Abstract

本发明提供一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,所述的通道装配在钢架内,装配后的通道顶部为拱顶结构,拱顶结构下吊挂有抛光砖,不锈钢带作为吊片装配在吊挂后的抛光砖下方,通道底部装配有分风器,装配后位于通道外侧的分风器通过连通管与供热主管连通,位于辊上方的通道侧壁上设有排湿口,且排湿口通过排湿管联接至排湿主管上。采用本方案后的干燥通道结构合理、紧凑,且能充分利用窑炉烟气,并具有节能减排、降低产品成本等优点。

Description

一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道
技术领域:
本发明涉及窑炉技术领域,尤其是指一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道。
背景技术:
目前国内大规格陶瓷内墙砖生产过程中,有道工序是对陶瓷内墙砖坯体进行干燥,常见的干燥设备为1层干燥器,采用平顶结构,干燥工段使用的热源为窑炉烟气和窑炉余热,因内墙砖的烧成温度低,打入到干燥器内烟气温度不高,一般为120℃左右,并含有部分的水分。与坯体进行热交换后,降温很快,一般为95℃左右,并增加了烟气的含水率,这样很容易造成烟气形成冷凝水,并造成干燥器顶部滴水,严重影响产品的质量,降低产品质量,增加了产品干燥损耗率。而且窑炉烟气含有CO和SO2等腐蚀性气体成分,遇水形成酸性液体,因而会对设备造成很大的腐蚀。由此,也造成很多陶瓷厂家不愿意使用烟气进行砖坯干燥,而只能直接使用燃料加热,造成产品能耗加大,同时也造成增加环境污染的环节。因窑炉烟气不能利用,造成窑炉余热的浪费。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的结构合理、紧凑,且能充分利用窑炉烟气,并具有节能减排、降低产品成本干燥通道。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,所述的通道装配在钢架内,装配后的通道顶部为拱顶结构,拱顶结构下吊挂有抛光砖,不锈钢带作为吊片装配在吊挂后的抛光砖下方,通道底部装配有分风器,装配后位于通道外侧的分风器通过连通管与供热主管连通,位于辊上方的通道侧壁上设有排湿口,且排湿口通过排湿管联接至排湿主管上。
所述的分风器为多个,左右对称的均匀分布在通道底部。
所述的分风器与连通管的连接处设有分风阀。
所述的排湿口为多处,左右对称的分布在辊上方的通道侧壁上。
所述的排湿口与排湿管的连接处设有调节阀。
所述的抛光砖的规格为600x600,且吊挂后的抛光砖横切面与拱顶结构横切面的角度一致。
所述的不锈钢带的规格为90x2,并通过安装件安装在抛光砖下侧。
本发明在采用了上述方案后,热风通过安装于通道顶部的供热主管,再通过连通管进入分风器内,由分风器对通道内的砖坯进行干燥:通过热风与砖坯进行的热交换,将砖坯内的水份蒸发。热交换后的潮湿低温气体通过排湿口进入排湿管,最后由安装于通道顶部的排湿主管排出设备外。采用本方案后的干燥通道结构合理、紧凑,且能充分利用窑炉烟气,并具有节能减排、降低产品成本等优点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图1至附图3对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:本实施例所述的用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,所述的通道1装配在钢架2内,装配后的通道1顶部为拱顶结构3,拱顶结构3下吊挂有抛光砖4,抛光砖4的规格为600x600,且吊挂后的抛光砖4横切面与拱顶结构3横切面的角度一致。(如附图3所示)不锈钢带5作为吊片装配在吊挂后的抛光砖4下方,不锈钢带5的规格为90x2,并通过安装件14安装在抛光砖4下侧。通道1底部装配有分风器6,分风器6为多个,左右对称的均匀分布在通道底部,装配后位于通道1外侧的分风器6通过连通管8与供热主管9连通,分风器6与连通管8的连接处设有分风阀7。位于辊上方的通道1侧壁上设有排湿口10,排湿口10为多处,左右对称的分布在辊上方的通道侧壁上,且排湿口10通过排湿管12联接至排湿主管13上,排湿口10与排湿管12的连接处设有调节阀11。采用了上述方案后,热风通过安装于通道顶部的供热主管9,再通过连通管8进入分风器6内,由分风器6对通道1内的砖坯进行干燥:通过热风与砖坯进行的热交换,将砖坯内的水份蒸发。热交换后的潮湿低温气体通过排湿口10进入排湿管12,最后由安装于通道1顶部外侧的排湿主管13排出窑炉外。
以上所述之实施例只为本发明之较佳实施例,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故凡依本发明之形状、原理所作的变化,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:所述的通道(1)装配在钢架(2)内,装配后的通道(1)顶部为拱顶结构(3),拱顶结构(3)下吊挂有抛光砖(4),不锈钢带(5)作为吊片装配在吊挂后的抛光砖(4)下方,通道(1)底部装配有分风器(6),装配后位于通道(1)外侧的分风器(6)通过连通管(8)与供热主管(9)连通,位于辊上方的通道(1)侧壁上设有排湿口(10),且排湿口(10)通过排湿管(12)联接至排湿主管(13)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:分风器(6)为多个,左右对称的均匀分布在通道底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:分风器(6)与连通管(8)的连接处设有分风阀(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:排湿口(10)为多处,左右对称的分布在辊上方的通道侧壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:排湿口(10)与排湿管(12)的连接处设有调节阀(11)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:吊挂后的抛光砖(4)横切面与拱顶结构(3)横切面的角度一致。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙砖辊道窑的干燥通道,其特征在于:不锈钢带(5)通过安装件(14)安装在抛光砖(4)下侧。
