Abstract
本发明公开了一种含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,其特征在于由牡丹叶、山楂、杜仲、桑叶、茉莉花组成,各组分的重量百分比为:牡丹叶15-60%;山楂10-50%;杜仲5-40%;桑叶0-30%;茉莉花10-50%。本发明具有延缓血管硬化作用,提高免疫能力,改善脑部血液循环之效,可缓解因高血压、高血脂引起的头痛、头晕、目眩、耳鸣、腰酸腿痛等症状,且携带方便。

技术领域
本发明属于一种茶,具体是一种含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶及其制作方法。
背景技术
铜陵牡丹为铜陵道地药材,为安徽省四大药材之首,牡丹叶具有抗炎、抗菌,镇静、安神,降血压,增强免疫力,促进肌肤的微循环,减缓色素沉淀等效果,铜陵人常常用牡丹来制作食物食用,但牡丹叶的产品仍没有真正的问世。
社会进步了,经济发展了,生活富裕了,节奏变快了,工作压力变大了,人们吃得好了,动得少了,人们突然间发现“三高”病症越来越多了,随着人们健康意识的增强,对病证也有了全面的了解,预防和治疗高血压已是一个社会问题。高血压患者和临界性高血压需要终生持续不间断用药,一是给高血压患者增加了很重的经济负担;二是由于长期不间断用药,对高血压患者的胃、肝、肾等脏器会造成很大的损害,据相关调查,严重地高血压会导致各个内脏器官衰弱、损害,而长期用药物预防和控制高血压,会给高血压患者带来很大的身体损伤和心理压力,无形中又影响了高血压患者血压的稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,具有延缓血管硬化作用,提高免疫能力,改善脑部血液循环之效,可缓解高血压、高血脂引起的头痛、头晕、目晕、耳鸣、腰酸腿痛等症状。
本发明的技术方案如下:
含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,其特征在于由干品牡丹叶、山楂、杜仲、桑叶、茉莉花组成,各组分的重量百分比为:
牡丹叶15-60%;
山 楂10-50%;
杜 仲5-40%;
桑 叶030%;
茉莉花10-50%。
所述含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,其特征在于各组分的重量百分比为:
牡丹叶30-50%;
山 楂10-30%;
茉莉花10-25%;
杜 仲5-20%;
桑 叶1-10%。
所述含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶的制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)牡丹叶制备:采收春末夏初较为完整的牡丹叶,放于热水中煮1-5分钟,捞出,置于清水中,捞出,沥水,晒干而成;
(2)袋泡茶制备:分别称取各组分干品,用淋水冲洗干净,置于烘房中烘干或晒干,然后放置于粉碎机中分别进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,将所得合格粗粉再次进行烘干,将粗粉的含水量控制在5%以内,不合格的粗粉再进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,按重量百分比称取各组分合格粗粉,置于三维运动混合机中进行混合,用红外灭菌后,抽样检验,检验合格后,再置于袋泡茶包装机中包装成袋,再进行外层包装,即为成品。
本发明中的牡丹叶采于铜陵牡丹GMP种植基地,春末夏初时采收较为完整的牡丹叶。性味苦、淡、平,归肝、脾经,活血化瘀之效,牡丹叶中主要含有没食子酸、聚酚、花青色素、类黄酮、冷凝儿茶酚、单宁酸、绿原酸、矿物盐、维他命C及B群;具有清热凉血、抗炎、抗菌、镇静、安神、降血压、增强免疫力、促进肌肤的微循环、减缓色素沉淀等效果。
本发明所用的山楂,山楂中有效成分总黄酮对血小板、红细胞电泳均有增速作用,有利于改善血流动力学,提高红细胞及血小板表面电荷,增加细胞之间的斥力,加快血液流速,减少聚集黏附,对实验性动脉粥样硬化有治疗作用,能显著升高低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR),抑制脂质过氧化物,预防脂质代谢紊乱,显著性降低血清及丙二醛(MDA)含量,增强红细胞和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。
本发明中的杜仲,药理研究资料显示,杜仲皮所含的糖类、生物碱、绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚苷均有不同程度的降压作用,另外从杜仲皮中的含环烯醚萜苷类和木脂素类提取物也能降低血压。
本发明中桑叶含有7-氨基丁酸、γ-氨基丁酸、甾醇、类黄酮等成分,药理研究表明,7-氨基丁酸具有降低血压的功能;γ-氨基丁酸对血压有明显的抑制作用,食用桑叶数日后,发现血压升高的频率减少;甾醇能抑制肠道内胆固醇的吸收;桑叶中含有的黄酮类也能抑制胆固醇的吸收,并能改善肝功能。根据肝脏组织病理切片,结果发现血清总胆固醇及中性脂肪都有不同程度的下降,足以说明,桑叶具有抑制脂肪肝的形成和降低血清脂肪的作用。
本发明含18种氨基酸,其中机体内不能合成的必需氨基酸占3.281%、半必需氨基酸占1.843%、第一限制性氨基酸赖氨酸占0.454%,还含有多种功能性成分,如矿物质、维生素、食物纤维、植物甾醇、黄酮类等,具有降血糖、降血压、降低胆固醇、抗衰老、调节消化系统和排泄系统、防癌抗癌、提高免疫力等药理作用,主要对血小板、红细胞电泳均有增速作用,加快血液流速,减少聚集黏附。从而达到降低血压、血脂,对正常血压维持、保护的作用。
本发明的一种含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,由于原材料独特,为新资源食品,拥有独特的配方,不但具有降血压、降血脂作用,还能维持正常血压、血脂的平衡,缓解疲劳,增强记忆能力,头脑清醒,平衡五脏六腑的生理功能。
本发明的一种含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,不仅食用方便,吸收快,有良好的预防和治疗作用。
本发明将牡丹叶进行了炮制,解决了牡丹叶的青气、涩味,并配伍山楂、杜仲、桑叶、茉莉花等中草药,不仅保持了牡丹叶原有纯正的清香气味、金黄汤色、透明汤底、清新干爽、气味芬芳的特点,还含有多种氨基酸、矿物质等营养成分,长期饮用,具有延缓血管硬化,改善心脑血管功能,提高免疫能力,改善脑部血液循环之效,对高血压引起的头痛、头晕、目眩、耳鸣、腰酸腿痛等症状有较好的缓解功效,起到降低高血压、高血脂,又能维持及保护正常血压的作用。本发明采用袋泡茶剂型,饮用携带方便。
具体实施方式
含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,其特征在于由干品牡丹叶、山楂、杜仲、桑叶、茉莉花组成,各组分的重量百分比为:
牡丹叶15-60%;
山 楂10-50%;
杜 仲5-40%;
桑 叶0-30%;
茉莉花10-50%。
将制备出含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶的口感、汤色进行比较,优化原辅料各组分的重量百分比为:
牡丹叶30-50%;
山 楂10-30%;
茉莉花10-25%;
杜 仲5-20%;
桑 叶1-10%。
所述的含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶的制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)牡丹叶制备:采收春末夏初较为完整的牡丹叶,放于热水中煮1-15分钟,捞出,置于清水中,捞出,沥水,晒干而成;
经过优化后,牡丹叶预处理方法确定为:采收春末夏初较为完整的牡丹叶,放于热水中煮1-5分钟,捞出,置于清水中,捞出,沥水,晒干而成,此牡丹叶原料为纯天然制品。见表1:

