Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种缝合生命体组织时使用的医疗用钉(staple)以及使多个该医疗用钉并排并倾斜装填的钉盒(magazine)。
背景技术
在手术时,用医疗用钉缝合切开的患部。这种医疗用钉包括主体部和在主体部的两端部形成的一对脚,在主视时呈コ字状。并且脚的前端以尖锐的尖端的方式形成,以使脚的前端插穿生命体组织时的刺通阻力变小。
上述这样的医疗用钉是如下这样制造的,例如将截面圆形的笔直的钢丝的两端部朝向相互接近的方向折曲,在达到其两端部相对于中央呈直角以前的规定角度时,将两端部用冲头(punch)使其刃向相对于中央部正交的方向即弯曲两端部的方向相对移动并切断,之后使两端部弯曲成相对于中央部大致呈直角(例如参考专利文献1)。
另外,上述那样制造的医疗用钉被一个一个地以并排状态装填在钉盒中并提供给医疗用订机。钉盒包括支承医疗用钉的中央部(主体部)并对其进行引导的主体部支承部、从该主体部支承部的两端部分垂下的垂下部、形成在该垂下部的下端并对医疗用钉的折曲部分(脚)的前端进行引导的引导部,主视钉盒时钉盒形成为Ω形状(例如参考专利文献2)。另外,在钉盒的主体部支承部上设有推动器(pusher),利用该推动器将填充在钉盒中的医疗用钉推向砧座方向。
作为钉盒的一个例子可以举出如下钉盒,其垂下部的长度与医疗用钉的脚的长度大致相等,在将医疗用钉载置在主体部支承部上时,成为脚相对于主体部支承部的长度方向大致垂直的姿势。另外,作为其他例子还有这样的钉盒,垂下部的长度比医疗用钉的脚的长度短,在将医疗用钉载置在主体部支承部上时,在推动器作用下脚的前端部分向推动方向下游方向,主体部向推动方向上游方向的姿势。而且,所述各钉盒可分别根据医疗用订机的功能而适当选择使用。

对于医疗用钉来说,虽然呈コ字状的主体部与一对脚存在于同一面内是优选的,但是严格意义上讲,材料并不能保证是笔直的,有时会在切断成规定长度的坯料上产生微妙的弯曲或产生扭曲。此时,即使实现正确的折曲加工,脚的前端也相对地向面外方向错开。一般说来,此时产生的脚的相对错位是源于材料的个性(材料产生的残余应力、搬运时产生的弯曲或扭曲等),每批材料的制造中都会变化。这种因材料的个性引起的脚的相对错位,在每个加工工序进行中以自由状态产生,人为控制非常难,这就是问题所在。
另外,即使严格意义上说坯料是笔直的,但如果在弯曲加工时以相对于冲头稍微倾斜的状态插入时,脚的前端还是会相对地向面外方向错位。此时产生的脚的相对的错位量通过对向冲头供应坯料的供应装置等进行调整就能够容易控制。
即便是上述那样产生了脚的相对错位的医疗用钉,在将其装填到垂下部的尺寸与脚的长度大致相等、将医疗用钉载置在主体部支承部上时脚相对于主体部支承部的长度方向呈大致垂直姿势的钉盒中时,也不会产生特别的问题,能够顺利使用。
但是,还有的钉盒的垂下部的长度比医疗用钉的脚的长度短,将医疗用钉载置在主体部支承部上时变成在推动器作用下脚的前端部分为推动方向下游方向、而主体部为推动方向上游方向的姿势,在这种钉盒中装填上述医疗用钉时,错开的脚与邻接的医疗用钉的脚相互牵连,给顺利移动带来障碍,在手术时存在医疗用钉的供应被阻碍的顾虑。
