技术领域
本发明涉及一种图像显示技术领域,具体地说是一种图像显示及其图像扫描方法。
背景技术
在传统的图像显示下,用户通过图像显示收看图像节目途中,如果要进入想要看的画面收看上述图像节目时,利用上述图像显示的下一个画面功能或快进功能及上一个画面功能或快退功能,将画面移动至上述想要看的图像(或场面)。
另外,如果想要以静止画面收看想要看的画面时,利用静止图像功能,但这时有这样一个缺点,那就是为将上述画面移动至想要看的画面,需要通过以正常速度或快速收看上述图像节目的同时进行搜索来从当前的画面移动至上述想要看的画面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用字幕信息扫描想要看的图像信息的图像显示及图像显示的图像扫描方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明中上述图像显示将字幕信息和与此相关的图像信息一起储存到储存媒体。以后为显示想要看的图像,首先检查字幕表,再通过选择与上述想要看的图像相应的字幕信息,将当前画面移动至想要看的场面,即想要看的图像。
基于本发明的一种形态,图像扫描方法包括如下阶段,即将字幕信息列于字幕信息表上,并和与此相应的图像信息一起储存在存储媒体的阶段;为按照用户的要求进入想要看的画面,对上述字幕信息表执行扫描过程的阶段;以及当上述用户从上述字幕信息表中选择与上述想要看的画面相应的字幕信息时,利用上述所选择的字幕信息将当前的画面移动至上述想要看的画面的阶段。
基于本发明的另外一种形态,图像显示设备包括如下部分:控制部,限制输入的字幕数据;数据处理部,将上述被控制部限制的字幕数据接收过来,为使其可以显示及储存而进行加工;存储媒体,按照上述数据处理部的命令,将外部输入的图像数据与上述字幕数据同步进行储存;显示处理部:将从上述数据处理部接收的上述经过加工的字幕数据与相关图像一起显示在屏幕上。
基于本发明的另外一种形态,图像显示具备如下部分:即存储媒体,储存字幕信息表;控制部,提供与通过按键输入部输入的需要的字幕信息的要求信号相应的控制信号;数据处理部,按照控制信号将储存到上述存储媒体的字幕信息表从上述存储媒体输出,并将用户从上述字幕信息表中选择的字幕信息和相关画面从上述存储媒体输出;以及显示处理部,将上述输出的字幕信息表及相关画面显示在屏幕上。
值得一提的是,在记录上述字幕信息时,将各字幕的时间记录下来后储存到缓冲器上,然后,将储存的时间作为今后附加信息来利用。当用户再次收看图像节目时,利用上述字幕信息和上述字幕时间移动至想要看的画面(或图像)。
本发明具有以下有益效果及优点:
1.收看一般电影或其他图像节目时,如果错过了收看特定台词部位时,观众希望从与该台词相应的场面重新收看,这时,观众可以轻易地通过字幕扫描图像过程搜索到相关字幕信息,从而可以显示与该字幕信息相应的场面;
2.可以快速地搜索到需要的字幕和与其相应的场面。

具体实施方式
下面,详细说明本发明的实施例。
如上所述,本发明将上述字幕信息与时间信息一起进行储存,以后紧接着字幕扫描图像过程将图像移动至被选择的字幕所出现的起点。
实施例1
图1为说明字幕扫描图像过程及图像移动过程的图表,如图1所示,当扫描字幕5时,屏幕移动至与字幕5的起点相应的图像。
下面说明字幕数据的储存过程。图2为实际要记录的字幕信息表的结构图。
参数Int代表目录(Index),参数Time_t代表时间(Time),参数String代表字幕(Subtitle),参数BITMAP代表静止图像(Still Image)。
下面,详细说明具备基于本发明第1个实施例的字幕的活动图像正在播放时,储存和记录的过程。
首先,当分解过来的一行字幕信息为一个句子后,将该线上的从字幕的起点到终点的时间与字幕内容一起记录下来。
图3为说明储存基于本发明实施例的存储字幕数据流程的图像显示结构图。
图3中,上述图像显示(例如,数字电视机)具备微型计算机(Micom)1、中央处理器(CPU)2、硬盘-2(HD-2)3、以及硬盘驱动器(HDD:Hard DiscDriver)4。
上述微型计算机1执行限制输入的字幕数据(Raw数据)的作用。
上述中央处理器2将上述被限制的字幕数据从上述微型计算机1处接收过来进行加工,以便能够显示及储存它。

