Abstract

一种有端隙L型活塞环的结构,其特征在于:其特征在于:当将该有端隙(F)的活塞环(K)安装在活塞(5)上时,它的顶部与活塞(5)的上顶面正好同处于一个水平面上,并且,同与气缸(6)的缸体壁呈相互垂直的状态;所述的端隙(F)是倾斜的;所述的该有端隙(F)的活塞环(K)是取材于金属制成。——由于采用了金属材料来制取“有端隙”L型活塞环(5)的结构,取得了在安装方面便利,尤其是在结构上允许尽可能地做长该“有端隙”的长度,以增加高低压力之间的流阻,这就为整机实现很接近100%的排气效率创造了充分的条件。此外,该金属活塞环K上的“有端隙”的不足,将会比起现有技术中“有余隙”的压缩机整机中的缺陷,会小得多。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有端隙L型活塞环的结构。
背景技术
压缩机的活塞中涉及到间隙问题将会影响到整机的活塞排气效率或压缩比的问题,同时作为磨损件的活塞环是整机中最容易更换的元件,它的结构也会配合活塞调整机间隙的“余隙”与“端隙”问题。
专利CN1680717A揭示了一种无活塞环的“无余隙”活塞往复式压缩机的结构形式。对于世界上绝大多数需要活塞环的机型来说,配用活塞的活塞环将会起到增加活塞式压缩机中,若能够妥善地处理好活塞环的结构问题,即:
它的纵向空间接近“无余隙”问题以及它的横向空间接近“无端隙”问题,这无疑将会让压缩机整机的功效增量能够更上一层楼或达到顶峰。
此外,JP8-9985B2公开了一种无油活塞往复式压缩机,该压缩机采用了包括诸如聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)或聚四氟乙烯树脂的聚合物制成的活塞环,然而,在其结构上,该活塞环的端隙存在仍然是不可避免的,即C型活塞环的端部间隙,即端隙任然是不可避免存在的。
发明内容
本发明之目的:
提出一种其工作压缩比能够极大幅度攀升的采用了其截面为L型的活塞环结构。
本发明的关键在于:
如发明名名称那样地提出一种利用L型活塞环的结构。
本发明的特点:
其最关键点在于,由于仅仅剩下了采用金属制成的L型的活塞环结构,其中的“无端隙”结构就不能够实现了;然而,又由于其“端隙”是倾斜的,能够尽可能地将其倾斜度增加,以通过增加“端隙”的长度来增加对于气流的阻力使得其排气效率尽量地接近100%的程度。——以增加金属活塞环的使用寿命来弥补“有端隙”造成的不足。
附图说明
图1示意了采用L型有端隙金属活塞环安装进活塞的环槽后,活塞前进(排气)冲出气缸运行至某一时刻时的活塞、有端隙金属活塞环、排气阀片与锥形吸气阀块之间的相对位置。——此刻相关部件的相对位置中处于仅仅存在于端隙 (间隙)的状态。

具体实施方式
为了实现上述发明目的,拟采用以下的技术:
本发明的特征在于:
当将该有端隙F的活塞环K安装在活塞5上时,它的顶部与活塞5的上顶面正好同处于一个水平面上,并且,同与气缸6的缸体壁呈相互垂直的状态;
所述的端隙(F)是倾斜的;
所述的该有端隙F的活塞环K是取材于金属制成。
——由于活塞环K存在端隙F,即可方便地将该活塞环K套进活塞5的环槽内而方便地实施金属活塞环K的长规安装过程。
综上所述,从本发明的结构原理上看,当活塞5处于本发明的吸气冲程但又尚未进行吸气时,即主要是在高气压的驱动下,让排气阀片3将汽缸6的洞口顶部封闭住的时刻:将会形成最关键的:活塞5、排气阀片3、锥形吸气阀块4、汽缸6与K型活塞环K的五者之间处于垂直方向的“无余隙”瞬时接触状态(此举仅仅剩下活塞环K上的端隙唯一的不足了)。
就此不难看出:
在上述的使用过程当中,该水平方向上的“有端隙”的金属L型活塞环K,与活塞5由于实现了让两者的上顶端齐平状态,最终将会让压缩机的整机实现垂直向的“无余隙”状态。——而该金属活塞环K上的“有端隙”不足,将会比起现有技术中金属活塞环K上的“有端隙”的缺陷会小得多。
本发明尽管在具体处理实际情况时未必一定要实现“100%”的排气效率,但至少可以做到让本发明的性能会远远强于现有技术的压缩机。
因为:常规现有技术的压缩机中的属于垂直向的“无余隙”问题解决了,仅仅剩下了活塞环K上的“有端隙”的问题。——相比之下,“有端隙”(一般会很大)的危害程度远小于“有余隙”(一般会极小)的危害程度,尽管目前人们都在默认了该两种危害的情况下行事的。

1.一种有端隙L型活塞环的结构,
其特征在于:
当将该有端隙(F)的活塞环(K)安装在活塞(5)上时,它的顶部与活塞(5)的上顶面正好同处于一个水平面上,并且,同与气缸(6)的缸体壁呈相互垂直的状态;
所述的端隙(F)是倾斜的;
所述的该有端隙(F)的活塞环(K)是取材于金属制成。
