一种快速安装的LED灯具,其包括底座(11)、LED光源组件和灯罩(4),所述灯罩(4)与底座(11)螺纹连接,LED光源组件设置于灯罩(4)和底座(11)之间,所述LED灯具进一步包括一快速开关(12),所述快速开关(12)与底座(11)外侧面设有的槽位扣接,且该快速开关(12)的输入端与外接电源相连,其输出端与LED光源组件相连。由于快速开关(12)与外接电源座配合固定后,将吸顶灯的底座(11)外侧面与快速开关(12)扣接,因此可实现灯具的快速安装、维修,且更换十分方便。同时,采用冷光和暖光结合的方式实现对吸顶灯光源的色温和光强的同时调节,增设的小夜灯组件也可满足使用者的不同需求。

Description

一种快速安装的LED灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明灯具技术应用领域,尤其涉及一种快速安装的LED灯具。
背景技术
传统的吸顶灯一般采用环形的荧光灯作为发光光源,这种传统的吸顶灯主要设计在于将环形的荧光灯安装在灯体的内侧面,然后盖上一种透光的灯罩,接通电源后,灯光向下方向照射,这种灯具非常的普及。
现有的吸顶灯包括灯罩、底座以及设置于二者之间的光源,其一般是将底座通过螺钉固定于房顶或者墙壁上实现安装,安装十分不便,需要先在房顶或墙面打洞,然后再将底座固定,最后将其他部件依次再进行安装,安装过程十分复杂,不利于维修和更换。
技术问题
为了解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明的目的旨在于提供一种快速安装的LED灯具,通过快速开关进行固定,安装简单且维修和更换十分方便。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种快速安装的LED灯具,其主要包括底座、LED光源组件和灯罩,所述灯罩与底座螺纹连接,LED光源组件设置于灯罩和底座之间,所述LED吸顶灯进一步包括一快速开关,所述快速开关与底座外侧面设有的槽位扣接,且该快速开关的输入端与外接电源相连,其输出端与LED光源组件相连。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述LED光源组件包括安装有多个LED灯的LED灯板以及驱动所述多个LED灯的电源,LED灯板固定于底座的内侧面上,电源穿过LED灯板设有的中心孔位固定于底座上,且电源的输入端与快速开关的输出端相连,电源的输出端与所述多个LED灯相连。电源设于LED灯板的中心,二者同安装于底座上,可节约空间,减小吸顶灯的体积同时可降低成本。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述多个LED灯为冷光LED灯和/或暖光LED灯,当采用冷光和暖光结合的方式时,可通过电源的控制器对二种光源进行调光控制,从而实现光源的色温和光强的同时调节。
作为本发明的进一步改进,为了保护电源同时防止造成短路或者漏电情况发生,所述电源的上侧还设有一电源盖,所述电源盖同电源一起固定于底座上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述LED光源组件进一步包括一安装有红外接收模块的红外接收板,所述红外接收板固定于电源上,且与电源电性连接,红外接收模块可与遥控器(红外发射模块)相配合,实现远距离开关以及光强和色温的调节。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述LED光源组件进一步包括一小夜灯组件,所述小夜灯组件包括固定柱、安装于固定柱上端面上的小夜灯、以及上盖,所述固定柱的下端穿过电源的中心与底座内侧面中心设有的凸柱螺纹连接,其上端穿过灯罩与上盖固定连接,小夜灯的发光功率远小于上述的多个LED灯任一的发光功率,其通过上盖发出微弱的光,可适用于晚上不太需要强光的时间使用,节约了电能。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上盖通过螺钉固定于一卡环上,卡环与固定柱扣接,可使上盖与固定柱的连接更加稳固,同时,也方便了整个吸顶灯的安装。上盖采用透明塑料制作而成,各种光源均可通过其发光,同时为了保护上盖不受磨损,上盖的上端面上贴附有一塑料贴片。为了增强卡环和固定柱之间的密封效果,所述卡环和固定柱之间设有一第一密封圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,为了增强灯罩和底座之间的密封效果,所述灯罩和底座之间设有一第二密封圈。
有益效果
本发明提供一种快速安装的LED灯具,通过快速开关与外接电源座配合固定后,将吸顶灯的底座外侧面与快速开关扣接,可快速实现安装,维修和更换十分方便,同时,采用采用冷光和暖光结合的方式时,可实现对吸顶灯光源的色温和光强的同时调节,同时增设小夜灯组件,可满足使用者不同的需求。

