Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及珠粒给送器,尤其涉及在过滤嘴生产过程中从散装供给源向下游位置(例如滤棒-空隙-滤棒式香烟过滤嘴的内部空隙)给送基本上球形的珠粒的机器。
背景技术
这些年来已经提出了各种香烟过滤嘴,并且这些过滤嘴中许多包括粒状过滤材料,特别是在所谓的滤棒-空隙-滤棒式过滤嘴结构中。在这些过滤嘴结构中,通常由醋酸纤维素制成的间隔开的滤棒在其间限定了填充有粒状材料例如粒状碳及其它材料的空腔或空隙。例如,还已经提出将珠粒材料引入至滤棒-空隙-滤棒式过滤嘴结构的空隙中。对空隙的实际填充可以按照水平方式进行,而在其它情况下填充操作沿竖直方向进行。另外,作为对装填颗粒或珠粒的一种变通方式,可以将较大珠粒给送至醋酸纤维素滤棒之间的空隙,其中一个珠粒被引入至每个空隙或空腔中。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的之一在于一种珠粒给送器,其作用是按照效率很高的方式从散装供给源向下游位置顺次地输送珠粒。
本发明的另一个目的在于一种珠粒给送器,其在过滤嘴生产过程中从散装供给源向香烟过滤嘴中的空隙或空腔运送珠粒。
本发明的另外一个目的在于一种珠粒给送器,其按照简单且无故障的方式以高速操作。
根据本发明,珠粒给送器包括珠粒供给轮,所述珠粒供给轮连接成绕着基本上竖直的轴线旋转。珠粒供给轮包括珠粒供给碗,所述珠粒供给碗向连接成随着碗旋转的多个沿径向设置且向外延伸的传输通道输送珠粒。碗包括绕着其下部隔开的多个排放开口,并且每个排放开口与沿径向且向外延伸的通道之一对准。通道沿向下游方向排成一行一个接着一个引导珠粒。
珠粒给送器进一步包括给送板,所述给送板定位在通道的外出口端正下方,用于接收来自每个通道中的单行珠粒的最下部的珠粒。给送板包括多个用于接收珠粒的容穴或开口,并且给送板连接成以相同的转速随着珠粒供给轮旋转。
计量板置于给送板正下方,并且计量板绕着与珠粒供给轮和给送板相同的竖直轴线旋转。计量板中的开口从给送板的容穴或开口接收珠粒。计量板比给送板旋转稍微更慢或稍微更快,以便使得对于给送板的每转和每个开口,珠粒与计量轮的开口的对准和向计量轮的开口中的传输只发生一次。珠粒从计量板中的其相应开口的排出沿着计量板的行进路径在传输点处进行。
可以设置珠粒传输轮以便从计量板接收珠粒。传输轮绕水平轴线旋转,并且当珠粒在计量轮的传输点处落下离开时,轮的外周上的间隔开的容穴从计量板接收珠粒。可以使用真空来将珠粒吸引并保持在传输轮的容穴中,直到珠粒被从轮释放为止。
在本发明的一种应用中,移动式配件与珠粒传输轮对准并位于其正下方。该配件运送过滤纸,其中等距间隔开的滤棒位于过滤纸上,并且珠粒所输送到的下游位置包括位于滤棒之间的空隙或空腔。珠粒传输轮用于输送单个珠粒到每个此类空腔。与珠粒传输轮相邻的固定卸离器用于帮助从传输轮移除珠粒。

具体实施方式
更特别地参看附图,图1、2和2A示出了用于向下游位置顺次地输送珠粒12的珠粒给送器10。如下文更充分地描述,这样的下游位置可为在所谓的滤棒-空隙-滤棒式香烟过滤嘴的生产中位于间隔开的醋酸纤维素滤棒之间的空隙或空腔。贯穿具体实施方式全文,所用的术语“珠粒”意欲包括球形构造及端部为球状的元件。
本发明的珠粒给送器10包括珠粒供给轮14,所述珠粒供给轮14连接成绕着基本上竖直的轴线16旋转。珠粒供给轮包括珠粒供给碗18和多个沿径向且向外延伸的管或珠粒通道20,所述管或珠粒通道20连接成随着碗18旋转并且尺寸适于接收来自碗的单行珠粒。珠粒供给碗18中的多个排放开口22绕着碗的下部隔开,其中开口22与沿径向且向外延伸的通道22对准。每个通道20具有外出口端24。固定式刷25可置于碗18内以便用于混合珠粒12。
给送板26定位在通道20的外出口端24正下方,用于接收来自每个通道中的单行珠粒的最下部的珠粒12。每个通道中的最下部的珠粒12被接收在给送板中的容穴28内,且该板连接成以相同的转速随着珠粒供给轮14旋转。
计量板30置于给送板26正下方,且计量板也绕着竖直轴线16旋转。计量板30包括多个开口32,所述多个开口32在给送板的容穴正下方沿一个圆等距间隔开,其中容穴28和开口32数量相等。然而,计量板30连接成以比给送板26稍微更慢或稍微更快的速度旋转,以便使得在给送板的每转期间,一个容穴28与一个开口32的竖直对准只发生一次。该对准点如图2中所示,其中位于给送板的一个容穴中的最下部的珠粒12落入计量板的一个对准的开口32中。容穴28和开口32之间竖直对准的点出现在从计量板移除珠粒之前大约10°到30°。
计量板的每个开口32的尺寸适于接收单个珠粒,并且真空33可被供至开口以便帮助从给送板进行传输。否则,给送板的容穴中的珠粒接合计量板30的位于接连的开口之间的表面,直到在给送板大约完整旋转一周之后容穴28与开口32下一次对准为止。如上文所述,这样的对准可在将珠粒从计量板30传输走稍前发生,大约在传输点之前10°到30°。
