Abstract

发明内容

具体实施方式
图1-8示出了根据本发明一个实施方式的自行车悬挂系统10。自行车悬挂系统10通常包括自行车悬挂12和用于在第一悬挂设置和第二悬挂设置之间操作自行车悬挂12的液压控制组件14。如图1和2所示,自行车悬挂12是自行车前悬挂叉,其具有连接到转向管18的冠部16、可包括偏置机构或弹簧组件的第一支腿20、包括阻尼组件24的第二支腿22。支腿20、22中的每一个都包括相对于彼此可滑动地移动的内管26和外管28。内管和外管26、28分别在它们的上端30连接到冠部16,在下端32连接到轮轴(未示出)。需要理解的是尽管本发明是关于前悬挂叉进行描述的,但所述自行车悬挂还可以实施在后避震器、鞍座、或在自行车框架上相似的应用中。

自行车悬挂12包括用于在基本刚性设置即第一悬挂设置和基本可压缩设置即第二悬挂设置之间调整悬挂12的闭锁机构48。可替换的是,悬挂12可在两个或更多个可压缩设置之间调整。闭锁机构48包括阀门执行组件50,其具有旋转而打开和关闭阀门机构54的驱动器52。驱动器52具有可旋转地连接到液压控制组件14和手动按钮58的第一端56、以及可旋转地连接到阀门机构54的第二端60。
阀门机构54包括设置在内管26内的阀门座64和阀门62,阀门机构54将内管26分为第一流体腔66和第二流体腔68。孔36延伸穿过阀门座64以允许流体在腔66、68之间流动。阀门62在打开位置和关闭位置之间可操作,阀门62在打开位置打开孔36以允许流体在腔66、68之间流动,在关闭位置关闭孔36以禁止流体在腔66、68之间流动。阀门62通过阀门弹簧70而被朝向关闭位置偏置。围绕阀门座64的O形环72在第一流体腔66和第二流体腔68之间提供密封。阀门62包括穿过阀门座64延伸入第一流体腔66内的阀杆74。阀杆74的一端76容纳在驱动器52的槽78内。在驱动器52旋转时,阀门62旋转以根据旋转方向而开启或关闭孔36。
液压控制组件14通常包括流体泵80、流体响应器82和连接流体泵和流体响应器的流体通道84。如图3-5所示,流体泵80包括第一外壳86、第一活塞88和第一执行器90。第一外壳86通过夹子92可安装至自行车把手91。尽管夹子92所示为与第一外壳86整体构成,但可替换的是,其可与第一外壳86分离。第一外壳86包括用于容纳可滑动地设置在其内的第一活塞88的第一流体腔94和用于将流体加进第一流体腔94内的第一填充孔96。密封螺钉98拧入第一填充孔96内。
第一活塞88包括第一端100和第二端102。第一活塞88在第一位置和第二位置之间是可滑动地移动的。第一位置可相应于基本可压缩悬挂设置,第二位置可相应于基本刚性悬挂设置。第一活塞88的第一端100连接至第一执行器90,且第二端102包括O形环104以可密封地将活塞88的第二端102连接到第一外壳86。
第一执行器90包括推-推肘节机构93,其包括按钮106、锁闭件108和保持件110。按钮106连接到第一活塞88的第一端100。锁闭件108构造为容纳第一活塞88,并在锁闭件108的内表面上包括多个隆起112以可松开地与在第一活塞88的外表面上的多个突起114啮合。当第一活塞被移动时,通过按压按钮106,第一活塞的突起114可松开地与锁闭件108的隆起112啮合,将锁闭件108旋转到抵靠第一活塞88的外表面上的停止突起109的锁定位置。而且保持件108也构造为容纳第一活塞88以在轴向固定位置保持锁闭件108。保持件110包括多个用于配合地与在第一活塞88上的突起114啮合的防转动特征部116以防止保持件110的转动。U形销118将保持件110固定到第一外壳86。
如图6-8所示,流体响应器82包括第二外壳120、第二活塞122和第二执行器124。第二外壳120通过夹子126可安装至自行车悬挂12的罩子115上。第二外壳120包括用于在其内可滑动地容纳第二活塞122的第二流体腔128和用于将流体加进流体腔128内的第二填充孔117。密封螺钉119拧入第二填充孔117内。第二活塞122包括第一端130和第二端132。第二活塞122在第一位置和第二位置之间是可滑动地移动的。第一位置相应于基本可压缩悬挂设置,第二位置相应于基本刚性悬挂设置。第二活塞122的第一端130连接到第二执行器124,且第二端132包括O形环133以可密封地将第二活塞122的第二端132连接到第二外壳120。第二执行器124包括齿条-齿轮传动机构,连接至第二活塞122的第一端130的齿条134或线性齿轮与小齿轮136啮合,该小齿轮136附接至自行车悬挂12的锁闭机构48的驱动器52。弹簧125可转动地偏置驱动器52以将第二活塞122朝向其第一位置偏置。
流体通道84包括第一流体腔94和第二流体腔128以及在其之间延伸的柔性连接器,在该实施方式中所述柔性连接器为液压软管138。液压软管138的一端140通过第一连接组件142连接到流体泵80且液压软管138的另一端144通过第二连接组件146连接到流体响应器82。第一连接组件142包括软管接头(hose barb)148,所述软管接头148具有插入软管138的一端140的第一端154和连接到流体泵80的第一外壳86的第二端156。第二连接组件146包括软管接头158和带螺纹的插入件162。软管接头158的一端164插入液压软管138的一端144。软管接头158的另一端166拧入带螺纹的插入件162内,带螺纹的插入件162拧入流体响应器82的第二外壳120内。第一O形环172提供了软管接头158和带螺纹的插入件162之间的密封。第二O形环174提供了带螺纹的插入件162和第二外壳120之间的密封。流体通道84与自行车悬挂12的阻尼系统24是不相接触的。
为了在第一悬挂设置和第二悬挂设置之间操作自行车悬挂12,按钮106被按下以便可滑动地将第一流体腔94内的第一活塞88朝向第一流体腔94的开口端168移入其第二位置,使得流体通过液压软管138朝向流体响应器82移动。然后移动的流体可滑动地将第二流体腔128内的第二活塞122移入其第二位置,使得齿条134转动小齿轮136,小齿轮136又使阻尼系统24的驱动器52转动。在该实施方式中,在驱动器52转动时,阀门62转动以关闭孔36,因此锁止悬挂12。为了解除悬挂12的锁止,按钮106被再次按下以释放锁闭件108,因此允许偏置的驱动器52使第二活塞122朝向其第一位置偏置,第二活塞122朝向其第一位置的移动使流体移动通过液压软管138,流体又使第一活塞88朝向其第一位置移动。

