Description

用于生产容器的装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用可热成形的板材生成容器的装置及方法。利用根据本发明的装置及方法生产的容器适于装填冷却后可能固化的液体或浆糊状产品、或者装填粉末或松散的产品。在被装填之后,这种容器可用于食品、制药、化妆品和类似行业。
背景技术
在劳动力成本低的一些国家中,已知是通过以人工的方式执行大量操作将产品包装在由可热成形材料制成的容器内。这种包装方法的缺点是:除了生产容器成品需要非常长时间之外,如果在人工操作过程中操作人员出现失误,则可能使容器成品存在缺陷。
为克服这些缺点,已知一种用于生产容器的生产线,其包括用于在板材上获得多个空腔的成形单元。设在成形单元下游的填充单元使得能够对形成在板材上的空腔进行装填。该生产线还包括:设在填充单元下游的焊接单元,用于将封闭板热焊接在其上形成有空腔的板材上;和设在焊接单元下游的切割单元,用于从板上分离出单个容器或容器组。
已知的这种生产线虽然能够加快包装操作和获得高质量的容器,但并不特别通用。另外,这种生产线适于大量容器的成批生产,并不适于小批量生产彼此不同的容器,这种小批量生产出现在需要准备样品来检验消费者是否喜欢某种类型的产品的时候。
发明内容
本发明的目标是改善已知的生产容器的装置及方法。
另一目标是提供能够减少获得容器所需要的手工操作数量的装置和方法。
另一目标是提供具有很大通用性的用于生产容器的装置。
又一目标是提供既能够用于大量容器的批量生产,又能够用于小批量生产的装置。
在本发明的第一方面,提供了一种包括用于将封闭膜焊接到容纳元件的边缘区域上的焊接单元的装置,其特征在于:所述装置包括控制单元,所述控制单元被编程成使所述焊接单元能够选择性地处理容纳元件的连续条带或者离散的容纳元件组。
由于本发明的第一方面,能够获得用于借助封闭膜将容纳元件封闭的装置,其既能够单独操作,又能够被集成在生产线上。在第一种情形下,该装置处理可能已经受手动操作(例如手动填充操作)的分散的容纳元件组。这些分散的组可用于必须设置少量容器样品的时候,或者用在具有低劳动力成本的国家。在第二种情形下,该装置处理容纳元件的连续条带,并且实现容器的快速形成。
在本发明的第二方面提供了一种包括用于从板材部分上分离出容器的分离单元的装置,其特征在于:所述装置包括控制单元,所述控制单元被编程成使所述分离单元能够选择处理容器的连续条带或离散的容器组。
根据本发明第二方面的装置非常通用,因为它能够被插入到生产线上来利用连续展开的板材生产容器,但又能够单独工作,即在生产线之外工作以处理离散的事先形成的容纳元件的组。
在本发明的第三方面提供了一种包括用于使封闭膜与具有多个容纳腔的板材联接的联接工具的装置,其特征在于:它包括切割单元,用于移除所述封闭膜的一部分,使得在所述封闭膜与所述板材联接时,所述板材的区域保持不被所述封闭膜覆盖。
由于与联接工具结合的切割单元,能够以特别快速且自动的方式获得容器。
在一个实施例中,该装置包括调节工具,用于沿供应方向调节切割单元的位置。
在本发明的第四方面提供了一种方法,其包括在切割单元中移除封闭膜的一部分和使所述封闭膜与具有多个容纳腔的板材联接,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:调节所述切割单元的位置,使得在所述联接之后,所述板材的预设区域位于所述封闭膜的已移除所述部分的区域上。
在一个实施例中,期望保持不被封闭膜覆盖的预设区域包括用于开启包括容纳腔的容器的突片。
在另一实施例中,期望保持不被封闭膜覆盖的预设区域包括从所述板材的一个面上突出的突出部,其中所述面与所述板材的容纳腔从中突出的另一个面相对。
通过调节切割单元的位置,能够确保板材的其上形成有容纳腔的期望区域没有封闭膜,这使得甚至能够以高度自动化的方式生产特殊容器,即不同于封闭膜可以均匀的方式施加于其中的普通容器的容器。
在本发明的第五方面提供了一种装置,其包括用于将封闭膜从卷轴上展开的展开工具和用于使所述封闭膜与具有多个容纳腔的板材联接的联接工具,其特征在于:它包括设在所述联接工具上游的接合工具,用于将可被消费者用来从容纳腔中取出内容物的移除工具接合到所述封闭膜上。
在本发明的第六方面提供了一种方法,其包括将封闭膜从卷轴上展开和使所述封闭膜与具有多个容纳腔的板材联接,其特征在于,在所述联接之前,所述方法包括将可用来从容纳腔中取出内容物的移除工具接合到所述封闭膜上的步骤。
在一个实施例中,该移除工具包括匙状元件。
在一个实施例中,该匙状元件基本扁平。由于本发明的第五和第六实施例,可以以高度自动化的方式生产多个设有消费者可用来例如食用装在容器中的产品的移除工具的容器。
在本发明的第七方面提供了一种方法,所述方法包括使从中形成多个容器的板材的一部分前移和从所述板材中分离出所述容器的步骤,所述方法的特征在于:在所述分离之后,各个容器掉入位于下方的收集盘的相应底座中。
在本发明的第八方面提供了一种装置,其包括用于从板材的一部分中分离出容器的分离单元和用于将适于接收所述容器的收集盘传送给所述分离单元的传送设备,所述传送设备包括参考工具,用于相对于所述分离单元将所述收集盘置于预定位置上,使得每个容器均能够被接收在所述收集盘的相应底座中。
其中接收有容器的收集盘在装满之后可以以手动或自动的方式被移除,并且可以被用于在接下来的处理步骤期间(例如将容器运输至零售店的过程中或销售期间)支撑容器。这使得容器在生产之后的处理步骤得到改善。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了成形装置1,其用于在板材2上形成多个具有容纳腔3形状的容纳元件。板材2为可热成形且可焊接的材料,且可包括例如塑料膜。板材2从卷轴4中展开,并且沿前移方向F1受前移设备指引。前移设备包括沿前移方向F1顺序设置的第一夹子5和第二夹子6。第一夹子5和第二夹子6分别包括下部夹紧元件7和上部夹紧元件8,所述夹紧元件中的至少一个可沿关于前移方向F1呈横向的夹紧方向Y移动,且所述夹紧元件设在板材2的相对部分上。具体地,下部夹紧元件7和上部夹紧元件8可脱离位置(图1所示)和夹紧位置(未示出)之间相对对方运动,其中,在脱离位置上,板材2与下部夹紧元件7和上部夹紧元件8分开,在夹紧位置上,板材2夹在下部夹紧元件7和上部夹紧元件8之间。在夹紧位置上,第一夹子5和第二夹子6可沿前移方向F1移动,以使板材2在成形装置1内移动。在所示实例中,通过第一夹子5和第二夹子6前移的板材2限定基本水平的平面。
在第一夹子5的下游,成形装置1包括预加热站9,用于将板材2加热至板材2发生软化且能够轻易热成形的温度。预加热站9包括下板10和上板11,其能够关于前移方向F1横向(如箭头Y1所示)移动,以便在板材2停于预加热站9中时靠近和加热板材2。
在预加热站9(对于某些类型的板材2而言,它可以省略)的下游,设有包括半个凸模13和半个凹模14的成形站12,所述模具共同作用在板材2上形成容纳腔3,例如以热成形的方式。半个凸模13和半个凹模14也能够相对于前移方向F横向(如箭头Y2所示)移动,从而移向或远离板材2。
在成形站12的下游,设有包括例如刀片16的分离工具15,其中所述刀片与抵靠元件17配合来沿着相对于前移方向F1呈横向(例如垂直)的线路切割板材2。刀片16和抵靠元件17位于板材2的相对部分上。在所示实例中,刀片16位于板材2下方,抵靠元件17位于板材2上方。刀片16可具有圆盘形状,并且可以围绕基本与前移方向F1平行的旋转轴R旋转。移动设备(未示出)使刀片16相对于前移方向F1横向(更具体是与之垂直地)移动,因此旋转轴R自身保持平行。通过这种方式从板材2上分离出容纳腔组18,容纳腔组18之一在附图3中示出,其包括由板材2的扁平部分19接合在一起的多个容纳腔3。
