Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一散热器及贴设于散热器底平面的一发光二极管模组,所述发光二极管模组容置在灯座内,一反射体置于灯座内且其反射面朝向发光二极管模组,所述反射体具有倾斜于发光二极管所在平面的周面,以将发光二极管模组发出的光反射到灯座外。该灯具内设置的反射体,使平面型的发光二极管模组产生立体的光源效果,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。 背景技术
[0002] 发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的 白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光 二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽 灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
[0003] 然而,随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大, 若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。 因此通常都在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其进行散热,该二极管模组则水平贴置于 散热器底部而形成的平面光源,其照射方向单一,照射面积也有限,很多情况下都难以使用 户满意。
发明内容
[0004] 有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可将平面光源转化为立体光源以增大照明面积的发光
二极管灯具。
[0005] 一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一散热器及贴设于散热器底平 面的一发光二极管模组,所述发光二极管模组容置在灯座内,一反射体置于灯座内且其反 射面朝向发光二极管模组,所述反射体具有倾斜于发光二极管所在平面的周面,以将发光 二极管模组发出的光反射到灯座外。
[0006] 上述发光二极管灯具内设置的反射体,使平面型的发光二极管模组产生立体的光 源效果,在不增加发光二极管的数量的前提下,增大了发光二极管灯具的照明面积。

具体实施方式
[0012] 请参考图1-3,本发明一优选实施例中的发光二极管灯具用于为室内和户外一些 特定的场合提供柔和均勻的照明灯光,该发光二极管灯具包括一灯座10、置于该灯座10上 的一散热器20、贴设在散热器20底部表面上的一发光二极管模组50、容置在灯座10底部 的一反射体30和容置在灯座10内并围绕该反射体30的一灯罩40。[0013] 上述灯座10由金属或塑料一体成型,其包括一圆盘形基部12、一环形底框14、与 底框14相对设置的一环形顶框16、四个连接底框14与顶框16的支柱18和穿置在支柱18 内的若干线圈19。该基部12的中央设有一通孔120,以供导线穿入并可与外部灯架(图未 示)配合将发光二极管灯具固定。该基部12顶面向上延伸有四围绕该通孔120的固定柱 122,固定柱122内开设有螺合孔(未标号),该螺合孔与螺钉(图未示)配合将一电子整流 器100固定在基部12上。该底框14从基部12顶面近边缘处垂直向上延伸。该顶框16大 小形状与该底框14 一致,其位于底框14上方且与底框14平行,顶框16顶面上开设有若干 与螺钉200配合以安装该散热器20的固定孔160。这些支柱18相互等距间隔且垂直连接 该底框14及顶框16。这些线圈19相互间隔且与底框14平行,其环绕灯座10内的空间以 保护容置在灯座10内的灯罩40。
[0014] 上述散热器20置于灯座10的顶框16上,其包括一基板22及形成于基板22上表 面的若干散热鳍片24。该基板22呈圆盘形,其直径略大于灯座10顶框16,且与顶框16上 的安装孔160相对应地在基板22的近边缘处开设有若干透孔220,以供螺钉200通过从而 将散热器20固定在顶框16上。上述散热鳍片24相互平行间隔,且其高度由基板22中央 位置向四周缘逐渐减小。该散热器20垂直该散热鳍片24开设有若干相互平行间隔的气流 通道26,以利于气流流通。
[0015] 上述反射体30置中放于灯座10的基部12上且在该灯座10底框14及支柱18的 环绕之内,并将整流器100罩于其内。在本实施例中,反射体30呈一中空圆锥形,其顶端位 于中心位置且朝向散热器20及发光二极管模组50延伸,其底部开口面向灯座10的基部 12,反射体30上表面形成若干呈环状的等距阶梯部(未标号)。该反射体30底端周缘水平 向外延伸有固定缘32,固定缘32上间隔开设有供螺钉(图未示)穿过与基部12螺合以将 反射体30固定的若干固定孔320。该反射体30的外表面为反光面,其上涂有一层反光材 料,因而发光二极管模组50发出的光可由反射体30的外表面反射到灯座10之外。可以理 解地,在不同实施例中反射体30可以有不同的形状。例如,反射体30可以是多面体形,同 样其顶端也朝向发光二极管模组50,其各个侧面可将发光二极管模组50发出的光以不同 的角度反射到灯座10之外。
[0016] 上述灯罩40用透明或半透明材料制成,如玻璃等,从而使从反射体30反射而来的 光透过灯罩40。该灯罩40为一筒体,其大小与灯座10相适配,从而刚好紧贴灯座10内壁 容置在灯座10内,用以保护置于灯座10内的各个元件如发光二极管模组50及反射体30 等。该灯罩40容置在灯座10内时,其顶端略低于或与顶框16顶面齐平。
