Abstract
本发明涉及具有(I)式的石榴石结构的磷光体(Ya,Gdb,Luc,Sed,Sme,Tbf,Prg,Thh,Iri,Sbj,Bik)3-x(All,Gam)5O12:Cex (I)其a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h+i+j+k=1,l+m=1,且x=0.005到0.1,并且涉及上述磷光体的制备方法,以及其用于来自LED的蓝射或近UV发射光的转换的转换磷光体的用途。
Description
按照需求提供颜色的概念指的是使用一个或多个磷光体通过pcLED(=phosphor converted LED,磷光体转换LED)来产生某色点的光。
(Ya,Gdb,Luc,Sed,Sme,Tbf,Prg,Thh,Iri,Sbj,Bik)3-x(All,Gam)5O12:Cex (I)
其中
a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h+i+j+k=1
l+m=1以及
x=0.005到0.1。
此外,也可以混合蓝-绿磷光体例如Lu3Al5O12:Ce(LUAG:Ce)。
Phys.Vol.44,No.21(2005).L649-L651。
