Abstract

本发明涉及X射线成像设备,根据本发明的X射线成像设备包括:X射线源,所述X射线源产生X射线;X射线探测部,所述X射线探测部能够检测由X射线源产生并通过被测物体的X射线,并包含具有多个传感器的传感器面板;以及面板移动装置,所述面板移动装置设置在X射线探测部上,并用于移动传感器面板。本发明将多个小面积X射线传感器对接使用,以替代制造成本较高的大面积传感器,因此不仅能够实现与使用大面积传感器时相同的宽范围成像,而且能够降低X射线成像设备的制造成本。

Description

X射线成像设备
技术领域
本发明涉及X射线成像设备,更详细的涉及,所述X射线成像设备包括X射线源、包含具有多个X射线传感器的传感器面板的X射线探测部及面板移动装置。
背景技术
一般来说,医学诊断中使用的X射线成像设备是将一定量的X射线束透过需要成像的身体部位,通过X射线传感器测量透过的X射线量,并将测量数据保存在存储器上,通过计算机求得身体成像部位各点的X射线吸收率,并将其还原为图像。
上述X射线成像设备包括X射线光源部和X射线探测部,其中,所述X射线光源部具有产生X射线的产生装置,所述X射线探测部具有探测X射线并将其转换为电信号的传感器。
此时,上述传感器尺寸越大,能够进行成像的范围也就越广。
但是,大尺寸传感器,即,大面积传感器存在由于制造工期较长,所以制造成本增加的问题。
因此,具有上述大面积传感器的X射线成像设备的制造成本也会相应提高。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题而提出,本发明目的是提供一种X射线成像设备,所述X射线成像设备包括X射线源、包含具有多个X射线传感器的传感器面板的X射线探测部及面板移动装置。
根据本发明的一优选实施方式的X射线成像设备包括:产生X射线的X射线源;能够检测由X射线源产生并通过被测物体的X射线,且包含具有多个传感器的传感器面板的X射线探测部;设置在X射线探测部,使传感器面板移动的面板移动装置。
在优选实施方式中,上述X射线成像设备还包括:支撑上方构造物的底座;所述底座上竖立设置的支撑柱;设置在所述支撑柱上,能够沿上下方向进行升降变位的升降装置;连接在所述升降装置下部的下颚支撑部件;连接在所述升降装置前面上部的旋转臂支撑部件;设置在所述升降装置上,由所述旋转臂支撑部件进行支撑,具有所述X射线源及所述X射线探测部的旋转臂;以及设置在所述旋转臂和所述旋转臂支撑部件之间,驱动所述旋转臂的旋转臂驱动装置。
在优选实施方式中,上述面板移动装置能够沿上下、左右及对角线中的一种以上方向移动传感器面板。
在优选实施方式中,上述面板移动装置通过移动所述传感器面板,使所述X射线探测部获取由于对接区域而无法获得的影像数据。
根据本发明的X射线成像设备,通过提供一种包括X射线源、包含具有多个X射线传感器的传感器面板的X射线探测部及面板移动装置的X射线成像设备,将多个小面积X射线传感器对接使用,以替代制造成本较高的大面积传感器,因此不仅能够实现与使用大面积传感器时相同的宽范围成像,而且能够降低X射线成像设备的制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明优选实施例进行详细说明。
图1是说明根据本发明的一优选实施方式的X射线成像设备的结构图,图2是说明根据本发明的一优选实施方式的X射线探测部的示意图,图3是说明根据本发明的一优选实施方式的传感器面板的示意图。
如图1所示,X射线成像设备1000包括:底座100;支撑柱200;升降装置300;下颚支撑部件400;旋转臂支撑部件500;旋转臂600以及旋转臂驱动装置。
上述底座100用于支撑设置有上述组成部件的支撑柱200,所述支撑柱200竖立设置在所述底座100一侧。
在这里,上述支撑柱200上设置有升降装置300,所述升降装置300具有控制电机等,能够沿上下方向进行变位,根据患者的身高调节合适的高度。
另外,上述升降装置300下部设置有下颚支撑部件400,所述下颚支撑部件400是患者的下颚所处的位置,使患者头部位于X射线成像设备1000上。
另外,上述升降装置300前面上部垂直连接有旋转臂支撑部件500,所述旋转臂支撑部件500通过旋转臂驱动装置对所述旋转臂600进行支撑。
在这里,上述旋转臂600使产生X射线的X射线源610和能够检测由上述X射线源610产生并通过被测物体的X射线的X射线探测部620相对设置。
如图2及图3所示,上述X射线探测部620包括具有多个传感器621的传感器面板622及面板移动装置623。
在这里,上述多个传感器621是能够分别探测X射线的小面积传感器,所述传感器621分为能够分别探测X射线的探测区域621a和作为所述传感器的边缘部分而不能探测X射线的非探测区域621b。
这样的上述传感器621相互对接成一个大面积传感器,附着在所述传感器面板622前面。因此,所述传感器面板622前面分为各传感器621的探测区域621a和由于传感器621对接而产生的缝隙以及非探测区域621b造成的无法探测X射线的对接区域624。
此时,上述X射线探测部620必须能够探测上述探测区域621a和对接区域624组成的整个区域的X射线,从而获取影像数据。
但是,如图4所示,由于对接区域624的存在,上述X射线探测部620无法获取完整的数据,只能获得除对接区域624以外的其余数据,即第1影像数据700,为了探测第1影像数据700未能获得的数据,在传感器面板622后面设置有面板移动装置623。
在这里,上述面板移动装置623能够沿上下、左右及对角线中的一种以上的方向移动传感器面板622进行成像,从而使X射线探测部620能够获取不与第1影像数据700的对接区域624重叠的第2影响数据710。
并且,如图5所示,上述第1影像数据700和第2影像数据710通过计算机进行合成,对第1影像数据700的对接区域624对应的影像数据进行修正,从而得到完整的影像数据720。
因此,具有上述组成要素的X射线成像设备1000无需使用制造成本较高的大面积传感器,使用多个小面积传感器621即可获取完整的影像数据,因为使用了多个制造成本较低的传感器,最终能够降低X射线成像设备1000的制造成本。
以上参照附图对本发明的组成及工作原理进行了详细说明,但只是举例进行了说明,在不脱离本发明技术思想的范畴内,可以进行多种变化及变更。

