Abstract

一种等径抽油泵柱塞总成,由上出油接头、等径柱塞、游动阀球、游动阀座、阀座接头组成,上出油接头上有出油槽,上出油接头、等径柱塞、阀座接头依次连接,游动阀球座在游动阀座上端口上,在等径柱塞下部螺纹之上设阀座孔和阀球腔,阀座孔里安装游动阀座,游动阀球处于阀球腔内,在阀球腔之上安装挡罩,挡罩固定在等径柱塞内。等径柱塞内设置阀球腔,不用安装游动阀罩,结构简单,可靠性高,抽油泵使用寿命长,阀球腔流道大,流动阻力小,将小直径抽油泵设计为等径抽油泵时,流道面积不会减小,流道与普通抽油泵相同,因此,本发明的应用范围广,使用性能好,具有显著的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于油田抽油用的设备,特别是一种等径抽油泵柱塞总成。
背景技术
中国专利申请200420037954.1《旋流刮砂抽油泵》,在现场应用较广,它将上游动阀和下游动阀沉入柱塞内,使其柱塞总成具有等直径外形,柱塞两端可以刮砂,可以防止砂卡和砂砂磨抽油泵柱塞、泵筒。但它的游动阀内需要安装游动阀罩,并且要沉入柱塞内,占有一定的径向空间,因此,各个零件的壁厚较薄,截面小,强度低,可靠性差,流道小,尤其对于小直径的抽油泵柱塞,这些问题更加突出,直径小于38的抽油泵很难设计出等径抽油泵来。它的另一个问题是游动阀座两端和游动阀罩两端都要求端面密封,加工、装配技术要求高,难以保证质量。这些问题将会造成抽油泵排油阻力大,下行困难,抽油泵使用寿命短,影响经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种等径抽油泵柱塞总成,克服现有技术的不足,提高抽油泵的使用寿命,延长油井生产周期,提高经济效益。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:由上出油接头、等径柱塞、游动阀球、游动阀座、阀座接头组成,上出油接头上有出油槽,上出油接头、等径柱塞、阀座接头依次连接,游动阀球座在游动阀座上端口上,在等径柱塞下部螺纹之上设阀座孔和阀球腔,阀座孔里安装游动阀座,游动阀球处于阀球腔内,在阀球腔之上安装挡罩,挡罩固定在等径柱塞内。
挡罩与等径柱塞螺纹连接。
本发明的有益效果是:等径柱塞内设置阀球腔,不用安装游动阀罩,结构简单,可靠性高,抽油泵使用寿命长,阀球腔流道大,流动阻力小,将小直径抽油泵设计为等径抽油泵时,流道面积不会减小,流道与普通抽油泵相同,因此,本发明的应用范围广,使用性能好,具有显著的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。
本发明的实施例由上出油接头1、等径柱塞2、挡罩3、游动阀球4、游动阀座5、阀座接头6组成,等径柱塞长度大于0.6m,一般为1.2m,上出油接头1上有出油槽7,上出油接头1、等径柱塞2、阀座接头6依次连接,游动阀球4座在游动阀座5上端口上,在等径柱塞2下部螺纹之上设阀座孔和阀球腔8,阀座孔里安装游动阀座5,游动阀球4处于阀球腔8内,在阀球腔8之上安装挡罩3,限制游动阀球4的开启高度,挡罩3用螺纹固定在等径柱塞2内。由于等径柱塞2较长,不便将挡罩3与等径柱塞2设计成一体。
挡罩3也可用其它方式固定在等径柱塞2内。
等径柱塞2也可以再安装一套游动阀组,在阀座接头6下部也可以再安装一套游动阀组。
本发明也可用于普通抽油泵上,可以减少一个游动阀罩,节约成本,由于减少了一处连接,还可以提高抽油泵的可靠性。从结构尺寸分析,本发明不会降低柱塞的可靠性。
阀球腔8内可设置导向筋。

Claims (2)

1.一种等径抽油泵柱塞总成,由上出油接头(1)、等径柱塞(2)、游动阀球(4)、游动阀座(5)、阀座接头(6)组成,上出油接头(1)上有出油槽(7),上出油接头(1)、等径柱塞(2)、阀座接头(6)依次连接,游动阀球(4)座在游动阀座(5)上端口上,其特征是:在等径柱塞(2)下部螺纹之上设阀座孔和阀球腔(8),阀座孔里安装游动阀座(5),游动阀球(4)处于阀球腔(8)内,在阀球腔(8)之上安装挡罩(3),挡罩(3)固定在等径柱塞(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的等径抽油泵柱塞总成,其特征是:挡罩(3)与等径柱塞(2)螺纹连接。
