Abstract

本发明涉及一种壳体及其制造方法,该壳体包括一装饰层、一金属层及一粘胶层,该粘胶层粘接装饰层与金属层,该装饰层、粘胶层及金属层通过冲压一体成型。上述壳体通过冲压成型获得,由于装饰层、粘胶层和金属板一起受到冲压变形,具有一致的形状,因而贴合性好,不易脱胶。

壳体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体,尤其涉及一种装饰效果好的壳体及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,消费者对产品的要求越来越多样化。现有的电子装置的外观面材料通常为金属或者塑料,手感不好。
为解决上述问题,现有一种壳体的制作方法,其采用皮革或者织物黏附于电子装置的表面,其将皮革或者织物裁剪成预定的形状,然后通过注塑成型的方式将该皮革或者织物与电子装置的表面相结合。
上述的壳体的制作方法,通过注塑成型使产品表面结合一皮革或织物,其需将皮革或者织物裁剪成待成型产品的形状,加工效率低。另外,在注塑成型的过程中,由于皮革或织物受到高温的作用,容易出现变质,从而影响其装饰效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种生产效率高、装饰效果好的壳体的制造方法。
另外,还有必要提供一种装饰效果好的壳体。
一种壳体的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供一金属板、一装饰层及一粘胶层;
将上述粘胶层贴于装饰层上形成一软性材料层;
将上述软性材料层贴附于金属板上,形成一待冲压件;
将所述待冲压件放入一冲压模具中,冲压成型,形成一壳体。
另一种壳体的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供一金属板、一装饰层及一粘胶层;
将上述粘胶层贴于金属板上;
将上述装饰层贴合于粘胶层上,且该装饰层位于最外层,形成一待冲压件;
将所述待冲压件放入一冲压模具中,冲压成型,形成一壳体。
一种壳体,其包括一装饰层、一金属层及一粘胶层,该粘胶层粘接装饰层与金属层,该装饰层、粘胶层及金属层通过冲压一体成型。
上述壳体的制造方法,由于装饰层、粘胶层和金属板一起受到冲压变形作用,具有一致的形状,因而贴合性好,不易脱胶。

具体实施方式
本发明的壳体,以下以其应用于移动电话的电池盖上为例加以说明。
请参阅图1,本发明的移动电话的电池盖10包括一装饰层11、一金属层13及一粘胶层15。该装饰层11为皮革或者织物或塑料中的至少一种,在本实施例中,其采用皮革。该装饰层11通过粘胶层15结合于金属层13上,再通过冲压成型获得电池盖10。由于装饰层11、粘胶层15和金属层13形成一体,受到冲压变形形成,具有一致的形状,因而该电池盖10贴合性好,不易脱胶。
一种壳体的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供一金属板、一保护膜、一装饰层及一粘胶层、一压合机、一冲压模具及一数控机床(CNC,Computer Number Control),该装饰层包括一第一表面及一与第一表面相对的第二表面,该第一表面上设有装饰花纹;
在上述装饰层的第一表面上贴上述保护膜;
将上述粘胶层贴到软性材料的第二表面上从而形成一软性材料层;
将上述软性材料层贴到金属板表面待装饰区域,形成一待冲压件;
将上述待冲压件放入压合机加热并压合,使粘胶层与金属板紧密贴合;
将上述热压合后的待冲压件放入冲压模具,并定位;
冲压上述待冲压件形成壳体;
对上述壳体通过数控机床切除余量及毛边;
去除壳体表面上的保护膜;
清洗壳体表面上的油污。
上述的金属板的材料为不锈钢、镁铝合金、铝材或者铝合金中的一种。
上述的保护膜为PE(Polyethylene,聚乙烯)保护膜或者PET(PolyethyleneTerephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)保护膜。
上述装饰层为皮革、织物或者塑料中的一种或几种的结合,装饰层材料的选择取决于所需成型品的深度及弧度,成型品的深度越深及弧度越大,装饰层的延展性相应地需要越好,以防止在冲压的过程中装饰层起皱或破损。
上述粘胶层采用热敏胶,其成分为60%的中密度聚乙烯,25%聚异丁烯,10%丁基橡胶及5%微晶蜡。
上述的加热温度须在装饰层及粘胶层不发生破坏的温度范围内,通过加热并压合,使粘胶层更好的与装饰层及金属板贴合。
上述冲压过程中,如发现装饰层发生破裂,应适当增大模具间隙,以减小在成型过程中软性材料层所受的应力。
上述冲压过程中,粘胶层不仅粘接金属板和装饰层,在成型的过程中,其还发生一定的变形,从而降低了金属板及装饰层之间的应力,有利于成型的顺利实现。
上述通过冲压成型而制成的壳体,由于装饰层、粘胶层和金属板一起受到冲压变形,具有一致的形状,因而贴合性好,不易脱胶。
可以理解,本发明的壳体的制造方法中,可以先将上述粘胶层贴合于金属板上,在将装饰层贴合于粘胶层上并位于最外层,从而形成一待冲压件;再将该待冲压件放入冲压模具,冲压成型形成一壳体。
可以理解,本发明的壳体的制造方法中的压合的过程中,可以省略对待冲压件进行加热的步骤。
可以理解,本发明的壳体的制造方法中的保护膜可以省略,相应地,其后也不需要去除保护膜的步骤。
可以理解,本发明的壳体的制造方法中粘胶层不限于采用热敏胶,其还可以为双面胶、UV(Ultraviolet Rays)胶等固态胶,甚至可以采用502胶等液态胶水。
可以理解,本发明的壳体的制造方法中,当产品的尺寸要求不精确时,可以省去CNC铣削毛边的步骤。
可以理解,本发明的壳体的制造方法中,该清洗工序可以省略。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种壳体的制造方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供一金属板、一装饰层及一粘胶层;
将所述粘胶层贴于装饰层上形成一软性材料层;
将上述软性材料层贴附于金属板上待装饰区域形成一待冲压件;
将所述待冲压件放入一冲压模具中,冲压所述待冲压件,形成一壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括于冲压成型之前将一保护膜贴到装饰层上的步骤。
3.如权利要求2所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括通过一数控机床对冲压后的壳体进行切除余量或毛边的步骤。
4.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该装饰层为皮革或织物或塑料中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括通过一压合机在冲压之前对待冲压件进行压合的步骤。
6.一种壳体的制造方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供一金属板、一装饰层及一粘胶层;
将上述粘胶层贴于金属板待装饰区域上;
将上述装饰层贴合于粘胶层上,且该装饰层位于最外层,形成一待冲压件;
将所述待冲压件放入一冲压模具中,冲压待冲压件,形成一壳体。
7.如权利要求6所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括在冲压之前通过压合机对待冲压件进行压合的步骤。
8.一种壳体,该壳体包括一装饰层、一金属层及一粘胶层,其特征在于:该粘胶层粘接装饰层与金属层,该装饰层、粘胶层及金属层通过冲压一体成型。
9.如权利要求8所述的壳体,其特征在于:上述装饰层、金属层及粘胶层具有一致的形状。
10.如权利要求9所述的壳体,其特征在于:上述的装饰层为皮革或织物或塑料中的至少一种。