Claims (4)

1.一种X射线成像设备,其特征在于,所述X射线成像设备包括:
X射线源,所述X射线源用于产生X射线;
X射线探测部,所述X射线探测部用于检测由所述X射线源产生并通过被测物体的X射线,并包含具有多个传感器的传感器面板;以及,
面板移动装置,所述面板移动装置设置在所述X射线探测部,用于移动所述传感器面板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的X射线成像设备,其特征在于,所述X射线成像设备还包括:
底座,所述底座支撑上方构造物;
支撑柱,所述支撑柱竖立设置在所述底座上;
升降装置,所述升降装置设置在所述支撑柱上,以沿上下方向进行升降变位;
下颚支撑部件,所述下颚支撑部件连接在所述升降装置的下部;
旋转臂支撑部件,所述旋转臂支撑部件连接在所述升降装置的前面上部;
旋转臂,所述旋转臂设置在所述升降装置上,由所述旋转臂支撑部件进行支撑,并具有所述X射线源及所述X射线探测部;以及
旋转臂驱动装置,所述旋转臂驱动装置设置在所述旋转臂和所述旋转臂支撑部件之间,用于驱动所述旋转臂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的X射线成像设备,其特征在于,所述面板移动装置能够沿上下、左右及对角线中的任意一种以上的方向移动所述传感器面板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的X射线成像设备,其特征在于,所述面板移动装置通过移动所述传感器面板,使所述X射线探测部获取由于对接区域而无法获得的影像数据。
