Abstract

一种发光二极管路灯,包括一灯架、安装于灯架一侧的一散热器及贴设于所述散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,还包括装设于灯架上、罩设散热器的一防护罩,所述防护罩为中部高、相对两侧较低的壳体,该防护罩具有位于散热器上方的一罩设部及自罩设部一端倾斜向下延伸的一挡止部以将散热器罩设其中,所述灯架包括并排设置的二呈矩形的固定架,二固定架一侧相互连接共同形成一翻开的书本形对称结构,所述防护罩罩设在二固定架上,并与散热器间隔设置且所述防护罩的相对两端相互连通。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管路灯的防护罩阻挡了气流中的杂质,且所述防护罩呈中部高、相对两侧较低的结构,使杂质容易从其相对两侧滑落,减小了灯具的压力和风阻。

发光二极管路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管路灯。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管路灯包括一散热体及安装于该散热体一侧的若干发光二极管模组。由于这些发光二极管路灯装设在户外,在有冻雨、下雪、沙尘的情况下极容易造成积雪、冰、尘土等物质堆积。这些堆积物会对发光二极管路灯的正常使用造成伤害,如结冰会冻裂或挤裂灯具,积雪增大灯具截风面积,使灯具承受更大的风力,积沙会降低散热性能等,如此,发光二极管路灯的使用寿命将下降。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有防护罩的发光二极管路灯以阻挡积雪等杂质。
一种发光二极管路灯,包括一灯架、安装于灯架一侧的一散热器及贴设于所述散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,还包括装设于灯架上、罩设散热器的一防护罩,所述防护罩为中部高、相对两侧较低的壳体,该防护罩具有位于散热器上方的一罩设部及自罩设部一端倾斜向下延伸的一挡止部以将散热器罩设其中,所述灯架包括并排设置的二呈矩形的固定架,二固定架一侧相互连接共同形成一翻开的书本形对称结构,所述防护罩罩设在二固定架上,并与散热器间隔设置,且所述防护罩的相对两端相互连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管路灯的防护罩阻挡了气流中的杂质,且所述防护罩呈中部高、相对两侧较低的结构,使杂质容易从其相对两侧滑落,减小了灯具的压力和风阻。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明的发光二极管路灯包括一灯体10及装设于灯体10上方的一防护罩20。该灯体10大致呈翻开的书本形,包括一灯架11、安装于灯架11一侧面的二散热器13、贴设于散热器13下表面的若干发光二极管模组15及安装于灯架11另一侧的二透明灯盖17。该防护罩20装设在灯架11上并罩设灯体10。
请同时参阅图3及图4,该灯架11包括并排设置的二固定架110及位于二固定架110一侧端的壳体112。每一固定架110大致呈矩形,由首尾垂直相连的两对侧板1101、1103组成。侧板1103为纵长的直板体且较侧板1101长。二固定架110相邻的二侧板1103平行且相互连接而使二固定架110形成一整体。每一固定架110的二侧板1101相对于相互连接的侧板1103两侧向上、向外延伸而使二固定架110共同形成一翻开的书本形对称结构。每一散热器13、一灯盖17及一固定架110共同围成一收容腔(图未标)。所述发光二极管模组15收容于收容腔中。壳体112位于二固定架110的收容腔一侧端,一驱动电路模组(图未示)收容于该壳体112中,用于与发光二极管模组15电性连接。该壳体112外端中部设置有一灯座114用于与灯杆(图未示)连接。
所述每一散热器13由导热性能良好的材料一体制成。该散热器13包括一纵长的基板131。若干螺钉(图未标)穿过基板131的边缘且与二固定架110的侧板1101、1103配合而将散热器13固定在固定架110上。如此,二散热器13共同形成一翻开的书本形的对称结构,每一散热器13的基板131构成翻开的书本形对称结构的一翼部,二散热器13的基板131相互背离且向上、向外延伸。
每一基板131具有上表面及一与上表面相对的下表面。该下表面中部等距离间隔设置有四安装条134。每一安装条134具有一纵长的安装面135以供发光二极管模组15贴设其上。这些安装面135相对于基板131的下表面倾斜设置。位于基板131下表面内侧的三安装面135与基板131形成有角度,且这些角度沿基板131横向向内逐渐增加,使发光二极管模组15发出的光线向基板131外侧辐射。位于基板131外侧的一安装面135与其他安装面135相对设置,使发光二极管模组15发出的光线向基板131内侧辐射,以使整个灯体10光线均匀。若干散热片133自基板131的上表面垂直向上延伸且沿基板131的纵向间隔设置。
