一种带有拨档开关的LED灯
本申请要求于2020年1月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为202020145083.4、名称为“一种带有拨档开关的LED灯”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及LED灯技术领域,特别涉及一种带有拨档开关的LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯因其高效、节能以及环保的特点,逐步取代了传统的白炽灯和荧光灯,并已广泛应用于家居、商场、办公室等场所。
传统的LED灯具有功能单一且只能进行单色照明的缺点,而随着人们生活水平的提高,单一照明的LED灯已无法满足人们对生活的需求,因此市面上开始逐渐出现了可以调光、调色、定时的LED灯。
但是目前市面上出现的这类可以调光、调色以及定时的LED灯均采用了通过一个固定在墙壁或无线感应连接的开关进行控制,进而在开关为固定在墙壁上时将因LED灯照明区域与相应的开关之间具有一定距离而影响到LED灯的使用;在开关为无线感应连接时将因难以寻找到开关而影响到LED灯的使用;并在通过该LED灯替换旧有的白炽灯、荧光灯或传统LED灯时需要对开关进行改装与替换,增加了替换成本,有待改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的在于提供一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,以实现降低改装替换难度以及提升LED使用便捷性的目的。其具体方案如下:
一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,包括从上至下依次连接的透光罩、灯体以及灯头,所述灯体内设置有驱动电源板和LED光源板,所述灯体的内外两侧分别设置有位置对应的档位孔,所述驱动电源板设置有拨档开关,所 述拨档开关设置有穿过所述档位孔的拨档柄。
优选地:所述灯体的内侧设置有安装块,所述安装块沿水平方向设置有与所述档位孔连通的开关安装孔,所述拨档柄依次穿过所述开关安装孔和所述档位孔后从所述灯体内穿出。
优选地:所述安装块的一侧与所述灯体连接固定,另一侧设置有竖直面,所述开关安装孔垂直于所述竖直面设置。
优选地:所述拨档柄套设有开关外壳,所述开关外壳包括一侧侧面与所述竖直面抵接的面板以及依次穿过所述开关安装孔和所述档位孔的开关柄。
优选地:所述灯体内腔的底部设置有与所述驱动电源板匹配的电源板卡槽,所述驱动电源板的底部与所述电源板卡槽卡接固定。
优选地:所述LED光源板上设置有通孔,所述驱动电源板的顶端设置有穿过所述通孔的插端,所述插端设置有电源板焊接点,所述LED光源板设置有位于所述通孔一侧并与所述电源板焊接点匹配的光源板焊接点,所述电源板焊接点和所述光源板焊接点焊接连接。
优选地:所述安装块的上端设置有定位柱,所述LED光源板上设置有与所述定位柱匹配的定位孔。
优选地:所述灯体的上端插接有散热器,所述LED光源板设置在所述散热器的上侧,所述驱动电源板的上端设置有插端,所述散热器设置有与所述插端匹配的散热插孔,所述插端依次穿过所述散热插孔和所述LED光源板后与所述LED光源板固定。
优选地:所述散热器上设置有定位插孔,所述灯体内设置有与所述散热器下侧抵接的安装柱,所述安装柱的上端设置有依次穿过所述定位插孔和所述LED光源板的定位筋,所述LED光源板通过从上至下插入所述安装柱内并与所述安装柱螺纹连接的螺栓连接固定。
优选地:所述拨档开关为拨档调色温开关、拨档定时开关或拨档调光开关。
优选地:所述拨档开关设置有至少两种档位。
通过以上方案可知,本申请提供了一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,该带 有拨档开关的LED灯具有以下有益效果:
1、通过驱动电源板上的拨档开关多个档位控制该LED灯的色温、定时或调光功能,从而实现降低改装替换难度以及提升LED使用便捷性的效果;
2、通过在灯体内设置安装块以形成竖直面,进而达到提升拨档开关的控制便捷性的效果;
3、通过设置散热器提升该LED灯的散热性能,有效防止该LED灯内的LED光源板以及驱动电源板因温度过高而使用寿命降低的问题发生;
4、通过定位柱连接LED光源板或通过定位筋连接散热器与LED光源板,显著提升该LED灯内连接结构的稳定性,从而使驱动电源板固定在灯体内,进而实现在拨档开关的使用中拨档灵活的效果。

