Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩、置于灯罩相对两端的二散热器、分别贴置于二散热器上的发光二极管模组和二导光板,所述灯罩中心具有一贯穿该灯罩的通孔,所述发光二极管模组和导光板均容置于散热器内部且朝向灯罩的通孔设置。该灯具的发光二极管模组和导光板均置于散热器内,人眼无法直视,可避免炫光伤害人眼,而且上下光源同时照射并结合导光板的反射作用,将发光二极管模组平面光源转化为均匀的立体光源,经灯罩射出,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,且其具有节能、环保、长寿命等优点,符合现今节能环保的主题,因而在照明科技领域得到广泛应用和迅猛发展,发光二极管灯具的市场正在形成并呈上升趋势,发光二极管灯具将广泛地、革命性地取代白炽灯、荧光灯等传统光源。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一灯罩、一板状的散热器及水平贴置于散热器底部的一发光二极管模组,这样形成的发光二极管灯具实际是一个平面光源,当发光二极管模组处于工作状态时,其产生的灯光直接透过灯罩照射到外面,其照射方向单一照射面积有限,并且经常出现炫光值过大、灯体表面明暗不均、局部暗影等情况。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可将平面光源转化为立体光源以增大照明面积及防止炫光的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩、置于灯罩相对两端的二散热器、分别贴置于二散热器上的发光二极管模组和二导光板,所述灯罩中心具有一贯穿该灯罩的通孔,所述发光二极管模组和导光板均容置于散热器内部且朝向灯罩的通孔设置。
与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组和导光板都容置于灯罩两端的散热器内,人眼无法直视,可避免炫光伤害人眼,而且上下光源同时照射并结合导光板的反射作用,将发光二极管模组平面光源转化为均匀的立体光源,经灯罩射出,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明一优选实施例中的发光二极管灯具用于提供柔和均匀的照明灯光,可广泛应用在路灯、景观灯等各种灯具产品上。该发光二极管灯具包括一灯罩10、分别对称置于该灯罩10相对两端的二散热器20、分别贴置在二散热器20内表面的二发光二极管模组30、分别容置在二散热器20内的二导光板40和分别安装在二散热器20上的二端盖50。
所述灯罩10用透明或半透明材料制成,如玻璃等,从而使反射出来的光透过该灯罩10。该灯罩10呈正三棱柱状,其中心设有一贯穿该灯罩10的上下表面以供光线射入的呈圆形的通孔102,该灯罩10还设有均匀围绕通孔102的三贯穿孔104,所述每一贯穿孔104具有三内壁,其中二相邻内壁平行于灯罩10的外壁12,另一内壁则呈弧形,贯穿孔104的弧形内壁面共圆且环绕所述通孔102。所述每一贯穿孔104的弧形内壁面沿轴向延伸形成有一纵长的凸缘16,每一凸缘16中央开设有供螺钉(图未示)穿过以将散热器20固定在灯罩10上的固定孔160。
所述二散热器20分别置于所述灯罩10相对顶端及底端,每一散热器20均由导热性良好的金属如铜等材料制成。散热器20大体呈一三棱柱状构造,从而与灯罩10的构造相匹配。每一散热器20包括一基座22及形成于基座22三外侧面的若干散热鳍片24。该基座22设有分别在散热器20两相对顶部及底部形成的圆柱状容腔222、224,容腔222位于散热器20与端盖50相对应的顶部,用以收容整流电路(图未示),容腔224则位于散热器20与灯罩10相对应的底部,用以收容对应的发光二极管模组30和导光板40。二容腔222、224之间具有一吸热部226,该吸热部226的表面具有一贯通该吸热部226的孔洞2260,用以供导电连接所述发光二极管模组30的电线通过。同时,在吸热部226近边缘处由外至内呈一条直线排列设置有两对安装孔(图未标),分别用以供螺栓穿入以将所述发光二极管模组30和导光板40固定在散热器20与灯罩10相对应一侧的容腔224内。在散热器20与端盖50相对应一侧的容腔222内圆柱表面向外凹陷形成一圆环状台阶部228用以与端盖50相配合,该散热器20基座22朝向端盖50的面上设有三凹陷部229,每一凹陷部229设有一透孔2290,每一透孔2290对准相应三棱柱的角,这些透孔2290用于供螺栓穿入以将端盖50固定至散热器20上。所述散热鳍片24相互平行等间距地分布在散热器20的基座22三外侧壁上。
