径向滚针轴承结构单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于支承轴的径向滚针轴承结构单元,该径向滚针轴承结构单元具有带有至少一个径向向内指向的边缘的外套、导引轴承针的保持架,其中为了在由该边缘和保持架限制的环形空间中进行密封而设置了密封件。
背景技术
例如从DE 102005027486A1中公开了这种滚针轴承。根据图2以及所属的说明,该滚针轴承包括无切削形成的外套,该外套具有两个设置在两侧的径向向内指向的边缘。在该外套的内部设置了由轴承针和保持架组成的滚动体圈,其中外滚道由外套的内罩面形成并且内滚道由没有示出的轴形成。设置在左侧的边缘和保持架的边缘轴向相互间隔开设置,从而形成环绕的环形空间。在该环绕的环形空间中设置密封件,该密封件要限制润滑介质流过滚动轴承,其中该密封件构造成钢圈。这种滚动轴承在传动装置结构中总是用在必须无条件地避免油无障碍地流过轴承时。例如在使用换流器时就会是这种情况。
现在在实际运行中证实,润滑介质流过轴承的量还是太大。这是由钢制的密封圈形成的径向-轴向密封造成的。在径向密封由钢制的密封圈的内罩面以及轴的罩面形成时,轴向密封则由钢制的密封圈的一个端侧以及外套的边缘的内侧形成。该密封圈在其外罩面上朝外套具有显著的缝隙,从而在那里可以沿轴向流过油,这些油随毫无问题地克服位于钢制的密封圈的端侧和边缘之间的轴向密封,因为该轴向密封没有足够可靠地起作用。由此使得所述边缘不能完全垂直地定向,从而在钢制的密封圈和边缘之间没有连续的接触。换句话说,该轴向密封是可渗透的。
发明内容
因此从现有技术的缺点出发,本发明的目的是改造这种轴承,从而改善密封作用,但同时仅很少地流过润滑介质。
本发明通过以下方法实现该目的,即将密封件构造成由聚合材料制成的向外张开的密封圈,该密封圈径向向外抵靠在外套的内罩面上并且径向向内抵靠在轴的罩面上,从而形成径向-径向密封件,其中外套至少在圆周位置上设有由冲压或者冲裁形成的止动凸起,该止动凸起弹性地突出超过外套的罩面。
利用根据本发明的机构同时实现两个优点。一方面如此设计该密封件,从而确保润滑介质少量地流过轴承,并且另一方面实现轴承装置牢固地位于壳体中。通过轴直径和密封圈的内直径略微地重叠,该密封圈滑动地抵靠在轴的罩面上,从而在该位置上防止润滑介质流过轴承。通过将密封圈构造成径向向外张开的,再次防止润滑介质流过外套的内罩面和密封圈的罩面之间,然而同时少量的润滑介质可以在有弹性的止动舌的范围内通过轴承。
本发明的其它有利的设计方案在从属权利要求中进行描述。
根据权利要求2的附加的特征提出,密封圈由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)制成。如本领域技术人员所知,聚四氟乙烯的突出之处在于高的耐热性,短期可以忍受300°以下的温度、低的摩擦系数以及相对于润滑介质的高的耐久性。在本文中有利的是,可以通过纤维材料额外地增强聚四氟乙烯。
根据权利要求3进一步证实有利的是,密封圈在其罩面以及其端面上部分地被角套包围。其负责提高密封圈的稳定性,并且防止由埋入轴承针的保持架引起的密封圈的损坏。
根据权利要求4的其它的附加的特征,密封圈应该不可扭转地由外套容纳,其中这根据权利要求5如此实现,即外套至少在边缘区域中的圆周位置上设有凹处,密封圈的相应构造的突起部分伸入该凹处中。将密封圈不可扭转地设置在套中,从而防止其不必要的磨损,该磨损会在其于外套中运动时发生。
根据权利要求6的另一附加的特征证实有利的是,止动凸起设置在凹处的区域中。如已经提出的一样,通过该同时的布置确保了一方面牢固地位于壳体中并且另一方面润滑介质可以以微小的程度在该位置上流过。
最后,根据权利要求7的本发明的最后的特征,有利的是外套在两个对置的圆周位置上分别设有一个凹处以及一个止动凸起。由此,一方面可以牢固地位于壳体中,并且另一方面可以将润滑介质穿流量最小化,该最小化会随着止动凸起的数量的进一步增加而提升。

具体实施方式
在图1到3A中示出的径向滚针轴承结构单元包括无切削形成的薄壁的外套1,该外套在两侧也就是在右侧和左侧的边缘上分别具有径向向内弯曲的边缘2,3,轴承针4在该外套的容纳孔中滚动,该轴承针安置在保持架5中。轴承针4在轴6围绕轴承轴线7旋转时一方面在没有详细示出的、由轴6的罩面形成的内滚道上滚动,并且另一方面在同样没有示出的、由外套1的内罩面形成的外滚道上滚动。如进一步可以看出,尤其从图2A中看出,在外套1的边缘2和保持架5之间形成没有示出的环绕的环形空间,密封圈8安置在该环形空间中。
