Abstract
本实用新型是一种居室装璜门窗套口,属于建筑饰材领域,该技术可实现非标墙体门窗洞口装饰,在工厂批量生产,现场组装,达到大量减少现场工期无污染的目的。产品具有面饰线和几种规格侧板构成,其特点是:进深侧板有两块搭接,背面有螺钉固定,断面为L型面饰线,一边榫口组合进深侧板,插入量及搭接量的大小调整实现非标墙厚的具体安装。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑材料饰材领域。现今居室装璜都是市场买材料，请木工手工现场制作，工期长、污染重、材料浪费、质量无保障。就是装璜公司设计装璜其木作工程也同样是现场木工手工制作。西方发达国家一般都是工厂化生产，现场组装，主要是建筑标准化与装璜一体化，而国内土建工程严重非标化和墙体厚度多样化使得很难实现标准化工厂生产。订做度尺复杂，易出现失误，工厂不愿涉足。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种居室装璜门窗套口，实现任意墙厚门窗洞口装璜，达到非标墙厚装饰门窗套口的商品化。产品为几种规格侧板和各种面饰线，由工厂批量加工生产，用户根据自己居间情况选择购买。
为实现以上目的，本实用新型设计了如下技术方案：一种居室装璜门窗套口，由断面L型的面饰线和重叠进深侧板构成。其特征在于：面饰线的薄角与进深侧板的凹槽组合，进深侧板为两块重叠搭接构成门档口及伸缩量，背面有螺钉固定，进伸侧板与墙壁之间有两种厚度调节垫板定位胶接固定。
该套口面饰线有几种规格和表面花样，是通用型材饰件，进深侧板设计有几种规格供选择搭配使用(根据现场墙厚)。面饰线与进深侧板的插入深度多少及侧板搭接量的多少共同构成了一定量的可伸缩性结构，解决了土建墙厚的非标化问题与工厂标准生产的矛盾。
本实用新型还具有如下特点：
1、可省去建筑木门框，施工只需予留洞口节约原材料，降低造价。
2、安装方便快捷，大量缩短工期。
3、适应工厂流水线生产，降低生产造价。
4、质量有保障，无现场油漆、噪音、垃圾等污染，装修完毕即可入住。
下面结合实施例进一步加以说明。

从图2剖面图可以看出，图中面饰线1插入进深侧板2中，侧板相互搭接形成门档口，搭接部位背面用螺钉固定，通过调节垫板3、4调整与墙壁5间的尺度定位后，用胶7固定，同时采用工装支撑。

1、一种居室装璜门窗套口，由断面L型面饰线和重叠进深侧板构成。其特征在于：面饰线的薄角与进深侧板的凹槽组合，进深侧板两块重叠搭接构成门档口，背面有螺钉固定，进深侧板与墙壁之间有两种厚度调节垫板定位胶接固定。
