技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用从分割状态结合起来的活动镶件(slide insert)模具与型腔模具的、包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部来保持压力的预成型坯等的压缩成型模具。 
背景技术
图7表示以往的预成型坯的压缩成型模具51。 
压缩成型模具51具有作为阴模的型腔模具52、作为阳模的型芯模具53以及作为分开模的活动镶件模具54。 
型腔模具52在其内部具有型腔56,在型腔56的上部周围形成有朝上的小突起部57。并且,在型腔模具52的周围设有能够与型腔模具同轴上地滑动的环状的导向环58。在导向环58的上部内周面形成有朝向上方直径变大的内圆锥台面59。 
另一方面,型芯模具53包括固定于可升降的支承构件61上的型芯模具53。在型芯模具53的周围配置有可向左右开闭地设置的活动镶件模具54。活动镶件模具54向左右开闭自由地安装于支承构件61。在活动镶件模具54的下方内周面形成有用于形成预成型坯的筒口部外周面的嵌合部(保持压力部)62,在一个外周面下方形成有朝向下方直径减小的外圆锥台面60。 
这样的预成型坯的压缩成型模具51成型工作如下进行。 
在图7中的A所示的压缩成型模具51的初始位置,型腔模具52与型芯模具53沿上下方向打开地配置,熔化树脂64容纳在型腔56内。 
在图7中的B所示的合模工序中,型芯模具53下降到型腔56内,熔化树脂64大致充满在由型腔模具52和型芯模具53限定的 空间中。同时,活动镶件模具54也下降,与导向环58抵接。随之,型腔内的熔化树脂64流入到由型芯模具53与活动镶件模具54限定的空间内。此时,如箭头X所示,活动镶件模具54的嵌合部62开始相对于型腔模具52的小突起部57滑动。 
在图7中的C所示的合模结束时,型芯模具53下降到最下端位置。由型腔模具52、型芯模具53及活动镶件模具54限定的空间成为与成型的预成型坯相同形状,由熔化树脂充满。 
在这种情况下,如箭头Y所示,活动镶件模具54的嵌合部62结束相对于型腔模具52的小突起部57的滑动。这样,通过使嵌合部62沿小突起部57滑动而使它们啮合,能够吸收体积收缩,获得无应力的吹塑成型用预成型坯。

预成型坯的压缩成型模具51的型芯模具53与型腔模具52以往通过像专利文献1那样地使导向环58抵接于活动镶件模具54来相互定心。采用该方法,由于活动镶件模具54与导向环58借助内外圆锥台面59、60而合模,因此,难以高精度地定位。 
另一方面,在颈环(neck ring)之下也存在活动镶件模具54与型腔模具52嵌合、滑动的部分。在该嵌合部的定位精度(定心)较差时,型腔模具52的小突起部57与活动镶件模具54的嵌合部(保持压力部)62碰撞,有时会损伤模具。因此,在滑动、小突起部57与嵌合部62的间隙空开较大时,由模具相互间的松动导致错位、树脂自间隙泄漏,在产品中产生毛边。 
另外,由于型芯模具53与型腔模具52的定位精度(定心)也会影响预成型坯胴部的壁厚,因此,期望定位精度更高的模具构造。 
发明内容
本发明即是鉴于上述情况而做成的,其目的在于提供一种用于防止活动镶件模具与型腔模具嵌合、滑动的部分的碰撞而使预成型坯胴部的壁厚均匀化的预成型坯等的压缩成型模具。 
本发明的压缩成型模具为了达到上述目的而包括用于形成成型体的外表面的型腔模具和用于形成成型体的内表面的型芯模具,在使用包括上述型腔模具与上述型芯模具的成型体形成部的嵌合部来保持压力的成型体的压缩成型模具中,在与包含上述成型体形成部的嵌合部不同的上述成型体的非成型位置上具有供上述型腔模具与上述型芯模具滑动的辅助嵌合部。 