尤其,当构成医疗用订机的壳体由成形为对称形状的一对塑料成形品形成,通过该一对塑料成形品将装填在钉盒中的医疗用钉从两端的脚一侧夹入而构成一体时,在构成壳体的一对塑料成形品上设定的尺寸公差的影响(例如,组合的一对塑料成形品之间形成的台阶差等)下,钉盒的姿势受到影响,结果是存在顺利供应医疗用钉被阻碍的顾虑。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种装填在钉盒中时实现顺利供应的医疗用钉,并且提供一种通过使用该医疗用钉能够实现稳定供应的钉盒。
为了解决上述问题,本申请发明人以如下两者为前提尝试了几个实验,其一是在由一对塑料成形品构成医疗用订机的本体壳体时,由于所述一对塑料成形品利用不同的模具,所以无法消除台阶差的产生来进行组合;其二是在制造医疗用钉时在一对脚之间不产生扭曲是不可能的。
结果是认识到构成医疗用钉的一对脚位于同一面内时,能够实现顺利供应,并且发现:在一对脚之间产生无法管理的相对的扭曲时,邻接的医疗用钉的脚相互缠绕而阻碍顺利供应;通过管理使一对脚相对扭曲而扭曲的状态(一对脚所成的角),能够实现顺利的供应。
因此,本发明涉及的医疗用钉是一种在具有主体部和形成于主体部两端的比主体部短的一对脚的医疗用钉,其中,所述脚倾斜成相互接近的角度,任一方的脚相对于包含主体部和另一方的脚在内的面扭曲向面外方向,并且在所述一对脚之间产生0度以上且小于1.9度的扭曲角。
另外,本发明涉及的钉盒是一种使多个上述医疗用钉并排并且使脚倾斜来装填的钉盒,其中,钉盒包括:主体部引导部,所述主体部引导部的尺寸与上述医疗用钉的主体部的长度大致相等或者小于上述医疗用钉的主体部的长度,并载置该医疗用钉的主体部而对其进行引导;垂下部,所述垂下部从所述主体部引导部的两端垂下,具有比上述医疗用钉的脚的尺寸小的尺寸;脚引导部,所述脚引导部形成在所述垂下部的下端并且对上述医疗用钉的脚的前端进行引导;在使多个上述医疗用钉的脚向排出方向下游侧倾斜、且使多个上述医疗用钉的主体部向排出方向上游侧倾斜的状态下,在所述钉盒中装填多个上述医疗用钉。
发明效果
本发明涉及的医疗用钉(以下简称为钉),通过使在主体部的两端形成的一对脚中的任一方的脚相对于包含主体部和另一方的脚在内的面向面外方向扭曲,不会受到每种材料变化的残余应力的值以及搬运时的弯曲或扭曲的量的影响,能够将一对脚的错位量始终保持为一定的值。因此,多个钉上的一对脚的相对错位量相同。
本发明涉及的钉盒由于将多个的上述钉的主体部载置在主体部引导部上并使脚的前端与脚引导部接触,同时使脚向钉的移送方向下游方向倾斜且使主体部向上游方向倾斜来进行装填,因此,在装填到钉盒中的邻接的钉中,脚彼此大致平行,这样不会相互缠绕牵连。因此,能够实现钉的顺利的供应。

具体实施方式
以下,结合附图说明本发明的医疗用钉的最佳的具体实施方式。图1是说明医疗用钉的结构的图。
图所示的医疗用钉A是用于对在手术时切开的组织进行缝合的东西,其采用截面圆形的钢线或不锈钢线等构成。钉A在主视时形成为大致コ字状,并具有:主体部1,主体部1具有预先设定的长度;一对脚2、3,一对脚2、3是从主体部1的两端部分折曲成大致直角而形成的。