成形装置1还包括触发设备(未示出),用于选择性地触发或解除分离工具15。如果分离工具15被解除(即,不工作),则从成形装置1中出来具有容纳腔3的连续条带。在这种情况下,可将成形装置1插在自动生产线中以利用连续的板材生产经装填和封闭的容器。因此,将在成形装置1下游设置填充单元,其后设有其它操作单元。
一方面,如果分离工具15被触发,成形装置1形成容纳腔组18,这些容纳腔组可暂时进行存储,或者在经历其它可能的自动化操作之前受到人工处理。例如,可以以人工的方式给这些组18装填期望的产品。在这种情况下,成形装置1不是被集成在连续的生产线上,而是单独工作。
图4-6示出了焊接装置21,其用于将封闭膜22施加到多个容纳腔3上。容纳腔3事先形成在板材2上(例如通过图1和2中示出的成形装置1),并且随后被装填期望的产品20。封闭膜22可以是从相应卷轴23上展开的塑料膜,如图4和5所示,并且沿供应方向F2受到指引。封闭膜22在沿供应方向F2前移时限定基本水平的平面。
焊接装置21包括切割站24,其包括作用在封闭膜22上以从中移除预定部分的切割工具。切割工具包括其上装配有一个或多个剪切构件26的支撑元件25,所述剪切构件26的切割轮廓与希望从封闭膜22上移除的部分的形状对应。在图5所示的示例中,在支撑元件25上装配有两个剪切构件26,其切割轮廓均基本为四边形。
切割工具还包括抵靠底部28,其位于封闭膜22的与支撑元件25相对的那侧上,并且在切割过程中与剪切构件26相互作用。
如箭头V1所示,支撑元件25可沿着从抵靠底部28突出的柱27相对于供应方向F2横向(具体是相对于该方向垂直地)滑动。通过这种方式,支撑元件25能够在静止位置(图5所示)和工作位置(未示出)之间移动,其中,在静止位置上,剪切构件26与封闭膜22相隔一定距离,在工作位置上,剪切构件26与抵靠底部28接触以移除封闭膜22的部分,从而在封闭膜22上限定多个开口29。
切割站24包括调节工具,用于沿供应方向F2调节切割工具的位置。调节工具可包括一个或多个引导元件30,抵靠底部28可以与柱27和支撑元件25一起沿所述引导元件移动,如箭头X1所示。引导元件30与供应方向F2平行地延伸。
可以人工或自动的方式使抵靠底部28、柱27及支撑元件25沿引导元件30移动,例如通过可包括致动器(未示出)的驱动设备。在已执行调节操作之后,锁定设备(未示出)使得能够沿引导元件30将切割工具固定在期望位置上。
下面将详细公开提供调节工具的原因。
焊接装置21还包括操作单元,其包括焊接站31,所述焊接站使得能够将封闭膜22焊接到板材2上,从而将容纳腔3封闭。沿着在所示实例中是沿传送方向F3(其基本垂直于供应方向F2)延伸的板材2的路径的一部分102设置焊接站3。
方向转换设备使得封闭膜22能够从供应方向F2变换成传送方向F3。方向转换设备包括多个辊,其中包括方向转换辊32(图4所示),所述转换辊32可围绕位于水平面上且相对于供应方向F2倾斜45°的轴线H旋转。
联接辊33(在图4和6中示出)设在方向转换设备下游,使得封闭膜22能够与板材2发生接触。
与封闭膜22接触的板材2由传送工具指引通过焊接站31,所述传送工具包括夹子35和另一夹子36,所述夹子35和36与参考附图1和2公开的第一夹子5和第二夹子6完全相似。
如图6所示,焊接站31包括联接工具,其包括与上板37相互作用的下板34。在下板34上形成多个凹部38,其适于接收形成于板材2上的容纳腔3。另一方面,上板37支撑被加热的焊接元件39和未被加热的稳定元件40,如图6所示。
上板37和下板34可以在远离位置(图6所示)和接触位置(未示出)之间相对于传送方向F3横向(如箭头V2所示)移动。在远离位置上,下板34和上板37与板材2和封闭膜22间隔一定距离,所述板材2和封闭膜22可沿传送方向F3自由前移。在接触位置上,板材2和封闭膜22被夹在下板34和上板37之间,以便沿着容纳腔3周围的边缘区域41将封闭膜22接合到板材2上。具体地,被加热的焊接元件39施加使得能够将封闭膜22焊接在板材2上的热和压力,同时设在被加热的焊接元件39下游的未被加热的稳定元件40施加压力以稳定刚刚形成的焊点。
在上述情况下,焊接站31因此充当热焊接站,因为它通过热和压力的联合作用将封闭膜22热焊接在板材2上,即,将封闭膜22与板材2联接。在未示出的一个实施例中,焊接站31还能够根据不同的原理工作。例如,焊接站31可包括超声波焊接设备,其使得能够将封闭膜22接合在板材2上。
在焊接站31下游设有分离工具45,其与参考附图1和2公开的分离工具15完全相似。如果分离工具45被触发,它使得能够从其上焊接有连续封闭膜22的板材2的连续条带上分离出离散的容纳元件组,其中每个容纳元件均包括填充有产品20且被封闭膜22的一部分封闭的容纳腔3。
包括在切割站24中的调节工具使得能够在期望位置上在封闭膜22上形成开口29,因此在将封闭膜22与板材2联接时,开口29位于板材2的希望无封闭膜22的预定区域上。这在希望获得图7和9中示出的那种容器的情况下会是有用的。
图7为平面图,其示出了包括容纳体43的容器42,其中容纳体43由板材2形成且具有容纳腔3。容纳体43被封闭部分44封闭,其中封闭部分44由封闭膜22形成且沿着容纳腔3周围的边缘区域41接合容纳体43。容纳体43设有从边缘区域41突出的开启突片46。
开口29设在封闭膜22上,因此封闭膜22只部分覆盖开启突片46,其中能够限定缺少封闭膜22的未覆盖区域47。未覆盖区域47对应于形成开口29的封闭膜22的区域。
此外,可以在开启突片46上限定联接区域48,在该区域中将封闭膜22与板材2联接。未覆盖区域47与联接区域48互补。
在开启突片46与边缘区域41接合的区域中,特意在板材2上形成分离线49,所述分离线包括例如连续或间断的刻痕或切痕,这些刻痕或切痕的目的是在受到压力时使板材2沿特意的分离线49断开。特意的分离线49可以在利用成形装置1(例如在成形站12)处理板材2的时候形成。
如图8所示,容器42可与形状相似的第二容器42’接合形成包装单元50,其中封闭部44接触第二容器42’的相应封闭部44’。这两个容器沿各自封闭部的边缘区域接合在一起。为分离这两个容器,消费者抓住容器42的开启突片46和第二容器42’的相应开启突片46’,并且拉动这两个开启突片以使一个容器远离另一个容器。
为使这两个相邻的容器彼此分离,相应的开启突片不能彼此相连。这由容器42的未覆盖区域47和第二容器42’的相应的未覆盖区域47’实现。实际上,在未覆盖区域47和47’上,容器的封闭膜22彼此不发生接触,这确保开启突片46和46’彼此不相接合,同时容器42与第二容器42’相连。其形成原因例如可以是因为形成封闭部44和44’的封闭膜22是热可成形的,同时形成容纳腔的板材2不是热可成形的。因此,将容器42接合到第二容器42’上的可能的热焊接站不使未覆盖区域47和47’彼此相连。
在容器42已与第二容器42’分离之后,消费者可通过抓住开启突片46并将开启突片46拉向与容纳腔3相对的那侧来打开容器42。通过这种方式,板材2沿特意的分离线49断开,但封闭膜22仍然在联接区域48上与开启突片46相连。通过进一步作用于封闭突片46上,借助封闭膜22沿边缘区域41的剥离动作,消费者因此能够从容纳体42上移除封闭膜22。
图9示出了容器142,其包括形成于板材2上的容纳腔103。在容纳腔103外部,还在板材2上设有从板材2的面52突出的突出部51。面52与板材2的其上突出形成容纳腔103的另外的面53相对。
如果希望获得复杂的包装单元,突出部51可以例如被用于将容器142与另一容器(未示出)联接。突出部51可以形成在成形装置1的成形站12中。