另一方面,上述硬盘驱动器4按照上述中央处理器2的命令,将外部输入的图像数据与来自上述中央处理器2的上述字幕同步数据同步储存到自身内,即上述中央处理器2周期性地将当前图像数据和与上述当前图像数据相应的字幕数据一起储存到上述硬盘驱动器4中。
上述硬盘-2(HD-2)3执行将从上述中央处理器2处接收到的经过加工的字幕内容,通过上述字幕同步数据与相关图像一起显示在屏幕的作用。
实施例2
本实施例详细说明紧接着实施例1之后利用通过上述过程储存到上述硬盘驱动器的字幕信息,扫描想要看的图像信息后显示在屏幕上的过程即字幕扫描图像过程将图像移动至字幕出现的起点的过程。
图4为说明利用基于本发明实施例的字幕数据扫描图像信息的流程的图像显示的结构图。
图4中的图像显示具备微型计算机10中央处理器20、硬盘-2(HD-2)30、以及硬盘驱动器40。
上述微型计算机10,当用户通过键盘或遥控器要求显示字幕信息时,将此告知给中央处理器20后,将储存在上述硬盘驱动器40的上述字幕信息表显示在上述屏幕上。
这时,上述字幕信息表按照目录顺序显示,显示时上述表中的各字幕信息包括相关时间和字幕内容。即,上述微型计算机10按照上述输入的用户命令,通过屏幕在菜单上执行打开字幕扫描图像(scan view)。
上述用户通过上述微型计算机10调整上述菜单,通过移动光标或加亮区等调整或选择想要看的字幕。
在这里,如果上述各字幕其长度超过一定值,则可以对上述微型计算机10的内部系统进行程序化,以便使特定行以上可以省略掉。

上述字幕扫描图像的过程概括如下:当上述用户通过上述图像显示的菜单进入上述字幕扫描图像过程时,上述微型计算机10和上述中央处理器20将储存在上述硬盘驱动器40内的字幕表显示在上述屏幕上。这时,上述字幕表可以采取表格形态,按照目录顺序同时显示时间和字幕。
接着,当上述用户使用上述遥控器或键盘的导航(Navigation)键,即在上述屏幕上以光标或加亮区从上述字幕列表中选择需要的字幕的位置时,上述中央处理器20移动至与经过上述硬盘-2(HD-2)30储存在上述硬盘驱动器40上的图像信息中的上述所选择字幕的位置相应的图像信息后,从该图像信息与相关字幕一起显示在上述屏幕上。
在这里,为选择上述需要的字幕进行导航时,可以追加在屏幕上显示与上述所选择的字幕相应的静止图像信息即静止图像的功能。但,储存上述静止图像时在上述微型计算机10内的存储器发生超负荷的可能性也很高,所以需要加大上述存储器即存储媒体的容量。

Claims (14)

1.一种图像显示设备的图像扫描方法,其特征在于包括以下阶段:
将字幕信息列于字幕信息表上,并和与此相应的图像信息一起储存在存储媒体的阶段;
为按照用户的要求进入想要看的画面,对上述字幕信息表执行扫描过程的阶段;以及
当上述用户从上述字幕信息表中选择与上述想要看的画面相应的字幕信息时,利用上述所选择的字幕信息将当前的画面移动至上述想要看的画面的阶段。
2.按权利要求1所述的图像显示设备的图像扫描方法,其特征在于:上述储存的字幕信息是与各字幕的时间信息一起储存的。
3.按权利要求1所述的图像显示设备的图像扫描方法,其特征在于:上述字幕信息表包括代表目录的参数(Int);代表各字幕的时间信息的参数(Time_t);代表上述图像节目的字幕的参数(String);代表静止图像的参数(BITMAP)。
4.按权利要求1所述的图像显示设备的图像扫描方法,其特征在于上述字幕信息储存阶段包括如下阶段:将上述字幕信息分解为行字幕信息的阶段;以及将从上述各线字幕的起点到终点的时间与上述各行字幕的内容一起记录在上述存储媒体的阶段。
5.一种图像显示设备,其特征在于包括如下部分:
控制部,限制输入的字幕数据;

存储媒体,按照上述数据处理部的命令,将外部输入的图像数据与上述字幕数据同步进行储存;
显示处理部:将从上述数据处理部接收的上述经过加工的字幕数据与相关图像一起显示在屏幕上。
6.按权利要求5所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:上述存储媒体为硬盘驱动器。
7.按权利要求5所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:上述数据处理部在进行上述加工时,考虑字的字体、大小、位置及实际内容后进行加工的。
8.一种图像显示设备,其特征在于具有如下部分:
存储媒体:储存字幕信息表;
控制部:提供与通过按键输入部输入的需要的字幕信息的要求信号相应的控制信号;
数据处理部:按照控制信号将储存到上述存储媒体的字幕信息表从上述存储媒体输出,并将用户从上述字幕信息表中选择的字幕信息和相关画面从上述存储媒体输出;以及
显示处理部:将上述输出的字幕信息表及相关画面显示在屏幕上。
9.按权利要求8所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:上述字幕信息表是按照目录顺序显示的,被显示的上述字幕信息表中的各字幕信息中包括相关时间信息和字幕内容。
10.按权利要求8所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:如果上述各字幕的长度超过一定值,则对上述控制部的内部系统进行程序化,以便使特定行以上可以省略掉。
11.按权利要求8所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:上述存储媒体为硬盘驱动器。
12.按权利要求8所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:上述控制部将当前画面移动至与上述所选择字幕的位置相应的画面。
13.按权利要求8所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:用户是使用遥控器或键盘的导航键在上述屏幕上以光标或加亮区从上述字幕表中选择需要的字幕的位置的。
14.按权利要求8所述的图像显示设备,其特征在于:上述控制部将与上述选择的字幕相应的画面作为静止图像储存到上述存储媒体并显示。