在从正面观察钉A时,一对脚2、3以前端部2b、3b相互接近的方式向主体部1侧倾斜形成。由此,当利用后述的钉盒B的砧座21弯曲主体部1,使コ字状的钉A成为大致四边形来缝合患部的组织时,能够可靠地缝合组织。而且,一对脚2、3的向相互接近的方向的倾斜角度没有限定,相对于主体部1呈直角也可,或者相对于主体部1以1度~3度左右的角度倾斜也可。
钉A的一对脚2、3的前端部2b。3b以尖锐的尖端形式形成,以使在前端刺穿组织时的阻力变小。前端部2b、3b的形状没有特别限定,在本实施例中,通过在脚2、3的外侧面形成倾斜面,形成尖锐的边部,构成前端部2b、3b。
另外,在主体部1的两端部分形成的一对脚2、3的任一方(例如脚3,以下称为脚3)构成为相对于包含主体部1和另一方的脚(例如脚2,以下称为脚2)在内的面4,向该面4的面外方向扭曲。即,相对于主体部1的中心线和脚2的中心线在内的面4,脚3的中心线以主体部1的中心为中心扭曲构成。换言之,以主体部1的中心线1a为基准,脚2的中心线2a和脚3的中心线3a以相互扭开的状态构成。
通过实验求出脚2的中心线2a和脚3的中心线3a所成的角(一对脚2、3的扭曲脚α)的范围。该实验是,将由通常的生产线制造的成形为对称形状的一对塑料成形品组合起来制作壳体,利用该壳体一方面制作预先将扭曲角α设成多个角度的钉,并按每个角度装填在钉盒中,将这些钉盒安装在壳体上操作把手来比较钉的供应的顺畅程度。
上述实验的结果是,一对脚2、3产生的扭曲角α在0度以上且小于1.9度的范围时,能够实现大致顺利的供应。另外,扭曲角α在0度以上且小于1.3度时,能够实现更顺畅的供应。进而,当扭曲角α在0度以上且小于0.6度时,没有任何问题地能够实现顺畅的供应。
另外,在扭曲角α是大于2.5度的范围时,邻接的钉的脚彼此相互缠绕牵连而无法实现顺畅的供应。
因此,钉A的一对脚2、3的扭曲角α优选为0度以上且小于1.9度,更优选为在0度以上且小于1.3度。进而,希望是在0度以上且小于0.6度。
尤其,在以包含主体部1的中心线1a和脚2的中心线2a在内的面4为基准时,钉A的一对脚2、3的扭曲方向,如图1所示,即便是脚3的前端部3b相比脚2的前端部2b更靠左侧的方向也可以,另外,脚3的前端部3b相比脚2的前端部2b更靠右的方向也可以。
钉A的一对脚2、3的扭曲角在上述范围内是优选的,但在多数的钉A中有大的偏差是不优选的。为此,在对脚2、3实施扭曲加工时,为了不产生偏差,优选通过机械方法进行。另外,在产生了偏差的情况下,优选区分为所述的扭曲角α的范围的组。
对于将构成钉A的一对脚2、3如上述那样扭曲时的加工方法没有限定,可以用公知的方法制造主视呈コ字状的钉之后,对各个钉进行冲压加工,从而能够构成具有被管理的扭曲角α的钉A。另外,可以在用虎头钳等固定了一对脚2、3之后,对该虎头钳施加旋转来实施扭曲加工。
在上述那样构成的钉A中,即使在钉盒中并排装填多个钉的情况下,脚彼此也不会互相缠绕牵连,能够实现良好的供应。
接着结合附图说明钉盒的结构。图2是示意性说明并排来装填多个钉A的钉盒B的结构的图。
在图中,钉盒B由主视形成为Ω状的成形体构成。钉盒B具有:主体部引导部11,其由形成在上部的平面部构成;垂下部12,其从主体部引导部11的宽度方向的两端垂下;以及脚引导部13,其形成在垂下部12的下端部。该钉盒B具有能够满足根据医疗用订机的规格而设定的要装填的钉A的数量的长度。
