Abstract
一种发光二极管路灯,包括一壳体及装设于壳体上的一灯体,所述壳体具有一底板,若干螺钉组件穿过所述底板并与壳体配合而将所述底板锁固在壳体上,其中所述每一螺钉组件包括一螺钉及与所述螺钉卡合的一弹性挡圈,所述螺钉具有一螺合部及一挡止部,所述弹性挡圈卡固在所述螺钉的中部并与挡止部分别置于底板两侧面以将螺钉留置在底板上。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管路灯的螺钉组件通过分别位于底板相对两侧的弹性挡圈及挡止部而将所述螺钉卡置在底板上,即使所述螺钉松脱后也不会从发光二极管路灯上掉落,而使灯具的可操作性及安全性能加强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种路灯,特别是指一种发光二极管路灯。
背景技术
发光二极管灯具作为新型、环保、节能的光源产品,在生活中被人们广泛的运用,如用作路灯等。
传统的发光二极管路灯包括一壳体及与壳体连接的一灯体。一驱动电路模组收容于该壳体内以驱动该灯体。该壳体包括一盖板。若干螺钉穿过该盖板而将其固定在壳体上以将壳体封闭。在灯具维修时,螺钉在拆卸的过程中容易自高空掉落而造成安装不便及对行人造成危险。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种维修方便、安全的发光二极管路灯。
一种发光二极管路灯,包括一壳体及装设于壳体上的一灯体,所述壳体具有一底板,若干螺钉组件穿过所述底板并与壳体配合而将所述底板锁固在壳体上,其中所述每一螺钉组件包括一螺钉及与所述螺钉卡合的一弹性挡圈,所述螺钉具有一螺合部及一挡止部,所述弹性挡圈卡固在所述螺钉的中部并与挡止部分别置于底板两侧面以将螺钉留置在底板上。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管路灯的螺钉组件通过分别位于底板相对两侧的弹性挡圈及挡止部而将所述螺钉卡置在底板上,即使所述螺钉松脱后也不会从发光二极管路灯上掉落,而使灯具的可操作性及安全性能加强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的发光二极管路灯包括一壳体10及分别锁固于该壳体10相对两侧并与该壳体10电性连接的二灯体20。一驱动电路模组(图未标)收容于该壳体10内用于驱动灯体20。
请同时参阅图2至图4,该壳体10为四棱台结构,具有相对的底板12与顶板14、围设在四周的前后二侧板(图未标)及左右二安装板16。该壳体10的底板12及顶板14均呈梯形设置,且底板12平行于顶板14。底板12的面积较顶板14大。该底板12的周缘开设有若干通孔121,其上表面一侧向上延伸一螺柱123。一第一螺钉组件30一端固定于顶板14上,另一端与底板12上的螺柱123螺合以防止底板12掉落。该壳体10的前侧板较后侧板小,其后侧板中部装设有一圆柱形的灯座11用于与灯杆(图未示)连接。该壳体10的安装板16连接底板12及顶板14的边缘,自底板12边缘向外、向上倾斜。若干凸柱165自壳体10的内侧面向内凸伸形成,且每一凸柱165中部开设有一具有螺纹的沉头孔1651。若干第二螺钉组件40穿过底板12的通孔121并与这些凸柱165的沉头孔1651配合而将该底板12固定在壳体10上。每一安装板16中部固定有三间隔设置的螺杆161用于固定二灯体20。安装板16相邻的螺杆161间开设有一狭长线孔163。一驱动电路模组30收容在壳体10内。自驱动电路模组延伸的电线(图未示)由线孔163进入灯体20而驱动灯体20。
该第一螺钉组件30具有锁固在顶板14上的第一螺钉31、与底板12上的螺柱123配合的第二螺钉33及连接第一、第二螺钉31、33的纵长金属连接线35。当第二螺钉组件40自壳体10拆卸后,该第一螺钉组件30连接底板12以防止其从高空掉落。
请同时参阅图5及图6,每一第二螺钉组件40包括一螺钉41及与该螺钉41卡合的一金属弹性挡圈43。该螺钉41具有一挡止部、自挡止部中部垂直向下延伸的一圆柱状光杆413及位于光杆413底部的一螺合部。在本发明中,挡止部即为一圆柱状的头部411,螺合部即为一螺纹段415。一收容槽417设置于光杆413及螺纹段415的连接处以收容弹性挡圈43。该弹性挡圈43具有一侧开口的、圆环状的卡环431及该卡环431的开口两侧分别向外延伸的二操作部433。每一操作部433为一倾斜向外延伸的片体。该卡环431的内径较光杆413的直径及螺纹段415的螺纹(图未标)的内径小。该卡环431的外径及螺钉41的头部的直径较底板12的通孔121的内径大。当螺钉41穿过底板12的通孔121后,自一侧挤压卡环431而使该弹性挡圈43收容在收容槽417内而固定在螺钉41上。第二螺钉组件40的螺钉41与沉头孔1651配合而将底板12锁固在壳体10上。当第二螺钉组件40的螺纹段415自沉头孔1651内松脱时,弹性挡圈43及螺钉41的头部411将螺钉41卡置在底板12上以避免其自高空掉落。
请同时参阅图7及图8,所述每一灯体20包括若干发光二极管模组21、一供发光二极管模组21贴设并对其散热的散热器23、若干固定于散热器23上并跨设于发光二极管模组21的反光罩25及一与散热器23配合形成一密闭腔室以将发光二极管模组21及反光罩25围设其内的一灯罩27。
该散热器23由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝等一体制成。该第一散热器23包括一长方形纵长基板231及自基板231上表面垂直向上延伸的若干散热片233。这些散热片233等间隔均匀分布于基板110上,且沿基板231的横向开设有若干通风槽(图未标)。该基板231下表面中部被平均分成三纵长条形区域,每一条形区域被设置成一平面235以供发光二极管模组21贴设其上。这些平面235呈一定角度设置,如此,贴设于这些平面235上的发光二极管模组21所发出的光线可更好的向壳体10两侧辐射。该基板231的四周开设有若干安装孔(图未标)用于与灯罩27配合。