在封闭膜44上形成有开口29,其设在突出部51处,使得突出部51穿过开口29并且从封闭膜44中突出。
在一个实施例中,图7中示出的突出部51和开启突片46可以出现在同一容器上。
在开始生产图7和9中示出的那种容器之前,在切割站24中,通过作用于调节工具来调节切割工具沿供应方向F2的位置。通过这种方式,确保剪切构件26在与突出部51或者用于形成开启突片46的板材2的区域相应的的位置上在封闭膜44上形成开口29。
操作过程中,在可能地调节包括在切割站24中的切割工具的位置之后,封闭膜22从相应的卷轴23中展开,并且沿供应方向F2受到指引。封闭膜22穿过切割站24,在其中形成开口29。同时,其上形成有已装填产品20的容纳腔3的板材2沿传送方向F3受到指引。
在借助包括方向转换辊32的方向转换设备从供应方向F2转变为传送方向F3之后,封闭膜22被施加在板材2上并且在焊接站31中与板材2接合,从而将容纳腔3封闭。
当封闭膜22已在焊接站31中将容纳腔3封闭之后,分离工具45在被触发的情况下能够切割封闭膜22和板材2,以将被封闭膜22封闭的容纳腔3分成离散的组。由此形成的离散组随后可被储存或被手工处理,或者被传送到接受下一步处理的其它地方。
在未示出的一个实施例中,焊接站31和切割站24可以按照与图4所示布局不同的布局设置,例如沿公共方向排列。
图4-6示出了焊接装置21处理其上形成有容纳腔3的连续板材2的配置。具体地,焊接站31使得封闭膜22能与连续板材2接合,所述封闭膜22从相应的卷轴23上展开以封闭容纳腔3。在这种配置中,焊接装置21能够被插入到容器生产线中,例如位于设在图1和2中示出的成形装置1外部的填充单元的下游。
在生产线上插入有焊接装置21的情况下,焊接装置21被用于容器的大批量工业生产。
或者,焊接装置21可以单独使用,例如通过以人工的方式给焊接装置21提供离散的容纳腔3的组。可以通过以人工的方式给图3所示的那种容纳腔的组18填充产品20来获得这些离散组。
为了无缺陷地处理这些离散的容纳腔3的组,焊接装置21包括控制工具,其用于检查当焊接站31正在处理一组容纳腔3时,下一组容纳腔3是否位于焊接站31上游的预设位置并在等待被处理。控制工具包括传感器工具,例如图4中示出的沿着将容纳腔3的组传送至焊接站31的传送工具的路径的一部分102设置的光电管54。传感器工具可位于其中封闭膜22靠近板材2的传送工具的区域的上游,以便不受封闭膜22影响。
图10示出了与图4中示出的焊接装置完全相似的焊接装置21,参考图10详细公开在焊接装置21处理离散的容纳腔3的组的配置下传感器工具的操作。图10中示出的焊接装置21的与在图4-6中示出的部件相似的那些部件被注以相同的参考数字,并且不再详细公开。
焊接装置21包括传送工具,其包括输入传送机98,所述传送机98被设置用于沿相对于传送方向F3横向的输入方向F5传送装填有产品20的容纳腔3的离散组118。在所示示例中,输入方向F5垂直于传送方向F3。因此,离散组118沿着在穿过焊接站31的部分102的上游包括由输入传送机98限定的另一部分122的路径移动。该另一部分122相对于部分102呈横向,具体是与之垂直。
输入方向F5可以是与封闭膜22前移所沿的供应方向F2平行且相对的。在这种情况下,焊接装置21按照T形布局设置。
输入传送机98(其可以为传送带型)可包括多个分割元件99,其在输入传送机98上限定相应的壳体100。每个壳体100的尺寸都要能够接收单个离散组118。每个分割元件99均可包括横杠,其固定在输入传送机98上,并且沿着相对于输入方向F5横向(具体为垂直)的方向延伸。
在所示实例中,每个离散组118均包括两排容纳腔3,每排包括八个容纳腔3。每个离散组118具有较大或纵向的尺寸L和较小或横向的尺寸W。离散组118被置于输入传送机98上,例如以手动的方式,以使较大的尺寸L相对于输入方向F5呈横向(具体是垂直)。
驱动设备101驱动输入传送机98,以使离散组118在输入方向F5上受到指引。
传送工具还包括转移设备(未示出),其被设置用于移除位于输入传送机98最前端位置PA上的离散组118和将离散组118转移至部分102。沿着在所示实例中为直线形的部分102设置焊接站31。
转移设备可包括与夹子35或另一夹子36类似的转移夹子,或者适于将位于最前端位置PA的离散组118推至夹子35的推进设备。
包括例如光电管54的传感器工具沿输入传送机98的路径设置,以检测最前端位置PA上离散组118的存在。具体地,传感器工具被设置在交叉区域中,在该区域中,输入传送机98沿输入方向F5的路径(即另一部分122)与沿传送方向F3延伸的部分102相交。通过这种方式,传感器工具使得在输入传送机98上准备沿传送方向F3前进的离散组118被检测。
传感器工具被设置成检测相对于传送方向F3位于最前端位置PA上的离散组118的前部区域。在所示实例中,传感器工具被设在离夹子35较近的容纳腔3附近。
操作过程中,操作人员手动将已装填产品20的容纳腔3的离散组118置于输入传送机98的相应的壳体100中。后者沿输入方向F5上指引离散组118。移除设备移除输入传送机98上位于相对于输入方向F5处于最前端位置PA上的离散组118,并且沿传送方向F3将该离散组转移至部分102。然后用夹子35抓住离散组118,夹子35将该离散组118传送至焊接站31,可具有开口29的封闭膜22将在焊接站31中与离散组118接合。
传感器工具被连接至控制焊接装置21的操作的控制单元。如果在焊接装置21正在工作时传感器工具检测到离散组118的存在,控制单元使焊接站31定期运行,即无间断地运行。不断被传感器工具检测到的后续的离散组118实际上意味着离散组118不间断地被提供给焊接站31,仿佛这些组形成具有容纳腔的连续条带。焊接装置21因此能够如先前参考图4-6公开的那样作用。
另一方面,如果传感器工具未检测到离散组118的存在,则与传感器工具连接的控制单元使焊接站31停工。同时,切割站24被停止,并且停止从相应的卷轴23上展开封闭膜22。焊接装置21因此保持不动,直至离散组118(例如由操作人员手动放置的)被传感器工具检测到。
在替换实施例中,控制单元可以被编程成在传感器工具未检测到离散组118的存在的情况下,不立即使焊接装置21停工。驱动设备101继续使输入传送机98移动预定时间,其中在该预定时间期间,传感器工具可检测到可能存在的后续的离散组118。如果在预定时间间隔内未检测到离散组118,则使焊接装置21停止。
如果希望焊接装置21处理容纳腔3的连续条带(如图4-6所示那样),可以使传感器工具失效。另外,可以将输入传送机98拆除或解除,以及给焊接装置21提供沿传送方向F3传送的具有容纳腔3的连续条带,如图4所示。
通过这种方式获得一种非常通用的焊接装置21,其能够轻易地从容器的大批量生产过渡成容器的小批量生产(其形成离散组),反之亦然。
应认识到:也可以将切割站24插入到永久性集成在容器的连续生产线中的焊接装置中,其中该装置不含包括光电管54的传感器工具。另一方面,也可以将包括光电管54的传感器工具用在不在封闭膜上形成开口且因此其中缺少切割站24的焊接装置中。
图11示意性地示出了分离装置61,其用于从扁平材料62的一部分59中分离出包括容器42的单个容纳元件。容器42通过给容器腔3(例如由成形装置1形成)填充产品20且接着用封闭膜22(其例如由焊接装置21施加)封闭这些腔来获得。扁平材料62包括与封闭膜22联接的板材2。扁平材料62被设置在基本水平的平面上。扁平材料62的一部分59可具有连续或离散的形式,在具有连续形式的情况下,分离装置61处理容器42的连续条带,在具有离散形式的情况下,分离装置61处理离散的容器42的组,这将在下面更详细地公开。在图11所示的情形中,扁平材料62的一部分59为连续部分。