从上表中,以汤色、汤底为指标,可以判断,牡丹叶处理在1-5分钟为佳。
(2)袋泡茶制备:分别称取各组分干品,用淋水冲洗干净,分别测定水分,(水分标准≤7%),置于烘房中烘干或晒干,然后放置于粉碎机中分别进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,将所得合格粗粉再次进行烘干,将粗粉的含水量控制在5%以内,将不合格的粗粉再进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,按重量百分比称取各组分合格的粗粉,置于三维运动混合机中进行混合,用红外灭菌后,抽样检验,检验合格后,于袋泡茶包装机中进行包装成袋,再进行外层包装,即为成品。
实施例一:
1、牡丹叶预处理
牡丹叶:采收春末夏初较为完整的牡丹叶,放于热水中煮1-5分钟,捞出,置于清水中,捞出,沥水,晒干而成,此牡丹叶原料为纯天然制品。
2、制备工艺
称取各种原料,牡丹叶10kg,山楂5kg,茉莉花6kg,杜仲5kg,桑叶2kg,用淋水冲洗干净,置于烘房中烘干或晒干,分别测定水分,(水分标准≤7%),放置于粉碎机中分别进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,将所得合格合格粗粉再次进行烘干,将粗粉的含水量控制在5%以内,将不合格最粗粉再进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,称取各组分合格的粗粉,以干重量计,即牡丹叶6kg,山楂2.5kg,茉莉花4kg,杜仲2.5kg,桑叶1kg,将上述原料置于三维运动混合机中进行混合,用红外灭菌后,抽样检验,检验合格后,放入袋泡茶包装机中进行包装成袋,每袋1.6g,再进行内外双重包装,即为成品。
取出内袋1份,置于盛有80℃ 250ml水中,浸泡5分钟,观察品尝,金黄色汤色、透明汤底、清香气味。
实施例二:
1、牡丹叶预处理
牡丹叶:采收春末夏初较为完整的牡丹叶,放于热水中煮1-5分钟,捞出,置于清水中,捞出,沥水,晒干而成,此牡丹叶原料为纯天然制品。
2、制备工艺
称取各种原料,牡丹叶10kg,山楂6kg,茉莉花4kg,杜仲2kg,桑叶2kg,用淋水冲洗干净,置于烘房中烘干或晒干,分别测定水分,(水分标准≤7%),放置于粉碎机中分别进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,将所得合格粗粉再次进行烘干,将粗粉的含水量控制在5%以内,然后将不合格最粗粉再进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,称取各组分合格的粗粉,以干重量计,即牡丹叶8kg,山楂4kg,茉莉花2kg,杜仲1.2g,桑叶0.8kg,将上述原料置于三维运动混合机中进行混合,用红外灭菌后,抽样检验,检验合格后,放入袋泡茶包装机中进行包装成袋,每袋1.6g,再进行外层包装,即为成品。
取出内袋1份,置于盛有80℃ 250ml水中,浸泡5分钟,观察品尝,金黄色汤色、透明汤底、清香气味。
下面用药理试验阐明本发明的疗效作用,通过建立高血压模型降压试验和降脂试验为目的,对实施例一、实施例二进行疗效论述。
1、降血压药理实验
(1)模型建立:按照经典Goldblatt方法造模,按两肾一夹法(2KIC)建立肾性高血压大鼠模型。SD在实验室适应性喂养1周,测定其基础血压。造模成功后,随机选择2组,使每组大鼠血压平均基本一致,每组10只:肾性高血压模型对照组(模型组),降血压、降血脂茶组,另外10只健康SD大鼠,不分离左肾动脉,不结扎,作为假手术对照组(假手术组)。
(2)方法:分别灌胃给予降血脂茶(0.5ml/100g)、生理盐水(阴性对照,0.5ml/100g)。每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃14d,观察各组大鼠的血压变化。
(3)指标检测:采用大鼠尾动脉测定压大鼠于40℃预热15min-20min后用YS-1型大鼠尾压测定仪,分别在实验前、建模后4周及给降压茶7d和14d的血压。在大鼠安静状态下连续测血压3次,求平均值作为测定结果。
(4)结果分析:用SPSS11.0统计软件进行数据处理,结果建立模型前3组动物的血压无显著性差异(P>0.05)。建立模型后,模型组和降血压茶组的动物血压均有明显升高(aP≤0.01)。模型组用生理盐水灌胃后,动物的血压未见变化(P>0.05),降血压茶治疗组灌胃后,动物血压下降(bP<0.01)。治疗后降血压茶组合模型组相比,动物的血压明显降低,但仍高于假手术组(P<0.01)。

