Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具包括若干发光模块,这些发光模块根据不同照明要求被排列成若干排和/或若干列,每一发光模块包括一灯架,一安装于灯架上的散热器及一安装于该散热器上的发光二极管模组,所述灯架包括一环状框体及设置于该框体内的板体,该板体由该框体垂直延伸,该散热器嵌卡在板体上,该发光二极管模组导热连接于该散热器的吸热部。与现有技术相比,将每个发光模块作为一个单独模块,根据实际需要来设置每排发光模块的数量以及每列发光模块的数量,以满足不同照明强度的需求,无需重新制造灯具。本发明发光二极管灯具可取代传统的荧光灯光源的格栅灯。

发光模块及应用该发光模块的发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光模块及应用该发光模块的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
随着发光二极管相关产品技术不断发展成熟,发光二极管灯具作为新型环保节能的下一代光源产品,在生活中被广泛地应用于各种领域。
众所周知,传统荧光灯光源用于格栅灯的地方很多,随着发光二极管灯具的发展,将发光二极管光源用在格栅灯上,进而代替传统的荧光灯光源在格栅灯上的应用势在必行。
传统格栅灯一经制成,就只能满足一定照明强度的需要。当需要满足各种不同照明强度时,就必须重新设计灯具的尺寸,原有的整个模具不能重复利用,如此,需要耗费大量的模具开发费用,既浪费工时又不环保。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种发光模块及应用该发光模块来满足不同照明强度需要的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光模块,包括一灯架、一安装于灯架上的散热器、一安装于该散热器上的发光二极管模组及一遮盖该散热器和发光二极管模组的灯罩,所述灯架包括一环状框体及设置于该框体内的板体,该板体由该框体垂直延伸,所述散热器嵌卡在板体上,所述发光二极管模组导热连接于该散热器的吸热部。
一种发光二极管灯具包括若干发光模块,这些发光模块根据不同照明要求被排列成若干排和/或若干列,每一发光模块包括一灯架,一安装于灯架上的散热器及一安装于该散热器上的发光二极管模组,所述灯架包括一环状框体及设置于该框体内的板体,该板体由该框体垂直延伸,该散热器嵌卡在板体上,该发光二极管模组导热连接于该散热器的吸热部。
与现有技术相比,将每个发光模块作为一个单独模块,根据实际需要来设置每排发光模块的数量以及每列发光模块的数量,以满足不同照明强度的需求,无需重新制造灯具。本发明发光二极管灯具可取代传统的荧光灯光源的格栅灯。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的发光模块100包括一灯架10、一安装于该灯架10内部的散热器20、若干将该散热器20固定至该灯架10上的扣具30、一安装于该散热器20上的发光二极管模组40、一置于该灯架10上并罩设该散热器20和发光二极管模组40的灯罩50及一将该灯罩50安装于该灯架10上的压条60。
请一并参阅图3,在本实施例中,所述灯架10大致呈方形柱状结构,在其他实施例中,该灯架10可为其它结构,如三角形柱状结构,圆形柱状结构等。在本实施例中,该灯架10包括由四侧壁14围成的一方形环状框体及一设置于该框体内的方形板体12。该板体12垂直该四侧壁14。该板体12的中心设有一方形开口120。板体12位于该开口120的其中相对两侧缘上分别设有一大致呈长条状的凹陷122。所述凹陷122相互平行并连通板体12的边缘,以供所述散热器20搭设。该凹陷122的一侧开设有若干通孔124,以供所述扣具30穿设。位于板体12上方的四侧壁14垂直向内水平延伸有一搭接部126,以供所述灯罩50搭接。位于板体12下方的四侧壁14分别设有若干通孔128。一电源盒16安装于板体12的底面,用以与所述发光二极管模组40电性连接。
所述散热器20由导热性能良好的金属材料一体制成,如铜、铝、铜铝合金等,其包括一板状基座22及由该基座22垂直向下延伸的若干散热鳍片24。该基座22大致呈矩形设置,其相对两端水平向外延伸有二凸出部220。该二凸出部220容置于该灯架10的凹陷122内。这些散热鳍片24相互平行并穿过所述灯架10的开口120。
所述发光二极管模组40包括一方形电路板42、若干贴设于该电路板42上的发光二极管44及一安装于该电路板42上的反光罩46。该反光罩46为一方形壳体结构,其包括一顶板460及若干由该顶板460向下凹陷形成的呈漏斗状的导光壁462,该导光壁462的底部开有通孔以供相应的发光二极管44穿过。所述电路板42贴设于所述散热器20的基座22上。
所述灯罩50为一平板结构,其由透明材料一体制成,如玻璃,塑料等。该灯罩50的周缘搭接于所述灯架10的搭接部126。所述压条60大致呈环形条状结构,该压条16压置于该灯罩50的周缘。若干锁固件(图未示)将该压条60锁固至所述灯架10的搭接部126上,并将灯罩50夹置于该压条60与灯架10的搭接部126之间。
请同时参阅图4,所述扣具30包括一螺杆32、一套设于该螺杆32上的弹簧320及一螺母322和一压柱34,该螺母322和压柱34分别螺合于该螺杆32的相对两端。该弹簧320位于螺母322和压柱34之间。该压柱34大致为一长椭圆柱状结构,其一水平侧端上下贯穿设有螺纹孔340,以供该螺杆32螺锁。该螺杆32穿过所述灯架10的板体12的通孔124,使弹簧320和螺母322位于该灯架10的板体12的下方,该压柱34位于该板体12的上方。该螺杆32在板体12的通孔124内是可转动的。
