Abstract
本发明旨在提供一种燃烧燃料供应热水的可移动式室外热水器,具体而言由产生燃烧热的燃烧器、存储水的水箱、贯通安装在水箱下方的热交换器、以及安放水箱的推车组成,该可移动式室外热水器可方便地移动到室外活动场所或训练场所使用,并迅速加热以供应大量热水。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过改善热交换器结构来提高热效率、实现便于安装和维修以及更加方便移动的可移动式室外热水器。
背景技术
一般而言,热水器通过燃烧燃料供应热水,由产生燃烧热的燃烧器和存储水的水箱以及向水箱内部传递燃烧器产生之热量的热交换器组成。
这种传统热水器通常固定安装在室内,无法移到室外活动场所或训练场所使用。
部队在冬训期间因野战中无法使用热水经常患上冻疮,这是导致战斗力下降的原因之一。
另外,过去的热交换器采用按之字型弯曲的结构来加热接触表面的冷水,热交换的效率较低。尤其在燃烧器燃烧燃料中产生的粉尘和烟灰与燃烧热一同在热交换器内部循环,附着在内壁更加降低热交换效率。而且弯曲的热交换器很难从水箱分离,即使拆卸以后也不易对其内部进行维修。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可移动式室外热水器,解决了过去室外或训练场所需要短时间内加热大量热水,而且不仅需要准备加热装置、加热容器、其它附件装备并进行现场组装,物资调配较难的室外环境难以确保安装场所及技术人员,而且经热交换器加热水箱内大量水需要很长时间的若干问题。
本发明提供一种拆装方便的可移动式室外热水器,还解决了过去主机(水箱)和热交换器一体式结构很难拆解以及热交换器本身难以拆卸导致热交换器内部沉淀污垢无法清除的问题。
本发明将热交换器安装在水箱最下方,最大限度地利用了自然对流现象温差受热效果,极大提高了热效率。
本发明提供的热水器经燃烧器燃烧燃料产生热量从而加热热水,因此由产生燃烧热的燃烧器、存储水的水箱、可供水箱内部水循环流经的热交换器、供安放水箱且方便移动的推车组成。所述热交换器包括:位于水箱下方且对燃烧器所产生的热量进行热交换的热循环管、以及贯穿安装于热循环管上且在热循环管上的分布轨迹呈螺旋状的多个水循环管。
其中,为扩大表面积,水循环管上除两端以外的部分形成为螺旋状,在各水循环管贯穿热循环管的状态下,由固定器具固定各水循环管的两端。
而且,固定器具具有:入口部位,其突出形成于热循环管上以紧密包裹水循环管的端头;盖子,其与入口部位连接,且在所述端头处设置有可止挡水循环管端头的环状挡坎;密封圈,其插在入口部位和盖子之间以保持入口部位和水循环管之间的气密性。
根据本发明的可移动式室外热水器,可以方便移到室外活动场所或训练场所使用,利用率高且可快速加热大量热水供应,使用更加方便,发挥更加有益的作用。
根据本发明的可移动式室外热水器,可从水箱简便地拆解热交换器,且热交换器本身可以分解,可发挥维修更加方便的有益作用。
根据本发明的可移动式室外热水器,供水管道连接自来水,经一定压力供水,同时可以通过上端排放管道相对持续地排放热水,发挥利用率更高的有益作用。
根据本发明的可移动式室外热水器,通过使燃料完全燃烧,可提高燃烧热、防止产生沉淀物,从而可发挥进一步提高热效率的有益作用。

下面参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1是显示本发明的可移动式室外热水器的示意图,图2是显示本发明中热交换器的立体图,图3是显示本发明中热交换器的主视图,图4是显示本发明热交换器的横截面的剖视图,图5是显示本发明热交换器的纵截面的剖视图,图6是显示本发明可移动式室外热水器的关键部位分解图,图7是显示本发明可移动式室外热水器的工作原理图,图8是显示本发明可移动式室外热水器的另一实施例的示意图。
如图1至图8所示,本发明提供的一种可移动式室外热水器由产生燃烧热的燃烧器100、存储水的水箱300、贯通安装在水箱300下方的热交换器400、以及安放水箱的推车500组成。
燃烧器100如同图1及图6至图8所示,经燃烧石油或煤气产生高温燃烧热,使用一般燃烧器。
水箱300如同图1及图6至图8所示用于存储水,通常上端有注水口380a,下端有排放水的排水栓380b。
通过注水口380a加注在水箱300内部的冷水经加热后,即可利用安装在下方的排水栓380b利用热水。
另外,室外场所如有自来水设施,可以在水箱300形成连接自来水供水的供水管道340,水箱300上方可利用供水管道340流入的水压形成排放上升热水的上端排放管道360。即通过水箱300下方形成的供水管道340连接自来水按一定压力供水,流入水箱300内部的冷水经热交换器400加热后上升,此时上升的热水被流入的水压排向上端排放管道360。此时上端排放管道360可连接淋浴器等使用。
如图2至图5所示,热交换器400具有:贯穿设置在水箱300下方,对燃烧器100所产生的热量进行热交换的热循环管420、以及贯穿设置于热循环管420上且在热循环管上的分布轨迹呈螺旋状的多个水循环管440,水箱(300)内部水可经多个水循环管440循环。即,热交换器400由对燃烧热进行热交换的热循环管420、促进水箱300内部存水在热循环管420内部循环,从而使水易于被加热的水循环管440组成。另外该热交换器400安装在水箱300最下方,可有效加热因密度大而下沉到底部的冷水。
