本发明涉及木门与金属(塑料)门外包木制材料的技术领域,具体说是一种门的制作组合工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:a、门框制造工艺,b、表板或门芯制造工艺,c、封边条制造工艺,d、门组装工艺。本发明与现有技术相比,关键在于对表面材料生产工艺做出改变,首先将表面材料与经济性适合的衬料(厚度依据设计确定)先期复合(热压),其次进行切割加工(平口、槽口、V型、以及其他的插接连接形式)到设计宽度或长度尺寸并进行涂装。整个生产过程机械化程度高,生产效率高,外部美观,人工使用少,对人依赖性降低。生产厂房面积减少,油漆消耗量(工艺浪费部分)减少。可以避免现有木门成品外观出现凹凸现象。

背景技术
[0002] 目前的油漆门,按照外观结构分为结构门与平板门,通过制作成为整扇门以后,进 行油漆,其后在使用地点安装。存在门的平面度误差大而无法进行高效率涂装油漆,需要进 入油漆工序进行多次的油漆与打磨,人工使用多,质量波动大。并且存在内部结构加工缺陷 被油漆以后通过光的折射暴露出来。无法达到整体完美的效果。美国专利US5543234专利 公开一种带有装饰模压凹口的模压门,W00181055公开了一种由反转模压技术向外延伸的 模压门,这些门的制造虽解决门的种类和生产方便问题,但工艺复杂、成本大,装配上存在 缺陷,而且产品美观也受到一定影响。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目地在于克服现有技术的不足,根据机械加工技术和木工加工原理的结 合,提供一种生产效率高,外部美观的门的制作组合工艺。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,设计一种门的制作组合工艺,包括平板门、框架门、金属门、外包 木质材料的制造工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:

具体实施方式

[0015] 门框部分:门框按照设计尺寸加工,四周加工到公差尺寸,厚度高低误差大,进行厚度机械加工(压刨),送定厚砂光机达到设计公差。进入组装。
[0016] 封边条部分:带UV木皮。或采用实木木条进行四面刨加工到尺寸,进行UV涂料三面滚涂固化,初初砂。进入组装。
[0017] 面板部分:选用适当胶合板(刨花板、中高密度纤维板)做衬板,选用实木木皮做面板,涂胶水热压,分切到设计尺寸,开槽或边部修整平齐,进入滚涂UV线做表面涂装,初 砂光。进入组装。
[0018] 组装:面板放入门框面上,使用木用胶水与枪钉,将面板与门框组装,压贴(热压 冷压),四周定尺寸加工,将封边条组装。木皮封边条用封边机,使用热熔胶。实木木条封边 条使用木工胶水与枪钉组合,侧面冷压/热压,修整表面,表面进行机械或人工涂装,门制 作成为成品。

[0025] 内部使用钢结构材料,外部材料使用平整的外包木制材料时候,木制材料表面使用浸渍三聚氰胺尿脲醛树脂胶水复合或实木木皮热压,分切以后安装到金属框架面板上 (实木木皮材料分切以后进行UV固化,再进行与金属框架进行组装),边部使用金属压扣封 边。即有一定防火功能又有实木质感美观效果。

- 一种门的制作组合工艺,包括平板门、框架门、金属门、外包木质材料的制造工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:a.门框制造工艺:门框材料准备,进行门框组装加工,然后门框精加工,再进行定厚;b.表板或门芯制造工艺:选择表板:表板由芯板材料和衬板材料组成,进行工艺复合,采取规格分切,再进行定厚砂光,然后进行开槽或齐切定型,最后进行表面初级涂装工艺;c.封边条制造工艺:封边条准备,选择木皮或金属或实木木条,进行尺寸加工,然后表面初涂装工艺;d.门组装工艺:首先表板与门框进行组合工艺,然后边部封边条组合装配,进行外形精度加工,再进行整门修整,然后进行涂料涂装工艺,最后包装成品。

- 4.如权利要求1所述的一种门的制作组合工艺,其特征在于实施例三金属门外包木制 材料的制造工艺由下列步骤组成:内部使用钢结构材料,外部材料使用平整的外包木制材 料时候,木制材料表面使用浸渍三聚氰胺尿脲醛树脂胶水复合或实木木皮热压,分切以后安装到金属框架面板上,实木木皮材料分切以后进行UV固化,再与金属框架进行组装,边部使用金属压扣封边。