分离装置61包括传送工具,其包括例如传送带55,所述传送带55卷绕在至少一对滑轮56上以使扁平材料62的一部分59沿传送方向F4前进。传送工具还包括一对传送夹57,其设置用于抓住由传送带55传送的扁平材料62和将扁平材料62传送给包括剪切站58的操作单元。传送夹57以彼此相对的方式设置以抓住扁平材料62的两个相对的条带。在图11中只有设在扁平材料62前方的传送夹57可见。该夹子隐藏设在扁平材料62后方的传送夹57,其因此不可见。
传送夹57可以在抓住配置和自由配置之间移动,其中,在抓住配置中,传送夹57抓住扁平材料62的侧缘以沿传送方向F4将扁平材料62引至剪切站58,在自由配置中,传送夹57不与扁平材料62接合并且可以相对于扁平材料62与传送方向F4平行地自由移动。
剪切站58包括设在扁平材料62两侧的下半模60和上半模63。下半模60和上半模63可以剪切位置(未示出)和非工作位置(图11所示)之间相对于传送方向F4横向移动(如箭头V4所示)。在非工作位置上,下半模60和上半模63彼此间隔一定距离,使得扁平材料62能够通过剪切站58。在剪切位置上,下半模60和上半模63相互接触以从扁平材料62上分离容器42。
在下半模60的厚度上形成至少一个通道64,即其尺寸使得容器42在从扁平材料62上分离出之后能够经过的通孔,下面将公开其原因。
上半模63设有沿希望的轮廓设置的剪切刀片65,其中将沿所述轮廓切割出各个容器42。上半模63还包括至少一个贯穿上半模63厚度的杆部66,各个杆部66可以相对于传送方向F4横向(具体是垂直)移动,如箭头V4所示。杆部66的行程大于上半模63的行程。杆部66分别具有下端,其上可设有夹紧元件(例如吸盘,未示出)。夹紧元件使得容器42在被杆部66移动的同时能够被保持住。
传送工具可以在剪切站58下方移动,所述传送工具例如包括传送带67,其用于将多个用来接收容器42的收集盘68传送给剪切站58。传送带67被卷绕在使传送带67与传送方向F4平行地移动的相应滑轮69上。传送带67具有外表面70,参考元件71被设置在所述表面70上以便能够将收集盘68正确放置在传送带67上。参考元件67从外表面70上突出,并且以等距的方式沿传送带67分布。在所示实例中,连续两个参考元件71之间的距离基本等于收集盘68沿传送方向F4的长度。如图12所示,参考元件71具有细长件的形状(例如方形或矩形横截面),其覆盖传送带67的宽度的很大一部分,其中所述宽度是相对于传送方向F4横向地测量的。因此可将参考元件71形成为板条,其可以例如通过螺钉或粘性物质附连在传送带67的外表面70上。
各收集盘68包括主体72,其具有适于搁靠在传送带67上的搁靠表面73,所述表面73例如可以是基本扁平的。在主体72中形成有多个底座74,每个底座74均用于容纳容器42。当收集盘68位于剪切站58下方时,容器42跌入底座74,直至它们填满整个收集盘68。由此填满的收集盘68使得能够更容易地处理容器42,例如将容器42传送给后续处理区或存储容器42。
在一个实施例中,收集盘68还可以包括展示架,当容器42在商店中进行销售时容器42被容纳于展示架内。
还可以沿传送带67的路径提供检测工具,其例如是检测参考元件71的通道的光电管检测器76。光电管检测器76连接控制单元,所述控制单元控制分离装置61的操作,并且使得能够相对于传送带55调节传送带67的位置,从而将收集盘68的底座74设在容器42处。分离装置61还包括输出传送机75,其位于剪切站58下游且可以沿传送方向F4移动,以便在已将容器42从扁平材料62中分离出之后将扁平材料62移至丢弃区域(未示出)。
在分离装置61开始分离容器42之前,光电管检测器76检测沿传送带67设置的参考元件71的位置,并将该位置传给控制单元。控制单元处理传送元件71的位置,并且基于所采用的收集盘68的类型计算底座74的位置。必要时,控制单元移动传送带68以将传送元件71移至预定位置,其中,在所述预定位置上,当相应的容器42从扁平材料62中分离出时,底座74位于通道64下方。通过这种方式,每个容器42都能够精确地落入底座74中。
操作过程中,传送带55使与扁平材料62相连的容器42沿传送方向F4前进。在图11所示的情况下(其中分离装置61集成在容器生产线中并且处理扁平材料62的连续条带),进入分离装置61的扁平材料62可直接来自于焊接装置21。
在传送带55使与扁平材料62接合的容器42前进时,传送带67指引先前已放置在传送带67上(例如以手动的方式)的收集盘68。参考元件71确保将收集盘68正确放置在传送带67上,使得每个底座74与相应的容器42同步。在传送带55出口处,传送夹57抓住扁平材料62的两个相对的纵向边缘,并且将容器42引入剪切站58。当容器42在剪切站58中不动时,将下半模60和上半模63带至剪切位置,在该位置上,剪切刀片65将单个容器42从扁平材料62上分离。在容器42从扁平材料62上分离之前,杆部66向下滑动,使得固定在杆部66上的夹紧元件与容器42接合。
在已将容器42从扁平材料62中分离出之后,其夹紧元件仍然保持住容器42的杆部66进一步下移,以将容器42移至下方收集盘68的相应的底座74。当杆部66已将容器42带至收集盘68附近时,夹紧元件将容器42释放在底座74中。
接着,下半模60和上半模63远离对方,已从其上分离出容器42的扁平材料62被输出传送机75传送至丢弃区域。收集盘68在装满容器42之后被传送带67移离剪切站58,然后被操作人员取走。
图13示出了与图11所示的分离装置61相似的分离装置161。图13高亮显示控制工具,其使得分离装置161既能够处理容器42的连续条带,又能够处理包括通过扁平材料62连在一起的预定数量的容器42的离散组。
要理解的是:将在下面参考图13公开的控制工具也能够被包括在图11所示的分离装置61中,以使该装置能够处理离散的容器42的组。
与分离装置61的部件相似的分离装置161的部件用相同的参考数字来指示,并且不再详细公开。
控制工具包括沿传送带55的路径132(其位于剪切站58的上游)设置的传感器工具。
传感器工具包括相对于传送方向F4正好位于剪切站58上游的检测器104(其包括例如光电管)。检测器104被用于在分离装置161被启动以开始从扁平材料62上分离容器时,检测预定位置上第一离散容器组的存在。
传感器工具还包括相对于传送方向F4设在剪切站58上游的传感器105(其包括例如光电管)。传感器105位于检测器104上游,并且与之隔开。检测器104和传感器105之间的距离可以大于沿传送方向F4测量的每个离散的容器组的长度。传感器105被用于检测紧接在离散容器组已被推至传感器105下游以在剪切站58中进行处理之后,是否后续还有离散的容器组可被推至剪切站58。
分离装置161还包括停止工具,其用于使离散的容器组停止在一个或多个预定位置上。停止工具包括停止元件,其用于在分离装置161被启动时使进入分离装置161的第一离散容器组停在预定位置上。停止元件可以在停止位置和通道状态之间活动,其中,在停止位置上,停止元件阻止第一离散容器组继续沿传送方向F4前进,在通道状态下,停止元件不阻塞第一离散容器组的通道。在所示实例中,停止元件包括致动器106(例如液压或气动型)的杆部。停止元件被设在传感器105附近。更准确地说,停止元件正好位于相对于传送方向F4的传感器105的下游。
停止工具还包括停止设备,其用于使跟在已推至致动器106下游的离散组后面的离散容器组停在位于剪切站58上游的预定位置上。停止设备可以包括液压或气动型致动器油缸107,其具有可在停止位置和通道位置之间活动的杆部。
致动器油缸107可以沿传送方向F4正好位于致动器106下游。
