Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制造纺织覆盖物的方法以及该纺织覆盖物,该纺织覆盖物具体可以是地板覆盖物、墙面覆盖物或用于车辆乘客舱的装饰毯。
背景技术
已知由针刺纤维网尤其是丝绒纤维网制造纺织覆盖物,这种纺织覆盖物是经针刺使其部分厚度基本由连接的圈形成的网。这些圈的纤维源自位于圈下方的区域,并且在该区域中的纤维相互缠结并因此部分互连。
当制造该覆盖物时,用水性胶乳溶液浸渍丝绒网的背面。然后,整体进行干燥,干燥的作用是从该溶液中除去水直至胶乳交联,但是这种方法存在需要大型设备和高成本的缺点。
一旦进行干燥后,胶乳就在位于圈下方的区域中形成了使网的纤维彼此连接的桥。
胶乳是非热塑性的并且其在纺织覆盖物中的存在不利于纺织覆盖物的回收。
除需要干燥阶段之外,使用胶乳溶液还存在其它缺点。具体而言,使用胶乳溶液导致大量水被污染,而水净化又需要专用净化设备,这需要大量投资和维护费用。
例如,从文件DE 197 37 864所知晓的制造纺织覆盖物的方法是用涂层涂覆纤维网的底面,该涂层可以在后续冷却凝固前以熔融形式沉积。该涂层也可以来自于直到沉积在网底面上之后才发生熔融的粉末或热熔膜。在这两种情况下,网底面上的涂层均未能使纺织覆盖物获得满意的机械性能,尤其是在纺织覆盖物的尺寸稳定性和耐磨性方面。
发明内容
本发明的至少一个目的是在不引起纺织覆盖物的特定机械性能劣化的情况下简化所述纺织覆盖物的制造。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种由纤维网制造纺织覆盖物的方法实现,所述纤维网包括背表面、第一区、第二区和前表面,第一区是其中网纤维结合成支撑纤维的紧密缠结体并仅位于网厚度的一部分上的粘着区,第二区延伸在直到所述前表面的网厚度的其余部分上,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)对其前表面和背表面中至少其一负载有热熔粉末粘合剂的网施加交变电场,将该粉末粘合剂引入所述纤维网中,使得所述粘合剂富集在第一区中;然后

出乎意料的是,发现交变电场使粉末粘合剂富集在粘着区。相反,本来预期交变电场将使粉末粘合剂分散在纺织覆盖物的整个厚度上,直至例如从文件WO 99/22920所知的程度,在该文件中公开了利用相似的交变电场可以有效地实施粉末对纤维层的均匀浸渍。
目前所迫切需要的是,在覆层的上部即第二区应该包含尽可能少的粘合剂。
上述方法不使用任何溶液的形成,也不需要干燥。该方法可以通过尺寸和成本显著低于胶乳溶液处理设备的设备来实施。
此外,上述方法的优点还在于,可以灵活地控制纺织覆盖物中的粘合剂量和该粘合剂的位置。所述位置可以通过改变粉末粘合剂所沉积的表面和/或通过调节在网的一个表面上沉积的粉末粘合剂与在网的另一表面上沉积的粉末粘合剂的量的比例来改变。粘合剂在网内的位置还取决于网在电极之间的保持时间、该电极所产生的电场的设定参数、粉末的特定性质特别是其粒度、以及网纤维的纤度和网的密度。
有利的是,热熔粘合剂更具体为热塑性粘合剂。其还可以具有不同的特性。例如,热熔粘合剂可以是在第一温度下可熔而在高于该第一温度的第二温度下可热固化的粘合剂。例如,热熔粘合剂可以是聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、环氧树脂或所述物质的混合物。

b’)通过对所述网的背表面实施清除操作例如通过抽出或刷除的清除来除去粉末粘合剂的一部分。
有利的是,粉末粘合剂是不同化学组合物的粉末混合物。
有利的是,所述方法包括用包含填料的涂层涂覆背表面的步骤。
本发明的另一个目的是一种包含由纤维制成的网的纺织覆盖物,所述网包括背表面、第一区、第二区和前表面,第一区是其中网纤维结合成支撑纤维的紧密缠结体并仅位于网厚度的一部分上的粘着区,而第二区延伸在第一区上方直到所述前表面的网厚度的其余部分上,热熔粘合剂使网纤维相互连接并且热熔粘合剂富集在第一区中,所述第一区包括芯和将所述芯连接至网的背表面的表面区,热熔粘合剂相对于纤维的比例在所述表面区中低于在所述芯中。