Claims (2)
1.一种自行车悬挂系统,该自行车悬挂系统包括:
能在第一悬挂设置和第二悬挂设置之间操作的自行车悬挂;和
液压控制组件,所述液压控制组件包括:
能安装到自行车把手的流体泵;
能安装到所述自行车悬挂的流体响应器;和
连接所述流体泵和所述流体响应器的流体通道;
所述流体响应器可操作地连接到所述自行车悬挂,以响应于所述流体泵和所述流体响应器之间的流体位移而在所述第一悬挂设置和所述第二悬挂设置之间操作所述自行车悬挂,
其中所述自行车悬挂包括阻尼系统,所述流体通道与所述阻尼系统是不相接触的,
其中所述流体通道包括位于所述流体泵和所述流体响应器之间的柔性连接器,
其中所述流体泵包括具有第一流体腔的第一外壳、第一执行器和能滑动地设置在所述流体腔内的第一活塞,所述第一执行器可操作地连接到所述第一活塞,用于使所述第一活塞在所述第一流体腔内移动,
其中所述流体响应器包括具有第二流体腔的第二外壳、第二执行器和能滑动地设置在所述第二流体腔内的第二活塞,所述第二执行器可操作地连接到所述第二活塞,以响应于所述第二活塞在所述第二流体腔内的移动而操作所述自行车悬挂,
其中所述第二执行器包括齿条-齿轮传动机构。
2.如权利要求1中所述的自行车悬挂系统,其中所述第一执行器和所述第一外壳包括推-推肘节机构。
