Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,其中,这些发光二极管模组两两相对以一定角度且自灯架中部向相对两侧倾斜设置,相对的二发光二极管模组之间的角度自灯架中部向相对两侧逐渐增大。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组两两相对以一定角度且自灯架中部向相对两侧倾斜设置,相对的二发光二极管模组之间的角度自灯架中部向相对两侧逐渐增大,使发光二极管模组发射的光线能向散热器周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一平板状散热体及若干安装于该散热体一侧的发光二极管模组。当发光二极管被点亮时,安装在散热体一侧的发光二极管模组起到照明作用。由于发光二极管仅安装于散热体一侧的平面上,其所发出的光线只能从散热体的该侧平面以较小的角度向外辐射,照射范围有限、照明效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,这些发光二极管模组两两相对以一定角度且自灯架中部向相对两侧倾斜设置,相对的二发光二极管模组之间的角度自灯架中部向相对两侧逐渐增大。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组两两相对以一定角度且自灯架中部向相对两侧倾斜设置,相对的二发光二极管模组之间的角度自灯架中部向相对两侧逐渐增大,使发光二极管模组发射的光线能向散热器周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具大致呈桨形,包括一灯架10、安装于灯架10一侧面的一散热器20、贴设于散热器20上的若干发光二极管模组30、罩设于发光二极管模组30的若干反光罩40、及安装于灯架10另一侧的一透明灯盖60。
请同时参阅图3,该灯架10包括一固定架11、位于固定架11一端的一驱动电路模组13及设置于驱动电路模组13一端中部的一灯座15。该驱动电路模组13用于与发光二极管模组30电性连接。该灯座15用于与灯杆(图未示)连接。该固定架11大致呈桨形,其中部开设有一矩形的开口113,而使开口113周沿形成有若干弧形边缘(图未标)。该散热器20与灯盖60分别置于固定架11的上下相对两侧面,并与固定架11配合围成一收容腔(图未标)。所述发光二极管模组30及反光罩40收容于收容腔中。
请同时参阅图4,所述散热器20由导热性能良好的材料一体制成。该散热器20包括一纵长的矩形基板21、自基板21上表面垂直向上延伸的若干散热片23及自基板21下表面中部垂直向下延伸的若干固定件25。基板21罩设于固定架11的开口113且其下表面与固定架11开口113的边缘相抵靠。固定件25自开口113的一侧穿出。若干螺钉(图未示)穿过基板21的边缘并与灯架10的固定架11的开口113的边缘配合进而将散热器20固定在固定架11上。
固定件25位于基板21的下表面中部,这些固定件25关于一垂直于基板21的中心面对称分布,该中心面位于基板21中心且平行于散热片23。每一固定件25包括自基板21下表面垂直向下延伸的一矩形延伸板251及自延伸板251末端倾斜向外延伸的一矩形安装板253。所述发光二极管模组30贴设于这些安装板253的下表面。这些延伸板251平行、间隔设置且具有相同的长度及均匀的高度,每一延伸板251平行于散热片23。其中,位于基板21中部的二延伸板251具有相同的高度且较其它延伸板251高,位于该二较高延伸板251两侧的其他延伸板251的高度则向基板相对两侧逐渐递减。这些安装板253间隔设置且具有相同的长度,每一安装板253的下表面均与基板21的下表面形成一锐角(图未标)。位于基板21中部的二较高延伸板251上的二安装板253与基板21形成的角度相等且较其他安装板253与基板21形成的角度大,位于该二较高延伸板251两侧的其他安装板253与基板21形成的角度向基板相对两侧逐渐递减。如此,贴设于安装面253上的发光二极管模组30所发出的光线可较好地向散热器20两侧辐射。
每一发光二极管模组30包括一纵长矩形的电路板32及若干均匀固定于电路板32一侧面的发光二极管34。这些电路板32的另一侧面贴合于散热器20的固定件25的安装板253上。这些发光二极管34位于沿电路板32长度方向延伸的同一直线上,从而将其热量均匀地传导至散热器20上。
每一反光罩40对应一发光二极管模组30。该反光罩40由反光金属制成,包括一矩形框体41及连接框体41四壁的若干反光条(图未标)。这些反光条交错设置而形成若干反光孔43,发光二极管模组30的发光二极管34收容于反光孔43中。每一反光罩40沿其纵向装设有若干螺柱45。若干固定件(图未示)穿过这些螺柱45及发光二极管模组30的电路板32并与散热器20的安装板253配合而将每一反光罩40固定于散热器20上。
所述灯罩60包括一外凸的透光部61及自透光部61边缘向外延伸的安装部63。透光部61与发光二极管模组30对应设置,安装部63与灯架10的固定架11的边缘相抵靠。若干螺钉(图未示)穿过安装部63并与固定架11的边缘配合而将灯罩60安装至固定架11上。一弹性垫圈50夹设在灯罩60及固定架11之间,用以加强灯罩60与固定架11间的密封性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明中供发光二极管模组30贴设的安装板253自基板21的中心向相对两侧倾斜、向外延伸,因此,贴设于安装板253上的发光二极管模组30发射的光线能向散热器20周边辐射而使发光二极管灯具的照射范围更广。
可以理解的,本发明的发光二极管灯具也可以由一具有安装面的灯架及装设于灯架安装面中部的若干发光二极管模组组合形成。这些发光二极管模组关于垂直于安装面的中心面对称分布,该中心面位于安装面的中部。这些发光二极管模组自安装面中部向相对两侧倾斜设置,且两两相对的发光二极管模组之间夹设一定角度,这些角度自安装面中部向相对两侧逐渐增大。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干发光二极管模组,其特征在于:该发光二极管灯具还包括安装于灯架一侧的一散热器,所述发光二极管模组贴设于所述散热器上,所述散热器包括一基板及自所述基板下表面向下延伸的若干固定件,所述每一固定件包括一贴设所述发光二极管模组的安装板,每一安装板贴设发光二极管的表面与基板的下表面形成一锐角,且这些锐角自基板中部向相对两侧逐渐减小,这些发光二极管模组两两相对以一定角度且自灯架中部向相对两侧倾斜设置,相对的二发光二极管模组之间的角度自灯架中部向相对两侧逐渐增大。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:若干平行的散热片形成于基板上表面,这些固定件关于一垂直于基板的中心面对称分布,该中心面位于基板中心且平行于散热片。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装板均为纵长板体且具有相同的长度。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一固定件进一步包括自基板下表面向下延伸的一延伸板,所述安装板自延伸板的末端倾斜向外延伸形成。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述延伸板均为纵长板体且具有相同的长度,所述延伸板垂直于基板、等距离间隔设置且平行于所述散热片。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一延伸板的高度均匀,这些延伸板的高度自基板中部向基板相对两侧逐渐递减。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架包括一固定架及位于固定架一侧的驱动电路模组,所述散热器固定于固定架上且其固定件穿过所述固定架。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:若干反光罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:一灯罩安装于所述散热器的另一侧且将所述发光二极管模组及反光罩罩设其内。