注:与假手术组比较,aP<0.01;与模型组比较,bP<0.01。
试验结果,降血压茶治疗组灌胃后,动物的血压下降,(bP<0.01)。肾性高血压大鼠模型在灌胃降血压茶7d后,血压开始下降,当灌胃14d后,大鼠血压下降更为明显,并稍高于假手术组。试验表明,降血压茶有一定的降压作用,并且长期饮用疗效更好。
2、降血压脂药理实验
(1)动物模型及分组:将SD大鼠正常喂养1周后,称重并随机分为6组:正常对照组,高脂模型对照组,降血压、降血脂茶组,月见草油组。每组10只,正常对照组以普通饲料喂养,其余2组以高脂饲料(3%胆固醇、0.2%丙基硫氧嘧啶、10%猪油、87%普通饲料)喂养,同时降血压、降血脂茶组分别以4g/kg剂量灌胃,月见草油组以50mg/kg剂量灌胃月见草油,正常和高脂模型对照组灌服等容量的0.5%CMC(羧甲纤维素钠),每日一次,连续喂饲2周后,每组取一只作随机抽血检验(由尾巴取血)。继续喂饲2周,称重,禁食12h后,断头取血,制备血清,摘取肝、肾两器官,用10%福尔马林固定,HE染色,切片,备用。
(2)测定指标:血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均采用酶联法测定,低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)由Friedewald公式推算。
(3)结果:大鼠喂饲2周后每组随机抽样一只检测的结果如表3。

从表3可以看出,高脂模型对照组与正常对照组相比,TC、HDL-C、LDL-C已出现明显升高,TG有所下降,说明造模成功。同时降血压、降血脂茶组与高脂模型对照组之间,TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C指标都有一定的变化,呈现出一定的降脂效果。

1、一种含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,其特征在于由干品牡丹叶、山楂、杜仲、桑叶、茉莉花组成,各组分的重量百分比为:
牡丹叶15-60%;
山楂10-50%;
杜仲5-40%;
桑叶0-30%;
茉莉花10-50%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶,其特征在于各组分的重量百分比为:
牡丹叶30-50%;
山楂10-30%;
茉莉花10-25%;
杜仲5-20%;
桑叶1-10%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的含牡丹叶的降血压、降血脂袋泡茶的制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)牡丹叶制备:采收春末夏初较为完整的牡丹叶,放于热水中煮1-5分钟,捞出,置于清水中,捞出,沥水,晒干而成;
(2)袋泡茶制备:分别称取山楂、茉莉花、杜仲、桑叶等,用淋水冲洗干净,置于烘房中烘干或晒干,然后放置于粉碎机中分别进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,将所得粗粉再次进行烘干,将粗粉的含水量控制在5%以内,然后将不合格粗粉再进行粉碎,过筛,留用10-40目之间的合格粗粉,按重量百分比称取各组分10-40目之间合格粗粉,置于三维运动混合机中进行混合,用红外灭菌后,抽样检验,检验合格后,置于袋泡茶包装机进行包装成袋,再进行外层包装,即为成品。