钉盒B在一方端部(图2的左侧端部)形成有砧座21,对位于该砧座21的钉A进行成形从而能够缝合患部。另外,在另一方端部(图2的右侧端部)侧配置有推动器23,推动器23在弹簧22的作用下被推向砧座21的方向。
因此,当装填在钉盒B中的多个钉A在推动器23的作用下被推向砧座21的方向,位于该砧座21的钉A缝合患部而被排出时,下一个钉A移动到砧座21上。即,钉盒B的排出方向是以推动器23为上游、以砧座21为下游的方向。
主体部引导部11是与钉A的主体部1的外周面接触来载置该钉A、并且引导钉A移动向排出方向的部分。另外,主体部引导部11不仅具有引导钉A的功能,还具有对与该钉A接触而将其推向排出方向的推动器23进行引导的功能。
为此,主体部引导部11具有与钉A的主体部1的尺寸大致相等的尺寸,或具有比钉A的主体部1的尺寸小的尺寸。在主体部引导部11具有与钉A的主体部1的尺寸大致相等的尺寸的情况下,垂下部12相对于主体部引导部11形成为大致直角。另外,如本实施例那样,在主体部引导部11的尺寸小于钉A的主体部1的尺寸时,垂下部12以倾斜的状态形成。
垂下部12具有比钉A的一对脚2、3的长度小的尺寸。通过垂下部12的所述结构,装填到钉盒B的钉A变成倾斜。如此,垂下部12没有必要从主体部引导部11垂直垂下形成,可以如本实施例那样倾斜形成。不管怎样,垂下部12都需要具有比脚2、3的长度小的高度。
脚引导部13是从垂下部12的下端部分向外侧折曲而构成,并形成为与主体部引导部11大致平行,脚引导部13具有与脚2、3的前端部2b、3b接触并引导钉A向排出方向移动的功能。
装填在钉盒B中的钉A的主体部1与主体部引导部11接触,从而载置钉A,钉A在脚2、3朝向排出方向下游侧倾斜的状态(在图2中以主体部1在右侧、脚2、3为左侧的方式倾斜的状态)下并排。
在上述那样构成的钉盒B中,由于装填的钉A倾斜,所以能够减小医疗用订机的高度,实现小型化。
另外,将钉盒B安装在图2中双点划线表示的医疗用订机C上,当操作未图示的把手时,伴随该操作,压头25向砧座21侧降下,通过该压头25和砧座21的协动,コ字状的钉A成形为大致四边形,在该成形过程中,能够缝合患部的组织。
工业实用性
即使多个本发明的钉A排列装填在钉盒B中时,邻接的钉A的脚2、3彼此也不会相互缠绕牵连,能够实现顺利的供应,因此可以安装在结构不同的医疗用订机上来利用。
Claims (2)
1.一种医疗用钉,其具有主体部和在主体部的两端形成的比主体部短的一对脚,其特征在于,
所述脚倾斜成相互接近的角度,任一方的脚相对于包含主体部和另一方的脚在内的面向面外方向扭曲,并且在所述一对脚之间产生0度以上且小于1.9度的扭曲角。
2.一种钉盒,其是使多个权利要求1所述的医疗用钉并排并且使脚倾斜来装填所述医疗用钉的钉盒,其特征在于,
所述钉盒具有:
主体部引导部,所述主体部引导部具有与权利要求1所述的医疗用钉的主体部的长度大致相等的尺寸或者具有小于权利要求1所述的医疗用钉的主体部的长度的尺寸,并且载置该医疗用钉的主体部来进行引导;
垂下部,所述垂下部从所述主体部引导部的两端垂下,具有比权利要求1所述的医疗用钉的脚的尺寸小的尺寸;以及
脚引导部,所述脚引导部形成于所述垂下部的下端,对权利要求1所述的医疗用钉的脚的前端进行引导,
在使多个权利要求1所述的医疗用钉的脚向排出方向下游侧倾斜且主体部向排出方向上游侧倾斜的状态下装填。