当分离装置161首次被启动时,在剪切站58中或沿传送带55上均不存在离散容器组。因此,检测器104未检测到任何容器组的存在。该信息被传给与传感器工具相连的控制单元。控制单元给致动器106发出指令,致动器106的杆部向下移动,即出现在致动器106外部。通过这种方式使致动器106的杆部处于停止位置。
接着,使传送带55移动以沿传送方向F4传送由操作人员放置在传送带55上的离散容器组。传送带55可以在分离装置161的整个操作期间不停地移动。
当由传送带55传送的第一离散容器组到达传感器105处时,传感器105检测到它的存在。同时,第一离散容器组抵接致动器106的杆部,并且停在由该杆部确定的精确位置上。在该位置上,传送夹57抓住第一离散容器组,并且致动器106的杆部缩回到通道位置以使得传送夹57能够将第一离散容器组传送至剪切站58。
接着,由传送夹57移动的第一离散容器组到达检测器104处,其检测到容器组的存在。当控制单元被告知第一离散容器组已被检测器104检测到时,致动器106被解除,因此其杆部留在通道位置上。在另一方面,致动器油缸107被触发,致动器油缸107的杆部被移至致动器油缸107的外部(即向下移动),以到达相应的停止位置。由传送带55传送的第二离散容器组在致动器106(其杆部位于通道位置)下方经过,并且停靠处于停止位置的致动器油缸107的杆部。现在,第二离散容器组充当阻挡由传送带55传送的第三离散容器组的停止元件。
在此期间,检测器105已检测到第二离散容器组的存在。因此,致动器油缸107的杆部可缩回至相应的通道位置,第二离散容器组可被传送夹57抓住并送至剪切站58。
只要离散容器组继续被放置在传送带55上并且沿传送方向F4一个接一个地由传送带55传送,则传感器105不断检测到离散容器组的存在,并且将致动器油缸107的杆部维持在通道位置。因此不间断地将离散容器组推至剪切站58,其就像自己与具有容器的连续条带相互作用一样处理这些离散的容器组。
当离散的容器组不再一个接一个地被放置在传送带55上时(例如因为操作人员不再将离散组加载到传送带55上),传感器105不再检测到离散容器组的存在。因此,致动器油缸107被命令将相应的杆部带至停止位置,分离装置161的操作暂时中断。
致动器油缸107停留在停止位置上,直至由传送带55移动的下一离散容器组抵靠相应的杆部并且被传感器105检测到的时刻。此时,致动器油缸107将杆部缩回到通道位置,该离散容器组被推至剪切站58。分离装置161因此重新继续定期作业。
总之,检测器104和致动器106只在分离装置161的启动阶段工作,以确保在相对于剪切站58的期望位置上将第一离散容器组引至分离装置161内。另一方面,传感器105和致动器油缸107不仅在启动时工作,还在装置的操作过程中工作,以确保所有离散容器组均被正确传至剪切站58。
在其中以人工方式将第一离散容器组放置在位于剪切站58上游的期望位置上的一个实施例中,可以只使用传感器105和致动器油缸107,从而免除检测器104和致动器106。
传感器工具和停止工具使分离装置161能够以可靠的方式处理离散容器组,同时还使得这种情况下的手动操作最小化。当然,分离装置161也能够处理容器的连续条带,在这种情况下,由控制单元解除传感器工具和将停止工具持久保持在通道位置上就够了。
参考附图13公开的传感器工具和停止工具也可以设在图11所示的分离装置61中。
在一个实施例中,传感器工具和停止工具可以用在不使用收集盘68的分离装置中。
图14和16示出了根据替换实施例的焊接装置81的输入部分。焊接装置81包括用于支撑封闭膜22的第一卷轴78的第一支撑工具77和用于支撑封闭膜22的第二卷轴80的第二支撑工具79。第二卷轴80充当储备卷轴,使得在卷绕在第一卷轴78上的封闭膜22用完时,焊接装置81的停工时间最短或者甚至减为零。
当然,第一支撑工具77和第二支撑工具79也可以用在图4-6和10示出的焊接装置21中。
封闭膜22借助已知的展开工具从第一卷轴78上展开,诸如以便位于可基本水平的平面上,然后沿可基本水平的供应方向F12受到前移设备(未示出)指引。
在第一卷轴78下游可具有切割站124,其使得能够在封闭膜22上形成多个开口,所述开口被用于使随后将与封闭膜22联接的板材2的预定区域不被覆盖。切割站124类似于参考图4和5公开的切割站24,且可以包括调节工具,其用于调节相应切割工具的位置以在封闭膜22的期望位置上形成开口。
切割站124是可选的,并且在不希望在封闭膜22上形成开口的情况下可以省略。
焊接装置81包括接合工具82,其可以设在切割站124的下游以使移除工具接合封闭膜22。购买用封闭膜22封闭的封闭容器的消费者可以利用该移除工具将容纳于所述容器或不同容器的容纳腔中的物质取出。如图16和19所示,移除工具可以包括例如具有基本扁平材料形状的匙状元件83。通过使用该匙状元件83,用户能够食用他所购买的容器所容纳的奶油状物质。匙状元件83由塑料制成。
焊接装置81还包括用于将匙状元件83定位在封闭膜22上的定位工具。在所示实例中,定位工具包括设在封闭膜22两侧的第一定位工具108和第二定位工具109。第一定位工具108和第二定位工具109使得能够在封闭膜22上设置相对于封闭膜22的对称轴S对称设置的两排匙状元件83。
在一个实施例中,如果希望在封闭膜22上设置单排移除元件83的话,可以只在封闭膜22的一侧设置定位工具。
第一定位工具108和第二定位工具109具有基本相同的结构部件和操作模式。
第一定位工具108和第二定位工具109分别包括料斗110,其中装填有松散设置的多个匙状元件83。匙状元件83从料斗110落入下方的定向设备111,所有的匙状元件83均以预设取向离开该定向设备111。
定向设备111(由于为已知的类型,因此不作详细描述)可包括振动设备。
从每个定向设备111中出现两排匙状元件83,这些匙状元件被定向成每个匙状元件83的夹紧部分112在相应的匙状元件83的移除部分113之前。在图19中详细示出的夹紧部分112适于由消费者抓紧,同时移除部分113适于从容器中取出期望的产品20。
接着从转移卡盘114中接收从每个定向设备111中出现的成对的匙状元件83,其中卡盘114能够围绕垂直旋转轴旋转。每个转移卡盘114在旋转180°之后将成对的匙状元件83输送给包括例如一个或多个吸盘或其它吸附元件的传送设备(未示出),其将匙状元件83放置在停止于包括接合工具82的操作站中的封闭膜22上。
如图18所示,接合工具82包括第一半模115和第二半模116。第一半模115设在封闭膜22上方,同时第二半模116设在该膜下方。
第一半模115设有突出元件117,其伸向封闭膜22以便在接合区域119与匙状元件83形成接触。第二半模116也包括突出元件120,其被设在与突出元件117相应的的位置上。
第一半模115和第二半模116可以在远离配置(图18所示)和接触配置(未示出)之间相对于供应方向F12横向地相对于对方运动。在远离配置中,第一半模115和第二半模116彼此间隔一定距离,以便封闭膜22能够在第一半模115和第二半模116之间自由前进。在接触配置中,封闭膜22连同设于其上的匙状元件83被夹紧在第一半模115的突出元件117和第二半模116的突出元件120之间。突出元件117以及可能地突出元件120被加热,从而在接合区域119将匙状元件83热焊接到封闭膜22上。
在替换实施例中,接合工具82可以包括超声波接合工具来在接合区域119上利用超声波焊接将匙状元件83接合到封闭膜22上。
还可以利用包括粘性物质施加工具的接合工具82将匙状元件83粘接在封闭膜22上。
定位工具和接合工具82使得能够以自动且精确的方式将匙状元件83接合到封闭膜22上。
图15示出了焊接装置81的最后部分,其位于在图14和16中示出的开始部分的下游。焊接装置81的最后部分设在接合工具82的下游,并且接收进入的上面已连有匙状元件83的封闭膜22。该膜沿供应方向F12移动。
