Abstract

Description

适用于沥青的大容积包装容器
本发明涉及一种适用于沥青的大容积包装容器,这种容器由柔韧性材料制成,且在注料前具有类似于平截头棱锥体的基本形状,其中容器的顶端由一个平行于底面的顶盖密封,且在顶盖上设有一个优选处于顶盖中心位置的进料口。
由US 2 507 939 A、2 674 287 A和2 638 951 A可得出如下型式的包装容器,即在这些公知的设计中,包装容器为可折叠携带的水箱,而这些水箱专为运输更大量的水或其它液体所设计。在这里,只涉及适用于液体的容器。
然而,当填充物为沥青时,在某种程度上将更难处理,因为沥青在较高温度时为液态直至粘稠状,而在较低温度时则成为凝结的熔液。凝结的熔液具有这样的特性,即在更低的温度下也不会完全凝固。虽然沥青在环境温度下具有强粘合性,但其内部摩擦力却非常小,因此,在冷却状态下,它可非常缓慢地流动。当把沥青装入可变形容器中时,沥青将由于其蠕变(缓慢的流动)特性而在运输或存放过程中发生移位,这将导致多个此类容器的堆叠变得困难,或者说不可能实现。因此,直至目前沥青还只能被装在圆桶中,或者以小容量包装被装在纸板箱或塑料薄膜中,而圆桶、纸板箱和塑料薄膜在这里被看作不变形容器。
本发明的任务在于,设计一种前述类型的大容积包装容器,这种容器在注入液态沥青时具有自稳定性能,而在沥青凝结后,当容器受到从上往下的负荷时,仍可保持不受约束的状态。
按照本发明,该任务可由如下方式得以解决,即:使构成各器壁的织物,在100℃至110℃的温度区间内,具有沿经纱和纬纱方向数值为10%-25%,并优选为15%-20%的延展性,而且为使织物在受到斜交于经纱和纬纱方向的作用力时能保持稳定,而在构成侧壁的织物板下部区域,嵌有或者说缝有稳定机构,如折褶、缝线、带状物或其它类似物。从而,基于注入沥青的温度,构成各侧壁的织物板将在设定的范围内延展,而这将导致在容器上产生一定程度的凸起。为使凸起不过于剧烈,且在随后存放时容器不发生侧向蠕变,而在构成侧壁的织物板中嵌有前面提及的稳定机构。当此类容器被装入所谓的“ISO-集装箱”中时,维持容器的稳定性,或者说防止容器产生不可控的凸起就变得极为重要。这种“ISO-集装箱”在国际上也被称作“TEU”,即“20英尺当量单位”(Twenty

Unit)。在这种集装箱内,每两个容器被并排放置在其底部,而在这两个容器上又放置有另外两个容器。因此,这里必须避免由于容器的剧烈凸起而使容器在集装箱内部相互楔入或卡住,因为这将导致从集装箱中卸载容器变困难,或者说完全受阻。
在有利的型式下,可放入一个单独的内部容器,且该内部容器由一种能在100℃-105℃下保持稳定而熔点约为130℃-150℃的塑料制成。由此,可避免沥青被粘在包装容器上,而使其在随后的加工点无法从包装容器上清除。内部容器基于其熔点可在对沥青进行加工时跟沥青一同熔化,这里,由于相比于容器中的沥青总质量,内部容器的材料用量非常小,因此沥青的特性不会因此而改变。
稳定机构可有利地被设置在容器的下半部分,且优选设置在下三分之一部分。通过这种措施,可有效避免凸起,因为这种稳定机构正好被引入到发生最大凸起的区域。此外,构成侧壁的织物也可用涂层进行固化,从而,可特别有效地避免延展以及由与经纱和纬纱方向斜交的作用力所引起的扭曲变形。
为实现更方便的装载,以及容器在集装箱内的固定,侧壁上两个并排的角缝线,可由两个近似平行的止动环分别相连。
图中示意性地示出了改良后容器的实施例。