另外,本发明的压缩成型模具由用于形成作为成型体的预成型坯的吹塑成型部外表面的型腔模具、用于形成上述预成型坯的至少内表面的型芯模具、和用于形成上述预成型坯的至少筒口部外表面的至少分割为2块的活动镶件模具构成,使用从分割状态结合起来的上述活动镶件模具与上述型腔模具的、包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部来保持压力,其中,在与包含上述预成型坯形成部的嵌合部不同的上述预成型坯的非成型位置上具有供上述活动镶件模具与上述型腔模具滑动的辅助嵌合部。

上述压缩成型模具还在上述型腔模具的外周面包括夹紧引导上述分割面的、可滑动的导向环,在该导向环的内周面形成内圆锥台面,在上述活动镶件模具的外周面形成外圆锥台面,通过这些内外圆锥台面抵接,上述导向环夹紧固定分割面,这些内外圆锥台面彼此能够在上述辅助嵌合部嵌合之前相互抵接。 
本发明的压缩成型模具使用从分割状态结合起来的上述活动镶件模具与上述型腔模具的、包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部来保持压力,其中,在与包含上述预成型坯形成部的嵌合部不同的上述预成型坯的非成型位置上具有供上述活动镶件模具与上述型腔模具滑动的辅助嵌合部。通过在不包含预成型坯制品部的部位具有滑动的嵌合部,减小了包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部的负荷,既能够在防止模具损伤,又能实现高精度的模具组合的定位。 
上述压缩成型模具在上述压缩成型时,使上述辅助嵌合部在包括上述成型体形成部的嵌合部嵌合之前嵌合并滑动,因此,通过滑动的嵌合部首先嵌合定位,减轻了包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部从后面嵌合时的冲撞,能够顺畅地嵌合。 
另外,上述压缩成型模具的上述辅助嵌合部的嵌合间隙小于包括上述成型体形成部的嵌合部的嵌合间隙,因此,通过使滑动的辅助嵌合部的空隙小于包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部的间隙,能够进一步减小包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部的接触滑动负担。另外,由于主要由滑动的辅助嵌合部进行定位而不会发生错模,因此,能够在不发生树脂泄漏的范围内扩大包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部。 
上述压缩成型模具还在上述型腔模具的外周面安装有用于夹紧引导上述分割面的可滑动的导向环,在该导向环的内周面形成内圆锥台面,在上述活动镶件模具的外周面形成外圆锥台面,通过这些内外圆锥台面抵接,上述导向环夹紧固定分割面,这些内外圆锥台面能够在上述辅助嵌合部嵌合之前相互抵接。因此,通过设置导向环,能够夹紧滑动嵌入分割面,而且,在嵌合部之前成为插入导向部。

图7表示以往的预成型坯的压缩成型模具,A是预成型坯的压缩成型模具的成型时的初始工序的剖视图,B是中间工序的剖视图,C是合模时的剖视图。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图说明本发明的压缩成型模具的实施方式。 
图1表示压缩成型装置和向该压缩成型装置的预成型坯的压缩成型模具供给树脂的合成树脂供给装置。 
合成树脂供给装置1设有筒状的熔化树脂的挤出机2和刀具轮8。挤出机2将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等合成树脂原料加热熔化并混匀,将熔化树脂输送到齿轮泵3里。在齿轮泵3中,为了使熔化树脂的供给稳定,利用齿轮的啮合来排出熔化树脂。齿轮泵3通过导管6与朝下的挤出筒口4连接,挤出筒口4在其下端部形成挤出开口。熔化状态的合成树脂从挤出开口形成为大致圆柱形状而连续地被向下方挤出,供给到刀具单元8。 
