技术领域
本发明涉及一种 双向调配光模组 。
背景技术
现有的灯具,其功能比较单一,一般都仅向一个方向出射光线,不能满足用户的各种需求,如在夜间,需要阅读书籍或观看电视,而旁边又有人休息时,这时,普通单向光灯具,如现有的台灯打开时,光线是向下射出的,刺眼的光线会给休息人员造成打扰,给使用者造成不必要的麻烦。
现有技术中,有针对单向光灯具进行改进的,就是在普通灯具的基础上增加一个小夜灯。如中国专利 CN200620061354.8 ,其公开了具有双向灯头的台灯,它包括灯柱、固定在灯柱下方的底座及灯罩;灯柱中空且透光,灯柱上端活动固定有两端均可安装灯泡的双向接头,双向接头中空,它的上、下两端分别固定有上、下灯座。所述的灯柱上部内侧、双向接头下部外侧成型有相互配合的螺纹。所述的双向接头中部固定有导线,导线分别连接上、下灯座。所述的双向接头与上灯座之间固定有支撑支架,灯罩上固定有悬挂支架,悬挂支架与支撑支架锁定在一起。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种出光角度灵活、方便使用的 双向调配光模组 。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种双向调配光模组,其包括第一发光源、第二发光源、具有一定长度的透光壳体、第一固定组件、第二固定组件及控制模块,所述第一、第二光源分别通过第一、第二固定组件固定于透光壳体的两端,且第一、第二光源分别朝向透光壳体的相对一端出射光,所述控制模块用于控制第一、第二光源的工作状态。
本方案中,通过控制模块控制两个相对出光方向的光源的发光强度,能满足不同使用者的需求,如旁边有人在休息时的灯光使用,将模组调节至垂直方向,使用向上照射的第二光源,或为阅读需求,使用向下照射的第一光源。
具体的,所述第一、第二光源为 LED 灯板。所述第一固定组件为底盖,其上设有与透光壳体端部相配合的卡扣结构。所述底盖为散热器,其底面与第一 LED 灯板的背面相接触。
所述第二固定组件包括灯座固定件、灯头固定件及灯座固定下盖,所述灯头固定件为散热器,其底面与第二 LED 灯板的背面相接触,灯头固定件设于灯座固定下盖内,并通过灯座固定件卡扣固定在透光壳体的端部上。
所述透光壳体内设有一条状散热器,所述条状散热器的两端分别与第一、第二 LED 灯板相抵接。
所述条状散热器的直径小于 LED 灯板的出光圈。所述透光壳体呈两端大中间小的凹弧形旋转体结构。所述透光壳体中间的直径大于或等于 LED 灯板的出光圈。所述条状散热器的外侧表面为光滑反光结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过控制模块控制两个相对出光方向的光源的发光强度,如旁边有人在休息时的灯光使用,将模组调节至垂直方向,使用向上照射的第二光源,或为阅读需求,使用向下照射的第一光源,能满足不同使用者的需求,大大方便了使用,尤其适用于床头灯。

如图 1 及图 2 所示,本发明公开 一种双向调配光模组,其包括第一发光源 1 、第二发光源 2 、具有一定长度的透光壳体 3 、第一固定组件 4 、第二固定组件 5 及控制模块,所述第一、第二光源 1 、 2 分别通过第一、第二固定组件 3 、 4 固定于透光壳体 3 的两端,且第一、第二光源 1 、 2 分别朝向透光壳体 3 的相对一端出射光,所述控制模块用于控制第一、第二光源 1 、 2 的工作状态。
所述第一、第二光源 1 、 2 为 LED 灯板。所述第一固定组件 4 为底盖,其上设有与透光壳体 3 端部相配合的卡扣结构。所述底盖为散热器,其底面与第一 LED 灯板的背面相接触。
所述第二固定组件 4 包括灯座固定件 41 、灯头固定件 42 及灯座固定下盖 43 ,所述灯头固定件 42 为散热器,其底面与第二 LED 灯板的背面相接触,灯头固定件 42 设于灯座固定下盖 43 内,并通过灯座固定件 41 卡扣固定在透光壳体 3 的端部上。
所述透光壳体 3 内设有一条状散热器 6 ,所述条状散热器 6 的两端分别与第一、第二 LED 灯板相抵接。所述条状散热器 6 的直径小于 LED 灯板的出光圈。
所述透光壳体 3 呈两端大中间小的凹弧形旋转体结构。所述透光壳体 3 中间的直径大于或等于 LED 灯板的出光圈,以使透光壳体 3 与条状散热器 6 形成立体的配光,出光更为均匀,另外,所述条状散热器 6 的外侧表面为光滑反光结构,使得立体的配光强度更大。

  1. 一种双向调配光模组,其特征在于,包括第一发光源、第二发光源、具有一定长度的透光壳体、第一固定组件、第二固定组件及控制模块,所述第一、第二光源分别通过第一、第二固定组件固定于透光壳体的两端,且第一、第二光源分别朝向透光壳体的相对一端出射光,所述控制模块用于控制第一、第二光源的工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 双向调配光模组,其特征在于, 所述第一、第二光源为 LED 灯板。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的 双向调配光模组,其特征在于,所述第一固定组件为底盖,其上设有与透光壳体端部相配合的卡扣结构。

  8. 根据权利要求 2 至 7 任一项 所述的 双向调配光模组,其特征在于,所述透光壳体呈两端大中间小的凹弧形旋转体结构。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的 双向调配光模组,其特征在于,所述透光壳体中间的直径大于或等于 LED 灯板的出光圈。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的双向调配光模组,其特征在于,所述条状散热器的外侧表面为光滑反光结构。