该包转容器由一个截锥体构成,而截锥体又由四个梯形侧壁1、2、3、4、一个底面5和一个遮盖面6构成,其中侧壁1、2、3、4通过缝线7相连,侧壁下边缘与底面通过缝线8相连,侧壁上边缘与遮盖面6则通过缝线9相连。盖板6具有一个进料口10,而内衬套11从该进料口伸出,且内衬套可由箍圈(Bund)11′或类似物进行密封。
侧壁与底面之间的倾角(见图2,侧壁2和底面5),如角α所示,其数值在70°至85°之间,且优选处于75°至83°之间。如已指出的那样,该倾角一方面可使进料量优化,另一方面又可带来相应的自矫正性能,因为在容器处于倾斜位置时,底面5将被部分提离安放面,而由于所注入沥青的内部压力,底面上被提起的部分将被向下压到支承面上,这里由于侧壁(如图2、4)与顶盖6之间刚性连接,处于相对位置的侧壁2将被矫直,从而形成一个稳定的形体。沿缝线7、8、9,对相邻壁上前后相接的棱边作卷边处理,并在缝线7的上端缝入承重带(Traggurte)13,以此实现特别牢固的缝合。在侧壁1至4的下半部分,嵌有稳定机构14。这种稳定机构可以为缝入的折褶、接缝以及缝入或织入的条状物,或其它的此类物。
稳定机构14从角部区域斜向上延伸至处于相对位置的边角缝线7处,且在该示例中,每块织物板上设有两个相互交叉的稳定机构14。
沿侧边被缝入的承重带13,在上端区域形成止动环13的形状,这里,设计有两个相互间近似平行的止动环,其中止动环13′使叉车能通过它提起容器,同时,也使容器能被固定在通用集装箱内。如已提到的那样,这可使置于止动环之间的容器壁产生一个整体稳定的抗拉外罩。
图2指出如何将分离的内部容器11放置到包装容器内,其关键点为,内部容器至少要能在缝线8处与包装容器的内侧壁相连,从而避免内部容器向内折叠或产生其它的不当变形,因为这些变形将阻碍包装容器被完全填满。
本包装容器专为液态或黏稠状的或者说具有蠕变特性的填充物如沥青所设计,经证实,容器在整体设计下具有高的自稳定度。

Claims (9)

1.一种适用于沥青的大容积包装容器,该包装容器由柔韧性材料制成,并在注料前具有类似于平截头棱锥体的基本形状,而容器顶端由一个平行于底面的顶盖密封,且顶盖上设有一个注料口,其特征在于,构成各器壁(1、2、3、4、5、6)的织物在100℃至110℃的温度区间内具有沿经纱和纬纱方向数值为10-25%的延展性,其中,为使织物在受到斜交于经纱和纬纱方向的作用力时能保持稳定,而在构成侧壁(1、2、3、4)的织物板底部区域嵌有或者说缝有稳定机构(14)。
2.按照权利要求1的包装容器,其特征在于,嵌入一个单独的内部容器(11),而该内部容器由一种能在约100-105℃下保持稳定、熔点约为130-150℃的塑料制成。
3.按照权利要求1或2的包装容器,其特征在于,稳定机构(14)大致被设置在容器高度的下半部分。
4.按照权利要求1的包装容器,其特征在于,构成各器壁(1、2、3、4、5、6)的纱物由涂层进行加固。
5.按照权利要求1的包装容器,其特征在于,侧壁(1、2、3、4)的两个并排的角缝线(7)通过近似平行的止动环(13′)分别相连。
6.按照权利要求1的包装容器,其特征在于,所述注料口处于顶盖中心位置。
7.按照权利要求1的包装容器,其特征在于,构成各器壁(1、2、3、4、5、6)的织物在100℃至110℃的温度区间内具有沿经纱和纬纱方向数值为15-20%的延展性。
8.按照权利要求1的包装容器,其特征在于,所述稳定机构(14)是折褶、接缝或带状物。
9.按照权利要求3的包装容器,其特征在于,稳定机构(14)大致被设置在容器高度的下三分之一部分。