在刀具单元8中设有用于把持由设置于旋转台9的刀具切断的熔化树脂的把持构件9a(参照图4中的A)。另外,压缩成型装置31包括旋转支承体32及配设于旋转支承体32上的多个型腔模具34。旋转支承体32被向与图1的情况的转台9相反方向的逆时针方向旋转驱动。型腔模具34在旋转支承体32的周向上等间隔地配设有多个。 
刀具单元8的熔化树脂把持构件的旋转轨道与型腔模具34的旋转轨道在相同方向上相切,使它们的圆周速度相同。在它们的旋转轨道的位置或区间中,熔化树脂的保持构件位于压缩成型机31中的预成型坯成型模具33的型腔模具34的正上方地与型腔模具34同步旋转。这样,熔化树脂配设于型腔模具34里。 
接着,详细说明预成型坯的压缩成型模具。 
图2及图3表示压缩成型模具,图2是压缩成型模具打开的状态的剖视图,图3是压缩成型模具关闭的状态的剖视图。 
压缩成型模具33包括作为阴模的型腔模具34、作为阳模的型芯模具35、作为分开模的活动镶件模具36及配设在型腔模具34的外周围的导向环37。而且,型芯模具35配设在上下方向的上侧,活动镶件模具36配设在型芯模具35的下部,型腔模具34配设在型芯模具35和活动镶件模具36的下部。
型腔模具34为大致圆柱形状,在中央部内侧形成上方具有圆形的开口34a的型腔38,型腔38自开口34a向大致正下方延伸地形成。型腔38的内周面用于形成预成型坯的外周面。 
在型腔模具34的开口34a上形成有向上方突出的环状的小突起部34b。在型腔模具34的上表面形成有向小突起部34b的外周侧离开小突起部34b、在与小突起部34b同心r圆上且向上方突出的环状的突部34c。在这些小突起部34b与突部34c之间形成有向下方凹陷的环状的凹陷部34d。小突起部34b的顶端部形成为突出到凹陷部34d的顶端的上方。 
型芯模具35在其上部设有支承部35a,在支承部35a的下部设有自支承部35a的下表面中央向下方延伸的大致圆柱形状的芯主体35b。该芯主体35b的外周面用于形成预成型坯的内表面。 
配置在与芯主体35b同心的圆上的环状凹部35c向上凹陷地形成在支承部35a的下表面。环状凹部35c的外周侧面形成有向下方朝向半径方向外侧扩大的锥形面42a。 
活动镶件模具36是左右被分割为2块的面对称的半圆环状,两者成为一体而形成环状。活动镶件模具36上形成有在分开模被组装好的状态下上下贯穿其中央的筒口形成孔36a。筒口形成孔36a成为用于形成预成型坯的筒口部的外周面及筒口主体部的上侧一部分且形成外螺纹、凸缘部的筒口形成部。在活动镶件模具36的上表面设有向半径方向外侧筒口形成孔36a离开的位置朝向上方突出的环状突部36b,环状突部36b与芯主体35b形成在同心圆上。环状突部36b的外周侧面形成有朝向上方向半径方向内侧而直径变小的锥形面42b。该环状突部36b 形成为与型芯模具35的环状凹部35c嵌合,各个锥形面42a、42b在些许滑动之后抵接,从而,处于分割为半圆环状的状态的活动镶件模具36被限制为环状。 
活动镶件模具36的下部设有向半径方向外侧离开筒口形成孔36a的位置向下方突出的环状的内侧凸部36c,在活动镶件模具36的外周部还设有向下方突出的外侧凸部36d。在这些内侧凸部36c与外侧凸部36d之间形成有自活动镶件模具36的下表面向上方凹陷的环状凹部36e。内侧凸部36c的顶端部形成为突出到外侧凸部36d的顶端部的下方。在外侧凸部36d的外周侧面形成有朝向下方而向半径方向内侧直径减小的外圆锥台面41b。 
在预成型坯的压缩成型模具33合模时,形成设于筒口形成孔36a的下部的滑动面39b在型腔模具34的小突起部34b的滑动面39a上滑动的嵌合部39,相对于外部封闭型腔38。该嵌合部39配置在与预成型坯的外周部接触的位置。 
在嵌合部39的外周侧,形成有设置在活动镶件模具36的内侧凸部36c外周面下部的辅助滑动面40b,还形成有在设置于型腔模具34的突部34c内周面上部的辅助滑动面40a上滑动的辅助嵌合部40。该辅助嵌合部40位于离开预成型坯的成型位置(型腔38)的位置。 