如图2、图3所示,在灯体2内设置有驱动电源板4和LED光源板5。LED光源板5用于产生光源,且驱动电源板4上设置有驱动元器件10并用于控制LED光源板5。在灯体2的侧壁上设置有档位孔6,并在驱动电源板4上设置有拨档开关12。该拨档开关12设置有穿过档位孔6的拨档柄13,通过驱动拨档柄13移动即可实现对拨档开关12的档位调节。需要说明的是,拨档开关12设置有至少两种档位。且拨档开关12为拨档调色温开关、拨档定时开关或拨档调光开关。
如图3、图4所示,灯体2的内侧设置有安装块7。安装块7沿水平方向设置有与档位孔6连通的开关安装孔8。相应的,拨档柄13在依次穿过开关安装孔8和档位孔6后从灯体2内穿出,以供驱动拨档柄13进行档位调节。需要提及的是,安装块7的一侧与灯体2的内侧壁连接固定,且安装块7的另一侧设置有竖直面。开关安装孔8垂直于竖直面设置。拨档柄13套设有开关外壳。开关外壳包括一侧侧面与竖直面抵接的面板14以及依次穿过开关安装孔8和档位孔6的开关柄15。因此,在拨动开关柄15以达到驱动拨档柄13进行档位调节时,面板14在竖直面上移动,进而起到显著提升拨档开关12的控制便捷性的作用。为了提升该LED灯的散热 性能,进而在灯体2的外侧设置有塑料外层19,并在塑料外层19的内侧固定有铝制内层20,铝制内层20具有比热容小,吸放热迅速的特点,进而起到有效的散热效果。
与此同时,在灯体2内腔的底部设置有与驱动电源板4匹配的电源板卡槽18。驱动电源板4的底部与电源板卡槽18卡接固定,进而实现驱动电源板4的底部固定的效果;为了固定驱动电源板4的上端,在LED光源板5上设置有通孔17,并在驱动电源板4的顶端设置有穿过通孔17的插端11,进而在插端11插入通孔17内后即可通过LED光源板5固定驱动电源板4的上端。需要提及的是,插端11设置有电源板焊接点,且LED光源板5设置有位于通孔17一侧并与电源板焊接点匹配的光源板焊接点21。电源板焊接点和光源板焊接点21焊接连接,进而实现LED光源板5与驱动电源板4的稳定连接的效果。为了进一步提升LED光源板5、驱动电源板4以及灯体2的固定稳定性,进而在安装块7的上端设置有定位柱9。相应的,在LED光源板5上设置有与定位柱9匹配的定位孔16。通过定位柱9插入定位孔16内,令LED光源板5、灯体2与下端插入电源板卡槽18内且上端插入LED光源板5内的驱动电源板4形成稳定的连接结构,实现在拨档开关12的使用中拨档灵活的效果。
实施例二
如图5所示,一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,包括从上至下依次连接的透光罩1、灯体2以及灯头3。透光罩1与灯体2的上端连接固定,且灯头3与灯体2的下端连接固定,具有结构简单且装配便捷的效果。
如图6、图7所示,在灯体2内设置有驱动电源板4和LED光源板5。LED光源板5用于产生光源,且驱动电源板4上设置有驱动元器件10并用于控制LED光源板5。在灯体2的侧壁上设置有档位孔6,并在驱动电源板4上设置有拨档开关12。该拨档开关12设置有穿过档位孔6的拨档柄13,通过驱动拨档柄13移动即可实现对拨档开关12的档位调节。需要说明的是,拨档开关12设置有至少两种档位。且拨档开关12为拨档调色温开关、拨档定时开关或拨档调光开关。
如图7、图8所示,拨档柄13套设有开关外壳。开关外壳包括一侧侧 面与灯体2内侧壁抵接的面板14以及穿过档位孔6的开关柄15。因此,在拨动开关柄15以达到驱动拨档柄13进行档位调节时,面板14在灯体2的侧壁上移动,进而起到显著提升拨档开关12的控制便捷性的作用。需要说明的是,所述的灯体2内侧壁为竖直平面。
与此同时,在灯体2内腔的底部设置有与驱动电源板4匹配的电源板卡槽18。驱动电源板4的底部与电源板卡槽18卡接固定,进而实现驱动电源板4的底部固定的效果;为了固定驱动电源板4的上端并为LED光源板5提供有效的散热环境,进而在灯体2的上端插接有散热器22。LED光源板5固定在散热器22的上侧且驱动电源板4位于散热器22的下侧。在驱动电源板4的上端设置有插端11。散热器22设置有与插端11匹配的散热插孔221,且插端11在依次穿过散热插孔221和LED光源板5后与LED光源板5固定,进而达到通过散热器22以及LED光源板5固定驱动电源板4上端的目的,实现在拨档开关12的使用中拨档灵活的效果。
需要提及的是,散热器22上设置有定位插孔222。灯体2内设置有与散热器22下侧抵接的安装柱24,并在安装柱24的上端设置有依次穿过定位插孔222和LED光源板5的定位筋23。LED光源板5通过从上至下穿过散热器22后插入安装柱24内并与安装柱24螺纹连接的螺栓连接固定,实现灯体2、散热器22、LED光源板5以及驱动电源的稳定连接。