每一发光二极管模组21包括一纵长矩形的电路板213及若干均匀固定于电路板213一侧面的发光二极管211。这些电路板213的另一侧面贴合于散热器23的基板231的下表面的平面235上。这些发光二极管211位于沿电路板213长度方向延伸的同一直线上,从而将其热量均匀地传导至散热器23上。
每一反光罩25对应一发光二极管模组21。该反光罩25由反光金属制成,包括一矩形框体251及连接框体251四壁的若干反光孔253。每一反光罩25沿其纵向装设有若干螺柱255。若干固定件(图未示)穿过这些螺柱255及发光二极管模组21的电路板213并与散热器23的基板231配合而将每一反光罩25固定于散热器23上。每一反光孔253对应一发光二极管211,用于反射发光二极管211所发出的光线。
所述灯罩27包括一与散热器23配合的矩形框体271、嵌设于框体271的一透明矩形灯盖272及将灯盖272固定于框体271上的一固定架273。
该框体271各边顶部向内凸设有若干凸块2713。每一凸块2713及框体271的四角对应散热器23的安装孔开设有一螺孔2715。若干螺钉(图未示)穿过散热器23的安装孔及这些螺孔2715的上部而将该框体271固定在散热器23上且发光二极管模组21及反光罩25围设于框体271内部。一矩形垫圈60夹设于散热器23及框体271的上端以增加散热器23与框体271的密封性。该框体271各边底部向内延伸有四连接壁(图未标)用以连接固定架273。每一连接壁向内、向下进一步凸伸一承载壁2717用以承载灯盖272。该框体271的侧部具有一接合面(图未标),该接合面中部开设有与壳体10一侧的螺杆161对应的三螺孔2718,螺孔2718之间开设二线孔2719。每一螺孔2718内固定有一螺母2716(见图2)用于与壳体10的螺杆161配合。自壳体10的驱动电路模组穿出的电线,由框体271的线孔2719进入灯体20内,并与发光二极管模组21电性连接。
该固定架273为一矩形的框架,其四周向上凸伸有若干安装块(图未标)。当灯盖272放置于框体271的承载壁2717后,若干螺钉(图未示)穿过固定架273的安装块及框体271的螺孔2715的下部而将灯盖272稳固的装设在框体271上。此时,一矩形垫圈70夹设于固定架273及框体271的下端以增加固定架273与框体271的密封性。
请再次参阅图1及图2,一矩形片体50夹设于灯体20的接合面及壳体10的安装面16之间。该片体50对应灯体20的螺孔2718开设有三通孔51,对应灯体20的线孔2719开设有二线孔53。壳体10上的螺杆161分别穿过二垫圈55、57、片体50的通孔51穿入框体271的螺孔2718内并与螺孔2718内的螺母2716配合而将灯体20固定于壳体10的安装面16。由于壳体10两侧的安装面16自壳体10顶面14向外倾斜,二灯体20固定在安装面16后自壳体10的安装面16向外倾斜设置,每一散热器23靠近壳体10的一侧边位于相对远离壳体10一侧边的下方,以便于灯体20发射的光线沿不同的方向辐射而增大整个发光二极管路灯照射范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管路灯,包括一壳体及装设于壳体上的一灯体,所述壳体具有一底板,若干螺钉组件穿过所述底板并与壳体配合而将所述底板锁固在壳体上,其特征在于:所述每一螺钉组件包括一螺钉及与所述螺钉卡合的一弹性挡圈,所述螺钉具有一螺合部及一挡止部,所述弹性挡圈卡固在所述螺钉的中部并与挡止部分别置于底板两侧面以将螺钉留置在底板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述螺钉包括一连接所述挡止部及螺合部的一光杆,一收容槽设置于光杆及螺合部的连接处以收容所述弹性挡圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述弹性挡圈具有一侧开口的环状的卡环及自所述卡环的开口两侧分别向外延伸的二操作部,所述卡环收容于所述收容槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述挡止部呈圆柱状,其外径较光杆外径大,所述螺合部为一螺纹段。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述卡环的内径较光杆的直径及螺纹段的螺纹的内径小。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述壳体为一四棱台结构,若干凸柱自壳体的内侧面向内凸伸形成,且每一凸柱中部开设有一具有螺纹的沉头孔,螺钉组件的螺合部及弹性挡圈均收容于该沉头孔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述壳体进一步包括锁固于所述壳体内的另一螺钉组件,该另一螺钉组件连接壳体及底板,以防止底板从高空掉落。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:该另一螺钉组件包括锁于固壳体上的第一螺钉、与底板锁固的第二螺钉及连接第一、第二螺钉的纵长金属连接线。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述壳体具有一与所述底板平行设置的一顶板,所述另一螺钉组件的第一螺钉固定在所述顶板上。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述壳体的底板的面积较顶板大,一安装板连接一侧底板及顶板的边缘,所述灯体安装在所述安装板上。
