Quaternary ammonium salt is a cationic surfactant, and it is deactivation gram positive bacteria, negative bacterium effectively, but invalid to mycobacterium and fungus.All be vulnerable to the influence of microbe species, Organic substance and hard water when cationic surfactant uses separately, the disinfectant quaternary ammonium salt composite with glutaraldehyde can reduce surface tension and have certain washing function can play the effect of Synergistic again with glutaraldehyde.Select strand quaternary ammonium salt and double-chain quaternary ammonium salt among the present invention simultaneously, experiment shows that the mixture bactericidal effect of strand quaternary ammonium salt and double-chain quaternary ammonium salt is better than single variety, and can strengthen its anti-interference.Wherein, the preferred benzalkonium chloride of strand quaternary ammonium salt, concentration is 0.1-5% (kg/100L), the preferred didecyl dimethyl of double-chain quaternary ammonium salt ammonium bromide, its concentration is 0.1-5% (kg/100L).
Non-ionic surface active agent has permeability that reduces surface tension, strengthens glutaraldehyde and the effect that improves the glutaraldehyde disinfection efficiency.Non-ionic surface active agent among the present invention adopts one or more mixture in alkylphenol polyoxyethylene (OP), sorbitan monooleate polyoxyethylene ether (TWEEN), polyoxyethylene laurel ether (BRIJ35), the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether materials such as (AEO9), and consumption is 0.1-5% (L/100L).
Alcohol itself has certain antibacterial action, the used alcohol of the present invention is the straight chain water-soluble alcohol, comprise ethanol, propanol, isopropyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, 1,2-glycerol, 1,2-propylene glycol, 1, one or more mixture in the materials such as ammediol, triethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, consumption is 1-20% (L/100L).
Chelating agen can with heavy metal ion chelating in the water, reduce the influence of heavy metal ion to the disinfectant effect.So the present invention's chelating agen can be EDTA or its sodium salt, content 0.01-0.1% (kg/100L).
Antioxidant can react with free oxygen, avoids glutaraldehyde oxidized, thereby plays the effect of stablizing glutaraldehyde.The used antioxidant of the present invention can be one or more mixture in the materials such as ascorbic acid, arabo-ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium pyrosulfite, propyl gallate, sodium sulfite, content 0.01-0.1% (kg/100L).
