Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯壳、置于该灯壳内的若干发光二极管,还包括一透光罩,该透光罩底部伸入到所述灯壳内,且所述发光二极管围绕该透光罩底部周围,该透光罩的顶部延伸超出该灯壳,一反射体朝向所述发光二极管设置在该透光罩的顶部,所述发光二极管发出的光穿过透光罩并经反射体反射至该灯壳的外围。与现有技术相比,该发光二极管灯具内设置的反射体使发光二极管产生的光照射至灯壳的外围,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,由于发光二极管发出的光线具有指向性特点,照射方向单一,使灯具的照射面积有限,且不能满足多个角度照明的要求,很多情况下都难以使用户满意。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可多角度照明的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯壳、置于该灯壳内的若干发光二极管,还包括一透光罩,该透光罩底部伸入到所述灯壳内,且所述发光二极管围绕该透光罩底部周围,该透光罩的顶部延伸超出该灯壳,一反射体朝向所述发光二极管设置在该透光罩的顶部,所述发光二极管发出的光穿过透光罩并经反射体反射至该灯壳的外围。
与现有技术相比,该发光二极管灯具内设置的反射体使发光二极管产生的光照射至灯壳的外围,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中的发光二极管灯具可作为台灯使用,其可包括相对倒置安装在一起的一上灯壳10和一下灯壳10a、一插入该上灯壳10内的透光罩30、一设置在该透光罩30顶部的反射体40、容置在该上灯壳10内的一散热器50及一发光二极管模组60。一驱动电路模组70安装在该下灯壳10a内。下灯壳10a的开口端设置有一支撑座90,一配重件80安装在该支撑座90上,以稳固该发光二极管灯具。所述发光二极管模组60发出的光通过反射体40将其反射到该上灯壳10的外围。
请同时参阅图3,在一些实施例中,上灯壳10可与下灯壳10a的结构相同。该上灯壳10由上到下呈渐缩状,其包括一底板11及由该底板11边缘向上延伸的一筒体12。该底板11上沿其周缘并靠近周缘等距开设有若干通孔13。该底板11于中心位置开设一定位孔14,并于该定位孔14周围等距开设若干穿置孔15。这些穿置孔15较通孔13更靠近该定位孔14。该底板11的下表面向下延伸有若干定位柱17。该底板11的上表面向上延伸有若干安装柱19。所述散热器50安装在该上灯壳10的安装柱19上,所述驱动电路模组70安装在该下灯壳10a的安装柱19上。该上灯壳10的定位柱17对应铆合在该下灯壳10a的通孔13内,该下灯壳10a的定位柱17对应铆合在该上灯壳10的通孔13内,从而实现该上灯壳10与下灯壳10a的固定。该上灯壳10的顶部围绕其内壁面等距设置若干安装部18。一支撑座90对应安装在该下灯壳10a的安装部18上,其上支撑所述配重件80。一中空的螺纹柱81贯穿该配重件80和支撑座90,其相对两端分别与螺母82螺锁,以将该配重件80与支撑座90固定在一起。
所述透光罩30为一由顶到底呈渐缩状的中空壳体,其顶端开口,底端封闭。该透光罩30的顶端超出所述上灯壳10。该透光罩30的底端凸设一凸柱31,该凸柱31容置在该上灯壳10的底板11的定位孔14内,起到定位透光罩30的作用。该上灯壳10的安装部18上安装有一定位圈32,用以套设该透光罩30的颈部。该定位圈32的外周缘等距向外延伸有若干固定部33,该固定部33对应固定在该上灯壳10的安装部18上。该透光罩30可由具有透光性的材料制成,用户可根据不同的照明颜色需要,选择使用涂布有不同颜色的透光罩30,使发光二极管灯具发出的光线的颜色与透光罩30的颜色对应。
所述反射体40为一自上而下呈渐缩状的中空壳体,其顶端具有一周缘41,该周缘41嵌置在所述透光罩30的顶端周缘。该反射体40的底端朝下并位于该透光罩30内。该反射体40的反射面42上涂有一层反光材料,所述发光二极管模组60发出的光可由该反射面42反射到所述上、下灯壳10、10a外。可以理解地,该反射面42可为一平滑的环面,也可是由多个反射面拼接而成的环面。在一些实施例中,该反射体40的与反射面42相对的外表面43可以作一些表面装饰效果。
所述散热器50可由导热性能良好的金属材料挤制成,其大致呈圆柱状。该散热器50的底部安装在所述上灯壳10的安装柱19上,其顶部供所述发光二极管模组60安装。该发光二极管模组60包括一电路板61及一安装在该电路板61上的发光二极管62。所述透光罩30的底端穿过该电路板61及该散热器50后定位在所述上灯壳10的底板11上,使得所述发光二极管62围绕在该透光罩30的底部周围。安装在所述驱动电路模组70上的一导线(图未示)穿过所述下灯壳10a的穿置孔15及所述上灯壳10对应的穿置孔15后与该电路板61电性连接,以驱动该电路板61工作。安装在该驱动电路模组70上的一电源线(图未示)可穿过所述中空的螺纹柱81与外部电源连接。
所述透光罩30呈渐缩状,所述发光二极管62围绕该透光罩30的底部周围,这些发光二极管62发出的光线射入透光罩30内并照射在设置在该透光罩30顶部的反射体40的反射面42上,经过该反射面42的反射作用,光线被反射出该透光罩30,并照射在所述上、下灯壳10、10a的外围,产生大致呈环状的光形,因此,本发明一些实施例中的发光二极管灯具采用的虽是平面型的发光二极管模组60,也仍然能获得较大照射角度的立体光源。与传统的发光二极管灯具相比,在采用相同发光二极管模组的前提下,本发明一些实施例中的发光二极管灯具具有更大的照射面积。另外,所述透光罩30由顶到底呈渐缩状,其底部定位在该上灯壳10上,顶部套设在固定在该上灯壳10上的定位圈32,所述透光罩30可方便地由该上灯壳10的上方卸下,如此,用户可根据不同颜色需要来更换该透光罩30。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯壳、置于该灯壳内的若干发光二极管,其特征在于:还包括一透光罩,该透光罩底部伸入到所述灯壳内,且所述发光二极管围绕该透光罩底部周围,该透光罩的顶部延伸超出该灯壳,一反射体朝向所述发光二极管设置在该透光罩的顶部,所述发光二极管发出的光穿过透光罩并经反射体反射至该灯壳的外围。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述透光罩由顶部至底部呈渐缩状。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳的顶部安装有一定位圈,所述透光罩套设在该定位圈上。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体由上到下呈渐缩状,其顶端容置在所述透光罩内并朝向所述发光二极管。
5.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述透光罩的底部定位在所述灯壳的底部。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一散热器,所述发光二极管安装在该散热器上,该散热器围绕所述透光罩设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括另一灯壳,该另一灯壳与所述灯壳倒置安装在一起。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述另一灯壳与灯壳结构相同。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳顶部至底部呈渐缩状。
10.如权利要求7或8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述另一灯壳内设置有一配重件。
