发明内容

【037】照明元件65可能利用紧固件71安装在安装基座69,该紧固件71可以是螺钉或其它公知的紧固件。位于照明元件65和安装基座69之间的是起照明元件65和安装基座69之间的空隙填充物作用的第一导热材料72。本质上,在制造过程中,照明元件65和安装基座69的底面的加工可能在这些表面中遗留较小的瑕疵,形成空隙。这些空隙(void)可能在尺寸上是细微的,但可以起到照明元件65的底面和安装基座69的顶面69A之间热传导的阻抗的作用。第一导热材料72则起填充至这些空隙内以减小照明元件65和安装基座69之间热阻抗的作用,引起导热率的提高。此外,根据本发明,第一导热材料72可以是在预定温度下从固体变化到液体的相变材料,由此改善第一导热材料72的缝隙填充特性。例如,导热材料72可以包括由Bergquist公司制造的高流动(Hi-Flow)225F-AC相变材料,该材料被设计成在55℃从固体变成液体。

【040】发光模块60的底面可以被安装到罩20的凹陷部21中(图2)。具体地,发光模块60可以被安装成使得安装基座69的底面在凹陷部21内接触罩20的顶面。根据本发明,与第一导热材料72类似,第二导热材料73(图3A)可以位于安装基座69和罩20之间,以使它们之间的热阻抗最小化。第二导热材料73还可以是相变材料,例如Bergquist公司制造的Hi-Flow 225UF。
【041】根据本发明,第二电路板66可以具有安装在背面上的至少一个辅助LED 74。如图3A所示,第二电路板66具有安装在背面上的多个辅助LED 74。根据本发明,辅助LED 74可以被附接至第二电路板66,使得它们与通风孔28(图2)对齐。如此的配置可以允许辅助LED 74发射穿透通风孔28并照亮外壳30和褶皱32的辅助光线。辅助光线可以进一步地投影在照明组件100后面的区域上并显现外壳30的形状,增强由照明组件100提供的美学效应。
【042】可拆卸的防护罩61还可以安装在照明元件65上,以保护锥形光学组件62和第一及第二电路板上的其它部件。根据本发明的实施例,可拆卸的防护罩由复合材料制成,并且被安装成使其靠在第一电路板63的顶面上。
【043】图3B是发光模块的侧视图,显示了根据本发明的第一和第二电路板之间的缝隙75。如图3B所示,发光模块60被组装成使得在第一电路板63和第二电路板66之间存在具有间距d的预定缝隙。尽管在图3A和3B中发光模块60被图示为具有两个电路板,在根据本发明的实施例中,发光模块可以被形成为具有一个电路板或多于两个电路板。此外,在根据本发明的其它实施例中,发光模块60可以具有安装在其上的微型电扇以主动冷却照明元件65,或者安装在电路板上的被动散热片以冷却照明元件65。此外,根据本发明的实施例可以使用散热片和安装在照明元件65上的风扇的组合,和其它主动和被动冷却部件的组合。

Claims (58)
1.一种照明组件,其特征在于,包括:
包括照明元件的发光模块;
具有用于接纳和容纳所述发光模块的凹陷部的罩;
通过所述罩连接至所述发光模块的导热芯;和
外壳,该外壳被与所述芯和罩热接触地安装,以使所述外壳将热量消散到外界大气。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,进一步包括:
附接至所述罩的保护盖,该盖具有形成于其内、用于允许所述照明元件发出的光线从中通过的透明盖和至少一个形成在所述保护盖外周上的允许气流穿过所述盖的孔洞。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述照明元件包括发光二极管(LED)装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述LED装置包括LED芯片,该LED芯片具有至少一个安装于其上的LED。
5.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述发光模块包括可移除地安装在所述罩内的发光模块。
6.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述发光模块进一步包括:
第一电路板和第二电路板,该第一和第二电路板叠置在一起,相互之间有缝隙,所述第一个电路板具有第一电路板孔洞,所述第二电路板具有第二电路板孔洞;
具有顶基部和底基部的安装基座,所述底基部比顶基部宽,顶基部穿过所述第二孔洞延伸;以及
用于导引从所述照明元件发出的光线的锥形光学元件,所述锥形光学元件具有上元件部和下元件部,所述下元件部比所述上元件部窄,并且穿过所述第一电路板孔洞延伸。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明组件,其特征在于,
所述顶安装基部具有顶安装基面,所述底安装基部具有底安装基面;
所述照明元件被安装在所述顶安装基面上,第一导热材料位于它们之间;以及
所述底安装基面穿过所述罩与所述芯热接触,第二导热材料位于所述底安装基面和所述罩之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导热材料包括相变材料。
9.如权利要求6所述的照明组件,其特征在于,包括固定所述第一电路板、第二电路板和安装基座的弹性安装部件。
