Abstract

一种金属铸造用脱离粉,用于浇铸铁件,属于金属件浇铸时用的涂膜材料,它是按以下比例:大理石:70%;滑石粉:2%;干土:15%;氧化镁:3%;耐火粉:5%;锰、硅、铅:0.5%;石膏粉:1.5%;陶土:3%配成的粉末或粥状物。在浇铸时,涂于干模上的隔离粉与金属液产生化学反应,有挥发性气体和白色粉末,使铸件和铸模分离,从而达到脱模效果,使用本发明提供的脱离粉可消除铅粉污染,提高铸件表面光洁度及铸件质量。

Description

本发明是一种金属铸造用脱离粉,属于金属浇铸时用的涂模材料。
脱离粉是使金属铸件增加光洁度,加强强度和顺利脱模的涂模材料。
目前的铸造业中广泛应用铅粉作脱模粉,已是众所周知的材料。但是所用的铅粉对人危害极大,而长期从事铸造业的工人,每天在含铅的粉尘中工作,吸入大量铅粉,造成铅中毒,致使许多铸造工人患有铅中毒综合证、矽肺病、血液病和骨质病等。这是稍有科学知识的人都知道铅粉的危害。还由于铅粉比较轻、粉尘污染较大,到处染成黑色,工人工作时,会使满身污黑。浇铸金属件使用铅粉,虽然脱模较好,但是铸件的光洁度较差。也不能增加金属表面的强度,还使金属表面涂上一层灰黑,影响金属铸件表面颜色。
根据现有的铸造业使用铅粉作脱离粉,其主要成分为二氧化铅和炭粉。因铅粉对人们的健康及环境危害极大。
本发明的目的是配制一种复合材料来取代铅粉,使铸造业发生变革,改善工人劳动条件,消除粉尘毒害,并能提高铸件光洁度及强度。此外,脱砂性能好,铸件的颜色也由黑变白。
本发明的内容简述如下:
金属铸造用脱离粉,对于浇铸铁件按以下比例配成粉末或粥状物:
大理石:70%;滑石粉:2%;干土:15%;氧化镁:3%;耐火粉:5%;锰、硅、铅:0.5%;石膏粉:1.5%;陶土:3%。
利用脱离粉脱模原理叙述如下:脱离粉中的大理石成分在高温下产生化学反应,有气体挥发和产生白色粉末的特点。气体可使铸件与铸壁分离,在分离孔隙又有白粉作隔离层,从而达到脱模效果。而大理石的挥发气体发生后残留物少,残留物又易流动。氧化镁能耐高温达到1800℃,将它碾成70-120目的粉末。即可作隔层添加剂,在化学反应中与大理石粉高速混合。干土是较复杂的物质,它具有耐高温,经受高温后成核的特点,亦是铸铝工业中不可缺少的原料。耐火粉能耐1500℃高温,它是较好的添加剂,在隔层中起着隔离作用。
陶土、石膏粉主要是在脱离粉湿用时起着成型作用,浇铸时利于铁水流动,使铸件饱满。
微量调节元素是根据铸件需要而定。如加入比铁熔点低的金属,能使铁铸件表面低熔点金属的含量高于铁铸件内的含量。
使用本发明一一金属铸造用脱离粉,可得到较好的效果:1、消 除了铅粉的污染毒害,也防止了在清除铸件时,铅粉尘的飞扬。2、对铸件表面光洁度提高,隔离粉与铁水有一定的化学反应,有利于提高铸件的质量。3、使铸件由黑色变白色,而铸件表面又容易清除干净。

1、一种金属铸造用脱离粉,其特征在于对于浇铸铁件它是按以下比例:大理石:70%;滑石粉:2%;干土:15%;氧化镁:3%;耐火粉:5%;锰、硅、铅:0.5%;石膏粉:1.5%;陶土:3%配成的粉末或粥状物。