圆筒状的导向环37配置于型腔模具34的外周面34e上,能够沿该外周面34e向上下方向滑动。在导向环37的上端部形成有朝向上方向半径方向外侧直径扩大的锥形状的内圆锥台面41a。在预成型坯成型模具33合模时,形成内侧圆锥台面41a在活动镶件模具36的外圆锥台面41b上些许滑动之后抵接的初始嵌合部41。 
辅助嵌合部40的嵌合部的嵌合余量(在嵌合部处的接触程度)形成得小于由型腔模具34的滑动面39a和活动镶件模具36的滑动面39b形成的嵌合部39的嵌合间隙。 
在合模时,形成为初始嵌合部41首先接触,其次辅助嵌合部40接触,最后嵌合部39接触。而且,这些嵌合部39、40及41配设在同心圆上。 
另外,虽然省略说明,但在型芯模具35及活动镶件模具36中包括使它们上下移动的移动部件,在活动镶件模具36中包括使其左右打开或关闭的滑动机构。 
接着,对利用预成型坯的压缩成型模具33进行的预成型坯成型过程进行说明。 
图4中的A表示压缩成型装置31所具有的多个压缩成型模具33之一。在初始状态下,型腔模具34、活动镶件模具36及型芯模具35上下分开地配置。如图1所示,型腔模具34利用旋转支承体32在圆形轨道上移动。另一方面,把持设置于旋转台9里的熔化树脂43的把持构件9a在与型腔模具34不同的圆形轨道上旋转。如图4中的A所示,把持构件9a与型腔模具34构成为在上下方向上共用1个接点,向型腔模具34的型腔38底部供给熔化树脂43(滴下)。 
把持构件9a在向型腔模具34中供给熔化树脂43时脱离型腔模具34的轨道,如图4中的B所示,型芯模具35及活动镶件模具36下降。接着,如图4中的C所示,使向左右打开状态的活动镶件模具36朝向型芯模具35方向前进,合闭活动镶件模具36而将其形成环状。型芯模具35的芯主体35b成为贯穿筒口形成孔36a的状态。如图5中的A所示,型芯模具35自该状态进一步下降,环状凹部35c与活动镶件模具36的环状突部36b嵌合。 
如图5中的B所示,型芯模具35进一步下降时,芯主体35b的顶端部进入到型腔38内,活动镶件模具36与导向环37抵接。 即,在处于活动镶件模具36的下侧外周部的外侧凸部36d的外圆锥台面41b临时抵接于导向环37上侧内周面的内圆锥台面41a之后,外圆锥台面41b和内圆锥台面41a的面互相嵌合而滑动,以虽然稍微粗略但导向环37与活动镶件模具36定心的状态抵接。因而,在活动镶件模具36的上部,环状突部36b与环状凹部35c嵌合、抵接而形成嵌合部42。在活动镶件模具36的下部,外侧凸部36d与导向环37嵌合、抵接而被限制成为向外侧打开的状态。 
如图5中的C所示,在型芯模具35进一步下降时,芯主体35b开始压缩熔化树脂43。通过型芯模具35进一步下降,活动镶件模具36与型腔模具34接触。 
图5中的D的箭头Z表示外侧的辅助嵌合部40嵌合、内侧的嵌合部39接触的瞬间。这样,活动镶件模具36的嵌合部39及辅助嵌合部40中的、外侧的辅助嵌合部40首先接触、嵌合。接着,嵌合部39接触、嵌合。即,活动镶件模具36的内侧凸部36c与型腔模具34的突部34c接触、嵌合,各个辅助滑动面40a、40b开始滑动之后,活动镶件模具36的滑动面39b在型腔模具34的小突起部34b的滑动面39a上滑动。 
另外,在本实施方式中,辅助嵌合部40的嵌合部的嵌合间隙形成得小于嵌合部39的嵌合间隙。这样,通过使滑动的辅助嵌合部40的空隙小于包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部39的空隙,能够减轻嵌合部39抵接滑动时的负担。通过由首先辅助滑动的辅助嵌合部40进行定位,不会发生错模,因此,能够在不发生树脂泄漏的范围内扩大嵌合部39。 