10.如权利要求9所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述弹性安装部件致使所述照明元件对所述安装基座施加大致均匀的力。
11.如权利要求9所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述安装部件包括弹性压缩组件或弹性橡胶管组件之一。
12.如权利要求6所述的照明组件,其特征在于:
所述第一电路板包括第一电路板顶表面;并且
所述照明组件包括安装在电路板顶前表面上的可拆卸的防护罩。
13.如权利要求6所述的照明组件,其特征在于:
所述第二电路板包括第二电路板顶表面和第二电路板底表面;以及所述照明组件包括安装在所述第二电路板底表面上的多个辅助LED。
14.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述罩包括连接到外部电源的电触点,用于与所述发光模块建立可分离的电连接。
15.如权利要求14所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述罩在其外周上包括电源开口,用于接纳并使连接器连到外部电源。
16.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述罩包括形成在该罩底面内的多个孔洞。
17.如权利要求16所述的照明组件,其特征在于,
所述第二电路板具有第二电路板顶表面和第二电路板底表面,并且,所述第二电路板底表面上装有辅助LED;以及
形成在所述罩底面内的所述多个孔洞与所述多个辅助LED对齐,从而允许光线从所述罩的底面发射。
18.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,包括将所述芯固定到所述罩和外壳上的导热粘结剂。
19.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述芯被以机械方式联结至所述发光模块、所述罩和所述外壳,以将热量从所述发光模块传递到所述罩并传入所述的外壳。
20.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述外壳包括具有散热表面的多个表面面积增加结构。
21.如权利要求20所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述表面增加结构包括凹槽。
22.如权利要求20所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述外壳具有花卉的形状。
23.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述外壳包括穿过该外壳形成的多个孔洞。
24.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述外壳包括挤压件。
25.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述罩、所述导热芯和所述外壳由导热率大于80W/mK的材料形成。
26.如权利要求25所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述材料包括铝。
27.如权利要求26所述的照明组件,其特征在于,所述材料包括阳极氧化铝。
28.一种用于制造照明组件的方法,其特征在于,包括:
利用导热粘结剂将导热芯的芯顶部固定至罩的罩底部;
利用导热粘结剂将外壳固定至所述导热芯的底芯部;
利用弹性压缩组件将包括至少一个照明元件的发光模块弹性安装到所述罩的凹陷部内的顶端罩部上;以及
将保护盖附接到所述罩上以包围所述发光模块。
29.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述罩具有围绕所述罩底部的多个孔洞和用于连接至向所述发光模块供电的外部电源的电源开口,所述方法进一步地包括:将电触点附接在所述罩上,以与所述外部电源形成可分离的电连接。
30.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定所述芯包括固定所述芯以便形成用于将热量从所述罩传递至所述外壳的管道。
31.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定外壳包括固定模压的外壳。
32.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定外壳进一步包括固定具有带有散热表面的多个结构的外壳。
33.如权利要求32所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定所述外壳包括固定花卉形状的模压外壳。
34.如权利要求31所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定所述外壳进一步包括:固定具有多个孔洞的外壳,这些孔洞从所述外壳的顶部外壳部穿过所述外壳的底部外壳部延伸。
35.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定芯和固定外壳包括:
将由导热率大于80W/mK的材料形成的芯和外壳固定到导热率大于80W/mK的罩上。