每一发光二极管模组15包括一纵长矩形的电路板151及若干均匀固定于电路板151一侧面的发光二极管153。这些电路板151的另一侧面贴合于散热器13的基板131的安装面135上。这些发光二极管153位于沿电路板151长度方向延伸的同一直线上。
所述每一灯盖17为一透明片体。若干螺钉(图未示)穿过灯盖17的边缘并与固定架110的侧板1101、1103配合而将灯盖17安装至固定架110上。
所述防护罩20为一金属壳体,具有一罩设部21、自罩设部21相对两侧延伸的二纵长安装部23及位于罩设部21左侧端的一挡止部25。该防护罩20将整个灯体10除灯座114以外的部分罩设其内。防护罩20具有挡止部25的一端为迎风端。该安装部23与灯架11的固定架110的二侧板1103对应,若干螺钉穿过安装部23并与侧板1103配合而将该防护罩20装设在固定架110上。该罩设部21位于散热器13上方。罩设部21左侧端中部向上凸伸,使其中部与前后相对两侧形成有5~10度的夹角,以使积雪等杂质自罩设部21前后相对两端滑落。罩设部21中部的高度自左端向右端降低,从而形成一自左端向右端逐渐降低的弧形结构。罩设部21与散热器13间隔设置且左右两端相互连通,使罩设部21与散热器13之间形成有贯穿的气流通道,以便气流穿行。罩设部21上开设有若干纵长开口211以使罩设部21内外的空气连通。该挡止部25位于罩设部21的左端。该挡止部25的中部自罩设部21的左侧端向下倾斜弯折延伸形成,正对固定架110的中部。该挡止部25的相对二侧边自二安装部23的左侧端延伸形成,且底部倾斜向外翘起用以阻挡积雪等杂质。挡止部25的中部呈中间高相对两侧较低的弧形结构,以便积雪等杂质自挡止部25前后相对两侧滑落。挡止部25的上端前后两侧及下端中部分别开设有若干气孔251。这些气孔251与挡止部25共同形成一百叶窗结构。
如此,带有积雪等杂质的气流流向挡止部25时,冷空气可以自气孔251进入防护罩20内,与散热器13发生热交换后自防护罩20的另一端及开口211流出,而积雪等杂质被阻挡在挡止部25及罩设部21外侧后滑落。如此,使发光二极管路灯保持良好的散热性能的同时,减小了风阻及压力,延长了灯具的使用寿命。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管路灯,包括一灯架、安装于灯架一侧的一散热器及贴设于所述散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,其特征在于:还包括装设于灯架上、罩设散热器的一防护罩,所述防护罩为中部高、相对两侧较低的壳体,该防护罩具有位于散热器上方的一罩设部及自罩设部一端倾斜向下延伸的一挡止部以将散热器罩设其中,所述灯架包括并排设置的二呈矩形的固定架,二固定架一侧相互连接共同形成一翻开的书本形对称结构,所述防护罩罩设在二固定架上,所述罩设部与散热器间隔设置,且所述罩设部的相对两端相互连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述挡止部自罩设部的一端延伸、呈中间高相对两侧较低的弧形结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述挡止部的相对两侧边的底部倾斜向外翘起。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述挡止部开设有若干气孔,这些气孔与挡止部共同形成一百叶窗结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述罩设部与挡止部相连的一端中部向上凸伸,其中部的高度自所述端向相对一端逐渐降低,从而使罩设部形成一端高、相对另一端较低的弧形结构。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述罩设部中部与相对两侧形成有5~10度的夹角。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述罩设部上开设有若干纵长开口以使罩设部内外的空气连通。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述防护罩进一步包括自罩设部相对两侧延伸的二安装部,若干螺钉穿过所述安装部并与灯架配合而将所述防护罩固定于灯架上。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管路灯,其特征在于:所述散热器具有一基板,所述发光二极管模组装设于基板的底部,且沿基板的横向方向向外、向上倾斜设置。