本发明的实施方式
下面参照附图1至附图2f结合本发明的优选实施例进一步详细说明。另外同一部位采用相同的符号表示,避免了重复说明。
如图1所示,一种快速安装的LED灯具,其包括底座11、LED光源组件和灯罩4,灯罩4与底座11螺纹连接,LED光源组件设置于灯罩4和底座11之间,为了实现吸顶灯的快速安装,该LED吸顶灯还包括一快速开关12,快速开关12与底座11外侧面设有的槽位(图未示)扣接,且该快速开关12的输入端与外接电源相连,其输出端与LED光源组件相连。
其中,LED光源组件包括安装有多个LED灯的LED灯板10以及驱动所述多个LED灯的电源9,LED灯板10固定于底座11的内侧面上,电源9穿过LED灯板10设有的中心孔位也固定于底座11上,且电源9的输入端与快速开关12的输出端相连,电源9的输出端与所述多个LED灯相连。电源9设于LED灯板的中心,二者同安装于底座上,可节约空间,减小吸顶灯的体积同时可降低成本。为了保护电源同时防止造成短路或者漏电情况发生,所述电源的上侧还设有一电源盖8,电源盖8同电源9一起固定于底座11上。
在本发明较佳的实施例中,多个LED灯为冷光LED灯和/或暖光LED灯,当采用冷光和暖光结合的方式时,可通过电源的控制器对二种光源进行调光控制,从而实现光源的色温和光强的同时调节。
另外,该LED光源组件还包括一安装有红外接收模块的红外接收板7,红外接收板7固定于电源9上,且与电源9电性连接,红外接收板7可与遥控器(红外发射模块)相配合,实现远距离开关以及光强和色温的调节。
为了适用于使用者不太需要强光时使用,在本发明较佳的实施例中,LED光源组件还包括一小夜灯组件,该小夜灯组件包括固定柱6、安装于固定柱6上端面上的小夜灯5、以及上盖2,固定柱6的下端穿过电源9的中心与底座11内侧面中心设有的凸柱(未标示)螺纹连接,其上端穿过灯罩4与上盖2固定连接,小夜灯的发光功率远小于上述的多个LED灯任一的发光功率,其通过上盖2发出微弱的光,可适用于晚上不太需要强光的时间使用,节约了电能。具体地,上盖2通过螺钉固定于一卡环3上,卡环3与固定柱6扣接,可使上盖与固定柱的连接更加稳固,同时,也方便了整个吸顶灯的安装。由于上盖2需要采用透明塑料制作而成,才能使各种光源(或者单纯为了小夜灯)通过其发光,为了保护上盖2不受磨损,上盖2的上端面上贴附有一透明塑料贴片1。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,为了增强卡环3和固定柱6之间的密封效果,在卡环3和固定柱6之间设有一第一密封圈13。为了增强灯罩4和底座11之间的密封效果,灯罩4和底座11之间设有一第二密封圈14,同时,为了减小底座11与房顶或墙面之间的摩擦,在底座11的外侧面设置有海绵15。
本本发明快速安装的LED灯具的安装过程如图2a-2f所示,先将快速开关12与外置电源设置的安装座固定一起,通过旋转快速开关12即可实现其与安装座的固定(图2a所示);然后,将底座11外侧面中心设有的槽位与快速开关12对应好(图2b所示),其次,用力旋转吸顶灯整体,使底座11与快速开关12实现扣接(图2c所示),再次,将快速开关12的输出线与电源9的输入线接驳头对接,连通外置电源(图2d所示),最后,将固定有上盖2的卡环3旋转与固定柱扣接即实现安装(图2e、2f所示),安装十分简单,且维修和更换也相应地更加方便。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明施方式,其描述较为具体与详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种快速安装的LED灯具,其包括底座、LED光源组件和灯罩,所述灯罩与底座螺纹连接,LED光源组件设置于灯罩和底座之间,其特征在于,所述LED吸顶灯进一步包括一快速开关,所述快速开关与底座外侧面设有的槽位扣接,且该快速开关的输入端与外接电源相连,其输出端与LED光源组件相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED光源组件包括安装有多个LED灯的LED灯板以及驱动所述多个LED灯的电源,LED灯板固定于底座的内侧面上,电源穿过LED灯板设有的中心孔位固定于底座上,且电源的输入端与快速开关的输出端相连,电源的输出端与所述多个LED灯相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于:其特征在于,所述多个LED灯为冷光LED灯和/或暖光LED灯。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源的上侧还设有一电源盖,所述电源盖同电源一起固定于底座上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED光源组件进一步包括一安装有红外接收模块的红外接收板,所述红外接收板固定于电源上,且与电源电性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED光源组件进一步包括一小夜灯组件,所述小夜灯组件包括固定柱、安装于固定柱上端面上的小夜灯、以及上盖,所述固定柱的下端穿过电源的中心与底座内侧面中心设有的凸柱螺纹连接,其上端穿过灯罩与上盖固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述上盖通过螺钉固定于一卡环上,卡环与固定柱扣接;所述上盖的上端面上贴附有一塑料贴片;所述卡环和固定柱之间设有一第一密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的快速安装的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述灯罩和底座之间设有一第二密封圈。