所述发光二极管模组30贴设在散热器20与灯罩10相对应一侧的吸热部226表面,该发光二极管模组30为一圆板结构,其包括一圆形电路板32和三个均匀安装在电路板32的发光二极管34。发光二极管模组30中央设置一通孔36,用以供导电连接所述发光二极管34的电线通过,在电路板32的近边缘处设置二通孔38,用以供螺栓穿过将发光二极管模组30固定在散热器20的吸热部226上。
所述导光板40容置于散热器20与灯罩10相对应一侧的容腔224内,该导光板40为一圆板结构,沿其一侧边缘处垂直延伸形成一环形凸起42,导光板40另一侧均匀冲有3个沿贯通方向直径逐步递减的圆形通孔44,从而在通孔44与导光板40平面间形成圆环状斜面440,导光板40该侧表面与周围散热器20基座22表面齐平。圆形通孔44和发光二极管模组30上的三个发光二极管34一一对应,用以容置发光二极管模组30上凸起的发光二极管34,圆环状斜面440可将三个发光二极管34发出的部分光线直接反射到灯罩10外。导光板40近边缘处形成二定位孔(图未标),用以供螺栓穿过将发光导光板40固定在散热器20的吸热部226上。
所述端盖50大体呈一圆板结构,圆形端盖50边缘均匀向外延伸形成与散热器20的凹陷部229相对应的三个凸缘52,每一凸缘52中央形成一定位孔520,用以供螺栓穿过将端盖50固定在散热器20的圆环状台阶部226内。端盖50一侧中央向上凸起形成一凸柱54,一中空圆柱状螺钉540固定在凸柱54中央,用以固定灯架(图未示),螺钉540的中心孔(图未标)用以供导电连接所述发光二极管模组30的电线通过。
上述发光二极管灯具组装时,二发光二极管模组30分别通过锁螺钉等方式固设在散热器20与灯罩10相对应一侧的吸热部226上,二导光板40的环形凸起42分别抵顶并覆盖所对应的发光二极管模组30,再分别通过锁螺钉等方式将二导光板40固设在吸热部226上,三长螺栓(图未示)分别穿入顶盖50定位孔520、散热器20透孔2290与灯罩10的固定孔160螺合将三者固定在一起。
上述发光二极管灯具工作时,每一发光二极管模组30产生的灯光中的发散光透过相应的导光板40通孔44的直接被导光板40的斜面440反射到灯罩10外,产生的直射光则照射在另一发光二极管模组30上的导光板40上,继而被反射到灯罩10外,这样上下发光二极管模组30产生的灯光同时照射在相向的导光板40上,经导光板40反射的光波相互叠加,形成各个方向都有光线照射的均匀的立体光源,极大增加了发光二极管灯具的照射面积,又能防止刺目的炫光出现。此外,发光二极管模组30容置于散热器20内并贴设在散热器20的吸热部226上,既可将发光二极管模组30产生的热量通过散热器20及时地散发到周围空气中,又能避免炫目的灯光直接照射入人眼。整个灯具结构简洁而又紧凑,外观别致。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩、置于灯罩相对两端的二散热器、分别贴置于二散热器上的发光二极管模组和二导光板,其特征在于:所述灯罩中心具有一贯穿该灯罩的通孔,所述发光二极管模组和导光板均容置于散热器内部且朝向灯罩的通孔设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一散热器具有一与发光二极管模组贴合的吸热部,所述吸热部两侧分别开设有朝向所述灯罩通孔的第一容腔及背向所述灯罩通孔的第二容腔。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:二端盖分别盖置于散热器的第二容腔。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一发光二极管模组及导光板依次收容于所述第一容腔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一导光板朝向灯罩的表面与相应散热器朝向灯罩的表面齐平。
6.如权利要求1或5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一发光二极管模组包括一电路板及安装于电路板上且朝向灯罩设置的发光二极管,每一导光板具有收容发光二极管的通孔,所述通孔周缘形成有环形斜面。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器及灯罩均呈三棱柱状。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一基座及形成于基座外侧的若干平行散热鳍片。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的通孔周围设有若干贯穿孔,贯穿孔的内壁形成有凸缘,若干螺钉穿过所述散热器及凸缘将散热器固定在灯罩上。
