面板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面板,包括一设有装饰的装饰面、一用于贴靠在基础上的接触面,和一由木材制造的连接层,按照槽-榫舌连接的方式构成的连接结构的至少一个连接元件与之构成一体的。
背景技术
这样的面板例如由EP 1 319 773 A2是已知的。基本上已知的面板的整个体积由木材、例如MDF(中密度纤维板)或HDF(高密度纤维板)制成。只在其表层面或装饰面设置层压材料,该层压材料例如由多个用人造树脂浸透的纸层构成,其中最上面的、亦即呈现在观察者眼前的纸层印刷有装饰。此外在接触面上可以设置反拉力纸(Gegenzugpapier)。
发明内容
随着日益增加的环境意识近来也已增长向再生能源的需求。这特别在私人家务中已导致颗粒燃烧装置的数目的增加。由于这样的颗粒(Pellet)同样由木材制造,结果是,减少木材在市场上的可获得性。特别是与此相关的价格上升导致要求在给定的同类的面板的厚度的同时降低面板的每单位面积的木材消耗量。
按照本发明如下同类的面板考虑这样的要求,其中在连接层的面向装饰面的一侧上设置至少一个具有网格状结构的中间层,该中间层间接或直接与具有装饰面的装饰层相连接,或/和在连接层的面向接触面的一侧上设置至少一个具有网格状结构的中间层,该中间层间接或直接与具有接触面的接触层相连接。
如人们易于理解的,按照本发明这样降低木材消耗量,即面板的体积的一部分由所述至少一个具有网格状结构的中间层占有。对此所述至少一个中间层的网格状结构的各壁包围用气体、优选空气充满的空间。如果关于所述至少一个中间层的稳定性是必需的,则也可以用稳定化的介质至少部分地填充所述至少一个中间层的各空间,例如用发泡的介质填充。
在本发明的进一步构成中建议,网格状结构的各壁至少部分地由非金属的、轻重量的结构材料构成。对此结构材料例如可以是纸或/和纸板或/和卡纸,这些材料主要通过其单位面积重量区分并且人们在业界还完全碰到这些名称的概念重叠。
此外有可能用至少一个热塑性的或/和至少一个热固性的塑料浸渍或/和加强结构材料,例如用聚烯烃塑料。
关于所述至少一个中间层的尽可能高的稳定性还有利的是,网格状结构的各壁基本上垂直于板平面延伸。
在本发明的进一步构成中还建议,网格状结构的至少一部分网格在一基本上平行于板平面截取的剖面内具有六边形横截面或矩形的例如正方形的横截面或三角形横截面。
在这一点上应该指出,这样的网格状结构的应用例如从门板方面本来是已知的。但在这些应用中网格状结构层在其垂直于门板或板平面延伸的各边缘上由坚固的框架包围,该框架确保板相对平行于板平面延伸的剪切力的稳定性并因此阻止网格状结构的各壁的侧向的弯折。但与此不同,所述至少一个中间层在本发明的面板的垂直于板平面延伸的各边缘上是开放的。但这令人惊喜地对本发明的面板的稳定性没有不利的影响。并且即使在审美方面这样的开放也不构成缺点,因为以相互邻接的装饰面敷设各面板。
本发明的面板的连接层可以例如由MDF板、HDF板、刨花板、细木工板、胶合板或组合板构成,后者包括至少一种如下材料:刨花、MDF和HDF。作为实例应列举一包括刨花与胶合板的组合板或一化学和热式后硬化的HDF板。
按照考虑的应用领域也可以由不同的材料构成或由不同的材料组成装饰层。
装饰层例如可以包括一支承层和一与支承层连接的装饰分层。装饰分层对此通常设置在支承层的面向装饰面的表面上。
支承层可以例如由一MDF板构成。但原则上也可设想使用其他的材料来构成支承层。此外装饰分层可以包括一层压材料,其例如由多个用人造树脂浸透的纸层构成。
在本发明的进一步构成中建议,装饰层的装饰面由印刷有装饰的纸层构成。对此该装饰纸层可以是上述层压材料的纸层。还有可能,在该装饰纸层的印刷的侧面上设置一所谓的覆盖纸,以便提高装饰的耐磨强度。这样的覆盖纸通常也用人造树脂浸透并且在这种状态下是透明的,从而其不妨碍看到装饰。
在本发明的进一步构成中还可以设定,装饰层至少在其装饰面上包括贴面板。对该贴面板一方面只构成装饰层的装饰分层,其设置在装饰层的支承层上。但也有可能,贴面板构成整个装饰层。并且也可以用一覆盖纸覆盖贴面板以便提高耐磨强度。
关于接触层按照应用领域也可以考虑不同的实施方案,例如接触层可以包括HDF板或薄层压材料。在本发明的面板作为地板使用的情况下,接触层还可以包括一踩踏声薄膜。并且关于面板的形状稳定性、特别是为了避免板的拱起或滑动有利的是,接触层的接触面由反拉力纸层构成。
在这一点应该指出,按照槽-榫舌连接的方式构成的连接结构可以通过两相邻的板基本上在板平面内的基本上平面式的相对移动或/和通过两相邻的板的连接元件绕一基本上平行于板平面延伸的平面的相互转动实现相邻的面板的连接,如这本来由EP 1 024 234 A1已知。此外有可能,面板仅构成有连接槽,并且为了连接相邻的板必须设置附加的双榫舌元件,如这例如由EP 1 319 773 A2已知。
面板可以不仅用于墙壁盖板而且用于地面覆盖,其垂直于板平面测量的层厚度可以为在约3mm与约40mm之间。