通过沿前进方向F12将焊接装置81的最后部分设在开始部分的下游,避免封闭膜22方位发生变化,这会使匙状元件83分离。
在接合工具82的下游,焊接装置81包括联接工具,其用于通过焊接使封闭膜22与其上已形成有事先装好期望产品的容纳腔3的板材2联接。
该联接工具包括焊接站131,其与参考图4和6公开的焊接站31完全类似。
如先前参考图4-6和10所示的焊接装置21公开的那样,焊接装置81同样能够处理其上形成有容纳腔3的连续形式的板材2,以及先前从连续形式的板材2上分离出的离散的容纳腔3的组118。
为此,焊接装置81包括传送工具,所述传送工具包括横向传送带(未示出),其与图10所示的传送带98非常相似,以便使离散组118沿相对于前进方向F12呈横向(例如垂直)的输入方向前进。传送工具还可以包括传送夹121,用于将离散组118从横向传送带转移到与图10的夹子35类似的夹子135。
还设有与图10中的包括光电管54的控制工具类似的控制工具,用于检查是否存在可用于传送给焊接站131的离散组118。
如果焊接装置81处理离散的容纳腔3的组118,横向传送带和控制工具被触发,并且焊接装置81的最后部分以参考图10公开的方式作用。
另一方面,如果焊接装置81处理其上形成有容纳腔3的板材2的连续条带,则使传感器工具和横向传送带失效,并且使板材2的连续条带沿前移方向F12前移,并且不间断地得到处理。
在之前的描述中已多次说明成形装置和焊接装置及分离装置可以单独工作或者集成到单条生产线中。
图20是示出了其中成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置被集成到容器生产线中的配置的简图。成形装置可以是在图1和2中示出的那种,同时焊接装置可以是在图4-6或14-19中示出的那种。最后,分离装置可以是图11或13中示出的那种。
成形装置具有与控制成形装置操作的控制单元CU1连接的用户接口UI1。类似地,焊接装置具有与控制单元CU2连接的用户接口UI2,分离装置具有与控制单元CU3连接的用户接口UI3。
这三个控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3中的每一个均可包括PLC。这三个控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3中的每一个包括选择工具,操作人员可借助该选择工具选择相应的装置是必须单独工作,或是必须被集成在连续的生产线中。在单独操作状态下,各装置处理离散的容纳元件组。另一方面,在线操作状态下,各装置处理容纳元件的连续条带。
对于每个装置,选择工具均可包括在希望该装置作为生产线的一部分工作时按压或选择的按钮IL,以及在希望该装置单独工作时按压和选择的按钮OL。
各用户接口UI1、UI2和UI3还可以包括控制按钮,操作人员可通过所述控制按钮控制相应装置的操作。控制按钮可包括操作人员按压其来启动相应装置的启动键,操作人员按压其来停止该装置的停止键,以及按压其来重置已出现于该装置中的可能的反常操作状态的重置键。
各用户接口UI1、UI2和UI3还包括报告工具,用于例如以可视的方式报告相应装置的操作状态。该报告工具可以包括例如包括在启动按钮中的绿色指示灯,其指示相应装置正在正常工作。当操作人员按压启动按钮来启动相应装置时,该按钮发出绿光,并且在装置持续工作的整个时期保持这种颜色。
报告工具还可以包括例如包括在停止按钮中的红色指示灯,其在装置因出现故障而停止时亮起。当操作人员介入之后,故障已经修复且装置做好工作的准备时,红色指示灯关闭。
报告工具还包括屏幕125,其包括在各个用户接口UI1、UI2和UI3中,在该屏幕125上显示可能的与相应装置的操作状况相关的信息。
控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3可通过连接工具连接在一起,其中所述连接工具可以包括以太网或局域网,或者是无线类型的。具体地,该连接工具包括第一连接工具126,用于连接焊接装置的控制单元CU2和成形装置的控制单元CU1。该连接工具还包括第二连接工具127,用于连接焊接装置的控制单元CU2和分离装置的控制单元CU3。在一个实施例中,如图20中的虚线所示,第二连接工具127可以连接分离装置和成形装置,而不是连接分离装置和焊接装置。在这种情况下,焊接装置的控制单元CU2和分离装置的控制单元CU3经由成形装置的控制单元CU1一起交流。
如果操作人员选择单独工作状态,成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置彼此独立地工作,如上面详细公开的那样。在独立工作状态下,连接工具被解除,即控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3不联通在一起。各控制单元只控制各自的装置的操作。具体地,成形装置的分离工具15被触发,以从板材2中分离出离散的容纳腔3的组18。焊接装置接收进入的离散的已装有期望产品20的容纳腔3的组,并且借助封闭膜22(其随后被分离工具45切割)封闭离散的容纳腔3的组。分离装置接收进入的用封闭膜22封闭的离散的容纳腔3的组,并且将该引入的离散的容纳腔3的组从扁平材料62上分离出以获得单独的容器42。操作人员可以在相应的屏幕125上阅读与单个装置的状况有关的信息,并且通过相应的启动、停止和重置按键控制各个单独的装置的操作。
在孤立操作状态下,成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置可以设在完全不同的地点或房间。生产者还可以不支配或不同时使用所有三个装置,例如因为某些操作以手动的方式被执行。
如果线操作状态被选择,则连接工具被触发以使控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3联通在一起。成形装置的控制单元CU1将分离工具15解除,以便从成形装置中出来具有形成于板材2上的容纳腔3的连续条带。在借助填充单元(未示出)被装填上产品20之后,该连续条带的容纳腔3进入焊接装置,其将封闭膜22密封在该具有容纳腔3的连续条带上。包括在焊接装置中的分离工具45被相应的控制单元CU2解除。具有经装填和封闭的容纳腔3的连续条带然后被传送给分离装置,其从该条带上分离出容器42。
这三个控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3中的每一个均包括同步工具,用于使相应的装置与其他两个装置同步。为此,控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3中的每一个被编程成与剩余的控制单元互换使成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置同步工作的信息。例如,当成形装置开始形成容纳腔3时,相应的控制单元CU1向焊接装置的控制单元CU2发送操作开始信号。响应于该信号,焊接装置的控制单元CU2立即启动焊接装置的操作,使得成形装置和焊接装置同步工作。在一个实施例中,因为板材2(在其上,容纳腔3形成在成形装置和填充单元之间的中间区域中)可形成使成形装置和焊接装置的操作可轻微交错的补偿回路,因此可以相对于成形装置以受控方式延迟焊接装置的启动。
另外,只要焊接装置开始工作,则按时通知分离装置的控制单元CU3,诸如以便立即启动相应的焊接站。这确保分离装置和焊接装置同步工作。
类似的信号交换也发生在这三个装置之一因任何原因被停止的时候。
