本发明以中医学理论为指导，结合多年临床之经验，组合相关的中草药为药方。为高尿酸血症患者提供一种补肾、祛风湿寒的中草药足浴粉末剂。以足浴疗法来刺激人体腧穴神经，打通经络，使气血通畅，恢复脏腑机能，调整代谢功能，补肾益气。使之达到迅速降尿酸的功效。所述足浴粉由以下重量份的原料组成：路路通15g、虎杖12g、土茯苓12g、当归12g、葵花盘10g、黄芪12g、昆布15g、鸡血藤12g、黑骨藤12g、益母草10g、女贞子10g、阳起石10g、川穹12g、姜黄8g、透骨草10g、防风12g、白芍12g、丹参12g、淫羊藿12g、菟丝子12g、艾叶10g、桂枝12g、泽泻11g、雷公藤10g、马钱子10g、小苏打15g。本发明所述外用足浴粉具有祛风通络、调和气血、补益肝肾、降尿酸之功效，适用于高尿酸血症。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种强肾除风寒祛湿的足浴粉剂，属于中草药组合的一种技术。
背景技术
尿酸是一种嘌呤类化合物，人类尿中含有少量尿酸，正常值在208～428之间，超出标准值在现代医学上称为高尿酸血症、尿毒症、痛风等。由肾循环障碍或尿路阻塞引起肾功能衰竭，代谢产物如蛋白质、磷酸盐，酚类等不能由肾脏排泄而积聚在体内，特别在关节处。是中西医在临床上的常见病症，同时也是一种慢性病。近年来发病率呈上升趋势，且群体趋向年轻化，而现有的治疗药物大多以消炎和镇痛为主，仅能缓解疼痛，不能有效治愈。且此类止痛药物如长期使用，还会对肝、肾、胃带来很大副作用，如胃溃疡，冠心病，肝病变等。
本发明针对上述高尿酸之症状，即高尿酸血症或尿毒症或痛风。中医认为其原因有二：一是不良饮食习惯，如过量吃喝高嘌呤食物、吸烟、长期酗酒等；二是生活作息不规律，造成湿寒入侵，致使经络淤堵，气血不畅，代谢功能紊乱。
本发明针对上述之原因，以中医学理论为指导，结合多年来的临床经验，组合有关疗效的中草药为配方。
本发明将不同高尿酸值划分为3个时期：高、中高、特高。依据不同时期，配合不同疗程以调理、降低尿酸。

本发明选择以足浴疗法来刺激人体腧穴神经，打通经络，使气血通畅，恢复脏腑机能，调整代谢功能，补肾益气。
为达到上述目的，本发明所采取的配方如下：
路路通：具有祛风通络，利水除湿、消肿、调经的功效，可以用来治疗关节痹痛、关节肿痛，另外对于女性闭经、月经不调也有很好的作用。
虎杖：利湿退黄、清热解毒、散瘀止痛、止咳化痰。性和、微苦、微寒、归肝、胆、肺经，临床上用于治疗湿热黄疸、淋浊。
土茯苓：清热解毒、利湿、利关节，还可以解汞毒，即使用汞剂治疗梅毒。
当归：补血活血、调经、散寒止痛、消肿、通便，是妇科圣药。
葵花盘：有清热平肝、止痛止血的功效，可治疗高血压、头痛头晕耳鸣、脘痛、痛经等。
黄芪：温补、补气、益气固表、利尿、消肿、排脓、调血压、保肝强心，味甘性温，归肺、脾经，是一种非常重要的补气药。
昆布：为海带科植物，或者是赤藻类植物，具有消痰软坚散结、利水消肿的功效，还可抑制甲状腺机能亢进的作用，抗肿瘤、抗凝血，调血脂、降血糖、抗辐射、抗氧化的作用。
鸡血藤：适合用于血瘀、痛经等状况，包括血小板缺少引起的血虚，还具有通经络，对关节疼痛，痹痛，跌打损伤引起的经络疼痛及风湿痹痛有非常好的效果。
黑骨藤：黑骨藤功效是具有活血通络，祛风除湿。对风湿性关节炎、类风湿关节炎、痛风都有很好的缓解作用。还可以有效的去除身体内的寒气，增加肠道的蠕动，排除体内的毒素。对女性月经不调，经期疼痛，经期黑血都有缓解作用。还可以调节人体的内分泌系统。
益母草：具有清热解毒、祛瘀止痛、活血调经的功效。临床上对于人体具有很大的调整作用，特别是对于女性，可以很好地调整月经的异常、紊乱，以及缓解月经期的腹痛等一些痛经的症状都是可以进行治疗。
女贞子：女贞子属于补阴的中药，属于甘、苦、凉，归肝经、肾经，具有滋补肝肾，乌须明目的功效。主要用于治疗临床上肝肾阴虚引起的视物不清、视力减退、须发早白、眩晕耳鸣、失眠多梦、腰膝酸软、遗精等症，现代药理学研究女贞子具有提高机体免疫力、降低血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗衰老、强心、利尿、降血糖的作用。