综上所述,本申请通过拨档开关12的多个档位控制该LED灯的色温、定时或调光功能,从而实现降低改装替换难度以及提升LED使用便捷性的效果;进而通过灯体2内的竖直面达到提升拨档开关12的控制便捷性的效果;并通过定位柱9连接LED光源板5或通过定位筋23连接散热器22与LED光源板5,显著提升该LED灯内连接结构的稳定性,从而使驱动电源板4固定在灯体内,进而有效实现在拨档开关12的使用中拨档灵活的效果。
实施例三
相比于实施例一,实施例三中的LED灯为LED球泡灯。
实施例四
相比于实施例二,实施例四中的LED灯为BR灯。
实施例五
相比于实施例四,实施例五中的LED灯为PAR灯。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,包括从上至下依次连接的透光罩(1)、灯体(2)以及灯头(3),所述灯体(2)内设置有驱动电源板(4)和LED光源板(5),其特征在于:所述灯体(2)的侧壁上设置有档位孔(6),所述驱动电源板(4)设置有拨档开关(12),所述拨档开关(12)设置有穿过所述档位孔(6)的拨档柄(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(2)的内侧设置有安装块(7),所述安装块(7)沿水平方向设置有与所述档位孔(6)连通的开关安装孔(8),所述拨档柄(13)依次穿过所述开关安装孔(8)和所述档位孔(6)后从所述灯体(2)内穿出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述安装块(7)的一侧与所述灯体(2)连接固定,另一侧设置有竖直面,所述开关安装孔(8)垂直于所述竖直面设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述拨档柄(13)套设有开关外壳,所述开关外壳包括一侧侧面与所述竖直面抵接的面板(14)以及依次穿过所述开关安装孔(8)和所述档位孔(6)的开关柄(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(2)内腔的底部设置有与所述驱动电源板(4)匹配的电源板卡槽(18),所述驱动电源板(4)的底部与所述电源板卡槽(18)卡接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED光源板(5)上设置有通孔(17),所述驱动电源板(4)的顶端设置有穿过所述通孔(17)的插端(11),所述插端(11)设置有电源板焊接点,所述LED光源板(5)设置有位于所述通孔(17)一侧并与所述电源板焊接点匹配的光源板焊接点(21),所述电源板焊接点和所述光源板焊接点(21)焊接连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述安装块(7)的上端设置有定位柱(9),所述LED光源板 (5)上设置有与所述定位柱(9)匹配的定位孔(16)。
  8. 根据权利要求1任一项所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(2)的上端插接有散热器(22),所述LED光源板(5)设置在所述散热器(22)的上侧,所述驱动电源板(4)的上端设置有插端(11),所述散热器(22)设置有与所述插端(11)匹配的散热插孔(221),所述插端(11)依次穿过所述散热插孔(221)和所述LED光源板(5)后与所述LED光源板(5)固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(22)上设置有定位插孔(222),所述灯体(2)内设置有与所述散热器(22)下侧抵接的安装柱(24),所述安装柱(24)的上端设置有依次穿过所述定位插孔(222)和所述LED光源板(5)的定位筋(23),所述LED光源板(5)通过从上至下插入所述安装柱(24)内并与所述安装柱(24)螺纹连接的螺栓连接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述拨档开关(12)为拨档调色温开关、拨档定时开关或拨档调光开关。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种带有拨档开关的LED灯,其特征在于:所述拨档开关(12)设置有至少两种档位。