相信在本发明的上述方法之前,并不知晓如何获得相对于第一区的芯中的粘合剂比例,在第一区的表面区中的更低的热熔粘合剂比例,或者至少是不能以足够简单和经济的方式获得上述效果。
由于热熔粘合剂相对于纤维的比例在表面区中低于在芯中,因此可以使用更少量的粘合剂而不显著降低纺织覆盖物的坚固性,其优点在于节约。此外,诸如涂层的亚层可以覆盖网的下表面。如果背表面几乎不含粘合剂,则该亚层更容易粘附于网的背表面。在没有亚层的情况下,网的背表面还形成所述覆盖物的背表面。
热熔粘合剂的优点在于其可以通过进一步加热纺织覆盖物而再次熔融,然后该覆盖物可以通过在两个成型模之间压缩而成型。
有利的是,该纺织覆盖物通过实施上述方法得到。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于利用根据本发明的方法由丝绒针刺网3制造纺织覆盖物或地毯2的设备1。
如图2所示,网3最初是干的,即未浸渍的。其由聚合物纤维4制成,该聚合物纤维4相互缠结并由此形成位于网3的厚度6的一部分上的紧密缠结体5。缠结体5支撑纤维4并位于所述厚度6的其余部分7的下方。在所述其余部分7中,纤维4通常彼此独立,在此纤维4形成圈9并且圈9延伸直至网3的两个主表面8A和8B之一,即其表面8A用于形成地毯2的上部或前表面,表面8B用于形成地毯2的下部或背表面。
在所示的实施例中,网3包括在其表面8A上的圈9,这是因为网3是丝绒针刺网所致。然而,网3可以呈现为普通针刺,亦即其可以是非丝绒的。
在设备1的进入点处,网3的辊10沿图1中箭头F所表示的方向朝浸渍装置11放卷。在该浸渍装置11的上游处,基本由热熔粉末粘合剂12构成且可包含一种或更多种添加剂尤其是流态化添加剂的物质被撒布在网3的主表面8A和8B之一上。这种粘合剂12由熔融温度低于纤维4的熔融温度的热熔材料制成。其流量通过撒布装置13计量供给以与F方向上的网3的进料速度同步。
浸渍设备11包括通常为平面且相互平行的两个对置电极14和15,负载有粉末粘合剂12的网3从它们之间穿过。这些电极14和15在其之间产生交变电场,该交变电场同时施加于网3和粉末粘合剂12。该电场使得粉末粘合剂12渗入网3的厚度中,包括渗入其缠结体5中。还出乎意料地发现,在电极14和15之间产生的交变电场使粉末粘合剂12富集在所述缠结体5处,使得在网3的部分7处,纤维4几乎不含粉末粘合剂12,这是所期望得到的效果。
同样优选的是,电极是平面的并且相互平行。然而,在某些情况下,使用具有不同形状和/或相互不平行的电极也可以是有利的。这些电极尤其可以是类似于文件WO 2005/038123所描述的电极。
在浸渍装置11的出口点处,抽出器16对表面8A进行抽出,即清除操作,用以除去位于网3的部分7中的所有粘合剂12颗粒。这种抽吸过程可以任选通过用刷除过程替代而取消。刚离开抽出器16的网3的结构可见图3,其中可见粉末粘合剂12主要富集在缠结体5处。
在脱除器16的下游处设置有热风炉17,其中供热使粘合剂12熔融。在此之后,网3立即穿过两个压辊20之间。
一旦网3穿过压辊20后,就对网3施加从一个或多个喷嘴22排出的冷却气流21,这使得粘合剂12凝固。辊20也可以被冷却从而有利于粘合剂12的凝固。它们甚至可以在不存在冷却气流21的情况下实现所述凝固。也可以让粘合剂12自行冷却。
在粘合剂12凝固之后,网3形成纺织覆盖物,在所示实施例中其通过切刀23切成若干地毯2。
地毯2的结构可见图4,其中可见只有极少或没有粘合剂12位于圈9处。粘合剂12的桥使纤维4彼此在缠结体5处连接,这样使圈9结合至地毯2的其余部分。粘合剂12相对于纤维4的重量比例在缠结体5处沿厚度方向变化。更具体而言,该比例在缠结体5的芯25处大于表面区26处,表面区26在与部分7相对的一端处与所述芯25邻接并限定地毯2的下表面8B。
