[0002] 传统的照明大都采用高压钠灯,但是随着科技的发展,LED灯凭借发光效率高、低 电耗、不需高压、安全性高等优点,已被广泛的应用在各种照明领域,但是在为一些大区域 照明时(比如车头灯、路灯、隧道灯、广场照明、工厂照明、公园灯等),这时LED灯的功率 较大,LED光源的寿命与节点的工作温度有较密切的联系,目前LED灯在工作过程中只有 15 %〜25 %的电能转换成光能,其余的电能几乎都转成热能,使LED灯的温度升高,而温度 每增加10度其信赖性就会减少一半。特别在大功率LED中,散热是个大问题。如果散热不 好会直接导致LED快速老化,稳定性降低,同时散热不好会产生严重光衰影响灯的寿命。现 有技术的散热方式有采用风扇进行散热来满足大功率LED灯的散热要求,这种方法存在明 显的技术缺陷,因为LED灯的基本寿命是50000小时,风扇的寿命是很难满足这样长时间需 要的,一旦风扇不能正常工作,大功率LED灯就会损坏,且设置风扇装置又增加了能源的消 耗,造成了能源的浪费。同时多数产品为了减低成本,只采用散热膏进行散热,会使LED的 光源衰减更大,无法广泛的应用在大面积照明上。
实用新型内容
[0003] 为了解决现有技术中发光二极管灯具散热效果较差的问题,本实用新型提供了一 种光源模块轻,散热效果好,可方便拆卸更换各部件的LED光源模块。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
[0005] 一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,包括散热器、发光模块、固定座、透镜, 其特征在于:
[0006] 所述散热器包括至少一基板件和若干散热鳍片,所述基板件包括一基部及从该基 部延伸的多个延伸臂,每个延伸臂和与该延伸臂相邻的另两个延伸臂之间具有插槽,散热 鳍片中部插入基板件相对应的插槽中,基板件与基板件上方的散热鳍片部分围设形成一容 置空间,散热鳍片的底部通过硅胶固定在固定座外侧表面上;
[0007] 所述发光模块包括:一导热板和至少一个LED单元,所述导热板设置在散热器的 基部上,所述LED单元设置于导热板上;
[0008] 所述电路板放置在固定座内,且位于基板件的下方,电路板通过导线与LED单元 电连接,所述电路板上设有两个接脚,所述接脚穿出固定座外与外部电源相连接;
[0009] 所述透镜放置在容置空间内,且位于所述LED单元的上方。
[0010] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述硅胶采用高 导热系数的硅胶。
[0011] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:在容置空间内设置有一圈透镜固定座,所述透镜固定座设置在透镜的外周上将透镜固定。
[0012] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述固定座为一 中空壳体,其内壁上对称设有一对卡槽,电路板的两侧放置在卡槽中固定。
[0013] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述固定座外壁 的周缘上设有一圈凹卡槽,每个散热鳍片的底部外侧设有缺口,所述散热鳍片的缺口卡设 固定于凹卡槽中。
[0014] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板件开设 有两个通孔,电路板上设有两根引线,所述两根引线穿过基板件的两个通孔与LED单元连接。
[0015] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括保护环,所 述保护环的内壁底部设有多个凹槽,所述散热鳍片的顶部分别插设于对应的凹槽中。
[0016] 前述的一种具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:在保护环的内壁 向内侧延伸出若干卡扣,每个卡扣对应一个凹槽,在每个散热鳍片的顶部对应位置上设置 有卡扣孔,所述卡扣与插入保护环凹槽的散热鳍片的卡扣孔相配合固定。

[0018] 1、本实用新型在LED单元下面设置有导热板,通过导热板将LED单元所产生的热 量传导到基板件上,并利用基板件上的散热鳍片与空气的热交换将热量散发出去,进行快 速散热,具有了高效的传导散热能力,可有效解决LED灯具的散热问题。
[0019] 2、本实用新型的各个部件多采用插接方式进行连接,这样在维修和更换部件时, 装拆组合非常方便,节省了大量时间和成本。
[0020] 3、本实用新型在LED单元上设置有透镜可以加大LED投射光范围,从而充分利用 LED的光效,增加出了光量,加大LED灯的照射强度。

[0027] 如图所示,具有较好散热效果的发光二极管灯具,包括散热器、发光模块、保护环 1、透镜2、透镜固定座3、固定座10,散热器包括至少一基板件6和若干散热鳍片7,基板件 6包括一基部11及从该基部11延伸的多个延伸臂12,每个延伸臂12和与该延伸臂12相 邻的另两个延伸臂12之间具有插槽13,散热鳍片7中部插入基板件6相对应的插槽13中, 基板件6与基板件6上方的散热鳍片7部分围设形成一容置空间19,固定座10外壁的周缘 上设有一圈凹卡槽16,每个散热鳍片7的底部外侧设有缺口 14,散热鳍片7的缺口 14卡设 固定于凹卡槽16中,并通过硅胶固定在固定座10的外侧表面上。本设计采用高导热系数

[0028] 发光模块包括:一导热板5和至少一个LED单元4,导热板5设置在散热器基板件 6的基部11上,LED单元4设置于导热板5上。固定座10为一中空壳体,其内壁上对称设 有一对卡槽15,电路板8的两侧放置在卡槽15中固定,且电路板8位于基板件6的下方,在 基板件6上开设有两个通孔,电路板8上设有两根引线9,两根引线9穿过基板件6的两个 通孔与LED单元4电连接。电路板8上设有两个接脚,接脚穿出固定座10外与外部电源相 连接,用于向发光二极管灯具供电。
[0029] 在容置空间19内设置有一圈透镜固定座3,透镜固定座3设置在透镜2的外周上 将透镜2固定,所述透镜2位于LED单元4的上方。本实用新型保护环1设置在散热鳍片 7的上方,保护环1的内壁底部设有多个凹槽17,散热鳍片7的顶部分别插设于对应的凹槽 17中。为了能够更好的固定散热鳍片7,使散热鳍片7得到较好的保护,在散热鳍片7的内 壁向内侧延伸出若干卡扣18,每个卡扣18对应一个凹槽17,在每个散热鳍片7的顶部对应 位置上设置有卡扣孔,插入凹槽17的散热鳍片7的卡扣孔与卡扣18相配合固定。