如图4、图5所示,为加大表面积,水循环管440上除两端以外的部分按螺旋状形成,在热循环管420上贯穿安装有所述各水循环管440的状态下,由固定器具固定各水循环管440的两端。即,水循环管440两端外表面平整,中间位于热循环管420内部的外表面按螺旋状扭曲形成,此时螺旋状扭曲的外表面最大直径应与两端直径相同或比其更小。
在热循环管420上固定水循环管440的固定器具如图5所示,包括:入口部位,其突出形成于热循环管420上,用以紧密包裹水循环管440的端头;盖子442,其与入口部位422连接,且在端头处具有可止挡勾固水循环管440端头的环状挡坎;密封圈444,其插在入口部位422和盖子442之间,用以保持入口部位422和水循环管440之间的气密性;等等。此时盖子442通过挡坎固定水循环管440的端头,并使流水顺利向水循环管440流动,盖子442以螺纹方式与入口部位连接。
各水循环管440比垂直于热循环管420中心线的直线朝前后倾斜一定角度,即水循环管440按燃烧热流动方向倾斜,由此扩大表面积,并使燃烧热流动更为流畅。
如图1、图6及图8所示,通过在燃烧器100和热交换器400之间安装涡轮200,来完全燃烧从燃烧器100中未完全燃烧的燃料,从而增加燃烧热。这种涡轮200在一般锅炉上常见,经重新加热点火的热气使不完全燃烧变成完全燃烧,减少不完全燃烧中产生的氮氧化物和含碳沉淀物在热交换器中沉淀的现象,防止热交换器性能降低。
通过供应压缩空气将燃烧器100中不完全燃烧的炼油重新燃烧,同时快速向热交换器400供应完全燃烧气体的燃烧热。此时如图6所示,燃烧器100和涡轮200可相对于热交换器400或水箱300拆卸、安装或移动。
如图3、图6所示,热交换器400贯穿水箱300的接口320直径大于水循环管440的管长,热循环管420端头形成法兰424套住接口320连接。因此在移开法兰424后可从水箱300上简便地拆卸热交换器400,如上所述,通过拆卸热循环管420和水循环管440,可方便地清除沉淀污垢和粉尘,以防热效率降低。
推车500在安放水箱300后可自由移动。即如图1所示,推车500可由机动车进行牵引,也可直接安装在机动车上进行移动。
因此,本发明提供的可移动式室外热水器可以方便地移到室外活动场所或训练场所使用,利用率高,且通过改进的热交换器400可快速加热大量热水进行供应,使用更加方便。尤其是可从水箱300上容易地拆卸下热交换器400,且热交换器400本身也可以分解,因而维修方便,可防止热效率下降。涡轮200实现燃料的完全燃烧,在提高燃烧热的同时可更加有效防止沉淀污垢。
综上所述,本发明就以上图纸示意的一个实施例作为参考进行了说明,但在不超出发明要旨与范围的情况下,凡拥有本发明技术领域公知常识的人均能了解到本发明可进行多种修改或变形。因此,本发明的技术保护范围应根据后附权利要求书的技术思想决定。
Claims (7)
1.一种燃烧燃料供应热水的热水器,其特征在于,包括:产生燃烧热的燃烧器、存储水的水箱、可供水箱内部水循环流经的热交换器、供安放水箱且方便移动的推车,所述热交换器包括:位于水箱下方且对燃烧器所产生的热量进行热交换的热循环管、以及贯穿安装于热循环管上且在该热循环管上的分布轨迹呈螺旋状的多个水循环管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热水器,其特征在于,为扩大表面积,水循环管上除两端以外的部分形成为螺旋状,在各水循环管贯穿热循环管的状态下,由固定器具固定各水循环管的两端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述固定器具具有:入口部位,其突出形成于所述热循环管上,以紧密包裹所述水循环管的端头;盖子,其与所述入口部位连接,且在所述端头处设置有可止挡水循环管端头的环状挡坎;密封圈,其插在入口部位和盖子之间,以保持入口部位和水循环管之间的气密性。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述各水循环管比垂直于热循环管中心线的直线沿燃烧热流动方向倾斜一定角度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述热交换器贯穿所述水箱的接口直径大于所述水循环管的管长,所述热循环管的端头形成法兰,该法兰套住所述接口以进行连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述燃烧器和所述热交换器之间通过涡轮来完全燃烧从所述燃烧器中未完全燃烧的燃料,从而增加燃烧热,所述燃烧器和所述涡轮、所述热交换器均能相互拆卸分离和移动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述水箱下部有供水管道连接自来水进行供水,依靠该供水管道流入的水压来排放热水的排放管道安装在所述水箱上部。