阳起石：主要作用是温肾、助阳，功效主要就是治疗阳痿、早泄、手足虚冷以及冲任不交。外用方法，可以治疗丹毒、皮肤病。
川穹：辛温香燥，走而不守，既能行散，上行可达巅顶；又入血分，下行可达血海。活血祛瘀作用广泛，适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症，祛风止痛，效用甚佳，可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。
姜黄：有破血、行气、通经、止痛的作用，可以用来治疗月经不调、痛经和腹痛，同时它还具有通络止痛的功效。发生手脚麻木或发凉的情况，出现糖尿病神经病变的时候，可用姜黄温通经脉、引经下行。
透骨草：透骨草辛、温，归肝脾经，可以祛除风湿、舒筋活络。可以治疗风寒湿导致的关节炎、筋脉拘挛、关节屈伸不利、皮肤麻木。
防风：能够治疗祛风解表、胜湿止痛、解痉、止痒。主外感风寒、头痛身痛、风湿痹痛、骨节酸痛、腹痛泄泻、肠风下血、破伤风、风疹瘙痒、疮疡初起。用于感冒头痛，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒，破伤风的。
白芍：白芍为毛莨科植物芍药的干燥根，主产于浙江、安徽等地。白芍性微寒，味苦、酸。归肝经、脾经。具有养血调经，敛阴止汗，柔肝止痛，平抑肝阳的功效。
丹参：是唇形科植物丹参的干燥根和根茎，植物的根入药，味苦，微寒，归心、肝经，具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，还有清心除烦，凉血消肿的这样的功效。用于胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，还有痛经经闭，这个疮疡肿痛等等。
淫羊藿：温肾壮阳、强筋骨、祛风湿、可用于肾阳虚的阳痿、不孕、尿频、风湿痹痛等。
菟丝子：补益肝肾，菟丝子甘、温，归肾、肝、脾经，具有补益肝肾的功效，常用于肝肾不足、腰膝酸软、肾虚胎漏、脾肾虚泻等症状，固精缩尿，菟丝子甘辛微温，察气中和，可以补虚，温可助阳，入肾经，补肾阳和肾气以及固精壮阳，可提高性能力和改善生殖内分泌。
艾叶：温经止血、散寒调经、安胎。
桂枝：主要用于风寒表证，温经助阳，用于治疗阳虚导致的胸痹心痛，肩关节和背部的疼痛，有很好的止痛通经络的作用。
泽泻：利水渗湿，泄热，化浊降脂。可用于水湿内停的小便不利、水肿以及下焦湿热的泄痢，湿热淋浊或湿热带下等症。
雷公藤：具有消炎杀毒、驱虫杀虫的作用，能够有效治疗风湿性关节炎、皮肤瘙痒、麻风等相关疾病。
马钱子：有消肿、通络化瘀、清热解毒、促进消化、散结消痛，主要用于风湿顽痹、麻木瘫痪及跌打伤等病症。
小苏打：中和胃酸、碱化尿液防治高尿酸败血症和痛风。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述外用足浴药，具有补肝益肾、舒筋活络、调和气血、祛风散寒之功效。临床应用于：风寒湿痹、高血尿酸症。
本发明将不同高尿酸值划分为3个时期：高、中高、特高。依据不同时期，配合不同疗程以调理、降低尿酸。
针对高尿酸患者，以小剂量的粉末剂约(30g)装，足浴浸泡1-2周，尿酸可达正常值，每月坚持足浴2-4次。
中高尿酸患者，以中等剂量的粉末剂约(35g)装，足浴浸泡2-4周左右，尿酸可达正常值，需坚持每月足浴4-6次。
特高尿酸患者，以大剂量的粉末剂(40g)装，足浴浸泡4-6周，尿酸可达正常值，每月需坚持足浴6-8次。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明作详细说明，但本发明的保护范围不限于所述内容。
将粉末倒入足浴桶内，用开水2kg冲泡10分钟，然后调入3kg温水适应温度，将双足放置足浴桶内浸泡25-30分钟，即可使尿酸下降，此疗法简单方便，与口服药物相比，无副作用，见效快，是高酸血症患者的福音。