固定式固定板(dead plate)34置于计量板30正下方,并且当计量板绕着竖直轴线16旋转时,已经位于计量板的开口32中的珠粒向前滚动或者接合固定板。固定板包括一个位于珠粒离开计量板的传输点处的下落部,开口32中的珠粒穿过下落部落下以便随后输送珠粒到下游位置。该位置示于图2A中。如果真空33被施加至开口32以帮助从给送板26传输珠粒并且将珠粒保持在开口32内,则真空在该下落部处被通到大气。
珠粒给送器10还包括位于固定板34下方的珠粒传输轮36,该珠粒传输轮36连接成绕着基本上水平的轴线38旋转。传输轮36包括位于轮的圆周上的等距间隔开的外部容穴40,用于在来自计量板30的珠粒12穿过固定板34中的下落部落下时接收来自计量板30的珠粒12。固定板切有槽口以接收传输轮的上部,并且在图2A中所示的珠粒传输点处,传输轮的外表面处于与固定板的上表面和计量板的下表面相同的高度。
真空可连接至选定的容穴40以便实现将珠粒沉降至容穴中并最终从珠粒传输轮移除。
在本发明的一种应用中,用于生产香烟过滤嘴的机器的移动式配件42与珠粒传输轮36对准并位于珠粒传输轮36正下方。配件42用于运送带有位于纸上的等距间隔开的滤棒46的过滤纸44。替代地,滤棒46可不均匀地间隔开,并且在那种情况下,输送轮节距将被设计成与滤棒之间的空腔同步。滤棒44可由醋酸纤维素及适当的粘合剂制成,但是其它滤棒材料同样地可接受,根据所需的香烟过滤嘴构造而定。珠粒12被珠粒给送器10的珠粒传输轮36所输送到的下游位置包括位于滤棒46之间的空腔或空隙48。最终,在珠粒被插入空腔48中以后,配件用于绕着滤棒和珠粒封闭过滤纸,并且在沿着其纵向边缘利用粘合剂密封纸之后,连续的过滤嘴复合体被切成各自独立的滤棒-空隙-滤棒式过滤嘴,这些各自独立的滤棒-空隙-滤棒式过滤嘴随后被连接到包装的烟丝条。
固定卸离器50可如图1中所示与珠粒传输轮18相邻设置。卸离器构造和设置成从珠粒传输轮36的容穴40移除珠粒12。另外,卸离器可用于切断通往容穴40的真空供给以便帮助从容穴移除珠粒并将其排放至空腔48中。单个珠粒被输送至每个空腔。
可使用任何适当的驱动机构来使珠粒供给轮13和珠粒传输轮36旋转。另外,驱动机构用于使计量板以比珠粒供给轮14稍微更快或更慢的速度旋转,原因如上所述。
Claims (5)
1.一种珠粒给送器,用于顺次地向下游位置输送珠粒,包括:
珠粒供给轮,其连接成绕着基本上竖直的轴线旋转;
所述珠粒供给轮包括珠粒供给碗和多个沿径向且向外延伸的珠粒通道,所述珠粒通道连接成随着珠粒供给碗旋转并且尺寸适于接收来自珠粒供给碗的单行珠粒,每个珠粒通道具有一个外出口端;
位于珠粒供给碗中的多个排放开口,其围绕珠粒供给碗的下部间隔开,其中所述排放开口与沿径向且向外延伸的所述珠粒通道对准;
计量板,其连接成绕着与所述珠粒供给轮相同的竖直轴线旋转;所述计量板具有多个位于珠粒通道的外出口端正下方的、等距间隔开的开口,用于接收珠粒通道中的最下部的珠粒;
所述计量板以比珠粒供给轮稍微更慢或稍微更快的速度旋转,以便使得对于珠粒供给轮的每转,特定珠粒通道的外出口端和计量板中的开口的竖直对准只发生一次;
下落部,其用于移除珠粒离开计量板;和
位于下落部下方的珠粒传输轮,所述珠粒传输轮连接成绕着基本上水平的轴线旋转,珠粒传输轮具有位于其圆周部分上的间隔开的外部容穴,用于接收来自下落部的珠粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的珠粒给送器,包括与珠粒传输轮对准且位于珠粒传输轮正下方的移动式配件;
该配件运送过滤纸,其中等距间隔开的滤棒位于过滤纸上;和
其中珠粒被输送到的下游位置包括位于滤棒之间的空腔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的珠粒给送器,其中珠粒传输轮被构造和设置成向每个所述空腔输送单个珠粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的珠粒给送器,包括与珠粒传输轮相邻的固定卸离器,所述固定卸离器构造和设置成在下游位置从珠粒传输轮移除珠粒。
5.一种用于顺次地向下游位置输送珠粒的方法,包括以下步骤:
使珠粒供给轮绕着基本上竖直的轴线旋转;
旋转步骤包括使珠粒供给碗和多个连接成随着珠粒供给碗旋转的沿径向且向外延伸的珠粒通道旋转;
在保持珠粒供给碗中的围绕该珠粒供给碗的下部间隔开的多个排放开口与沿径向且向外延伸的珠粒通道对准的同时,穿过所述多个排放开口输送单行珠粒;
顺次地将每个珠粒通道中的最下部的珠粒放置至旋转计量板中的多个开口之一中;
使计量板比珠粒通道的转速稍微更慢或稍微更快地旋转,以便使得对于珠粒通道的每转,特定珠粒通道中的最下部的珠粒与计量板中的所述多个开口之一的竖直对准只发生一次;
使计量板中的珠粒离开计量板落下;和
使珠粒传输轮绕着基本上水平的轴线旋转,所述珠粒传输轮构造成使得从计量板落下的珠粒被珠粒传输轮接收并被顺次地输送至下游位置。
