Description

用于车座的配件
本发明涉及包括权利要求1前序的特征的、用于车座-特别是机动车车座-的配件。
在从DE101 05 282A1中获知的这类配件中,第一配件部分、环件和转接器通过共同的焊缝而彼此连接在一起。该焊缝例如通过激光束而产生,激光束与垂直于连接面的轴向方向对准,并且瞄准第一配件部分和定位在转接器后面的环件之间的靠接部。因此,焊缝穿入转接器中,且之后在第一配件部分和环件之间延伸。
本发明的目的是进一步改进前述类型的配件。根据本发明,这个目的通过包括权利要求1的特征的配件而实现。有利的实施例形成了从属权利要求的主旨。
连接面由转接器对第一配件部分的支承接触来承担,即转接器和第一配件部分之间的接触发生在连接面中。因为焊缝是从在连接面中延伸或相对于该连接面成某一浅角度而延伸的一个方向上产生的,所以避免了对结构的负载能力没有贡献的转接器透焊和因而(产生的)材料熔融。因此,与承载能力有关的连接面尺寸不是焊缝的宽度,而是焊缝的深度,该深度优选远大于焊缝的宽度。连接面中的该尺寸对预期负载的适应-在未改进的激光焊接装置的情况下-可例如通过周边方向上的焊接速度来实现,该速度确定了特定点上的停留时间。浅角度意图被理解为可直到25°的角度,即0°和25°之间的角度。当角度为0°时,焊缝从连接面中的方向上产生。

各个配件5还包括第一配件部分11和能够相对于第一配件部分11进行旋转的第二配件部分12。配件5可构造为一种锁键配件,这样两个配件部分11和12就彼此锁定,并且驱动元件7的旋转会松开配件5。配件5可备选的构造为齿轮传动的配件,这样两个配件部分11和12就通过齿轮机构而彼此连接,以便调节和固定就位,并且驱动元件7的旋转驱动配件5,例如实现两个配件部分11和12的相对滚动运动。
配件部分11和12两者具有圆盘形的基本形状,带有圆柱形的外周面。在目前的情况下,环件13在轴向方向上被压到或收缩配合到第一配件部分11上,即固定地连接在它上面。环件13通过径向向内的边缘区域而包围第二配件部分12。因而环件13将夹紧这两个配件部分11和12,并在轴向方向上将这两者保持在一起。因而在将车座1组装到机动车中之前,至少为了便于运输而在轴向方向上固定了这两个配件部分11和12。因此,总体上,就结构而言,配件5形成了圆盘形单元。
通过转接器21来进行配件5到座椅部分3的附连。在目前情况下,转接器21是一种叉形构造,并具有接收器。转接器21放置在第一配件部分11上,并同时置于环件13上。延伸到无限大且由第一配件部分11和转接器21之间的接触所限定的连接面由F标示。转接器21、第一配件部分11和环件通过焊缝23而彼此固定地连接起来,由此还可克服碰撞力而将配件5固定在轴向方向上。焊缝23可例如通过激光焊接、电子束焊接或钨惰性气体保护焊来产生。焊缝23至少大致在周边方向上绕着轴线A而延伸,并在存在转接器21的周边区域中将所有三个构件连接在一起,焊缝23可能能够被中断。在一种改进的实施例中,焊缝23可绕着圆环线而摆动,并因而可构造为连续的或中断的,使得如有需要,则这三个构件在某些位置彼此连接起来,但通常只有两个构件在某些位置彼此连接起来。

焊缝23的与承载能力相关的承载尺寸b是连接面F中的不同于周边方向的尺寸,且因而通常垂直于周边方向来测量。在这两个示例性实施例中,焊缝23在连接面F中的尺寸b,即在目前情况下的焊缝的深度,显著地大于垂直于其而延伸且不同于周边方向的尺寸,即在目前情况下的焊缝宽度。因此,承载能力得到优化。同时,将会熔融的材料量也会尽可能少。焊缝23在连接面F中的尺寸b不依赖于所使用的射束源和光学系统等,并且可在安装参数其它方面相同的情况下通过改变焊接速度来适应结构要求。

Claims (11)
