Abstract

一种LED投光灯模组,包括至少一个LED投光灯,其特征在于:包括一型材的电源盒,型材电源盒连接固定一个或多个泛光灯,电源盒上包括多个电源输出线和各个LED投光灯采用防水插拔方式电连接。由于灯具采用模组结构且电源盒是型材结构可自由增加长度,模具成本投入减少,而降低成本;由于所述电源盒和各个LED投光灯采用插拔方式电连接,可单独拆卸,维修方便;LED投光灯的前后都设置有散热器,这样可增大有效散热面积,可使空气流动性更好,从而达到更好的散热效果。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及到一种LED投光灯,尤其涉及LED投光灯模组。
背景技术
[0002] 投光灯又叫投射灯、射灯、泛光灯等等,LED投光灯主要用来做建筑装饰照明之用,以及商业空间照明用。
[0003] 现有技术的压铸投光灯都是单一的灯壳,电源盒也是压铸的,灯具功率难以改变。如果需要增大发光的功率,只能通过LED投光灯的阵列形式实现,而简单的过多个封装好的LED投光灯排列在一起,这样使得灯具体积增大,且灯具功率不好调节。
[0004] 因而,需要投光灯模组来改变灯具的功率。
实用新型内容
[0005] 为了克服以上技术问题,本实用新型提供一种成本低、维修方便、散热快的LED投光灯模组。
[0006] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型一种LED投光灯模组,包括至少两个LED投光灯,其特征在于:包括一电源盒,电源盒上包括多个电源输出线和各个LED投光灯连接供电。
[0007] 其中,优选方案为:所述电源盒为可延展的型材结构,型材结构两端通过固定结构将电源固定于独立封闭的型材中。
·[0008] 其中,优选方案为:所述固定结构包括将电源固定住的电源固定片、一连接支架、电源挡板以及旋压盖,所述固定有电源的电源固定片置于电源盒中,两端通过电源挡板和旋压盖抵住所述电源固定片,连接支架两端夹持住旋压盖,通过螺纹紧固和旋压盖连接。
[0009] 其中,优选方案为:所述固定结构还包括一防水圈,所述防水圈的形状和电源盒的断面截面匹配。
[0010] 其中,优选方案为:所述电源盒和各个LED投光灯采用防水插拔方式电连接。
[0011] 其中,优选方案为:所述LED投光灯包括灯框内设置有LED光源,以及灯框后端设置有散热器,其特征在于:还包括一散热片设置于LED光源前端。

[0013] 1.由于灯具采用模组结构且电源盒是型材结构可自由增加长度,这样改变灯具的功率只需增加模组数量,无需另外增加模具,模具成本投入减少,而降低成本。
[0014] 2.由于电源盒和各个LED投光灯采用插拔方式连接,可单独拆卸,维修方便。
[0015] 3.各个LED投光灯的前后都设置有散热器,这样增大有效散热面积,可使空气流动性更好,从而达到更好的散热效果。

[0019] 参考图1,图2,本实用新型LED投光灯模组的技术方案为:该模组I包括多个LED投光灯11以及电源盒12。本实施例仅仅揭露了三个LED投光灯11的实施方式,依据功率的需要,可以连接任意多个的LED投光灯11。
[0020] 其中,所述LED投光灯11包括灯框111,用以依次装入LED发光芯片112、依据所述LED发光芯片112的排列设置的阵列透镜113,以及玻璃114,所述发光芯片112阵列设置于铝基板115上,所述LED发光芯片112反射的光束借由透镜113汇聚透过玻璃片114射出,其中,所述灯框111表面安置多数散热片116,同时,灯框111的底部还包括一散热器117,由于所述LED投光灯11不仅表面设置有所述散热片116,而且,顶部也设置有散热器117,这样,LED投光灯11前后形成对流,从而起到更好的散热效果。
[0021] 其中,所述电源盒12设置为可延展的型材结构,由于型材的固有特性,所述电源盒12的长度可以依据需要自由加长和缩短,型材结构两端通过固定结构121将电源120固定于独立封闭的型材结构中。所述固定结构121包括将电源固定住的电源固定片122、一连接支架123、电池盒挡板1241以及旋压盖124,所述固定有电源120的电源固定片122置于电源盒12的容纳孔125中,其中,所述连接支架123包括连续三段结构,第一段1231、第二段1232和第三段1233基本垂直,其中,所述第一、二段1231、1232设置有螺纹通孔126,其中,为了起到更好的固定作用,第三段1233的长度最好设置成电源盒12的长度。所述旋压盖124的中心具有螺纹孔127,和固定螺栓128匹配 。
[0022] 其中,所述固定结构121固定方式为:先将电源120固定在电源固定片122上,后装于容纳孔125中,后利用左右对称的旋压盖124抵住所述固定片122,螺栓128穿过连接支架123上左右的螺纹通孔126,后达到旋压盖124的螺纹孔127,旋转螺栓128,进入旋压盖的螺纹孔127,从而借由连接支架123的第一、二段1231、1232向电源盒12中心夹紧,从而达到固定的目的。
[0023] 为了电源盒12具有更好的密封效果,固定结构还包括一防水圈129,所述防水圈129的形状和电源盒的断面截面匹配,同时,灯框也具有防水圈,都是起到防水功效,不再累述。
[0024] 为了使电源120在电源盒12中固定不晃动,电源盒12还包括电源卡槽133,所述固定片122可以插入电源槽133中,从而使电源120在电源盒12中不晃动。
[0025] 为了实现电源盒12和各个LED投光灯11中间的电连接,电源盒12设置有多条电源输出线131,相应LED投光灯11上设有对应数量的电源输入线132,所述电源输出线131和所述电源输入线132通过插拔方式连接。

[0027] 1.由于灯具采用模组结构且电源盒12是型材结构可自由增加长度,这样改变灯具的功率只需增加模组数量,无需另外增加模具,模具成本投入减少,而降低成本。
[0028] 2.由于电源盒12和各个LED投光灯11采用插拔方式连接,可单独拆卸,维修方便。
[0029] 3.各个LED投光灯11的前后都设置有散热器,这样增大有效散热面积,可使空气流动性更好,从而达到更好的散热效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED投光灯模组,包括至少一个LED投光灯,其特征在于:包括一电源盒,电源盒上包括多个电源输出线和各个LED投光灯电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的投光灯模组,其特征在于:所述电源盒为可延展的型材结构,型材结构两端通过固定结构将电源固定于独立封闭的型材中。
3.如权利要求2所述的投光灯模组,其特征在于:所述固定结构包括将电源固定住的电源固定片、一连接支架、电源挡板以及旋压盖,所述固定有电源的电源固定片置于电源盒中,两端通过电源挡板和旋压盖抵住所述电源固定片,连接支架两端夹持住旋压盖,通过螺纹紧固和旋压盖连接。
4.如权利要求2所述的投光灯模组,其特征在于:所述固定结构还包括一防水圈,所述防水圈的形状和电源盒的断面截面匹配。
5.如权利要求1所述的投光灯模组,其特征在于:所述电源盒和各个LED投光灯采用防水插拔方式电连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的投光灯模组,其特征在于:所述LED投光灯包括灯框内设置有LED光 源,以及灯框后端设置有散热器,还包括一散热片设置于LED光源前端。