这样,在本实施方式中,通过在不包含预成型坯制品部的部位包括滑动的辅助嵌合部40,从而能够减小包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部39的负荷。另外,由于辅助嵌合部40的负荷较大, 因此,优选采用耐磨损性优良的材料。例如,优选使活动镶件模具36整体及/或型腔模具34整体的材质较硬。活动镶件模具36的内侧凸部36c优选使内侧凸部36c的至少包括辅助滑动面40b的部分及/或环状的凹陷部34d的至少包括辅助滑动面40a的部分为较硬材质的构件,且还优选使内侧凸部36c的至少包括辅助滑动面40b的部分及/或环状的凹陷部34d的至少包括辅助滑动面40a的部分为模具镶块而能够更换。 
另外,通过在接近预成型坯形成部的部位设置嵌合部,提高了定位(定心)精度,谋求预成型坯胴部壁厚的均匀化。 
另外,导向环37与活动镶件模具36的外侧凸部36d的滑动、抵接(嵌合)成为在辅助嵌合部40之前的插入导向部。 
然后,辅助嵌合部40结束嵌合滑动,嵌合部39结束嵌合滑动,如图3所示,在型芯模具35下降到最下端位置时,利用型腔模具34、型芯模具35及活动镶件模具36,熔化树脂43形成预成型坯形状的间隙,熔化树脂43填充该间隙。 
如图6中的A所示,在熔化树脂43冷却而达到从成型模具取出的温度时,预成型坯成型模具33进行打开工作,型芯模具35与活动镶件模具36一起上升。由于预成型坯(以下将成型后的熔化树脂作为预成型坯)43的筒口形成部被型芯模具35夹持,因此,预成型坯43与芯主体35b一同上升。此时,型腔模具34相对于活动镶件模具36脱模,嵌合部39在脱模时进行滑动,但由于在该脱模时也增大嵌合部39的嵌合间隙,嵌合部39的滑动负担较小。 
接着,如图6中的B所示,型芯模具35相对于活动镶件模具36进行脱模,自芯主体35b拔出预成型坯43。然后,如图6中的C所示,通过活动镶件模具36向左右打开,从活动镶件模具去除预成型坯43。 
如图1所示,在压缩成型装置31的旋转方向的下游侧配设从型腔模具34取出成型后的预成型坯43的取出机构38,将预成型坯43输送到下游侧的吹塑成型等工序部。 
以上,说明了本发明的实施方式,但不言而喻,根据本发明的技术思想,本发明能够进行各种变形或变更。 
例如,在上述实施方式中,举例说明了预成型坯的压缩成型模具33,但也能够应用于不进行吹塑成型的通常的树脂成型模具。 
另外,辅助嵌合部40优选在嵌合部39之前接触、滑动,但也可以使辅助嵌合部40和嵌合部39同时接触并滑动。另外,辅助嵌合部40的嵌合间隙优选小于嵌合部39的嵌合间隙,但也可以将两者做成相等的嵌合间隙。 

Claims (2)

1.一种压缩成型模具,该压缩成型模具由用于形成作为成型体的预成型坯的吹塑成型部外表面的型腔模具、用于形成上述预成型坯的至少内表面的型芯模具和用于形成上述预成型坯的至少筒口部外表面的、至少分割为2块的活动镶件模具构成,使用从分割状态结合起来的上述活动镶件模具与上述型腔模具的、包括预成型坯形成部的嵌合部来保持压力,其特征在于,
在与包括上述预成型坯形成部的嵌合部不同的上述预成型坯的非成型位置具有供上述活动镶件模具与上述型腔模具滑动的辅助嵌合部;
在上述压缩成型时,上述辅助嵌合部在包括上述成型体形成部的嵌合部嵌合之前嵌合并滑动;
上述辅助嵌合部的嵌合间隙小于包括上述成型体形成部的嵌合部的嵌合间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩成型模具,其特征在于,
还在上述型腔模具的外周面安装有用于与活动镶件模具嵌合并引导活动镶件模具的可滑动的导向环;
在该导向环的内周面形成内圆锥台面,在上述活动镶件模具的外周面形成外圆锥台面,通过使这些内外圆锥台面抵接后嵌合,上述导向环限制活动镶件模具向外侧的打开状态,这些内外圆锥台面彼此在上述辅助嵌合部嵌合之前相互抵接。