本发明发光模块100的组装过程中,首先将所述扣具30的螺杆32穿过所述灯架10的板体12的通孔124,其露出板体12下方的一端穿设弹簧320并与螺母322螺合,其位于板体12上方的一端与压柱34的一水平侧端的螺纹孔340螺合,此时,该扣具30预锁在该灯架10的板体12上。当所述散热器20开始安装时,该压柱34的另一水平侧端相对于板体12的通孔124的轴线转动,使其远离该灯架10的凹陷122,同时,将该散热器20的散热鳍片24向下穿过所述灯架10的板体12的开口120,使该散热器20的凸出部220搭接于该灯架10的凹陷122内。然后,转动该压柱34的另一水平侧端,并同时施加向上的力,使其抵压于散热器20的凸出部220,此时,弹簧320压缩于螺母322和板体12之间。如此,散热器20被固定至灯架10的板体12上。然后,将发光二极管模组40安装于该散热器10的基座22上。所述灯罩50的周缘搭接于所述灯架10的搭接部126上,然后将该压条16压置于该灯罩50的周缘,若干锁固件依次穿过该压条60和灯罩50并将该压条60和灯罩50锁固至所述灯架10的搭接部126上。所述电源盒16安装于板体12的底面,并与该发光二极管模组40电性连接。如此,本发明的发光模块100安装完成。
请参阅图5,为本发明应用上述发光模块100的第一实施例的发光二极管灯具的主视图。将上述发光模块100作为一个单独的发光模块100,若干单独发光模块100排列成一排,若干螺钉(图未示)穿过相邻发光模块100的相邻二侧壁14上通孔128,将相邻发光模块100固定在一起,如此,组装成本实施例的发光二极管灯具。在本实施例中,排成一排的发光模块100的数量为3个。可以理解地,排成一排的发光模块100可以为其它数量。
请参阅图6,为本发明应用上述发光模块100的第二实施例的的发光二极管灯具的主视图。本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:将若干发光模块100排成若干排若干列的方格状结构。若干螺钉穿过相邻发光模块100的相邻二侧壁14上通孔128,将相邻发光模块100固定在一起。可以理解地,每排设置的发光模块100的数量以及每列设置的发光模块100的数量可以根据实际需要设置。
与现有技术相比,通过螺钉将相邻发光模块100的相邻侧壁连接在一起,组成若干排若干列的方格状的发光二极管灯具,不仅安装、拆卸方便,而且每排设置的发光模块100的数量以及每列设置的发光模块100的数量可根据实际需要设置,以满足不同照明强度的需求,无需重新制造灯具。本发明发光二极管灯具可取代传统的荧光灯光源的格栅灯。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光模块,包括一灯架、一安装于灯架上的散热器、一安装于该散热器上的发光二极管模组及一遮盖该散热器和发光二极管模组的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯架包括一环状框体及设置于该框体内的板体,该板体由该框体垂直延伸,所述散热器嵌卡在板体上,所述发光二极管模组导热连接于该散热器的吸热部。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光模块,其特征在于:所述散热器通过若干扣具固定至所述灯架的板体上,该扣具包括一螺杆及一螺锁于该螺杆一端的压柱,该螺杆穿过该灯架的板体,该压柱呈长椭圆柱状结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光模块,其特征在于:所述压柱的一水平侧端与所述螺杆螺锁,其另一水平侧端相对于该螺杆转动并抵压于所述散热器的吸热部,以将该散热器固定至该灯架的板体上。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光模块,其特征在于:所述螺杆的另一端套设有一弹性元件及螺锁一螺母,该弹性元件压缩于所述灯架的板体与该螺母之间,以使所述压柱的另一水平侧端紧紧抵压于所述散热器的吸热部。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光模块,其特征在于:所述灯架的板体中部开设一开口,板体位于该开口的其中相对两侧缘上分别设有一凹陷,以供所述散热器的吸热部搭接。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光模块,其特征在于:所述散热器的吸热部包括一基座及由该基座的相对两端水平向外延伸的二凸出部,该二凸出部与所述板体的凹陷搭接,所述压柱的另一水平侧端抵压于该凸出部。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光模块,其特征在于:所述灯架的框体内表面垂直向内水平延伸有一搭接部,以供所述灯罩搭接。
8.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:其包括若干发光模块,这些发光模块根据不同照明要求被排列成若干排和/或若干列,每一发光模块包括一灯架,一安装于灯架上的散热器及一安装于该散热器上的发光二极管模组,所述灯架包括一环状框体及设置于该框体内的板体,该板体由该框体垂直延伸,该散热器嵌卡在板体上,该发光二极管模组导热连接于该散热器的吸热部。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述框体由若干侧壁围成,若干固定件穿过相邻灯架的相邻侧壁以将相邻灯架连接在一起。
10.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架的结构为方形柱状、圆形柱状、三角形柱状其中的一种。