在下表面8B上,可通过目视确定表面区26中粘合剂12的低比例。这也可以通过测量来验证。在除了其粘合剂12之外,只有待测样品中存在的纤维4熔融的情况下,这些测量可以基于纤维4单独的熔融焓与待测样品的熔融焓之间的热分析比较。根据这种比较,可以推导得出样品中纤维4的重量比例以及由此得到粘合剂12的重量比例。样品通过研磨制备,其方式是仅保留必须测量的部分并除去其余部分。例如,准备用于测量在表面区26中粘合剂12的量的样品是通过研磨除去部分7和芯25得到的。
可选择与地毯的纤维相容的热熔粘合剂12,以使地毯2可以回收。
以下提出几个利用上述方法制造地毯2的实施例。
实施例1
在该实施例中,网3是称重为600g/m2且厚度为约6mm的丝绒针刺产品。其由6.5分特、17分特和150分特的聚丙烯制纤维4的混合物构成,并且初始不含粘合剂。
在配备有平面电极14和15的装置11中进行粉末粘合剂12对网3的浸渍。在该电极14和15之间产生的交变电场具有2kV/mm的值和50Hz的频率。对包含粉末粘合剂12的网3施加交变电场持续20秒。然后,将其置于炉17中超过2分钟,炉17中的温度设定为高于粘合剂的熔融温度但低于纤维的熔融温度。
对根据该实施例1获得的地毯2进行如1997年的EN 1963标准所限定的Lisson测试。该测试之后,通过目视评估确定地毯2的脱纤程度并给出在加工方向即图1中箭头F的方向上的3/5值以及在横向即垂直于加工方向的方向上的3/5值。
在Lisson测试之后,还测定地毯2的失重并给出在加工方向上58.7g/m2的值和在横向上60.1g/m2的值。
地毯2的平均厚度为6mm。在地毯2的整个厚度上粘合剂12的比例通过上述方法和采用熔融焓测量方法确定为29.5重量%。在表面8B前的最后1mm中,即在地毯2的背侧上、通常在其表面区26处的粘合剂12的比例通过相同的方法确定为16.9重量%。由此,可以推导出在表面区26中粘合剂12的比例低于在芯25中粘合剂12的比例。这应该与对由相同的网制造但利用现有技术的方法即胶乳溶液制造的第二地毯的相同测量进行比较。
在该第二地毯整个厚度上的胶乳比例通过上述方法和采用熔融焓测量方法确定为26.7重量%。在第二地毯的下表面前的最后1mm中即在该第二地毯的背侧上的胶乳比例通过相同的方法确定为35.0重量%。
实施例2
在该实施中,使用与实施例1相同的网3和粘合剂12。
该粘合剂12以120g/m2的流量撒布在网3上。
在配备有平面电极14和15的装置11中进行粉末粘合剂12对网3的浸渍。在该电极14和15之间产生的交变电场具有2kV/mm的值和50Hz的频率。对包含粉末粘合剂12的网3施加交变电场持续20秒。然后,将其置于炉17中超过2分钟,炉17中的温度设定为高于粘合剂的熔融温度但低于纤维的熔融温度。
对根据该实施例获得的地毯2进行如1997年的EN 1963标准所限定的Lisson测试。该测试之后,通过目视评估确定地毯2的脱纤程度并给出在加工方向上的4/5值以及在横向上的3/5值。
在Lisson测试之后,还测定地毯2的重量损失并给出在加工方向上36.8g/m2的值和在横向上54.3g/m2的值。
实施例3
在该实施例中,网3是称重为550g/m2的丝绒针刺无纺布。其初始不含粘合剂的纤维4由聚丙烯制成并具有6.7分特的纤度。
粘合剂12是环氧树脂,其以150g/m2的流量撒布在网3上。在引入该网3之前,粘合剂12以粒度为0μm至100μm的粉末形式存在,该粘合剂12可从BAKELITE公司(德国)以牌号6171TP商业获得。
在配备有平面电极14和15的装置11中进行粉末粘合剂12对网3的浸渍。在该电极14和15之间产生的交变电场具有3kV/mm的值和50Hz的频率。对包含粉末粘合剂12的网3施加交变电场持续20秒。然后,将其置于炉17中超过2分钟,炉17中的温度设定为高于粘合剂的熔融温度但低于纤维的熔融温度。
对根据该实施例获得的地毯2进行Taber测试。该测试之后,通过目视评估确定地毯2的耐磨性并给出3/4值。
实施例4
在该实施例中使用与实施例3中相同的网3。
