背景技术

斜齿小齿轮,所述斜齿小齿轮安装在所述电机轴上并可随所述电机轴一起旋转;复合齿轮,所述复合齿轮通过轴颈安装在所述第一空转轴上,并且包括与所述斜齿小齿轮啮合的斜齿轮和随所述斜齿轮一起绕第一空转轴轴线旋转的第一驱动小齿轮;第一直齿轮,所述第一直齿轮通过轴颈安装在所述第二空转轴上并且与所述第一驱动小齿轮啮合;第二直齿轮,所述第二直齿轮被固定至所述从动车轴并且与所述第一直齿轮啮合,并且其中所述第二直齿轮的第二直齿轮节径至少与所述第一直齿轮的第一直齿轮节径一样大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的个人移动车辆,其中,所述第一直齿轮节径与所述第二直齿轮节径相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的个人移动车辆,包括附连至所述转向柱套的舵柱和附连至舵柱上端的舵把。
4.根据权利要求1所述的个人移动车辆,其中,所述电机轴轴线与所述从动车轴轴线水平间隔开。
5.根据权利要求4所述的个人移动车辆,其中,所述电机轴轴线在所述从动车轴轴线上方竖直间隔开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的个人移动车辆,包括位于制动器壳体中的电磁制动器,所述电磁制动器固定至电机壳体并固定至所述电机轴。
7.一种个人移动车辆,包括:
框架,所述框架具有一体的脚支撑板,所述一体的脚支撑板包括水平后板部和向上并向前倾斜的前板部;
电源壳体,所述电源壳体安装在所述水平后板部上并且从所述一体的脚支撑板向上延伸;
具有座椅靠背的座椅,所述座椅安装在所述电源壳体的顶部上;
一对侧向间隔开的支撑轮,所述一对侧向间隔开的支撑轮通过轴颈安装在所述框架的后部上并能够绕横向水平轴线旋转;
前从动可转向车轮组件,所述前从动可转向车轮组件支撑所述框架的前部并且包括:驱动框架;转向柱套,所述转向柱套安装在所述驱动框架上,并且向上和向后延伸至自由顶端;齿轮壳体,所述齿轮壳体安装在所述驱动框架上,并且包括附连至所述齿轮壳体的可逆电机,所述可逆电机带有具有电机轴轴线的电机轴;第一空转轴,所述第一空转轴安装在所述齿轮壳体中并且具有平行于所述电机轴轴线的第一空转轴轴线;第二空转轴,所述第二空转轴安装在所述齿轮壳体中并且具有平行于所述电机轴轴线的第二空转轴轴线;从动车轴,所述从动车轴通过轴颈安装在所述齿轮壳体中以便绕平行于所述电机轴轴线的从动车轴轴线旋转,并且延伸至所述齿轮壳体的一侧;和车轮组件,在所述齿轮壳体外,所述车轮组件具有安装在所述从动车轴上的轮毂和轮胎,并且可随所述从动车轴一起绕从动车轴轴线旋转;
斜齿小齿轮,所述斜齿小齿轮安装在所述电机轴上并可随所述电机轴一起旋转;复合齿轮,所述复合齿轮通过轴颈安装在所述第一空转轴上,并且包括与所述斜齿小齿轮啮合的斜齿轮和被固定至所述斜齿轮并随所述斜齿轮一起绕第一空转轴轴线旋转的第一驱动小齿轮;第一直齿轮,所述第一直齿轮通过轴颈安装在所述第二空转轴上并且与所述第一驱动小齿轮啮合,并且其中所述第一直齿轮具有大于所述第一驱动小齿轮节径的第一直齿轮节径;第二直齿轮,所述第二直齿轮被固定至所述从动车轴并与所述第一直齿轮啮合,并且其中所述第二直齿轮的第二直齿轮节径至少与所述第一直齿轮的第一直齿轮节径一样大。
8.根据权利要求7所述的个人移动车辆,其中,所述第一直齿轮节径与所述第二直齿轮节径相同。
9.根据权利要求7所述的个人移动车辆,其中,所述电机轴轴线、所述第一空转轴轴线、所述第二空转轴轴线和所述从动车轴轴线处于共同的齿轮箱平面中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的个人移动车辆,其中,所述从动车轴轴线与所述电机轴轴线水平间隔开。
