Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具散热功效的路灯,主要为利用路灯的上座锁设散热片或直接固定高功率LED,上座外周可一体成型多个散热鳍片或该散热鳍片可以固定至上座,由此上座或散热片下方可固定多个高功率LED,并使高功率LED产生的热能可通过散热片、路灯上座及多个散热鳍片向外快速散热。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具散热功效的路灯,尤指针对路灯所作的改进,其包含有一路灯的灯罩,路灯灯罩上座可以直接固定高功率LED或通过散热片固定高功率LED,而上座外周可一体成型多个散热鳍片或以固定方式固定散热鳍片,其散热材质均可为铝质或其他易散热材质,通过散热鳍片加大散热面积并加速散热,达到高功率LED的热能可以直接由上座往外快速散热的功效。
背景技术
一般的路灯,均以灯泡为主,但是灯泡缺点就是耗电及寿命短,使用一段时间以后的电费相当惊人,且其耗电特性也使得该种路灯无法利用太阳能供电。
其次,一般路灯或LED灯的散热均不佳,由此使路灯处于高温状态时,更加速路灯的损坏速度。
本实用新型的设计人从事路灯及其相关产品制造业多年,深知路灯的制造方法及其优缺点,于是致力于改进其缺点,以期使之更为实用,经过多年的努力研究并屡次试作,终于设计出本实用新型:具散热功效的路灯。
新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于消除上述缺点,提供一种具散热功效的路灯。
本实用新型所述的路灯包含有一路灯的灯罩,路灯灯罩上座可直接固定高功率LED,或上座以散热片固定高功率LED,散热材质可为铝质或其他易散热材质,加大散热面积并加速散热,达到高功率LED的热能可以直接由上座往外快速散热的功效。
本实用新型的另一实施例,在于提供一种具散热功效的路灯,其中该路灯上座外周可固定或一体成型多个散热鳍片,以增加其散热面积,加速散热功效。
本实用新型的又一实施例,在于提供一种具散热功效的路灯,其中该设有散热鳍片路灯的灯具,也可采用一般灯具发光源,同样具有快速散热的功效。
本实用新型的再一实施例为,在该路灯的上方设太阳能板及电池,达到发电的功能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供一种具散热功效的路灯设计。
为使能进一步了解本实用新型的结构设计及技术,仅配合附图详细说明如下:
如图1、图2所示,为本实用新型一较佳实施例剖示图及立体图,一种具散热功效的路灯,主要包括:
一路灯壳体10,由上座11与下罩12组合而成;
多个高功率LED20,可固定于散热片21上或直接固定于上座11(如图3所示);
其主要特征在于:该路灯上座11锁设散热片21,且以散热材质制成(如铝),由此其高功率LED20产生的热能才可以迅速传导到上座11外周,而得到一最佳的散热效果。
如图1、图2、图3所示,该路灯上座11的外周一体成型有多个散热鳍片22,使其高功率LED20产生的热能均能由散热鳍片22快速散热。
如图4所示,为本实用新型又一较佳实施例剖示图,该具散热功效的路灯,包括:
一路灯壳体30,由上座31与下罩32组合而成;
多个高功率LED40,可固定于散热鳍片41上,或直接固定于上座31上;
其主要特征在于:该路灯上座31锁设散热片41,且以散热材质制成(如铝),而其上座31的外周面上可固定或一体成型多个散热鳍片33,该散热鳍片33并可设成长条片状鳍片,由此其高功率LED40产生的热能才可以迅速传导到上座31外周与散热鳍片33,增加散热面积,而得到一最佳的散热效果。
如图5所示,为本实用新型再一较佳实施例立体图,该路灯的上座50上方可设太阳能板51及电池,达到发电的功能。
上述该设有散热鳍片的路灯,其灯泡也可为一般的发光源,由此使一般发光源路灯也具有相当良好的散热效果。
综上所述,本实用新型在同类产品中具有极佳的进步实用性,同时遍查国内外关于此类结构的技术资料、文献中也未发现有相同的构造存在在先。
上述实施例,仅用以举例说明本实用新型,由此在本实用新型精神的范围内,熟知此项技术者根据本实用新型而作的各种变形、修饰与应用,均应属于本实用新型的范畴。

Claims (7)

1.一种具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于它包含有:
一路灯的上座;
多个高功率LED,通过散热片固定于上座;
多个散热鳍片,一体成型于上座外周。
2.如权利要求1所述的具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于该路灯的上方设太阳能板及电池。
3.一种具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于它包含有:
一路灯的上座;
多个高功率LED,直接固定于上座;
多个散热鳍片,一体成型于上座外周。
4.如权利要求3所述的具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于该路灯的上方设太阳能板及电池。
5.一种具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于它包含有:
一路灯的上座;
多个高功率LED,通过散热片或直接固定于上座;
多个散热鳍片,固定于上座外周。
6.如权利要求5所述的具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于该路灯的上方设太阳能板及电池。
7.一种具散热功效的路灯,其特征在于它包含有:
一路灯的上座;
一发光源,设于路灯壳体内;
多个散热鳍片,一体成型或固定于上座外周。
