背景技术
EP 0 457 020 A1公开了这种类型的用于大滚动轴承的保持架。用于大滚动轴承的保持架包括配备有凹槽的金属带。该凹槽构造为矩形。由此,在金属带上存在侧接片和中间接片。将合成材料窗口插入该凹槽中。该合成材料窗口具有环绕地嵌入凹槽中的内壁。在该内壁上连接有卡圈,该卡圈与侧接片相搭接并贴靠在金属带的表面上。

本发明旨在达到的优点尤其在于,能够以简单的方式用少量的结构部件制成用于大滚动轴承的保持架,采用的方法是将保持架窗口插入圆盘环形的扁平带保持架中。通过圆盘环形扁平带保持架和保持架窗口的不同的轴向延展,确保如此组成的保持架比至今已知的保持架使用更少的金属并因而减少其质量,这一点对轴承在运转时的运转特性有正面的影响。除此之外的另一优点是能够以简单的方式毫无困难地更换受损的保持架窗口,从而使圆盘环形的扁平带保持架能够继续得到使用。另一重要的优点在于,根据本发明的保持架的密封元件覆盖了由滚动体的滚道形成的轴向缝隙,使得润滑介质不会过早离开滚动轴承。通过沿圆周方向对各个密封元件的覆盖,确保该密封特别有效。 
事实证明下面的方案是有利的,即,把密封元件构造成矩形壁,且该矩形壁在其沿径向对置的端部上各配备一个凹槽。因为这样一方面确保了轴承能得到密封,而另一方面通过在端部布置凹槽能够 影响润滑介质在保持架中的流通能力。 
保持架窗口的矩形壁在其一个周向端部上具有径向错开的阶梯,下一个保持架窗口的矩形壁贴靠在该阶梯上,使得阶梯和矩形壁在周向上重叠,通过该特征实现了多件式轴向保持架在其整个圆周范围内的密封作用。 
所述保持架窗口的纵向壁需要各配备对置的止动钩用于和扁平带保持架的自由空间形状配合地连接。通过这种卡接方式使得保持架窗口能够被简单地装配到扁平带保持架的凹槽中,或者从该凹槽中拆卸下来。 
另一额外特征,在横向壁的径向内部的轴向上端部和轴向下端部上应当分别配备两个相互间隔开的突起。这种方式能够再次影响润滑介质在根据本发明的保持架中的流通性能。 
事实证明下面的方案是有利的,即,圆盘环形的扁平带保持架由至少两个区段组成,这两个区段在其两个端部上能够形状配合地相互连接。以这种方式,大直径的轴承保持架能够被顺利地运输到最终用户处,并能够由最终用户以简单的方式进行组装。在此已证实,根据权利要求7的另一特征的方案是有利的,即,每个区段具有相互制约的突起和凹槽。 
另一额外特征的设计方案如下,多件式的轴向保持架具有不同的直径,接片的径向外部的圆周延展大于径向内部的圆周延展,其中扁平带保持架的自由空间的几何尺寸和保持架窗口的几何尺寸总是一样的,其与保持架直径无关。这意味着对于直径大小不一的轴向保持架来说,扁平带保持架的自由空间和保持架窗口具有相同几何尺寸。因此,只需要一个工具用于在扁平带保持架中冲出自由 空间,并且也只需要一个浇铸模具用于制造保持架窗口。

Claims (10)

1.用于大滚动轴承的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其包括金属带,所述金属带的圆形的侧面边缘(5,6)通过接片(7)相互连接,从而形成自由空间(8),由合成材料制成的具有用于容纳滚动体(13)的凹口(12)的保持架窗口(9)插入该自由空间中,保持架窗口(9)由沿周向相互间隔开的纵向壁(15)以及沿径向相互间隔开的横向壁(14)组成,并且保持架窗口(9)具有沿径向相互间隔开的槽(21,24),金属带的侧面边缘(5,6)伸入所述槽中,保持架窗口(9)具有用于保持滚动体(13)的止动钩(16,17)以及导向边缘(25),所述导向边缘为了导引轴向保持架(1)而贴靠在多个轴承环之一上,其特征在于,将金属带构造成圆盘环形的扁平带保持架(2),并且保持架窗口(9)在其对置于导向边缘(25)的端部上分别配备有密封元件,所述密封元件覆盖在形成于滚动体(13)的滚道之间的轴向缝隙上,其中,各个保持架窗口(9)的所述密封元件在周向上相互重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件被构造成矩形壁(20),所述矩形壁在其沿轴向对置的端部上配备有凹槽(23)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,保持架窗口(9)的矩形壁(20)在端部上沿圆周方向具有径向错开的阶梯(22),下一个保持架窗口(9)的矩形壁(20)贴靠在该阶梯上,使得阶梯(22)和矩形壁(20)在周向上重叠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,纵向壁(15)分别配备有对置的止动钩(18)用于和扁平带保持架(2)的自由空间(8)形状配合地连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,横向壁(14)的径向内部在轴向方向的上端部和下端部上分别配备有两个相互间隔开的突起部分(19)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,圆盘环形的扁平带保持架(2)包括至少两个区段(3,4),这两个区段在其端部上相互形状配合地相连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,每个区段(4,3)在其一端上具有突起部分(11),而在另一端上则具有凹槽(10),所述突起部分和凹槽相互制约。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,轴向保持架用于具有内环(31)的径向-轴向-滚动轴承的轴向轴承部分中,外环(30)与该内环同轴布置,在内环和外环之间为了接受径向力将圆柱形辊子(32)展开并且具有在两侧为了承受轴向力的容纳在轴向保持架(1)中的圆柱形的滚动体(13),该滚动体的滚道一方面由外环(30)的轴向两侧形成并且另一方面分别由工作轮(37,38)形成。
9.一系列根据权利要求1所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,这些轴向保持架具有不同的直径(D),接片(7)的在其径向外部的圆周延展(L1)大于在其径向内部的圆周延展(L2),其中扁平带保持架(2)的自由空间(8)的几何尺寸和保持架窗口(9)的几何尺寸总是相等的,其与保持架直径无关。
10.根据权利要求9所述的多件式的轴向保持架(1),其特征在于,轴向保持架用于具有内环(31)的径向-轴向-滚动轴承的轴向轴承部分中,外环(30)与该内环同轴布置,在内环和外环之间为了接受径向力将圆柱形辊子(32)展开并且具有在两侧为了承受轴向力的容纳在轴向保持架(1)中的圆柱形的滚动体(13),该滚动体的滚道一方面由外环(30)的轴向两侧形成并且另一方面分别由工作轮(37,38)形成。