粘合剂12以140g/m2的流量撒布在网3上。在引入该网3之前,粘合剂12以含20重量%的从BAKELITE公司(德国)以牌号6171TP商业获得的粉末和80重量%的熔体流动指数(MFI)等于120且粒度为0μm至200μm的聚丙烯粉末的混合物的形式存在。“6171TP”粉末的粒度为0μm至100μm。
在配备有平面电极14和15的装置11中进行粉末粘合剂12对网3的浸渍。在该电极14和15之间产生的交变电场具有3kV/mm的值和50Hz的频率。对包含粉末粘合剂12的网3施加交变电场持续20秒。然后,将其置于炉17中超过2分钟,炉17中的温度设定为高于粘合剂的熔融温度但低于纤维的熔融温度。
Claims (8)
1.一种由纤维的网(3)制造纺织覆盖物(2)的方法,所述网(3)包括背表面(8B)、第一区(5)、第二区(7)和前表面(8A),所述第一区是其中所述网(3)的纤维(4)结合成支撑所述纤维(4)的紧密缠结体(5)并仅位于所述网(3)的厚度(6)的一部分上的粘着区,所述第二区(7)延伸在直到所述前表面(8A)的所述网(3)的厚度(6)的其余部分上,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)对所述前表面和所述背表面(8A,8B)中至少其一负载有热熔粉末粘合剂(12)的所述网(3)施加交变电场,将所述粉末粘合剂(12)引入所述纤维(4)的所述网(3)中以使所述粘合剂(12)富集在所述第一区(5)处;然后
c)通过供热使所述粘合剂(12)熔融;然后
d)使所述粘合剂(12)自行固化或强制固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网是针刺网(3)。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤a)和c)之间,所述方法包括以下步骤:
b)通过对所述网(3)的前表面(8A)实施清除操作来除去可能存在于所述网(3)的第二区(7)中的所述粉末粘合剂(12)的至少一部分。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤a)和c)之间,所述方法包括以下步骤:
b’)通过对所述网(3)的背表面(8B)实施清除操作来除去所述粉末粘合剂(12)的一部分。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粉末粘合剂(12)是不同化学组合物的粉末混合物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括用包含填料的涂层涂覆所述背表面的步骤。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤a)中,所述粉末粘合剂(12)的富集方式为所述粘合剂(12)相对于所述纤维(4)的比例在所述第一区(5)的表面区(26)中低于在芯(25)中,其中所述第一区(5)包括所述芯(25)和将所述芯(25)连接至所述网(3)的背表面(8B)的所述表面区(26)。
8.一种利用前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法得到的纺织覆盖物,包括由纤维(4)制成的网(3),所述网(3)包括背表面(8B)、第一区(5)、第二区(7)和前表面(8A),所述第一区是其中所述网(3)的纤维(4)结合成支撑所述纤维(4)的紧密缠结体(5)并仅位于所述网(3)的厚度(6)的一部分上的粘着区,所述第二区(7)延伸在所述第一区(5)上方直到所述前表面(8A)的所述网(3)的厚度(6)的其余部分上,其中热熔粘合剂(12)使所述网的纤维(4)相互连接,并且所述热熔粘合剂(12)富集在所述第一区(5)中,所述第一区(5)包括芯(25)和将所述芯连接至所述网(3)的背表面(8B)的表面区(26),所述热熔粘合剂(12)相对于所述纤维(4)的比例在所述表面区(26)中低于在所述芯(25)中。
