作用力通常小于4kg力,通常小于3kg力并且优选小于2.75kg力。推动产品通过本发明的盖片有必要的作用力通常在1kg到3kg力之间,并且优选地在2kg到2.75kg力之间。
可以在本发明的包装中合并适于在泡罩包装中合并的任何产品。通常适当的产品应该足够小,从而方便地在泡罩包装中合并并且具有足够的结构强度,以允许推动这种产品通过可破裂的盖片。该产品可以具有任何适当的形状例如珠形、球形、菱形、片形、囊形、丸形等。特殊的示例包括食品例如口香糖、糖果和蜜饯;药品;和无机产品。其他适当的产品包括球状口香糖、棒状口香糖、片状口香糖、泡状口香糖、软糖、咀嚼糖、硬糖、薄荷糖和巧克力。
本发明的可破裂的盖片通常具有充分的厚度以提供结构完整性但是足够薄,以提供变得可破裂的能力。适当的盖片可以具有至少0.01mm的厚度并且优选具有至少0.04mm的厚度。如果期望特别结实的包装,则适当的盖片可以具有达1mm或者更大的厚度。优选的适当盖片可以小于0.5mm并且更加优选小于0.1mm。外部结构可激光刻痕层通常在所述厚度的20%(优选10%并且更加优选5%)内。在典型的盖片中,外部结构层的厚度是基本相同的。中间的可无激光刻痕的层的比例通常在总盖片厚度的5%到25%之间。在优选的盖片中,中间层与总薄片厚度的比例是10%到20%。可以使用其他的比例。
可以通过将激光束引导到多层聚合薄片上而生产本发明的泡罩包装盖片,在该多层聚合薄片中,外层是可激光刻痕的聚合材料,并且中间层(可以从多个单独的层形成)是可无激光刻痕的。在实践中,激光束刻痕顶层,行进通过中间层,并且刻痕底层。优选地,将激光反射材料置于薄片下面,以将激光束反射回底部外层上。激光束得以引导,以形成所期激光刻痕构形或者图案。所产生的盖片材料具有竖直对准的、在外部(顶部和底部)结构层上的成双激光刻痕。因此,在顶层和底层上的激光刻痕图案将是相同和对准的,以允许容易地破裂盖片材料。经激光刻痕的盖片可以置于每个泡罩均包含产品的包装中的泡罩或者泡罩阵列上。盖片应该得以定位或者配准,从而经激光刻痕的区域被置于每个泡罩的敞开表面之上。
在另一实施例中,可以组装泡罩包装,其中每个泡罩均包含产品,并且在激光刻痕之前利用本发明的多层盖片覆盖。在组装之后,适当的激光器刻痕盖片。
参考图进一步示出而非限制本发明的实施例。
图1示出包含三个层压聚合层3、4和5的、本发明的经激光刻痕的泡罩包装盖片2的截面。结构外层3和4由可激光刻痕的聚合物例如PET形成,而层5是可无激光刻痕的中间屏障聚合物例如EVOH。激光刻痕6和7被竖直地对准,以产生可破裂的区域9。
图2示出包含五个层压聚合层的、本发明10的经激光刻痕的泡罩包装盖片的截面。结构外层11和12由可激光刻痕的聚合物例如PET形成,而层13是可无激光刻痕的中间屏障聚合物例如EVOH,层13在聚乙烯12和14的两个层之间占据,以在外层与中间层之间形成更好的结合。激光刻痕16和17竖直地对准,以产生可破裂的区域18。

图5示出具有经激光刻痕的盖片的泡罩包装50。所示图案是示意性的,因为典型的泡罩包装对于每个泡罩凹座将具有相同的刻痕图案。盖片54通过附着到围绕泡罩开口64的边沿56而附着到包含各个泡罩凹座52的泡罩盘60。每个泡罩开口具有图案化激光刻痕70、72、74和76。激光刻痕图案70、74和76示意本发明的实施例,其中刻痕线是不连续的,以形成与盖片54的外层连续的可破裂的区域71、75和77。

Claims (15)
1.一种可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,包括顶部外层、底部外层以及至少一个无激光刻痕的中间层,所述顶部外层和底部外层具有两两对准的激光刻痕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,所述顶部外层和底部外层包括聚芳香羧酸烷撑二醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,所述顶部外层和底部外层包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯,或者其混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,所述中间层包括屏障层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,所述中间层包括乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,所述中间层包括占据在聚烯烃层之间的乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,利用选自印刷层、清漆层和粘结层中的一个或多个层来覆盖所述顶部外层和底部外层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,在每个外层上具有一条以上的激光刻痕线。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,具有至少一条不连续的刻痕线。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可破裂的泡罩包装多层盖片,其中,所述不连续的刻痕线形成与所述盖片的顶部外层和底部外层连续的可破裂区域。
11.一种泡罩包装,包括:
a)至少一个泡罩,所述至少一个泡罩具有一个敞开的表面,
b)产品,所述产品容纳在泡罩中,和
c)可破裂盖片,所述可破裂盖片密封到容纳所述产品的泡罩敞开表面上,
其中,所述可破裂盖片包括多层聚合物层压材料,所述多层聚合物层压材料包括顶部外层、底部外层以及至少一个无激光刻痕的中间层,所述顶部外层和底部外层具有两两对准的激光刻痕;其中,所述激光刻痕位于所述泡罩敞开表面上方。
12.根据权利要求11所述的泡罩包装,其中,泡罩被热成形为泡罩盘,并且所述泡罩盘和所述顶部外层和底部外层由聚酯制成。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的泡罩包装,其中,所述中间层包含乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物。
14.一种用于形成泡罩包装的方法,包括:
a)对多层聚合物层压材料进行激光刻痕,以形成可破裂的激光刻痕盖片,所述多层聚合物层压材料包括可激光刻痕的顶层和底层以及至少一个无激光刻痕的中间层,所述可破裂的盖片在所述顶层和底层上包含两两对准的激光刻痕,和
b)利用经激光刻痕的所述盖片对泡罩包装进行密封,所述泡罩包装在一个或多个泡罩中容纳产品,其中,所述对准的激光刻痕位于每个泡罩上方。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,在所述盖片密封到所述泡罩包装上之后,对所述泡罩包装进行激光刻痕。