例如也可以看出,外套1在两个沿圆周方向对置的位置上分别设有一凹处9,10,密封圈8的轴向指向的突起部分11,12伸入该凹处中,使得密封圈8形状配合地不可扭转地保持在外套1中。如尤其可以从图1中看出,凹处9,10不仅设置在边缘2的区域中而且部分地设置在外套1的罩面的区域中,其中在边缘区域2中的圆周延伸长度大于罩面区域中的圆周延伸长度。如可以进一步看出,在凹处9,10的区域中分别设置了止动凸起15,16,该止动凸起沿圆周方向通过设置在两侧的退刀槽13,14进行限制。该止动凸起15,16构造成弹性的并且突出超过外套1的罩面,并且负责将根据本发明的径向滚针轴承结构单元牢固地置于没有示出的壳体中。如可以进一步看出,密封圈8至少部分地被由钢材制成的角套17包围,其中角套17具有径向延伸的支臂18以及轴向延伸的支臂19。通过角套17稳定密封圈11。该角套17的另外的优点在于,导引轴承针4的保持架5不能埋入该密封圈8中。如可以看出,该角套17的径向延伸的支臂18没有延伸到轴6的罩面,从而获得没有问题的密封作用。
根据图3和3A详细解释根据本发明的径向滚针轴承结构单元的密封作用或者说其对于润滑介质的微小的通过可能性。
如果现在润滑介质根据图3中的箭头从右边进入,那么其首先通过由外套1的边缘3以及轴6的罩面限制的没有示出的缝隙进入轴承内部。随后该润滑介质通过位于沿圆周方向相互间隔开的轴承针4之间的中间空间向左运动,在那里该润滑介质最终进入一方面由轴承针4的端面限制的并且另一方面由密封圈8限制的区域中。如现在参照图3A所示的放大的视图,现在存在两种使润滑介质向外离开轴承的方案。一方面通过由轴6的罩面以及密封圈8的密封唇22形成的密封面20,并且另一方面通过由角套17的轴向延伸的支臂19以及外套1形成的密封面21。通过密封面21具有向外有弹性的止动凸起15,16,在形成压力的情况下润滑介质在该止动凸起15,16的区域中比在密封面20的区域中更容易离开轴承。密封面20由于其重叠的缘故沿圆周方向均匀地构造,而密封面21沿圆周方向通过有弹性的止动凸起15,16略微中断,从而在该位置上可以以非常微小的程度实现所希望的泄漏。
在图4和4A中示出了根据本发明的轴承装置的另一实施变型方案。该方案与图1到3A所描述的方案的区别仅仅在于,所述密封圈8没有设有角套17。因此,该密封圈以其外罩面直接抵靠在外套1的内罩面上。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于支承轴(6)的径向滚针轴承结构单元,所述径向滚针轴承结构单元具有带有至少一个径向向内指向的边缘(2)的外套(1)、导引轴承针(4)的保持架(5),其中为了在由所述边缘(2)和所述保持架(5)限制的环形空间中进行密封而设置了密封件,其特征在于,将所述密封件构造成由聚合材料制成的向外张开的密封圈(8),所述密封圈径向向外抵靠在所述外套(1)的内罩面上并且径向向内抵靠在所述轴(6)的罩面上,从而形成径向-径向密封件(20,21),其中所述外套(1)至少在圆周位置上设有由冲压或者冲裁形成的止动凸起(15,16),所述止动凸起弹性地突出超过所述外套(1)的罩面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径向滚针轴承结构单元,其特征在于,所述密封圈(8)由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的径向滚针轴承结构单元,其特征在于,所述密封圈(8)在其罩面以及其端面上部分地由角套(17)包围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的径向滚针轴承结构单元,其特征在于,所述密封圈(8)不可扭转地由外套(1)容纳。
5.根据权利要求4所述的径向滚针轴承结构单元,其特征在于,所述外套(1)至少在所述边缘(2)的区域中的圆周位置上设有凹处(9,10),所述密封圈(8)的相应构造的突出部分(11,12)伸入所述凹处中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的径向滚针轴承结构单元,其特征在于,将止动凸起(15,16)设置在所述凹处(9,10)的区域中。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的径向滚针轴承结构单元,其特征在于,所述外套(1)在两个对置的圆周位置上分别设有一个凹处(9,10)以及一个止动凸起(15,16)。
