技术领域
与本发明一致的设备和方法涉及使得用户能够容易并方便地搜索多媒体内容的场景。
背景技术
随着最近几年TV技术和传输广播信号技术的发展，使用数字传输技术的数字TV已引起关注。
这种数字TV记录功能和再现功能技术在用户观看TV的同时使得用户能够使用个人录像机(PVR)实时存储TV节目，并在任何时间再现存储的TV节目。
发明内容
技术问题
图1是示出根据现有技术的图像显示设备的屏幕上再现的场景的示图。
如图1所示，根据现有技术的图像显示设备再现内容，并在屏幕下方显示与内容相应的进度条。
然而，现有技术中的图像显示设备的进度条仅仅显示当前再现的内容的进度时间和位置信息。因此，当用户想要在内容中搜索高亮、快速场景改变和用户做了书签的场景的期望场景时，用户需要在在进度条上移动光标，以搜索期望场景。结果，用户难以容易并且方便地搜索期望场景。
技术方案
本发明提供了一种能够使用户容易并方便地搜索内容的期望场景的图像显示设备和控制所述图像显示设备的方法。
根据本发明的一方面，提供了一种图像显示设备，所述图像显示设备包括：选择单元，接收指令，以选择进度条；存储单元，存储与进度条有关的信息，所述进度条包括用于帮助用户搜索内容的预定场景的标记；和控制单元，从存储单元中提取与选择的进度条的标记相应的场景，并显示提取的场景。
根据本发明的另一方面，提供了一种控制图像显示设备的方法，所述方法包括：允许用户选择期望的进度条；在选择的进度条上显示用于帮助用户搜索内容的预定场景的标记；将光标移动到选择的进度条上的标记；当用户用位于标记的光标按下播放按钮时，从与所述标记相应的场景再现内容。

以下，将参照附图详细描述根据本发明示例性实施例的图像显示设备和用于控制所述图像显示设备的方法。例如，在本发明的以下描述中，为了清晰和简要起见，省略了对这里包含的已知功能和结构的详细描述。

如图2和图3所示，根据示例性实施例的图像显示设备包括选择单元10、设置单元20、存储单元30、显示单元40和控制单元50。
用户使用选择单元10选择进度条1、41、42和43。本发明不限于这些进度条。进度条1、41、42和43仅仅代表示例性实施例中显示的进度条。如图3所示，在进度条1和43之间还可以有其他的进度条。选择单元10可设置在图像显示设备的主体(未示出)中，或可与主体分开而设置在遥控器(未示出)中。在示例性实施例中，当图像显示设备是TV或PVR时，选择单元10是遥控器的上下左右方向键。当图像显示设备是PMP或PC时，选择单元10是导航键或键盘方向键。
应客户的请求，使用设置单元20添加各种进度条或去除设置的进度条。
存储单元30存储有内容以及进度条1、41、42和43有关的信息，并且包括例如存储介质(例如，硬盘和闪存)。
进度条1、41、42和43将内容的进度时间和位置信息通知给用户，并包括用于搜索预定场景的标记。
进度条1、41、42和43包括默认进度条1，所述默认进度条1指示当前再现的内容的进度时间和位置信息。第一进度条41包括用于内容的高亮的标记41。第二进度条42包括用于快速场景改变的标记42a。第三进度条43包括用于用户做书签的场景的标记43a。在本示例性实施例中，使用普通装置控制模块(DCM)技术分别在第一进度条41和第二进度条42上生成指示高亮的标记41a和指示快速场景改变的标记42a。用户可在进度条43上手动生成标记43a，以指示做了书签的场景。在现有技术中DCM技术和书签技术为公知的，因此将省略对其的详细描述。
使用标记41a、42a和43a来帮助用户搜索预定场景，所述预定场景可包括(但不限于)高亮、快速场景改变和用户做书签的场景。标记41a、42a和43a的位置依据进度条41、42和43的种类。另外，在进度条41、42和43上以预定间隔布置标记41a、42a和43a。
在示例性实施例中，进度条41、42和43的种类、形状和操作方法依据图像显示设备的特性。
在示例性实施例中，图像显示设备设置有进度条41、42和43，但本发明并不限于此。可应用户的请求设置各种进度条41、42和43。
显示单元40在用户将观看的屏幕上根据用户的指令显示由选择单元10选择的内容和进度条41、42和43。优选的，显示单元40在再现内容的屏幕的下方显示选择的进度条。
控制单元50识别由选择单元10选择的进度条41、42和43，从存储单元30中提取与选择的进度条41的标记41a、进度条42的标记42a和进度条43的标记43a相应的场景，并控制显示单元40显示所述场景。
具体地讲，当用户选择第一进度条41时，控制单元50在第一进度条41上显示指示内容的高亮的标记41a，从存储单元30中提取与标记41a相应的高亮，并控制显示单元显示所述高亮。另外，当选择第二进度条42时，控制单元50在第二进度条42上显示指示快速场景改变的标记42a，从存储单元30中提取与标记42a相应的场景，并控制显示单元显示所述场景。此外，当选择第三进度条43时，控制单元50在第三进度条43上显示指示做了书签的场景的标记43a，从存储单元30中提取与标记43a相应的做了书签的场景，并控制显示单元显示所述场景。
控制单元50包括：第一控制器51，控制第一进度条41的操作；第二控制器52，控制第二进度条42的操作；和第三控制器53，控制第三进度条43的操作。
当在选择的进度条41、42和43上移动的光标3被置于标记41a、42a和43a时，控制单元50控制显示单元将与标记41a、42a和43a相应的场景显示为缩略图。
将参照图4至图10详细描述根据本发明的示例性实施例的控制图像显示设备的方法。
图4至图9是顺序显示通过根据示例性实施例的控制图像显示设备的方法所显示的运动画面的静止画面的示图，图10是示出根据示例性实施例的控制图像显示设备的方法的流程图。
如图4所示，当播放用户想要观看的内容时，用于指示当前播放的内容的进度时间和位置信息的进度条1被显示在播放内容的屏幕的下面。
如图5所示，当观看内容的用户想要从内容中搜索特定场景时，用户使用选择单元10的上下方向键来选择期望的进度条41、42和43(S100)。在示例性实施例中，当用户想要从在TV屏幕上再现的内容中搜索高亮时，用户使用TV遥控器的上下方向键选择第一进度条41，所述第一进度条41包括指示内容的高亮的标记41a。另外，当用户想要从内容中搜索快速场景改变时，用户选择第二进度条42，所述第二进度条42包括指示快速场景改变的标记42a。当用户想要搜索内容的做书签的场景时，用户选择第三进度条43，所述第三进度条43包括指示做书签的场景的标记43a。
在根据示例性实施例的方法，使用图像显示设备(例如，TV)的遥控器的上下方向键来选择各种进度条41、42和43，但本发明不限于此。在图像显示设备(例如，PMP和PC)中，可使用导航键或键盘方向键来选择各种进度条。
在屏幕上显示进度条41、42和43，所述进度条41、42和43包括用于根据进度条41、42和43的种类帮助用户搜索预定场景的标记41a、42a和43a。例如，当用户选择第一进度条41时(S101)，在第一进度条41上显示用于帮助用户搜索内容的高亮的标记41a(S102)。另外，当选择第二进度条42时(S103)，在第二进度条42上显示用于帮助用户搜索内容的快速场景改变的标记42a(S104)。当选择第三进度条43时(S105)，确定用户是否对内容的场景做了书签(S106)。当确定对场景做了书签时，在第三进度条43上显示用于帮助用户搜索做了书签的场景的标记43a(S107)。当确定没有对场景做书签时，在第三进度条43上不显示标记(S108)。分别在进度条41、42和43上以预定间隔布置多个标记41a、42a和43a，标记的位置依据进度条41、42和43的种类。
然后，用户按下遥控器的右或左方向键，以将光标3移动到选择的进度条41、42和43上的标记41a、42a和43a上(S109)。如图6所示，当光标3位于标记41a、42a和43a时，分别在进度条41、42和43上将与标记41a、42a和43a相应的场景显示为缩略图5(S110)。