这三个控制单元CU1、CU2和CU3中的每一个还被编程成与其它两个控制单元交换与相应装置的操作状况有关的信息,具体是与出现在各种装置中的可能的错误状态有关的诊断信息。在线操作状态下,这使得成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置的报告工具得到协调。通过这种方式,当在成形装置、焊接装置或分离装置中出现故障状态时,产生错误信息,其同时显示在所有三个屏幕125上。同时,如果操作状态诸如是用于确定相应装置的停止的,则整个生产线停止,并且在所有三个用户接口UI1、UI2和UI3上亮起红色指示灯。
在图21中示出了这种情形的实例,其指的是在焊接装置中检测到图6所示的上板37和/或下板38的温度过高的情形。焊接装置的控制单元CU2因此产生错误信息,其可被表达成“焊接模具温度过高”。该错误信息显示在焊接装置的用户接口UI2的屏幕125上。该焊接装置停止,包括在相应的停止按钮中的红色指示灯亮起。
同时,焊接装置的控制单元CU2分别通过第一连接工具126和第二连接工具127向成形装置的控制单元CU1和分离装置的控制单元CU3通知已发生在焊接站中的故障状态。控制单元CU1和CU3控制相应的屏幕125,使得也在这些屏幕上显示与已发生在焊接装置中的问题有关的错误信息。同时,成形装置和分离装置被停止,并且在相应的用户接口上,包括在停止按钮中的红色指示灯亮起。
基于成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置的报告工具共同被协调这一事实,操作人员能够通过阅读最靠近操作人员的屏幕125上的信息定义已发生的问题的类型,而不必从生产线的一端跑到另一端。
必要时,操作人员然后可以去发生故障的装置,并采取必要措施来解决这个问题。在问题已被解决时,相应的错误信息从所有三个屏幕125上彻底消失。此时,操作人员可以从这三个用户接口UI1、UI2或UI3中的任何一个通过按压重置按键同时重置所有三个装置。接着,操作人员可以通过按压这三个用户接口UI1、UI2或UI3中的任何一个上的启动按键来同时启动整条生产线。
从上面所示出的内容中能够明显看到,成形装置、焊接装置和分离装置具有很大灵活性,因为它们既能够单独工作,又能够之间相互对接以集成到共同的生产线上。

Claims (69)

1.一种包括用于将封闭膜(22)焊接到容纳元件(3)的边缘区域(41)上的焊接单元(31;131)的装置,其特征在于:所述装置(21;81)包括:
第一控制单元(CU2),所述第一控制单元被编程成使所述焊接单元(31;131)能够选择性地处理容纳元件(3)的连续条带或者容纳元件(3)的离散组(118);
选择工具(IL,OL),所述选择工具能由操作人员致动以选择其中所述焊接单元(31;131)处理容纳元件(3)的连续条带的第一操作状态,或者其中所述焊接单元(31;131)处理容纳元件(3)的离散组(118)的第二操作状态;
连接工具(126,127),所述连接工具能在所述装置(21;81)处理所述连续条带时被致动以使所述第一控制单元(CU2)连接至设在所述装置(21;81)上游的成形装置(1)的第二控制单元(CU1)和/或设在所述装置(21;81)下游的分离装置(61;161)的第三控制单元(CU3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述连接工具(126,127)选自包括以太网、局域网和无线连接的组。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其中所述装置(21;81)的所述第一控制单元(CU2)包括同步工具,所述同步工具在所述装置(21;81)处理所述连续条带时被致动,用于使所述焊接单元(31;131)与所述成形装置(1)和/或所述分离装置(61;161)同步。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其中所述装置(21;81)的所述第一控制单元(CU2)被编程成当所述装置(21;81)处理所述连续条带时,与所述成形装置(1)的第二控制单元(CU1)和/或所述分离装置(61;161)的第三控制单元(CU3)交换与出现在相应装置中的可能的故障状态有关的诊断型信息。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,还包括报告工具,用于报告与所述装置(21;81)的工作状况有关的信息。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其中所述报告工具包括屏幕(125),所述装置(21;81)的所述第一控制单元(CU2)被编程成当所述装置(21;81)处理所述连续条带时,在所述屏幕(125)上显示与出现在所述焊接单元(31;131)、所述成形装置(1)和/或所述分离装置(61;161)中的可能的故障状态有关的信息。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,还包括至少一个控制按钮,其能被操作人员致动以停止或启动所述装置(21;81)。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其中所述装置(21;81)的所述第一控制单元(CU2)被编程成当所述装置(21;81)处理所述连续条带时,对所述至少一个控制按钮的致动停止或启动所述成形装置(1)和/或所述分离装置(61;161)。
9.如权利要求7所述的装置,所述装置包括屏幕(125),以报告所述装置(21;81)的操作状态的信息,其中所述报告工具包括至少一个指示灯,所述至少一个指示灯包括在所述至少一个控制按钮中。
10.如前权利要求1或2所述的装置,包括传感器工具(54),该传感器工具能在所述焊接单元(31;131)被操作用于处理容纳元件(3)的离散组(118)时被致动,以便检查在所述焊接单元(31;131)上游的预定位置上是否存在后续的容纳元件(3)的离散组(118)。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其中所述传感器工具(54)沿着适于将所述离散组(118)传送给所述焊接单元(31;131)的传送工具(35,36;98;121,135)的路径设在所述焊接单元(31;131)的上游。
12.如权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述路径包括:到达所述焊接单元(31;131)并且沿传送方向(F3;F4;F12)延伸的部分(102;132);以及相对于所述传送方向(F3;F4;F12)横向地沿输入方向(F5)延伸的另一部分(122)。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述另一部分(122)与所述部分(102)基本垂直。
14.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述传感器工具(54)被设在其中所述另一部分(122)与所述部分(102)交叉的交叉区域中。
15.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述传送工具(35;36;98;121,135)包括输入传送机(98),所述输入传送机(98)用于沿所述另一部分(122)传送所述离散组(118)。
16.如权利要求15所述的装置,其中垂直于所述输入方向(F5)测量的所述输入传送机(98)的尺寸基本等于所述离散组(118)的纵向尺寸(L)。
