[0002] 众所周知当前还没有一种药物能单独治疗癌症,主要治疗手段是进行手术,放疗。 化疗。不仅患者要经历九死一生之痛,患者家庭还要承担高额的医疗费负担,人们最不能接受的是患病的亲人承受过巨大的痛苦,家庭负债累累,到头来还是要经历生死离别。
[0003] 据报道全世界每年新增癌症病人壹千万左右,现代医学研究表明,各种内膜癌的形成与Pinl (多肽脯氨酰基顺反异构酶)有着直接的关系。Pinl作用于细胞周期中多种调节细胞分裂的蛋白,是一种高度保守的、特异的。磷酸化的异构酶,它允许细胞以一种高效而精确的方式打开或关闭某些磷蛋白的功能[1]。这种复杂信号机制的失调可导致细胞转化和肿瘤的发生。利用蛋白质组学技术在胃癌的差异蛋白质研究发现了 Pinl的高表达。 Pinl的表达促进了肝癌的发生,PangR等研究发现,Pinl在肝细胞癌中过表达[2]。Bao等
[3]研究了人类60种肿瘤组织中Pinl的表达情况,结果显示在最常见的肿瘤,如前列腺癌、 乳腺癌、宫颈癌、脑瘤、肺癌、结肠癌中,均检测到Pinl过表达。其中SW620结肠癌细胞系和 PC-3 (前列腺癌细胞系)中Pinl的表达最高。在乳腺癌组织及乳腺癌细胞的研究中显示, Pinl不但在胞核中浓集,而且在胞浆中也高度表达,与正常乳腺组织相比,乳腺癌中Pinl 可高达10倍,Pinl高表达者较低表达者术后更易早期复发。Nakashima和Hangen等m的研究相继发现,Pinl在甲状腺肿瘤和白血病母细胞中过表达。Pinl可通过多种机制诱导细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡,导致肿瘤的发生。
[0004] 通过Cyclin Dl途径,细胞周期素DKCyclin Dl)是Pinl重要的靶蛋白。Cyclin Dl为Gl周期素家族中重要成员,作用于细胞周期中的Gl期,可与多种蛋白相互作用促进细胞由Gl期进入S期,加快细胞周期转换速度,导致细胞增殖失控,从而形成癌变,P突变是导致肿瘤发生的重要机制,Pinl可通过其ww区与磷酸化的突变P53结合,使其发生顺/反异构,增强突变型P53的稳定性,从而促进肿瘤的发生。
[0005] 总之:Pinl通过多部位,多环节控制许多细胞过程其总体是效应是导致癌信号无限扩大,促进细胞转化和增殖失控,导致肿瘤的发生。
[0006] 肝癌患者一般都是肝区疼痛才到院检查而此时也病情已到中期左右,能手术治疗的可能性极小,医院一般都采用保守治疗,如疼痛就施予镇痛,有腹水就手术抽吸腹水或用中药辅助治疗腹水。而肝癌发生在18岁一 50岁的人群之间时患者存活期一般都很短。大约2-6个月,而发生在50岁以上人群患者存活期稍长。肝癌患者最难忍受的是肝区疼痛, 而肝区疼痛是病灶在癌变过程中生成多肽类物质和有毒蛋白引起,故现有镇痛药对此镇痛效果不大。

本发明药物的服用方法:打开包装用冷开水或纯净水兑服,用量为每次柒克,一日两次。