同时，可应用户的请求添加或去除各种进度条41、42和43。具体地讲，如图9所示，在用于选择进度条41、42和43的屏幕上，用户可选择和去除包括指示高亮的标记的进度条41、包括指示快速场景改变的标记的进度条42和包括指示书签的标记的进度条43，或可添加新的进度条，例如，演员1、演员2、演员3和演员4(44、45、46和47)。在示例性实施例中，除了包括指示高亮的标记的进度条41、包括指示快速场景改变的标记的进度条42和包括指示书签的标记的进度条43，可生成与角色相应的进度条，或可随技术的发展添加有助于搜索场景的进度条。可使用普通DCM技术添加或去除各种进度条。

Claims (17)

1.一种图像显示设备，包括：
选择单元，接收指令，以从多个进度条选择进度条；
存储单元，存储与进度条有关的信息，并存储与多个标记有关的信息，所述多个标记用于搜索内容的多个预定场景；和
控制单元，从存储单元中提取与进度条的标记相应的场景，并显示所述场景。
2.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，应用户的请求设置所述多个进度条。
3.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，所述多个进度条包括以下进度条中的至少一个：第一进度条，包括指示内容的高亮的标记；第二进度条，包括指示快速场景改变的标记；第三进度条，包括指示用户做了书签的场景的标记。
4.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，所述多个标记的多个位置依据进度条的类型。
5.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，在进度条上以预定间隔布置所述多个标记。
6.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，控制单元包括：
第一控制器，控制第一进度条的操作，所述第一进度条包括指示内容的高亮的标记；
第二控制器，控制第二进度条的操作，所述第二进度条包括指示快速场景改变的标记；和
第三控制器，控制第三进度条的操作，所述第三进度条包括指示用户做了书签的场景的标记。
7.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，如果光标位于选择的进度条的标记上，则控制单元将与所述标记相应的场景显示为缩略图。
8.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，其中，选择单元包括遥控器和键盘的至少一个方向键。
9.如权利要求1所述的图像显示设备，还包括：
设置单元，应用户的请求添加或去除进度条。
10.一种控制图像显示设备的方法，包括：
选择进度条；
在选择的进度条上显示用于搜索内容的多个预定场景的多个标记；
将光标移动到选择的进度条上的标记；
当用户用位于标记的光标按下播放按钮时，再现与所述标记相应的场景。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中，选择进度条的步骤包括：选择以下进度条中的至少一个：第一进度条，包括指示内容的高亮的标记；第二进度条，包括指示快速场景改变的标记；第三进度条，包括指示用户做了书签的场景的标记。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法，其中，选择进度条的步骤包括：使用遥控器和键盘的至少一个方向键选择进度条。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法，还包括：如果选择了第一进度条，则在第一进度条上显示指示高亮的多个标记，以搜索内容的高亮。