[0017] 上述发光二极管模组50包括一贴设与散热器20底面上的圆形电路板52和若干 均勻安装在电路板52上的发光二极管54。
[0018] 请一并参阅图4,上述发光二极管灯具组装时,先将电子整流器100置于灯座10的 基部12上,然后将反射体30固定在灯座10的基部12并将整流器100罩于其内,再将灯罩 40紧贴着灯座10内壁置于灯座10内并环绕在反射体30周围。最后,将底部安装好发光二 极管模组50的散热器20通过螺钉200固定到灯座10的顶框16上。
[0019] 此外,为了加强发光二极管灯具的密封性,以实现防水和防尘,该发光二极管灯具 还加设一防护垫圈300和二密封垫圈400。该防护垫圈300夹置在散热器20底面及灯座 10的顶框16顶面之间。二密封垫圈400分别夹置在灯罩40顶端与散热器20底部之间和灯罩40底端与灯座10基部12顶面之间。
[0020] 上述发光二极管灯具工作时,发光二极管模组50由整流器100提供电源连接从而 产生光线。一部分光线可直接向下透过灯罩40照射到灯座10之外。另外一部分光线投射 到反射体30上,经反射体30反射后到达灯座10之外。由于反射体30的外表面与发光二极 管模组50相对倾斜,经反射体30不同部位反射的光线可沿不同角度投射到灯座10之外, 因此即使发光二极管灯具采用的是平面型的发光二极管模组50,也仍然能获得较大照射角 度的立体光源。与传统的发光二极管灯具相比,在采用相同发光二极管模组的前提下,本发 明的发光二极管灯具具有更大的照射面积。散热器20置于发光二极管模组50之上,可对 发光二极管模组50进行散热,以保证发光二极管模组50处于正常的工作温度范围内,且散 热器20结构简单,易于制造,可有效降低发光二极管灯具的成本。另外,散热器20置于发 光二极管灯具的顶部,还同时能保护灯座10内的各个元件,避免雨水等杂物进入到灯座10 内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯座、置于灯座上的一散热器及贴设于散热器底平面的一发光二极管模组,及与发光二极管模组电连接的电子整流器,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组容置在灯座内,电子整流器设置在灯座上,一反射体置于灯座内并罩设电子整流器,反射体的反射面朝向发光二极管模组,所述反射体具有倾斜于发光二极管所在平面的周面,以将发光二极管模组发出的光反射到灯座外。
  2. 2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体呈圆锥形,且其顶端 朝向发光二极管模组。
  3. 3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体呈多面体形,且反射 体的顶端朝向发光二极管模组。
  4. 4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体为旋转体,其置中放 于灯座内且其顶端点位于中心位置。
  5. 5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体表面形 成有若干阶梯部。
  6. 6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述阶梯部呈环状相互平行间隔。
  7. 7.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反射体底端边 缘水平向外延伸有结合于灯座基部顶面的固定缘。
  8. 8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座包括一基部、位于基部 上方的一顶框、连接顶框与基部的若干支柱和基部垂直向上延设有一与顶框对应的底框, 所述支柱垂直地连接顶框和底框。
  9. 9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述顶框与底框均为圆环形,所 述基部为圆形,所述底框环绕反射体底端。
  10. 10.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座还包括穿置于支柱内 并相互平行间隔的若干线圈。
  11. 11.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括容置在灯座 内并紧贴灯座内壁的一灯罩。
  12. 12.如权利要求11项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的底端抵靠在灯 座上,该灯罩的顶端抵靠在散热器的基板上。
  13. 13.如权利要求12项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的底端与灯座之 间设有一密封垫圈,所述灯罩的顶端和散热器底面之间设有另一密封垫圈,所述散热器底 部与顶框之间夹设有一防护垫圈。
  14. 14.如权利要求1项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括固定于顶框 顶面并供发光二极管贴设的一基板和形成基板上的若干相互平行间隔的散热鳍片。
  15. 15.如权利要求14项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片的高度由基 板中央位置向四周缘逐渐减小。