17.如权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述输入传送机(98)在外部设有多个分割元件(99),在连续两个分割元件(99)之间限定有壳体(100),所述壳体的尺寸适于接收单个离散组(118)。
18.如权利要求17所述的装置,其中所述壳体(100)具有垂直于所述输入方向(F5)的主尺寸和平行于所述输入方向(F5)的次尺寸,所述次尺寸小于所述主尺寸。
19.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,该装置包括切割单元(24;124),用于移除所述封闭膜(22)的一部分,使得在已沿着所述边缘区域(41)将所述封闭膜(22)焊接到其上形成有所述容纳元件(3)的板材(2)之后,所述板材(2)的区域(47;51)保持不被所述封闭膜(22)覆盖。
20.如权利要求19所述的装置,其中所述切割单元(24;124)包括至少一个剪切构件(26),用于通过剪切从所述封闭膜(22)上移除所述部分。
21.如权利要求19所述的装置,其中所述切割单元(24;124)设在所述焊接单元(31;131)的上游。
22.如权利要求19所述的装置,包括供应工具,用于经由所述切割单元(24;124)沿供应方向(F2;F12)供应所述封闭膜(22)。
23.如权利要求22所述的装置,包括调节工具(30),用于沿所述供应方向(F2;F12)调节所述切割单元(24;124)的位置。
24.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,包括设在所述焊接单元(31;131)上游的接合工具(82),用于将能被消费者用来从容纳元件(3)中取出内容物(20)的移除工具(83)接合到所述封闭膜(22)上。
25.如权利要求24所述的装置,其中所述接合工具包括焊接工具(82),用于将所述移除工具焊接到所述封闭膜(22)上。
26.如权利要求25所述的装置,其中所述焊接工具包括热焊接工具(82)。
27.如权利要求25所述的装置,其中所述焊接工具包括超声波焊接工具。
28.如权利要求24所述的装置,其中所述移除工具(83)包括至少一个匙状元件(83)。
29.如权利要求24所述的装置,还包括定位工具(108,109),用于将所述移除工具(83)定位在所述封闭膜(22)上。
30.一种包括用于从板材(62)的部分上分离出容器(42)的分离单元(58)的装置,其特征在于:所述装置(61;161)包括:
第三控制单元(CU3),所述第三控制单元被编程成使所述分离单元(58)能够选择处性地处理容器(42)的连续条带或容器(42)的离散组;
选择工具(IL,OL),所述选择工具能由操作人员致动以选择其中所述分离单元(58)处理容器(42)的连续条带的第一操作状态,或者其中所述分离单元(58)处理容器(42)的离散组的第二操作状态;
连接工具(126,127),所述连接工具能在所述装置(61;161)处理所述连续条带时被致动,以使所述第三控制单元(CU3)连接至设在所述装置(61;161)上游的焊接装置(21;81)的第一控制单元(CU2)和/或设在所述焊接装置(21;81)上游的成形装置(1)的第二控制单元(CU1)。
31.如权利要求30所述的装置,其中所述连接工具(126,127)选自包括以太网、局域网和无线连接的组。
32.如权利要求30或31所述的装置,其中所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)包括同步工具,所述同步工具能在所述装置(61;161)处理所述连续条带时被致动,用于使所述分离单元(58)与所述成形装置(1)和/或所述焊接装置(31;131)同步。
33.如权利要求30或31所述的装置,其中所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)被编程成当所述装置(61;161)处理所述连续条带时,与所述成形装置(1)的第二控制单元(CU1)和/或所述焊接装置(31;131)的第一控制单元(CU2)交换与出现在相应装置中的可能的故障状态有关的诊断型信息。
34.如权利要求30或31所述的装置,还包括报告工具(125),用于报告与所述装置(61;161)的工作状况有关的信息。
35.如权利要求34所述的装置,其中所述报告工具包括屏幕(125),所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)被编程成当所述装置(61;161)处理所述连续条带时,在所述屏幕(125)上显示与出现在所述分离单元(58)、所述成形装置(1)和/或所述焊接装置(31;131)中的可能的故障状态有关的信息。
36.如权利要求30或31所述的装置,还包括至少一个控制按钮,其能被操作人员致动以停止或启动所述装置(61;161)。
37.如权利要求36所述的装置,其中所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)被编程成当所述装置(61;161)处理所述连续条带时,对所述控制按钮的致动还停止或启动所述成形装置(1)和/或所述焊接装置(31;131)。
38.如权利要求36所述的装置,所述装置包括屏幕(125),以报告所述装置(61;161)的操作状态的信息,其中所述报告工具包括至少一个指示灯,所述至少一个指示灯包括在所述至少一个控制按钮中。
39.如权利要求30或31所述的装置,包括传感器工具(104,105),所述传感器工具能在所述分离单元(58)被操作用于处理容器(42)的离散组时被致动,以便检查在所述分离单元(58)上游的预定位置上是否存在后续的容器(42)的离散组。
40.如权利要求39所述的装置,其中所述传感器工具(104,105)沿着适于将所述离散组传送给所述分离单元(58)的传送工具(55,57)设在所述分离单元(58)的上游。
41.如权利要求40所述的装置,其中所述传感器工具(104,105)包括第一传感器工具(104)和第二传感器工具(105),所述第一传感器工具(104)沿所述传送工具(55,57)设在所述第二传感器工具(105)下游。
42.如权利要求41所述的装置,其中所述第一传感器工具(104)被设置成与所述第二传感器工具(105)相隔一定距离,所述距离大于所述离散组的纵向尺寸(L)。
43.如权利要求41所述的装置,其中所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)被编程成在所述装置(61;161)的启动步骤中致动所述第一传感器工具(104),以便所述第一传感器工具(104)检测首先进入所述装置(61;161)的离散组的存在。
44.如权利要求41所述的装置,其中所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)被编程成在所述装置(61;161)的操作期间保持所述第二传感器工具(105)被致动,以便所述第二传感器工具(105)检测接近所述分离单元(58)的后续的离散组的存在。
45.如权利要求41所述的装置,其中所述第一传感器工具(104)沿所述传送工具(55,57)紧邻所述分离单元(58)的上游设置。
46.如权利要求41所述的装置,包括停止工具(106,107),所述停止工具沿所述传送工具(55,57)设置并且能由所述装置(61;161)的所述第三控制单元(CU3)操作来将所述离散组停止在预定位置上。
47.如权利要求46所述的装置,其中所述停止工具(106,107)包括停止元件和致动器设备,所述致动器设备用于使所述停止元件在其中所述停止元件使所述离散组停止的停止位置和其中所述停止元件允许所述离散组通过的通过位置之间移动。