11.根据权利要求10所述的个人移动车辆,其中,在所述个人移动车辆向前运动期间,所述从动车轴轴线处于所述电机轴轴线竖直下方。
12.一种个人移动车辆,包括:框架,所述框架具有前端、后端、右侧、左侧;水平后框架部;与所述水平后框架部一体的并从所述后框架部向前和向上延伸的前框架部;和覆盖所述后框架部的至少一部分并且覆盖所述前框架部的脚支撑板;
电源壳体,所述电源壳体安装在所述水平后框架部上并从所述后框架部向上延伸;具有座椅底部和座椅靠背的座椅,所述座椅安装在所述电源壳体上;和轴承组件,所述轴承组件安装在被固定至所述前框架部并且从所述脚支撑板向上延伸的支杆中;
一对侧向间隔开的支撑轮,所述一对侧向间隔开的支撑轮通过轴颈安装在所述水平后框架部上,以便绕横向水平轴线旋转,并且在车辆支撑表面的上方支撑所述水平后框架部;
前从动车轴及可转向车轮组件,所述前从动车轴及可转向车轮组件支撑所述前框架部并且包括:驱动框架,所述驱动框架具有竖直板和从所述竖直板的第一侧表面和上边缘延伸的一体的驱动框架凸缘;转向柱套,所述转向柱套被焊接至所述一体的驱动框架凸缘并且向上和向后延伸至转向柱套自由上端;从动车轴,所述从动车轴穿过通过所述竖直板的内置轴承孔并通过轴颈安装在内置轴承中,所述内置轴承安装在通过所述竖直板的所述内置轴承孔中;轮胎,所述轮胎邻近所述竖直板的第一侧表面安装在所述从动车轴上,并且其中所述转向柱套通过轴颈安装在安装于所述支杆中的所述轴承组件中,以便绕向上并向后延伸的转向轴线枢转运动;和舵杆,所述舵杆具有附连至转向柱套自由端并从所述支杆向上和向后延伸的左把手和右把手;并且其中电机通过斜齿小齿轮、第一空转轴、复合齿轮、第一直齿轮、第二直齿轮附连至所述竖直板的第一侧表面,所述斜齿小齿轮安装在电机输出轴上并且延伸通过穿过所述竖直板的斜齿小齿轮孔,所述第一空转轴固定在所述竖直板的第二侧中的第一空转轴孔中,所述复合齿轮通过轴颈安装在所述第一空转轴上,并且包括与所述斜齿小齿轮啮合的斜齿轮和与所述斜齿轮一体并能够绕第一空转轴轴线旋转的第一驱动小齿轮,所述第一直齿轮通过轴颈安装在所述第二空转轴上并与通过轴颈安装在所述第一空转轴上的第一驱动小齿轮啮合,所述第二直齿轮由止动销固定至所述从动车轴并与所述第一直齿轮啮合,所述止动销穿过车轴销孔并容纳在所述第二直齿轮中的止动销凹部中,并且其中所述第二直齿轮具有与所述第一直齿轮的第一节径相同的第二节径,所述电机输出轴的电机轴线、所述第一空转轴的第一空转轴轴线、所述第二空转轴的第二空转轴轴线和所述前从动车轴的从动车轴轴线彼此平行并处于从前轮和轮胎向前并向上延伸的共同平面中;
齿轮壳体,所述齿轮壳体包括壳体板、与所述壳体板一体的壳体裙边、所述齿轮壳体上的平衬垫接合表面、容纳第一空转轴端的壳体第一空转轴孔、所述壳体板中的容纳第二空转轴端的第二空转轴孔、外置轴承孔,并且其中衬垫靠着所述竖直板的第二侧表面定位并且通过螺栓被夹紧在所述第二侧表面与所述平衬垫接合表面之间,所述螺栓穿过所述齿轮壳体中的孔并且被拧入所述竖直板中的螺纹孔内。
13.根据权利要求12所述的个人移动车辆,包括位于制动器壳体中的电磁制动器,所述电磁制动器固定至所述电机壳体和所述电机输出轴。
14.根据权利要求13所述的个人移动车辆,包括货物保持组件,所述货物保持组件具有左支撑臂、右支撑臂和货物篮,所述左支撑臂具有左下端和左上端,所述左下端固定至所述框架和脚踏组件,所述右支撑臂具有右下端和右上端,所述右下端固定至所述框架和脚踏组件,所述货物篮安装在所述左支撑臂的左上部和所述右支撑臂的右上部。