具体实施方式
图1中总体用10标记本发明的面板,其包括一装饰面10a和一用于贴靠在未示出的基础上的接触面10b。装饰面10a和接触面10b基本上平行于板平面E延伸。此外板10由基本上垂直于板平面E延伸的侧边缘限定,其中图1中只示出边缘10c和10d。
板10包括一连接层12,在板10的侧表面10c上一连接榫舌14与之构成一体的,并且在侧表面10d上一连接槽16与之构成一体的。可知,板10的在图1中未示出的侧边缘也可以设置相应的连接元件。
在按图1的实施例中不仅在连接层12的面向装饰面10a的一侧上而且在连接层12的面向接触面10b的一侧上分别设置中间层18或20,它们具有一网格状结构。这些网格状结构的各壁18a或20a优选基本上垂直于板平面E延伸并且朝观察方向B具有一蜂窝状的布置。此外各壁18a和20a例如由纸板构成,其用一热塑性的或热固性的塑料浸渍,以便保证中间层18或20的需要的稳定性。各空隙18b或20b优选用空气充满。
在中间层18的面向装饰面10a的一侧上在其上连接一装饰层24,其在所示的实施例中包括一支承层26和一装饰分层28。支承层26可以例如是一HDF板,而装饰分层28可以是由一多个用人造树脂浸透的纸层构成的层压材料,其最上面的、亦即离装饰面10a最近的印刷有要求的装饰。如这本来已知的,装饰分层28还可以由一覆盖纸层30覆盖。但按选择也有可能,装饰分层28或甚至全部装饰层24由一贴面板构成,其有选择地可以同样由一覆盖纸层30覆盖。
以相应的方式在中间层20的面向接触面10b的一侧上也设置一接触层34,其在所示的实施例中包括一支承层36和一反拉力纸38。但也有可能,将接触层34构成为薄层压材料,或附加于或取代支承层和/或反拉力纸层38设置一踩踏声薄膜。
连接层12和两中间层18和20可以例如分别具有约2mm的厚度,而装饰层24和接触层34具有约1mm的厚度,从而总共得出一垂直于板平面E测量的约8mm的板厚度d。
按图1的实施例的基本的结构再次示于图2中。
借助图3和4只拟说明,原则上也有可能只设置唯一的中间层。
这样由于这样的构成,在按图3的板10′中连接层12′一直延伸到装饰面10a′,而板10′关于中间层20′和接触层34′相当于按图2的板10。以相应的方式在按图4的板10″中连接层12″一直延伸到板10″的接触面10b″,而板10″关于中间层18″和装饰层24″相对于按图2的板10。因此按图3的实施形式的连接层12″也成一体地构成装饰层24的支承层26,而按图4的实施形式的连接层12″也成一体地构成接触层34的支承层36。关于在装饰面10a′或接触面10b″的区域内其他的构成可以参阅关于图1实施形式的各种实施。

Claims (18)

1.面板(10),包括:
设有装饰的装饰面(10a);
用于贴靠在基础上的接触面(10b);和
由木材制造的连接层(12),按照槽-榫舌连接的方式构成的连接结构的至少一个连接元件(14、16)与连接层构成一体的;
其特征在于,在连接层(12)的面向装饰面(10a)的一侧上设置至少一个具有网格状结构的、间接或直接与具有装饰面(10a)的装饰层(24)相连接的中间层(18),或/和在连接层(12)的面向接触面(10b)的一侧上设置至少一个具有网格状结构的、间接或直接与具有接触面(10b)的接触层(34)相连接的中间层(20)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于,所述至少一个中间层(18,20)的网格状结构的各壁(18a、20a)包围用气体、优选空气填充的空间(18b,20b)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的面板,其特征在于,网格状结构的各壁(18a、20a)至少部分地由非金属的、轻重量的结构材料构成。
4.按照权利要求3所述的面板,其特征在于,结构材料是纸或/和纸板或/和卡纸。
5.按照权利要求3或4所述的面板,其特征在于,用至少一种热塑性的或/和至少一种热固性的塑料浸渍或/和加强结构材料,例如用聚烯烃塑料。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一项所述的面板,其特征在于,网格状结构的各壁(18a、20a)基本上垂直于板平面(E)延伸。
