[0002] 中医认为热证是人体感受阳热之邪,如风邪、热邪、火邪等,或阳盛阴虚、脏腑阳气亢盛和阴液亏损、机能活动亢进所表现的证候。临床上许多肿瘤和不少顽固的皮肤疾患都是很典型的热证表现。
[0003] 中医认为热毒是恶性肿瘤的主要病因,是由热、火、痰、瘀等所致,造成机体脏腑功能失调,阴阳失衡。热邪侵犯或其它病邪郁久化热,热灼津液,炼液为痰,痰湿不化阻碍气机运行,气滞则血瘀,瘀久化火,火毒内蕴,郁结成块,积聚于机体某部而成癌肿。恶性肿瘤患者常有邪热、瘀毒蕴结体内,临床上表现为邪热壅盛,特别是那些晚期肿瘤患者,常伴有局部肿块灼热、疼痛、发热、五心烦热、口渴、尿赤、便秘或便溏泄泻,舌苔黄腻等热性。恶性肿瘤癌块溃破形成的“恶疮”也为邪毒留着郁久化热所致。
[0004] 另外,中医还认为,凡由热邪引起的皮肤疮疡、红肿发痒之证也皆因心火炽盛,复感风热之邪,蕴结肌肤,热邪与血相搏而致皮肤疮疡。在证候变化多端之中,脏腑气血失调是其内因,外邪致病是条件,病之初常为风热之邪,侵犯肌肤,证属风热犯肤;进而热毒人营,蕴于血络,而见热毒炽盛之证,后期热毒伤阴,肌肤失养可见热盛伤阴证。

[0129] 近两年多的时间里,本发明药物共用于31例多类肿瘤病患者的治疗,其中消化系统肿瘤11人,呼吸系统肿瘤5人,皮肤肿瘤9人,面部肿瘤5人,白血病1人。治疗前这些病人的共同症状都是热毒过重,或积或瘀,表现为发烧、烦热,口干舌燥,大便秘结,病灶流浓、 溃烂、患面扩大迅速。在服用了本发明药物两周之后,上述症状绝大多数都得到了明显的控制和缓解,绝大多数患者出现了体温下降,体能上升,在连续服用三个月后,患者的病灶都有收敛,部分患者甚至完全愈合。
