本发明涉及一种药用尿素的精制方法。
背景技术:
现有的农用尿素、工业尿素因纯度低,不能作为药用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种以农用尿素或工业尿素为原料的药用尿素的精制方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种药用尿素的精制方法,其特征是:将水、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂与农用尿素或工业尿素一起在10~100℃回流10~120分钟;然后冷却结晶,结晶温度为-20~50℃,并进一步过滤、干燥。
水、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂与农用尿素或工业尿素的重量比为2-8∶1。
醇类溶剂为乙醇以外的醇类溶剂。
乙醇以外的醇类溶剂为甲醇、正丙醇;醚类溶剂为乙醚。
干燥温度为10~150℃。
本发明以农用尿素或工业尿素为原料,制作方法简单,易操作。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
一种药用尿素的精制方法,将水、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂与农用尿素或工业尿素一起在10~100℃(例10℃、50℃、100℃)回流10~120分钟;然后冷却结晶,结晶温度为-20~50℃(例-20℃、0℃、30℃、50℃),并进一步过滤、干燥,干燥温度为10~150℃(例10℃、50℃、100℃、150℃)。
水、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂与农用尿素或工业尿素的重量比为2-8∶1(例2∶1、5∶1、8∶1)。
醇类溶剂为乙醇以外的醇类溶剂,例甲醇、正丙醇及相关醇类溶剂;醚类溶剂为乙醚及相关醚类溶剂。

1.一种药用尿素的精制方法,其特征是:将水、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂与农用尿素或工业尿素一起在10~100℃回流10~120分钟;然后冷却结晶,结晶温度为-20~50℃,并进一步过滤、干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用尿素的精制方法,其特征是:水、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂与农用尿素或工业尿素的重量比为2-8∶1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的药用尿素的精制方法,其特征是:醇类溶剂为乙醇以外的醇类溶剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药用尿素的精制方法,其特征是:乙醇以外的醇类溶剂为甲醇、正丙醇;醚类溶剂为乙醚。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的药用尿素的精制方法,其特征是:干燥温度为10~150℃。