36.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,组装所述发光模块包括:
将第一电路板安装到第二电路板上,使得所述第一电路板和第二电路板之间保有缝隙;
固定安装基座到所述第一和第二电路板;
安装照明元件到所述安装基座的顶基部上;和
安装光学元件到所述第一电路板上,以导引所述照明元件所发出的光线。
37.如权利要求36所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装所述照明元件包括安装具有至少一个LED的LED芯片。
38.如权利要求36所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装第一电路板和第二电路板包括将具有第一电路板孔洞的第一电路板安装到具有第二电路板孔洞的第二电路板上。
39.如权利要求36所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装第一电路板进一步包括将所述第一电路板安装到在第二电路板底表面上具有至少一个LED的第二电路板上。
40.如权利要求36所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装光学元件包括安装具有锥形的光学元件,使得上元件部比下元件部宽。
41.如权利要求36所述的制造方法,其特征在于,固定安装基座包括固定具有顶基部、顶部基面、底基部和底部基面的安装基座,所述底基部比所述顶基部宽。
42.如权利要求41所述的制造方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
用位于所述照明元件和所述顶部基面之间的第一导热材料将所述照明元件安装在顶部基面上。
43.如权利要求41所述的制造方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:用位于所述照明元件和所述顶部基面之间的第一相变材料将所述照明元件安装在所述顶部基面上。
44.如权利要求41所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装所述发光模块包括用所述底基部和所述顶罩部之间的第二导热材料将所述底基部安装到所述罩的顶罩部上的凹陷部内。
45.如权利要求44所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装所述发光模块包括利用弹性安装组件安装所述发光模块。
46.如权利要求45所述的制造方法,其特征在于,使用弹性安装组件包括使用弹性压缩组件和弹性橡胶管组件之一。
47.如权利要求41所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装所述发光模块包括用所述底基部和所述顶罩部之间的第二相变材料将所述底基部安装到所述罩的顶罩部上的凹陷部内。
48.如权利要求35所述的制造方法,其特征在于,安装发光模块包括将可拆卸的防护罩安装到所述第一电路板的顶部第一电路板表面上。
49.如权利要求28所述的制造方法,其特征在于,附接保护盖包括:
附接具有位于保护盖中心的中心孔和至少一个在所述盖的外周上的孔洞的保护盖;和将透明盖板安装在所述中心孔中。
50.用在照明组件中的发光模块,其特征在于,包括:
位于所述照明组件上的安装基座;
位于所述照明组件和所述安装基座之间的第一导热材料;
安装在所述安装基座上的照明元件;
位于所述照明元件和所述安装基座之间的第二导热材料;以及
将所述发光模块可移除地固定在所述照明组件中的弹性安装部件。
51.如权利要求50所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述照明元件包括发光二极管(LED)装置。
52.如权利要求51所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述LED装置包括具有安装于其上的至少一个LED的LED芯片。
53.如权利要求50所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导热材料包括相变材料。
54.如权利要求50所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述弹性安装部件通过用与所述发光模块相交的大致均匀的力将所述发光模块向所述照明组件偏移从而将所述发光模块固定到所述照明组件。
55.如权利要求54所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述弹性安装部件包括弹性压缩组件和有回弹力的的弹性组件之一。
56.如权利要求50所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述安装基座由导热率至少为400W/mK的材料形成,以便将热量从所述照明元件热传导至所述照明组件。
57.如权利要求50所述的发光模块,其特征在于,进一步包括:
至少一个固定至所述安装基座的电路板。
58.如权利要求50所述的发光模块,其特征在于,所述弹性安装部件进一步将所述照明元件弹性固定到所述安装基座。
